Amazing!!!

I felt the most confident on my wedding day thanks to the artists at Chairish the Day! They were early, took care of my friends and family, listened to all of our wants and needs, and made the day a pleasurable one. No stress!!! They even worked out my something blue! Thank you to the artists at Chairish the Day for their artistry, professionalism, and wonderful personalities! Highly recommend!!!

The best experience EVER

I cannot express how fantastic my experience was with Cherish the Day. The ladies were extremely organized, clearly masters in their craft and I was BLOWN AWAY with the final results for my wedding. I would recommend Cherish the Day 1000x over for any and every special occasion!!

Fabulous Work!

I’VE HONESTLY NEVER FELT MORE BEAUTIFUL! Shaunna and Alana were so awesome to work with. My previously booked MUA was unable to make my wedding due to COVID, and Chairish the day swooped in and saved my day! Shaunna has the sweetest personality and was so much fun to talk to. She was eager to listen to exactly how I wanted my hair done and made adjustments as we went along to make sure I loved the end result. She made me feel relaxed and was willing to take the time to work with me to get everything right. Alana (MUA) also did an incredible job on my makeup. My lashes stayed on for a 6 days after my wedding, and even then I pulled them off! They did such a quality job and were professional and so sweet to work with. I’m so glad I ended up with them instead of anyone else!

Great Service from Great People

My best friend had used Shaunna for her wedding, and we used her for another party so I knew she did good work. I hadn't worked with Jaime, the make up artist before. I was not disappointed with either. I'm from out of town so they came to my hotel to do my trial and again for the wedding. Shaunna was super patient with my trial because what I though I wanted just really didn't suit me so she experimented until we found something that I loved. They did hair for my mom and niece and hair and makeup for me and my best friend. I was very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them. Hopefully I'll have another party to go to where I can use them again!

Love cHairish The Day!

Shauna is the consummate professional, yet she exudes an easy warmth that makes you feel like you have a friend taking care of you. She's also quick as lightning with her curls and braids. There isn't anyone I wouldn't recommend her to.

Wonderful!!

Shaunna and her team were amazing! They made us feel so relaxed and were able to get all of my girls ready on time. We wanted a natural look and they did exactly that. These ladies did such a wonderful job with our hair and makeup, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! My bridesmaids looked fabulous! Thank you!!!

Very talented hair and makeup

Both girls were great and could do anything we showed them for hair and makeup. I was the bride so my hair and makeup with lashes was about $360 and that included travel fee and false lashes. The other girls hair and makeup was $80 each for each service plus $15 for lashes.

Wonderful!!

Our hair and makeup artists did a fantastic job for me and my bridesmaids!! They were both a lot of fun and helped recommend what to do with our hair and make up since some of my bridesmaids don’t normally do either. They both took their time and we’re very detailed. They even helped my husband with a few blemishes and filled in his beard to make it look more full! Definitely recommend!!!

My stylist was there early. Got all the girls done ahead of time and everyone loves there styles. Very sweet and out going bunch of girls. I highly recommend them. Not just for weddings but all occasions.

All I can say is you're silly if you don't go with Cherish the Day/Shaunna. She was sweet, talented, professional, flexible, punctual and above all - did GREAT hair, quickly. My MOH has been in a number of weddings, and said that Shaunna did the best hair of any wedding she's been in.
I am so grateful for her.

Less than 2 weeks before my wedding, a friend of mine who was going to be my stylist for the big day cancelled on me. Every salon that I called in the area was booked due to prom so I started freaking out just a little haha. I came across Chairish the Day on Wedding Wire and gave Laura a call. She was so sweet and extremely willing to help from the start. I went in for a hair and makeup trial later that week and loved their work! Laura and Shauna are very personable, professional, and very good at what they do! I had a great experience working with them. Laura kept in touch with me throughout the week, so I knew exactly what to expect with regards to timeline, payment, etc. They were both on time the day of and did amazing hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I! Definitely recommend :)

cHAIRish the day did the hair for myself, my mom and my bridesmaids for my wedding. They did an amazing job! Shaunna responded to all of my emails before the wedding and answered all of my questions. I paid to have hair done on location and it was totally worth it and not expensive. All of my girls looked great!!

