Manayunk Wedding and Reception: Outstanding Service!!!

Cescaphe Trolley exceeded our expectations. Very easy to book the trolley and communicate with customer service. Good follow up leading up to the wedding day. Our driver, Steve, was very professional, on time, had great communication and people skills and was an excellent driver. He made the day very smooth and took very good care of our family. Trolley for Water Works

We were getting married at the Water Works, so we partnered with Cescaphe trolley as well and honestly we were happy that we went with them. Our driver was so sweet and helpful. He made sure all my guests got to the venue safely and also back home at the end of the night. He even caught a bridesmaid whose shoe broke as she was getting off the trolley and would have face planted!

Such a cute trolley!

Working with Cescaphe Trolly was so easy! We sent a timeline over two weeks out, and our driver, Levan, knew exactly where to go to best accommodate pick up and drop off. He was patient with returning guests back to our two center city hotels, and was a welcome, friendly face on wedding day. The trolley itself was so cute, spacious, and a great way to get the wedding party and close family together. All of our guests commented on how smooth pick up was. Would highly recommend!

Hassle free transportation

We had a great experience with Cescaphe! Very responsive, easy to coordinate with, and drivers the night of the wedding were very friendly! Most importantly they got everyone to/from the venue safely. Would recommend!

Fantastic thanks to our driver, Greg!

This is a long overdue glowing review for our 8/13/22 Cescaphe Trolley driver, Greg.

Greg was awesome from start to finish! He was so much fun and beyond patient, kind and positive the whole day. Our entire wedding party and all of our guests loved him. We are so grateful he was available on 8/13! The trolley was a lifesaver as it provided a cool respite from the sun in between our photo sessions before the wedding. The entire day was seamless thanks to Greg.

Any wedding party is beyond lucky to have him as a Cescaphe Trolley driver. Thank you, Greg!

You need this trolley!!

I never really thought I'd be writing a review for our transportation but Cescaphe Trolley has earned it! Don't underestimate the importance of good transportation on a day as special as this. You want your guests to be able to relax and not worry about having to drive/ park on such a crazy day! I loved this trolley, it was so beautiful, efficient, timely, and really essential (especially with a city wedding!). We would recommend this service 10 times out of 10, and you can play your own music!

Cescaphe Trolley is incredible to work with and provided flawless, smooth wedding day transportation! Greg was so helpful with planning our itinerary and had no problem making adjustments/adding an extra trip to the itinerary just days before the wedding. Fun and Reliable Transportation

We used Cescaphe Trolleys for our wedding at Tendenza. Jim was so easy to work with. He was flexible and understanding when we had to postpone our wedding last year. He was responsive to my questions and made sure our timeline for the trolleys was perfect. The trolleys transported our wedding party for pictures before the wedding. They also took guests to and from the hotel. We had Leo as one of our drivers and he was so much fun! The ride home may have been more fun than the wedding ha. I would highly recommend Cescaphe Trolleys and Leo. Thank you!

Trolley Driver turned Super Hero!

Our Trolley Driver, Greg P., is my wedding day hero!!!

The Trolley was intended to be used as a method of transportation for my bridal party around town and then for a shuttle in the evening for guests. Greg arrived early and timely. He called me to let me know he was ready when we were and left a really sweet and touching message of congratulations. When the bridal party was ready, he left for the church as planned. Subsequently, my scheduled limo driver (with another company) picked up my husband and his parents, but never came back for me (the bride) and my mom. We were basically left stranded in front of the hotel, waiting for a limo that was never coming... When Greg was told, without hesitation, he came to my rescue! He did it with a smile on his face, and a hurry up and lets get you married attitude! As if he was supposed to do it from the start.

He represents Cescaphe Trolley in the most professional ways. He was a lovely individual who was truly happy to be there for me and my guests on my special day. He became our Hero in what could have been a very tragic situation. His professional attitude and very kind spirit saved the day. I will always recommend this company, and Greg for a driver.

Punctual, professional, and so fun!

Professional, fun, easy to work with, went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough! Our drivers (Leo and Pat) helped me into the church in the pouring rain, helped us cross broad street to get the famous city hall photo, and were kind, funny, and punctual. Our guests raved about them (and so did we!). It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone!

