Our experience with Crystal was awesome from the 1st point of contact her attention to detail and her ability to make you relax and laugh and enjoy every moment of your time with her is awesome. She has excellent recommendations from restaurants to photographers, but most importantly she makes your day extremely special and she makes you feel as though she’s been a part of your family for a long time. I would highly recommend using her..
Our experience with Crystal was exceptional from the initial contact. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere made every moment spent with her memorable. Crystal’s recommendations for restaurants and photographers are highly commendable. Crystal is amazing ☺️ we were married by her in October last year and are so glad we went with her. We were flying over from England and straight away she made us feel relaxed and welcome about coming and getting married in a different country. You can tell instantly that she is such a warm and caring person, her personality is infectious.
She was brilliant throughout the whole process. She always made us feel welcome to talk to her any time and ask any questions. And on the day she was just as perfect as we had come to expect 😊 she was professional but also warm and bubbly and entertaining. We cannot recommend her enough. -

Crystal is, hands down, the extra special ingredient that made our wedding day absolutely spectacular. If I could sum up her presence in one word, it would be "magic." From the moment she stepped into our lives, she radiated warmth, humor, and genuine care in a way that was truly enchanting. To this day, our wedding guests rave about her, and it's easy to see why. Amazingly sweet kind and funny.
We just had our wedding on 4/1 and let me tell you every single one of my guest told me how amazing crystal was! She’s everything you want her to be and more. We wanted to do a fun upbeat non traditional ceremony and boy did she deliver! Crystal had my guest in tear to cheers in seconds. My wife, Shayne, and I chose Crystal to officiate our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal as part of a Disney Fairytale Wedding that we had been planning since our honeymoon. We were beyond satisfied. With so many different vendors to coordinate I was worried the experience would be a hodgepodge, but Crystal brought the whole thing together with heart and humor. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us throughout the process. She took the time to get to know us as a couple so she could personalize our ceremony for us and our guests. And above all it was fun! She brought so much energy and joy even as I was melting in the Florida sun. There are not enough superlatives for the service she provided and I wish we could do it again! I read a lot of positive recommendations of Pastor Crystal when I searched for an officiant who spoke English and Spanish on the Tampa Wedding Swap Facebook page. I went to her website and watched some of her videos, took her quiz, and I knew her personality (and love of tacos) was perfect for us. My now-husband was especially impressed down the line when she used Lego people to explain how the processional and recessional would go. Pastor Crystal made planning our ceremony fun and easy and she even offered us recommendations for other vendors as well. She made sure we were prepared for our ceremony with our license and provided a very large guide of unity ceremony ideas. She's still there for you after the ceremony too. The sweetest and kindest officiant!!!
There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for Crystal. I spent countless hours researching my vendors and I couldn’t be more thankful how God put crystal in my path. Having a bilingual officiant was extremely important to me as I had my grandparents flying in from Colombia and I wanted them to feel included in the most special day of our life 🤍 from my first email interaction to our first phone call with her, my husband and I knew she was the one . She truly felt like “ home “ and like family. Talking to her was like talking to a life long friend . We always felt as if we were the most important couple to her in the world, and I can guarantee you she will make you feel the same way! She was such an essential and vital part of our wedding. Crystal is truly a gift to all she comes in contact with. From our first conversation on the phone, leading up to wedding day, her communication was impeccable. The system she uses is seamless and well thought out. Plus she even sends you videos and tips to help you prepare for your big day. Those videos made all the difference in the world to me to make sure I wasn’t giving away “my marbles” on wedding day:)
You could always hear her smiling over the phone when you talk to her:) and then you see that smile on your wedding day and the stress melts away.
If I could adopt Crystal as part of my family, I would! That’s how much we loved her.

She is just AMAZING!!
Thanks to Pastor Crystal we had the most beautiful, fun and heartfelt ceremony we could’ve ever dreamed of. She made our day so special! Everybody had something to say about how amazing she was.
Half of our guests were Hispanic and she wisely performed certain parts of the ceremony in English and Spanish so nobody felt left out. We loved that!!
She is very organized and sweet and make the process of preparing your ceremony very easy. She even have a system where you can easily create your own ceremony, that you’ll love! She also give you very good tips and recommendations for you and your bridal party to make sure that that day everything runs perfectly.
We are so happy we made her part of our special day!

A true angel!
This women was sent to us by the gods! She is absolutely amazing! As we are not from FL I was worried that things would get lost or not communicated clearly since we couldn’t do any in person meetings. That was not the case. We had many phone sessions to walk us through everything. She even had suggestions that we didn’t even think of, for example, having our parents sit on opposite sides so they can see our faces instead of our backs. Would have never thought of that without her knowledge and expertise. She made our ceremony perfect for us. Fun and heartfelt. I would recommend her in a heartbeat -

Most amazing officiant
From our first meeting, we fell in love with Crystal! Her energy was so uplifting and calming. We loved that everything about our ceremony would be customizable. Leading up to the wedding, Crystal was detail-oriented and made sure we knew exactly what to do - even down to where our hands should go!
On the day of our wedding, all of our guests were SO impressed with how fun our ceremony was. I heard them all laughing before I had even entered. We had multiple guests mention how great of a speaker Crystal was and how much they enjoyed it (especially compared to other weddings). Our Spanish-speaking guest was very impressed by her fluid transition between both languages.
She even mailed in our marriage certificate after the wedding so we didnt have to worry about anything -