Chairish the Day hair and make up were amazing! We had 9 hair and make ups on the day of our wedding they provided 4 girls and they did a fantastic job. Our hair and make up stayed all night long which was a concern but shouldn't have been. We didn't do a pretrial because I did my home work and knew they would deliver and they did. They were able to provide the exact styles all the girls wanted as well as make up choices. All the stylist were friendly and were on time. Thank you for making us that much more Beautiful! You Ladies Rock!

The girls were so outgoing and friendly. We were able to have conversations that weren't awkward. All the girls had beautiful hair and make up that looked amazing all night. My hair doesn't hold curls that well usually but they lasted all day and night. I plan on usuing them for my own wedding!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! I could not have asked for better service! Shauna was amazing. Everything was beautiful, and she was very flexible and understanding any time I wanted to change something. My hair or does not typically hold well, and it held all night even with sweat, rain, and dancing! My makeup was equally as amazing! The tears and sweat never ruined the makeup. I think only had to reapply my lipstick once. Laura was also very accommodating with how I wanted my makeup and made sure everything was flawless. I have never felt prettier. They make good company too! I definitely would recommend and refer to anyone wanting hair and makeup done for a wedding or any other special event. Thank you ladies for a wonderful job!

I used Chairish the Day for my bridals and my wedding day hair and make-up this past weekend, as well as all of my siblings weddings in previous years. I absolutely love the girls and they do an outstanding job on hair and make-up. They always make me feel extremely special and were willing to try to do whatever they could possible to make you happy and love their work. They are extremely professional and always on time. They worked diligently on my wedding day doing 11 of my girls hair and about 7 girls make-up. They are fun and make you feel like you have know them forever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Shawna, the owner, is amazing and has some wonderful ladies by her side!

Where do I begin!? I cannot say thank you enough to Chairish the Day for making my wedding day perfect. I was in awe of how my wedding hair and makeup turned out, and would not have changed a thing. This is extremely rare for me because unfortunately I am one of those people who is very self critical and almost never completely love the way I look. I was so happy with my hair and makeup, and couldn't stop looking in the mirror! Only 2 of my bridesmaids were scheduled to get both hair and makeup and as the day went on almost all of my bridesmaids wanted their hair and make up done and chairish the day made it happen seemlessly. They took their time on me and made sure I was completely happy with the way I looked even though we were pressed for time because so many of my girls wanted their hair and make up done. Shaunna is so easy to work with, I completely recommend!

Very professional and personable staff. The stylists are very talented and were able to give me exactly what I wanted in regards to my hair and makeup just from a couple of photos. Absolutely amazing. So happy with both services!

Shaunna and Morgan took care of our wedding party this past Saturday and both of them did an amazing job! All 7 of us had perfect hair (with curls that lasted all night!) thanks to Shaunna, and our make up was on point, thanks to Morgan. We looked natural but elegant, and so beautiful. We all received many compliments throughout the night.
They came ready with notes from the trial hair and make up appointment, knew what we wanted, and made it happen!
These wonderfully talented ladies also have fun personalities; they chatted and laughed with us and shared stories. They were fun, enthusiastic and fit right in. :-)

Things flowed really nicely throughout the morning. She was super patient, and even re-did my moms hair when she didn't like the first look. On top of everything else, she was so easy to talk to, funny and pleasant the entire time! I have never had my hair/makeup done before, but I was completely impressed by Chairishtheday and the final outcomes of their work!!