Great Experience

Making arrangements for our wedding date and working out the itinerary was made simple. They came early to the pick up locale and the driver was so courteous. Could not have been more fun for our bridal party!

Cescaphe is the only way!

Cescaphe Trolley was awesome!

Joe met with us at their garage in city so we could take a look at the trolleys. He showed us the different sizes they offered. They were very well taken care of! They are spacious and clean!

Working with Joe was incredibly easy. He assured us that he hires old school drivers that are reliable and can always be counted on to show up on the day of your event. When we were ready to commit, he got some basic information, we paid our down payment and we were good to go until the date got closer.

Once the date was closer, we got a call from the transportation coordinator. We discussed times and locations. He helped me come up with a timeline that would work best for us to get the guys and the girls to the church on time.

Eric was our driver. He had my cell ahead of time and texted the morning of our wedding day to let us know he was on site (early). He got the guys to the church on time and was back to pick up the girls (also on time). We actually got to the church a little early so he dropped off our photographer, circled around and waited on Broad Street until it got a bit closer to "go time" so no one would see me before walking down the aisle.

He was ready and waiting when we were finished family portraits and he brought us to Broad Street for the famous City Hall shot. From that point he did an excellent job transporting our guests to and from Le Meridien to the Franklin Institute for our reception.

He was punctual and where he was expected to be at all times. He did a great job being patient with drunken wedding guests. lol. He let us play our music and he was flexible when needed.

You do not need to have your reception at a Cescaphe venue to use their transportation services. Anyone can use them! Their reviews are much better than the other trolley companies I researched and their actual trolley was MUCH nicer than others we saw at the bridal expo!

Shout out to Joe, Eric and everyone else at Cescaphe Trolley for offering clean, reliable transportation. The white trolley is perfect for a wedding day...especially if you are wearing a ginormous dress! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend using them for your wedding day transportation.

Great Service!

My husband and I used Cescaphe Trolley at our wedding and would definitely recommend. In addition to being reasonable priced they were timeline in their responses leading up as well as meeting us the day of. Our driver was a very nice and welcoming guy. We were kept on schedule (ahead of schedule) and were able to bring a cooler and playlist onto the bus. Unfortunately, at the end of the night the trolley was rear ended, no significant damage and no guests were on the trolley at this point. We didn't think much of it but Cescaphe Trolley apologized and gave us a small refund which we weren't expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for day of transportation at their wedding or other event!

The best trolleys in Philly!

Cescaphe Trolley provided us with transportation for our wedding party, and we had a great experience working with them! Joe and Jim were so incredibly helpful during the booking process and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Their pricing is very reasonable and their fleet is very well-kept. Our driver, Fred, was super friendly and on-time. We highly recommend them for any transportation needs!

Great Wedding Transportation!

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding day transportation and they did not disappoint. Joe was easy to work with leading up to the day of, even calling the day prior to smooth over all the details. Ed was our driver the day of the wedding and was great getting us all over town and back for our guests at the hotel. He made sure we had everyone before leaving at the end of the night and was a pleasure to work with!

Perfect touch!

We used the Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding on January 11, 2019. Our driver, Steven, was punctual and informative. He helped us on the day of to navigate around City Hall to find the best lighting for our pictures before the ceremony at the Cescaphe Ballroom. He played fantastic wedding themed music and had our entire trolley singing on our way to the venue. The service was professional and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend to a friend!

Great Service!

If you have your wedding at a Cescaphe venue I would definitely suggest booking with Cescaphe Trolley. Working with Joseph through the booking process was easy. Two weeks before the wedding they requested an itinerary for the day in which I sent back a timeline of where/when I wanted the trolley to be. They were very accommodating and made the timeline work perfectly. Our driver was fantastic and a lot of fun. Definitely book (early) with Cescaphe Trolley!

The best trolley service in Philly!

The absolute best trolley service around!!! We hired them for our wedding and they did not disappoint. The driver was so friendly and helped us all day on and off the trolley. He even walked us into the church with two umbrellas when it started raining. I would highly recommend them!!!

