You NEED Crystal at your wedding!
Crystal is, hands down, the extra special ingredient that made our wedding day absolutely spectacular. If I could sum up her presence in one word, it would be "magic." From the moment she stepped into our lives, she radiated warmth, humor, and genuine care in a way that was truly enchanting. To this day, our wedding guests rave about her, and it's easy to see why. We wanted to do a fun, upbeat, yet romantic ceremony and she executed our vision PERFECTLY! She’s everything you want her to be and more. The officiant is such an important part of your wedding day, make sure Crystal is there with you! Oh and she's bi-lingual too! :) -

Amazingly sweet kind and funny.
We just had our wedding on 4/1 and let me tell you every single one of my guest told me how amazing crystal was! She’s everything you want her to be and more. We wanted to do a fun upbeat non traditional ceremony and boy did she deliver! Crystal had my guest in tear to cheers in seconds. She took all the nerves away from me, and my groom on our big day made us feel so loved. Crystal will be the best hire of your big day! -

My wife, Shayne, and I chose Crystal to officiate our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal as part of a Disney Fairytale Wedding that we had been planning since our honeymoon. We were beyond satisfied. With so many different vendors to coordinate I was worried the experience would be a hodgepodge, but Crystal brought the whole thing together with heart and humor. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us throughout the process. She took the time to get to know us as a couple so she could personalize our ceremony for us and our guests. And above all it was fun! She brought so much energy and joy even as I was melting in the Florida sun. There are not enough superlatives for the service she provided and I wish we could do it again! I read a lot of positive recommendations of Pastor Crystal when I searched for an officiant who spoke English and Spanish on the Tampa Wedding Swap Facebook page. I went to her website and watched some of her videos, took her quiz, and I knew her personality (and love of tacos) was perfect for us. My now-husband was especially impressed down the line when she used Lego people to explain how the processional and recessional would go. Pastor Crystal made planning our ceremony fun and easy and she even offered us recommendations for other vendors as well. She made sure we were prepared for our ceremony with our license and provided a very large guide of unity ceremony ideas. She's still there for you after the ceremony too. My husband and I cannot stop talking about Pastor Crystal since our wedding two weeks ago. Many of our guests raved “ Hands down the best officiant ever, where did you find her?!!”
If you are looking for the most sweet, caring, and truly passionate about what she does wedding officiant, then stop looking, because Crystal is THE ONE!
Crystal is truly a gift to all she comes in contact with. From our first conversation on the phone, leading up to wedding day, her communication was impeccable. The system she uses is seamless and well thought out. Plus she even sends you videos and tips to help you prepare for your big day. Those videos made all the difference in the world to me to make sure I wasn’t giving away “my marbles” on wedding day:)
You could always hear her smiling over the phone when you talk to her:) and then you see that smile on your wedding day and the stress melts away.
If I could adopt Crystal as part of my family, I would! That’s how much we loved her.

The sweetest and kindest officiant!!!
There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for Crystal. I spent countless hours researching my vendors and I couldn’t be more thankful how God put crystal in my path. Having a bilingual officiant was extremely important to me as I had my grandparents flying in from Colombia and I wanted them to feel included in the most special day of our life 🤍 from my first email interaction to our first phone call with her, my husband and I knew she was the one . She truly felt like “ home “ and like family. Talking to her was like talking to a life long friend . We always felt as if we were the most important couple to her in the world, and I can guarantee you she will make you feel the same way! She was such an essential and vital part of our wedding. We wanted to be married by someone we felt comfortable with but that also brought laughter and a sense of light hearted ness to the ceremony. She did just that, and more! Our guests LOVED her and thought we knew crystal from many years ago … that speaks volumes on how much time and effort she puts into every ceremony she does , and into truly getting to know her couples . Fairy Godmother Extraordinaire
Pastor Crystal was the absolute best officiant a couple could wish for. She was our Fairy Godmother (storybook tale and all) and immediately felt like family the first time we spoke with her. She was so engaging and an absolute delight - every guest adored her.