Debbie did my and two of my bridesmaids hair on my wedding day. Needless to say, she did an amazing job! She listened to what we wanted and did an amazing job executing it. My best hair day EVER! The whole wedding party was please and we looked beautiful. Make up was spot on and the service and attitude of the artists could not be better. Because I was traveling I did not have a test run on my hair & makeup before my wedding. I have acne-prone, very oily skin, and large pores…. I was stressing over my makeup melting away in the summer heat & humidity! I took a huge risk picking a salon sight unseen and it was literally the most stressful aspect of my wedding day.
The makeup artist (I wish I could remember her name) was delightful and suggested airbrush makeup. I noticed she had brought along oil free make up products and matte setting powders appropriate for my skin type. I was pleased that she had the right stuff for skin like mine and I followed her suggestions. My makeup was flawless, (my skin however was not), but it looked as good as it possibly could give my acne & pores! In fact, it looked so good that the blemishes did not appear in any of my photos, I was thrilled!
For my hair I brought several pictures, but honestly was still lost on what would look best. Admittedly all of my different photos were confusing, but Shauna went to work without hesitation as if she instinctually knew what to do and worked WITH me on the finishing steps to accomplish EXACTLY the look I wanted in profile. Shauna is a true professional! My hair was stunning! Magazine cover stunning! It looked classic yet current, and I looked more beautiful than I can ever remember.
I’m the type of person that is often disappointed because my expectations are too high. As I mentioned before this was the most stressful part of my wedding day because I had the highest expectations for looking beautiful and was so worried I wouldn’t. They exceeded all my expectations! I felt so beautiful that my anxiety shifted away from my pimples to worrying about tripping on my dress and remembering what to say…The things a bride should be worrying about on her wedding day lol! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful hair & makeup, after all when the wedding is over all we have left our photos, and I am so proud of mine!

Shaunna and her assistant were amazing. I originally booked with another well-known vendor in San Antonio, but the quality of service there was lacking. Shaunna was able to schedule an appointment with me right away. She's very responsive and so sweet! She listened to what I was looking for and did a great job with the trial run so I decided to forgo my deposit at the other place and go with Shaunna instead. I am so relieved I did. On the wedding day, she was on time and worked very quickly. She took care of hair for me, my five bridesmaids and other family members in 3 hours. She is very open to your input so if you don't like something, she is more than happy to change it. The same goes for her makeup assistant. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and I wish I had gone with Chairish first!

Chairish the Day was extremely amazing the day of my wedding! The team came to my venue and were extremely uplifting, friendly and professional. Shauna is extremely talented with up-do's. Chairish the day did an amazing job with both of my hair and makeup. I had changed my mind on how I wanted my hair and makeup done from the initial consultation and it still turned out amazing. I would DEFINITELY recommend getting the airbrush makeup, especially if you're not used to wearing a lot of face makeup everyday. It felt and looked very natural. I cannot say enough good things about the Chairish the Day company and the stylists! We had a fun, yet professional experience with these girls! Rosie, Val, and Morgan came to our hotel for the wedding day to do hair and makeup. They arrived on time and were the consummate professionals. Rosie and Morgan did all updo's with braids on long- and short-haired bridesmaids and a challenging updo for the bride, who has long, thick hair. They both were efficient and experienced when it came to getting all four bridesmaids, the flower girl, the mother and grandmother of the bride and the bride herself all done in a timely manner. Each hairstyle was an individual struggle as there were different hair types, and lengths to try to coordinate a similar style on each person in the bridal party. When all hairstyles were completed, everyone looked like a vision from a hairstyle magazine. These girls are that good! I would highly recommend them for any occasion!

Val did makeup and airbrush for ALL the bridesmaids, the bride, and the mother of the bride and just a touch of mascara for the grandmother of the bride. Each person's makeup enhanced their original look, but was made more glamorous. The make up was not overdone, but delicately applied to honor the special occasion. The makeup didn't feel heavy or cakey, in fact, you couldn't even tell you had it on!! It lasted throughout the long evening of the wedding and throughout the warm parts of the day while going from one location to venue. Val worked well with young and old skin types and knew just how to apply the right look to each. I would also highly recommend Val for make up for any occasion!