AMAZING! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TOUCH THAT MADE OUR WEDDING ALL THAT MUCH MORE SPECIAL. Cescaphe Trolley was the best! Joe was able to help me coordinate all of our out-of-town guests from their hotels to the church to the reception venue and back to the hotels. This service was helpful since 90% of our guests were from out-of-town. We got 3 trolleys: one for each hotel and one for the bridal party. The drivers were very nice and professional. Our bridal party had a lot of fun with our driver Bill.

I would recommend them even if you are not having an event with Cescaphe Events.

I just got married this past Saturday and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cescaphe Trolley! Joe was very responsive in my planning, he called and updated me with my driver's name and number 2 days before the wedding and confirmed my itinerary. The trolley was prompt and my driver Larry Hackett was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly kind and super helpful. The trolley was gorgeous and spacious. I used Cescaphe Trolley for my October 7, 2017 and was blown away by the value and professionalism. Their trolleys are absolutely beautiful and really beat the competition in terms of look, features (GPS, music, AC), and the friendliness of the staff. They followed our itinerary and got us where we needed to go with more than enough time to spare, even if it meant driving around in circles between the ceremony, location for pictures, and reception venue. We would highly recommend using Cescaphe!

My mother in law gifted this Trolley service for our wedding and it was perfect. We were married the day of the woman’s march in Philadelphia and there were road closures between our pickup in Fishtown and venue in Fairmount Park. The driver was punctual and had planned out ahead of time a specific route to make sure the wedding party and our guests were on time in spite of unusual traffic. The trolley was beautiful and is great in pictures. The driver was patient and accommodating to a pretty rowdy crowd post wedding on the way to the hotel. I would recommend this trolley for anyone wanting beautiful transportation in Philadelphia.

"No Guest Left Behind" should be the motto for this trolley company. Our daughter & son-in-law recently were married this NYE. The weather was brutally cold that day and the Cescaphe Trolley not only provided exceptional service & abundant fun for the bridal party but showed the same service to our guests. The driver was prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful in making sure everyone was picked up on time & dropped off at the end of the long night to their perspective hotels. He made several trips back to The Downtown Club way after midnight to make sure no one was left behind in the cold!
Joe, what can I say but thank you to you and your team for the true professionalism that is so lacking today when it comes to customer service. Brides take the transportation stress out of your wedding day and call Joe...you won't regret it.

Very easy to coordinate and work with. The trolley itself was really lovely and had plenty of room for our bridal party, coolers, snacks and wet umbrellas (we got married on a snowy December afternoon).

Aside from a positive experience working with the company, we also had an incredible driver for the day. Patrick was a stellar driver, a true gentleman and an all-around outstanding individual. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He brought along extra umbrellas and walked my bridesmaids two at a time up to the church to ensure that they got there safely and without getting wet from the snow. When we wanted to take pictures outside after the ceremony, he pulled all types of driving maneuvers to ensure that we got as close as possible to the ideal spot before going out in the snow and cold. I cannot say enough great things about him!

If I could have given more stars I would have. I ordered the trolley for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding and it was the best time ever. It added that extra something special to their day. Our driver was the BEST!!! There was a little rain during pictures and he came to us with an umbrella and held it for us. Now, that is A+ service. My daughter asked for Christmas music and he had no problem playing it and listening to all the singing without complaining. I highly recommend Cescaphe Trolley they are truly the BEST!!!

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding transportation services to/from our hotel and venue, and they were absolutely incredible! They were very easy to work with and on top of everything throughout the entire planning process and leading up to our wedding day. Our driver Jim Paul was amazing, punctual, and polite. They even supplied water on the trolley and allowed guests to play their own music. The trolley itself was clean and modern, and our guests absolutely loved it. From the beginning of contacting Cescaphe Trolley, they would respond quickly by email or phone with any questions or concerns I had. They were right on time to bring us to our first look. We went to 2 different locations around the city for pictures, and had us back at the venue on time. They shuttles guests from our hotel to the venue and made an extra trip when we heard there were still some guests running late at the hotel waiting to get to the venue. They give you your drivers name and phone number a few days before your event so if you need anything you can get a hold of them directly. It was really hot our wedding day, and the trolley had a cooler of cold water for everyone.

