Run to book Mist + Moss!!!
From the moment we had our first meeting with Chad we knew his work was going to be so special for us on our wedding day and he far exceeded our expectations! We truly cannot put into words how special it is to watch our wedding video and feel all of the love and precious memories in every moment of that day all over again! Happy tears are shed every time we watch it. Chad took the time to get to know us, our favorite people, and even our dog and made our wedding video even more incredible and thoughtful than we could have hoped. The editing was unbelievable as well!! We still cannot get over how everything was pieced together with the perfect music to match the mood of each moment. Not only was the work of Mist + Moss amazing, but the energy and vibe of Chad day of was so calming and truly fun to be around. Our wedding party still talks about how much fun him and his team were! It’s hard to express in words how much this video meant to us and how much love and time you can feel was put into the film to make it unique for us and our love. We hope so many other couples have the pleasure of experiences the work of Mist + Moss!!! Amazing!!!
Chad was the most incredible videographer. Leading up to the wedding, he was super helpful and very responsive. Day of, he was so energetic, funny, and added so much fun to our day. Chad has such an incredible, creative mind. We have watched our wedding video over 20 times in the past 3 months and we’re so grateful to have this video memory of our best day. Chad incorporating everything we asked for and more. 10/10 recommend mist + moss!Chad was the most incredible videographer. Leading up to the wedding, he was super helpful and very responsive. Book Chad!
We fell in love with Chad’s upbeat and fun videography! The last thing we wanted was a overly serious wedding video, and Chad was totally on board with our desire for a fun and energetic video. Boy did he deliver!
Chad was so incredible to work with! Due to Covid, we unfortunately were unable to meet Chad in person until our actual wedding day. We spoke to him over the phone and Zoom leading up to the big day, and the three of us instantly clicked. It was so great to work with him on the big day. He is laid back, super calm, and never appears overwhelmed! You need that on your wedding day!
Throughout this entire process, we felt like Chad truly wanted to get to know us as a couple so that his end product really reflected our love.
We are absolutely in love with our wedding video! We opted for a Feature Film and we got to choose two unique songs that matched the style of our wedding weekend and venue. Chad’s style is so beautiful. For our film, he combined amazing drone shots of Newport, candid moments of our family and friends, and beautiful moments between me and my husband that we will cherish forever. We love our film so much that we are working with Chad again to obtain more footage of the big day. We just can’t get enough! If you are on the fence about booking a videographer, DO IT and book Chad! It is so incredible to be able to relive that day over and over again. Simply the BEST Videography Duo
Chad and Lauren are an absolute joy to work with!! Our original videographer backed out due to COVID-related health reasons which meant our request to have Chad and Lauren capture our wedding was a little last-minute. Despite that, they did not miss a beat! Chad is extremely professional and easy to talk with. He offered tons of amazing day-of advice that I had never thought of. He took extra time to meet me at my venue a few weeks pre-wedding to figure out how to live stream our ceremony (which he had to get quite creative for!).
I never considered how much time you spend with your videographer and photographer during your wedding day and my husband and I felt incredibly lucky that we LOVED spending time with both so much. Chad is extremely charismatic and funny. He offered creative shots throughout the day. And the end result was amazing! I couldn't believe how much joy, love, and beauty Chad and Lauren captured in a ~6 min video. If you want to have tons of fun on your wedding day AND get amazing footage, hire Chad + Lauren.Chad and Lauren are an absolute joy to work with!! Best videographer!
Chad is AMAZING! His energy, professionalism, care, and talent all superseded any expectations I had. Initially we were on the fence with hiring a videographer but I can honestly say-Chad was one of our absolute favorite vendors we worked with for our wedding.
If I could give him most stars I would! Being a covid bride, not much was going my way or any way as planned but Chad had been my one vendor that was super flexible, super accommodating, and just overall a pleasure to work with. His style of film is PHENOMENAL. I had numerous people tell me our wedding video looked like a movie! He captured the true emotions of the day and I watch that video almost daily. Due to covid, we are having our venue celebration next year and I truly can say-I cannot wait to work with Chad again. If you are thinking of using Mist and Moss Film for your wedding-do it!!! My wife and I immediately fell in love with their shooting and editing style, and knew they would be the perfect match for the wedding day we envisioned. Unfortunately, like most others, COVID threw a wrench in our original 2020 plans. We had to make the tough decision to split up our ceremony (2020) and reception (2021). Little did we know, how lucky we would be to have TWO opportunities to work with Mist + Moss! Chad and Lauren were completely understanding and incredibly accommodating of our situation. They helped us orchestrate a new game plan and revised our original agreement to reflect the untraditional times. We were admittedly picky about what we wanted in our videos and they worked with us to give us exactly that! It was an absolute pleasure of working with Chad and Lauren for both of our wedding celebrations. They both took the time to get to know us and we never felt like we were just another “business deal” to them. Neither my wife nor I like being in front of the camera but with Chad and Lauren’s easy going personalities, they made us feel comfortable and at ease! Our other vendors also really enjoyed working with them as well! We are so happy with our films from Mist + Moss and feel like we are transported back to our special days every time we watch them! Right from the start, Chad was creative, thoughtful, and organized in his approach to planning the videography for our wedding. Open to our ideas, with a willingness to share plenty of his own. His video offerings make it easy to find a package that fits your unique needs - and the product he delivers is...WOW. We could not be happier with our beautiful film. Chad's ability to capture the big moments, small in-between moments, and the emotions of the day was remarkable.
Aside from all of his obvious talents as a filmmaker, the best reason to work with Chad? He's a wonderful person. Chad was the perfect addition to our day! Chad arrived the morning of the wedding and got straight to work, using his drone to get amazing views of the grounds. Chad blended in with the wedding crowd, never forcing a moment and allowed the day to flow naturally. The videos are the perfect mix of highlights from the day and candid clips, they are easy to share with family and friends. My husband and I found Chad in such short notice. He took the time to meet and know us personally before our wedding. We immediately knew we wanted him to film our special day. We were a bit camera shy at first, but both Chad and Lauren made us feel comfortable on our wedding day. We are so grateful to be able to work with them and know them. Of course, his work is amazing! Chad is awesome! He is very talented and easy to work with. He created a beautiful video of our wedding while walking around with an injured Achilles’ tendon.