She is the best!
We don't have enough words to thank Pastor Crystal for making our day magical. We were looking for a bilingual officiant so that our mothers could take part in the ceremony. As soon as we had the first meeting with her, there was no doubt that she would be the right one.
Each pre-wedding meeting was so full of learning and we always ended up with a beautiful lesson learned. All our guests loved her. She was a fundamental part of our wedding and I can't imagine my day any other way. -

She is just AMAZING!!
Thanks to Pastor Crystal we had the most beautiful, fun and heartfelt ceremony we could’ve ever dreamed of. She made our day so special! Everybody had something to say about how amazing she was.
Half of our guests were Hispanic and she wisely performed certain parts of the ceremony in English and Spanish so nobody felt left out. We loved that!!
She is very organized and sweet and make the process of preparing your ceremony very easy. She even have a system where you can easily create your own ceremony, that you’ll love! She also give you very good tips and recommendations for you and your bridal party to make sure that that day everything runs perfectly.
We are so happy we made her part of our special day!

We got married on Feb 22, 2022. We’re from VA, but wanted a FL beach wedding. It was everything I ever wanted and more! Crystal is the best! I really appreciated her personalized style, it made it feel like we’ve known her forever. The ceremony was perfect and exactly what we wanted. She is also so organized that it really put me at ease during a normally stressful time. My guests said it was the best ceremony they’ve ever attended. My ceremony was absolutely perfect thanks to my beautiful officiant Crystal! Through the whole process she was there! She got to know us and we got to know her , although we didn’t meet in person until the day of my wedding I had no doubt that she was going to be great! I fully trusted her to create an amazing ceremony and she did just that! Everything flowed perfectly adding a few funny comments it was great! Amazing Day!
Pastor Crystal was our officiant in our December 2021 wedding at Fort de Soto in Tierra Verde, Florida. We were very fortunate to find Ceremony by Crystal / Pastor Crystal through recommendations. Our family will be forever indebted to Pastor Crystal. Guest after guest raved about the ceremony. Pastor Crystal’s faith, compassion and caring shone through. At the wedding ceremony, she was able to encompass our personal styles with the perfect mix of tradition, humor, and love to make our ceremony beautiful and meaningful. Me and my wonderful husband Aaron just got married November 2021. We had to find an officiant with only a month and a half time frame and were so stressed if we would find someone with our vision. Then we found the most special, kind, and caring person of all, Crystal. She made the ceremony process an absolute breeze! She gave us options and tips and planned it all for us. We were ready to go! Wedding day came and she stopped by to see me and my husband separately before the wedding and took time with each of us, gave us the most incredible ceremony, and even stayed after to check in on us. Crystal was just amazing and a breath of fresh air. She helped us every step of the way in constructing our ceremony the way we wanted and gave us the tools needed to successfully put everything together. A true angel!
This women was sent to us by the gods! She is absolutely amazing! As we are not from FL I was worried that things would get lost or not communicated clearly since we couldn’t do any in person meetings. That was not the case. We had many phone sessions to walk us through everything. She even had suggestions that we didn’t even think of, for example, having our parents sit on opposite sides so they can see our faces instead of our backs. Would have never thought of that without her knowledge and expertise. She made our ceremony perfect for us. Fun and heartfelt. I would recommend her in a heartbeat -

Most amazing officiant
From our first meeting, we fell in love with Crystal! Her energy was so uplifting and calming. We loved that everything about our ceremony would be customizable. Leading up to the wedding, Crystal was detail-oriented and made sure we knew exactly what to do - even down to where our hands should go!
On the day of our wedding, all of our guests were SO impressed with how fun our ceremony was. I heard them all laughing before I had even entered. We had multiple guests mention how great of a speaker Crystal was and how much they enjoyed it (especially compared to other weddings). Our Spanish-speaking guest was very impressed by her fluid transition between both languages.
She even mailed in our marriage certificate after the wedding so we didnt have to worry about anything -

Pastor Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. She was helpful with anything we needed leading up to the wedding. The customizable ceremony is such a cool experience that really lets you put in exactly what you want. We also choose to do the fairytale love story which came out even better then I could have imagined. 10 out of 10 would recommend Pastor Crystal every time.