Joe and his team at Cescaphe Trolley were so wonderful to work with. While most of our locations were fairly close and walkable, we found that having the trolley was perfect for those that might have needed more assistance getting from place to place. They were on time (even early) for every stop we asked them to make and got everyone to their destination very easily. We can't thank them enough for doing such an amazing job. This was the second time my family used Cescaphe trolley (the first with my sister when she was married in 2010) and they never disappoint. Highly recommend them.

We used Cescaphe Trolley for our son's wedding this past Saturday, May 6th......the third time we used Cescaphe Trolley for our children's weddings. We hired Cescaphe Trolley to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the church and then to Union Trust on 12/3/2016. Joe was very responsive and answered all my questions. The driver, Joe, showed up on time and was professional. We arrived prompt at each location. He was cheerful and willing to help out as much as he could. The trolley itself was gorgeous and clean. It looks great in photographs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cescaphe Trolley provided a great trolley for our October 2016 wedding. The trolley's are new, clean and reliable. Our driver was also fantastic and very personable. They are flexible with the route as long as you make updates the week leading up to the date of your event.
Joe stayed on a tight schedule leading up to the date of our wedding and made sure to provide us with all the information that we needed.
Take the stress out of planning transportation and give Cescaphe Trolley a call.
We used the trolley to get the bridesmaids, bride and bride's family to the church and then the full bridal party to the reception. We then had the trolley make rounds from the guest hotels to the reception venue and back. Very reasonably priced and fit a great number of guests! Much nicer than a bus or limo!

Joe Erace and his staff provided excellent service for my daughter's August 20, 2016 wedding. The trolley was air-conditioned and the driver was on time and extremely gracious throughout the day. He provided a cooler with ice-cold water, which was very much appreciated by the bridal party on that hot afternoon. Cescaphe trolley was absolutely amazing for our wedding day. Joe was so great to work with and made sure he had my timeline absolutely perfect before the big day. As I'm sure most brides know, the timeline can change last minute causing a bit of stress, but Joe was so responsive and accommodating to all of my needs for my wedding day. He responded to every email within the hour.

Our driver was excellent, as well. He made multiple trips for the bridal party to do our first look and pictures, went back to the hotel to pick up our parents for the rehearsal, and then back to the hotel again to pick up and drop off our guests to and from the venue. He played really fun music in the trolley the whole time and made sure we were all having a good time and got to where we needed to be on time. He was so, so great!

Cescaphe provided trolley services for my wedding, despite the fact that I did not have my reception at one of their venues. I hired a trolley to pick-up and drop-off the groom and his family, as well as myself (the bride) and my family, to the ceremony location. Afterwards, it took all of us to the reception venue. While we were busy taking pictures, the trolley provided shuttle services to guests and made multiple trips taking them from the hotel to the reception venue. At the end of the night, the same trolley made multiple trips shuttling everyone from the venue to back to the hotel. They really did a lot for us that day, and when I was getting transportation quotes, they offered the best deal by far. Cescaphe Trolley is a great value, and I highly recommend booking them.

Cescaphe Trolley provided the transportation for our daughters wedding on Friday, May 6th 2016. Joseph; the General Manager served as the POC and provided us every detail we needed to know beforehand to ensure of the many things that need to run in parallel with the planning of a wedding, the transportation was handled with exceptional detail and precision timing.

Since our wedding was held at Tendenza and most of our guest were staying at the Hilton and the Groom and his groomsmen were all staying at another off-site location, the driver had a very narrow window of timing to ensure that with the rain, Friday night traffic in Old City Philadelphia and over 120 guest everything went as planned. The end result was exceptional both before and after the wedding while bringing all guest back to the Hilton.

The other aspect of the Trolley itself is the charm it provides to its passengers while enjoying a comfortable yet spacious means to be driven to your special event. Quite simply, let Cescaphe Trolley do what they do best while you and your guest sit back and enjoy the simplicity of it all.