Chairish the Day was one of two companies they we initially contacted. Chairish the Day's stylists are much more experienced and professional. Each stylist was personable, friendly, and accommodating to different styles, needs, personalities, and requests. You will not go wrong with the company and its stylists!

I had a great experience with cHAIRish the Day! I originally was supposed to get married in San Antonio, but due to being double booked, I had to relocate 2 weeks before my wedding. We ended up having the wedding in Boerne. The girls at cHAIRish the Day were so flexible and willing to do anything they needed to ensure I was happy and had the best day possible. Even when the power went out for 3 hours and we had to finish our hair in the car, they didn't mind at all. I appreciated that they didn't make a big deal out of something that obviously was frustrating! While they were doing the hair/makeup, it felt like we were just hanging out with old friends. The quality of their work was great. My hair and makeup stayed put the entire night. We were all very pleased with the results. Their airbrush gun was broken, but they still used the makeup for it, and Val did such a good job that you couldn't even tell the difference. All in all, incredibly happy with everything they did! Great to work with, awesome at what they do, and great people.

I was very blessed to have Morgan from Chairish the Day do my hair and makeup for my wedding in January. I had a consultation with Morgan in November and not only did I absolutely love the way she did my hair and make-up, but I loved Morgan. She was so sweet and made sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture and ended up liking my hair even more than the one in the photo. I worked with Shaunna and Morgan at Chairish the Day for hair and makeup for my entire bridal party for my wedding. They traveled to our location at Boulder Springs in New Braunfels. Shaunna and Morgan did an amazing job on 8 women! Everyone's hair and makeup was absolutely gorgeous and these ladies were so fun and easy to work with. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup for my wedding day. Shaunna seriously can work wonders with hair. I could not have been more happy with the way everyone's hair and makeup turned out! Shaunna and Morgan were fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for hair and makeup on their wedding day! Or any other day for that matter!

We used Chairish the Day, Shaunna & Morgan, for hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding day on 01/19/13. Everyone loved their work! They are so easy to work with, work fast, and everyone loved their hair! Definitely recommend Chairish the Day!

Ladies you guys are the best! My hair lasted all night and my make-up too! I felt beautiful and thank you for listening and being so flexible when needed. Thank you Shaunna and Lauren for making my day so special and running smooth.

Megan did an amazing job on my hair! I was extremely pleased with how professional she was. I had wanted to do finger waves with my hair but since we didn't have gel she actually took the time to look up tutorial videos instead of just saying 'No'. While that style didn't work out she made me look beautiful anyway & I couldn't be happier with the service my bridesmaids & I received. A special touch was the wedding station on pandora that they played all afternoon to amp us up!

I can't say enough good things about Shaunna and her team! Shaunna impressed me from the moment I met her. I had her do my hair and makeup for engagement photos, my bridal portraits, my boudoir portraits, and the wedding. She became more than a vendor -- she became a trusted friend. On the wedding day, Shaunna brought some music and played MY favorite bands from her Pandora. Shaunna even went above and beyond when got my niece, the flower girl, dressed and ready to go after my stressed-out dad dropped her and my nephew off. Her team was wonderful, too, making all of my bridesmaids look and feel their absolute best! I have NEVER felt more beautiful than after a visit with Shaunna and I plan to use her services again and again for future special occasions!!

My daughter and I had our trial a month before the wedding and it didn't take long for Shaunna to find the style that we liked. Her technique is one that I haven't seen before. She is so professional but at the same time friendly and makes you feel like family. Laughs, talking and music made the time fly. God knows I fall asleep when someone is brushing through my hair but I stayed up for the beauty shops conversations. The day of the wedding we arrived on time and finished early enough to get my nerves in gear and relax before the wedding. I had a lot of comments on my hair and head piece. I slept with the pins in my hair and woke up the next morning and didn't have to even touch it up. My hair felt light and easy. I was surprised my hair stayed with a windy wedding reception and a very eager new husband! lol. I recommend Shaunna at CHairish the Day to anyone!