Cescaphe Trolley was amazing! The trolley was exactly on time for everything that I had planned. It was clean and beautiful, the drivers were polite, and they even had water bottles onsite for everyone! Joe, our driver, was SO AMAZING! He was friendly and helpful - my huge ballgown dress made it difficult to get on and off the trolley and every time I entered/exited he was right there to assist - what a gentleman! I can't rave enough about this amazing service that Cescaphe offers. It was such a great deal!

We loved Cescaphe Trolley, they were recommended through my sister from her wedding the year in 2014. We especially loved our driver, Jim Kelly. He was great with directions and was on time for everything. He was flexible and outgoing and very fun to work with. My daughter was just married on Sept. 5, 2015 and we used Cescaphe Trolley as our venue was the gorgeous Cescaphe Ballroom. Let me tell you that these people know what they are doing. Joe called me so many times making sure we had the time line perfect. He had to pick up the groom and his family and guys a Hotel Monaco and take them to St. Augustine's Catholic Church (beautiful!!) and then come to the Sheraton Society Hill for the bride, our family and all the maids.

This Trolley starts the whole evening...Steve, our driver was friendly and war and totally accommodating. The Trolley is filled with music - wedding songs, and we serenaded my daughter with "Going to the Chapel" and " Marry You." We were all beaming with happiness and crying before we hit the church.

As soon as Mass was over the Trolley took people back to their hotels while the bride, groom and families took pictures in the church...then they came back for the bridal party. So organized...

And at the end of the night , the Trolley starts taking folks back to their hotels and keeps coming back and forth till the last trip with the bride groom and families. So wonderful!!!

We loved Cescaphe trolley! Our church was about an hour from the atrium (our venue) we needed transportation for the bridal party from 2 different locations to the church, the church to pictures, and pictures to the venue. We also wanted a shuttle to and from our venue and the hotel throughout the night. Any limo company charged a crazy crazy amount and Cescaphe offered their trolley all for a flat fee! It wasn't cheap but it was definitely one of our most affordable options and the service was EXCELLENT! We had the trolley from 11am until midnight. Joe really goes above and beyond for his clients and we were so pleased!

Book as early in advance as you can as they fill up so quick! We booked a year and 7months ahead and there were already other weddings booked that weekend as well!

My husband and I used Cescaphe for transportation for our wedding last summer. After looking through our photographs, we were so thankful we choose Cescaphe. The white trolleys are absolutely beautiful and were a great addition to our wedding day. With a 45 minute drive to our reception, we wanted something comfortable, beautiful, and unique. Cescaphe provided that and more! All pickups were timely and all our requests were met. Our driver Jim was amazing. I have to say choosing this trolley company was one of my best decisions. They were perfect! Our driver Freddy was awesome- on time, fun, and did everything we needed. Not only that but he played "going to the chapel" on our way to the church- which was the nicest cutest touch! They also had a cooler of water and the AC and radio(our choice). We booked a large, white trolley for our wedding in South Jersey on 12~13~14 through Cescaphe Trolley and they were exceptional! The heated trolley seated our wedding party of 25 comfortably and was so much fun to cruise around and party during local pictures in our neighborhoods. Our driver was so nice and accommodating, playing great music to get everyone pumped for the reception. He was prompt all day and was more than willing to take us wherever we wanted to go for pictures when our planned destination was changed due to weather. Prompt responses and very professional.

I was very happy with my services with Cescaphe Trolley. As soon as I provided them with my timeline, they were early, took me and my bridal party safely to my ceremony and reception site.

It's hard to miss the classic white trolley and the vehicle photographs well as I had a bunch inside with my bridal party while we were traveling to/from.

Their pricing was very competitive and for the size of the room inside, can't beat it.

Cescaphe Trolley was the best choice for our wedding. We had a large bridal party and we all fit comfortable together in the trolley. The price was around the same (if not less) than the other companies in the area, and you didn't have to pay extra for the white trolley, heat/air, etc. They were very prompt and the driver was fantastic. He made sure all the girls got in and out okay, was very courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. The trolley was white, and included heat and air conditioning, music hookups, and a cooler of water. We were able to bring our own beverages for the ride. They were wonderful and were the perfect addition to our day.

Joe was great to work with. Any questions we had joe responded with in not time at all. Everything he said he would do in his contract he did. His driver showed up about a half hour before we arranged for him to come. Emery was professional he knew exactly where he was going. with out me having to tell him. As we pulled into the neighborhood where we were getting pictures which can be confusing he assured me that he had already took a ride through the neighborhood and found the house before he came to pick us up. it was a pleasure to use cescaphe trolley.

We made a last minute decision to book a trolley for our recent wedding. We did a lot of research on trolleys, limos, shuttles, etc. in the area. We originally wanted to provide a shuttle service to our hotel guests and separately rent a limo for the bridal party only. If you are thinking of doing something similar, the price for a trolley was roughly about the same! Most limo companies make you purchase a minimum block of time and they do not offer a price for something more flexible, like just 2 hours before and 2 hours after the wedding.

Joe was very easy to work with and he was able to accommodate what I was looking for. I wanted the trolley for the bridal party 2 hours prior to the ceremony so we could take pictures. Then I wanted the trolley to transport guests to and from the ceremony and hotel. Lastly I wanted the trolley to make continuous trips from the venue to the hotel towards the end of the reception.

Well day of things were a bit hectic for the bridal party and we were of course running late. Our driver, Steve, was pleasant and professional and rolled with the punches on our ever changing schedule. Even though I had booked Cescaphe for a certain time block before the ceremony, they extended their services well past this time block.

We had the 33 person trolley and it was beautiful - new and air conditioned! Lots of compliments from our guests.

In general trolleys are going to be pricey, but if you need to do separate limo & shuttle services anyway - this is well worth the money!! I would highly recommend Cescaphe Trolley!

We hired two white trolleys from Cescaphe for our bridal party and guests as a shuttle to and from the wedding and reception sites. The trolleys were beautiful and clean. The drivers were professional and friendly with all of our guests. It was raining before our wedding and the drivers took the time to guide all of our guests onto the trolley with umbrellas to keep them dry. Our experience with Cescaphe Trolley was for a retirement party for my husband. Joe C. was the driver who escorted my husband and I, along with our children and grandchildren, to our destinations in Phila. The trolley was a surprise for my family so it worked out well that Joe arrived a half-hour prior to set time; this allowed for lots of "oohs" and "aahs" from family and neighbors. We, then, proceeded downtown to have family photos taken behind the Art Museum; this took approx. 2 hours; Joe waited nearby and the air-conditioned trolley provided a respite between photo ops. The last stop was Chickie's and Pete's in south Philly. Joe communicated thoroughly, drove safely, behave professionally and gave us the treat of a lifetime...enjoying a memorable night in the city that we love.

Joe was so easy to work with: very professional and responsive. Our driver, Dave, was just a great addition to our wedding day. We had a very large bridal party and he kept us on track while we drove around the city . The trolley is spacious and has ac which is crucial for summer weddings.

Cescaphe trolley is a great transportation service to choose should you need one.

Joe was so easy to work with. He was really familiar with the area and the timing for getting back and forth between the venue and the hotel and our picture location.

My husband Kris said The day really would have been impossible without Joe. He was able to take our timeline and tweak it to make sure everyone got to where they needed to be when they needed to be there. He was professional from start to finish.

My father said that during our photos, Joe did an amazing job of interacting with the passengers and keeping them informed. He made sure to keep everyone under control while Kris and I finished up with our pictures to ensure we captured every moment we hoped for before moving on to the formal shots.

He really made the day move smoothly and we are so thankful for that.

My husband and I used this trolley service for out wedding. They are the absolute best! No hidden charges or agendas. My husband and I got married at Tendenza on May 24, 2014. The Cescaphe Trolley went above and beyond for us. One of our groomsmen lost his tie and our Trolley driver had almost the exact same tie on and he gave us his tie and saved the day. That to me was above and beyond service. The driver couldn't have been more amazing. He was on time, friendly, knew the city well to get around for photos. They went beyond my expectations. Joe at Cescaphe was very professional and promptly returned calls. I was nervous about time lines, and he was very helpful with suggestions. Dave our driver was a lot of fun and promptly on time and extremely professional. We used Cescaphe Trolley for our wedding and I would highly recommend them. We had the white 31 passenger trolley which was beautiful! Our driver was Jim who was super nice to all of our guests, was on time and even ran an extra run for us at the end of the night when another limo service fell through.

Cescaphe Trolley provided transportation to our wedding guests from the hotel to the chuch and then back to the reception. From the start, Joe was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our driver Steve was great! He wa equally accommodating and made the trolley ride for our guests very enjoyable!

Cescaphe trolley was fantastic for our wedding day! We rented 2 trolleys - one to transport the bridal party around the city for photos, and the other to transport our guests between hotel, ceremony & reception. The price was really affordable in comparison to other trolley and limo companies I had reached out to - and the service was FANTASTIC! The drivers were super friendly and accommodating, and Joe gave me his knowledgeable opinion regarding pickup times and scheduling. Could not have asked for better drivers and service!!! My guests loved the white wedding trolley for transportation for our wedding! Our driver, Mike, was the utmost professional. He arrived early with the trolley sparkling clean and a cooler of bottled water on ice, which came in handy at the end of the night! He made as many trips as necessary between the venue and hotel before and after the event. An overall excellent experience!

Cescaphe Trolley made our wedding so special. Our driver arrived early to my house, he was so friendly and helpful. It was raining and he big umbrellas and helped my bridal party and myself into the church and reception. He was willing to help in whatever way he could. He was much more than a driver! Joe, the manager, is a great person to work with! He worked with me to get the best price for our day and the drivers he provided us were great. There was a minor hiccup in the schedule from an overcrowded trolley and then an accident on 476 (of course) but they really did the best they could with the situation they were given. We were given 2 trolleys - one for the bridal party in the beginning (this trolley also worked to pick up and drop off remaining guests at the end of the night) and another for guests - and they arrived ahead of schedule when we were starting our day which was much appreciated!

Excellent, professional company to work with! We enjoyed the beautiful white trolley to transport our parents, wedding party, and photographer! Steve was our driver and he was excellent! I remember turning around before I walked down the aisle and Steve was in the back of the church giving me a thumbs up! He was wonderfully courteous and pleasant to work with. Cescaphe was the best vendor decision I made. I 100% recommend them to every bride. Joe was great to work with and always returned phone calls and emails immediately. Mike was our driver and he went above and beyond the task of driving. He made sure we were all on time throughout the day. He helped me with my dress, and even straightened it out before I walked down the isle with my dad. He was kind enough to drop my parents off at home at the end of the night even though that wasn't part of what we originally contracted. It was only 5 mins away but still was very kind. Joe and Mike were friendly, professional, and really had a positive influence on the best day of my life, so far. I would get married over and over again, just for an opportunity to work with Cescaphe Trolley.

I booked the White Wedding Trolley for my daughter's wedding. The trolley arrived early enough for pictures to be taken and early enough to get us to church. Our driver Joe was very patient. We had a ring bearer and flower girl with us and he was so very nice and helpful with the 2 little ones. He helped us all get off and on the trolley and waited patiently while the photographer took many, many pictures. He made the stops we wanted. I would highly recommend this service, I was not disappointed.

Cescaphe trolley provided wonderful service for our wedding. Fred, our driver, waited for us patiently as we ran late getting ready....as I'm sure most wedding parties do. The Loews Hotel tried to detour our shuttle pick-up location due to the arrival of the Atlanta Falcons, but Fred held his ground and had our back! Would definitely recommend them.

Cescaphe Trolley provided excellent service and our driver, George, could not have been nicer. They work with you to provide you with exactly the transportation you need on your big day and as many trips as necessary to get you and your guests to and fro. I felt completely at ease on my wedding day and never had to ask, "where's the trolley?" George helped us load and unload everything as we came and went and was super friendly and polite to everyone. I would highly recommend Cescaphe Trolley (especially if you are having an event at one of their venues since they are constantly in contact with your event planner to keep the day moving smoothly--why bother with an unrelated vendor?).