Well Worth your Money !!!
My husband and I got to experience our very beautiful ceremony with Pastor Crystal! She is very creative and very flexible in pretty much everything! She's bilingual so we did have some spanglish in the ceremony which was awesome because my mom doesn't speak english. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant she makes everything flow like its supposed to. Not to mention she has done multiple sand ceremonies and they turn out very pretty, like I said she is very creative. -

Pastor Crystal was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience incredibly easy and fun. She walks you through the process and helps where needed making the stress of planning a little more easy. She doesn't have a single minded processes and lets you had your own personality into the ceremony. Come wedding day, she was punctual and professional and had time to meet with my husband and I before the ceremony began to go over any last minute details. Crystal is a beautiful and super loving, very professional officiant!!
She walked with us through the preparation of our wedding with all we needed, to make it THE day of our life! She was flexible and supportive in every wish we had. We wanted our wedding to reflect who we are and why we love each other and she gave us free hand, to put our wedding in the way together we wanted it.
She was supportive when we figured out 30 minutes before our wedding that 'our huge oak tree', where we should get married, was also chosen by an other couple to be their "wedding tree" (guess its a stunning tree for many people ;-)). Crystal comforted us by telling us she had time and we should go and take the wedding pictures first and after that the tree would be free for us and our guests. So we did and we could have the celebration under 'our tree' 45 minutes later than was planed! THANKS so much Crystal for ALL you did and for who you are, you will always be a part of our life!

More than expected
Crystal offered more than we expected. We were going casual on the beach and were just looking for a basic ceremony. She offered an entire layout with numerous options so basically wrote our ceremony. We wanted to make my husband's two children part of it and she made it happen. Magical vow renewal on the beach
Crystal was simply the best - I would highly recommend her services to anyone. I planned our vow renewal from the UK with Crystal - and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was so well planned by Crystal and she suggested some excellent ideas for our ceremony. Crystal went above and beyond at all times in the planning and the ceremony itself - she organised our photographer who was amazing too. Crystal is definitely great at what she does and you can tell she loves it! She made our experience one of a kind. Going into our consultation, my now husband and I had no idea what we were doing, and Crystal could not have made it easier! Crystal es una persona muy amorosa, nuestra ceremonia fue hecha a mano y cada oración fue hecha con la ayuda de Crystal.
Si le pides con tiempo ella puede hacer tu ceremonia en español.
La de nosotros fue una hermosa combinación entre inglés y español.
Sobretodo gracias por tu energía! Hiciste a nuestras familias y amigos reir y sentirse parte de la ceremonia. Y nos hiciste sentir cómodos para poder no estar nerviosos y concentrarnos en lo que queríamos: Amarnos.

Pastor Crystal was great to work with, and I am so happy we hired her as our officiant! She makes everything very easy, and explains everything very well, making the ceremony stress-free. She also gave us fun ideas of things to add to your ceremony. I really appreciated the fact that she was willing and able to accommodate us for our non-religious ceremony. Crystal has so much "magic" up her sleeve, she will amaze you without a doubt!! I never knew someone to put as many special touches on a ceremony as Crystal did. She truly makes your ceremony different and unique from the previous ceremonies she has done. My husband and I decided not to do a videographer for our wedding and now we wish we had to capture the absolutely amazing ceremony Crystal put on for us. I could honestly go on for miles with this review, that's how much we LOVE Crystal and the ceremony she put on for our wedding however I won't. PLEASE, just book a consultation with Crystal, I promise you won't regret it and you will fall in love with Crystal just as much as my husband and I did. -

Oh, where do I begin? Pastor Crystal is a kind and sweet human being! My husband and I are so blessed that we found her. We cannot even imagine our wedding ceremony without her officiating it. From the very first call, she was so sweet and informative. She made us feel comfortable and provide us with many ideas to make our ceremony unique and stand out from others. She would constantly call/email check on us just to make sure that we were doing all right throughout the wedding planning. She was promptly at the rehearsal and guided us through all the steps. Fabulous Find!
When my Aunt and Uncle picked us up from the airport Thursday afternoon, she joked with us she had not yet received a wedding invitation. It was then that we dropped the word that we wanted to get married while we were there to visit them. Within minutes she was on the internet trying to find an officiant who would make it a special and memorable experience. There was one little catch ... we wanted to get married on Saturday. When she found Crystal, everything fell into place.
Crystal is amazing! She poured her heart into all the details of our ceremony and made us feel like we had known her for years. She made the planning not only fun, but very easy as well. The wedding was uniquely our own and we feel so blessed to have found her to conduct the ceremony. Once you find Pastor Crystal, you can check the celebrant off your to do list. -

I can't even begin to explain what an awesome and fantastic job Crystal did IN EVERY WAY!! On our way from picking my nephew and his fiance up from the airport a week ago, they dropped the word that they were hoping to get married in Florida while visiting us. Within minutes I was on the internet trying to find an officiant who would make it a special, memorable experience. I found Crystal's website and sent her a message, especially emphasizing that this needed to take place 2 days later! She IMMEDIATELY responded that she was "so there!". From that moment forward, she did all the preparation, talking to the bride and groom to ask about their wedding preferences, location, etc. The beautiful wedding took place on the beach on a perfect day with the perfect officiant 2 days later. We felt like we had all known her forever, and she made us all feel special. Her preparation, presentation, music, and personalization for the ceremony (and after) can not be emphasized enough. WE ALL RECOMMEND CRYSTAL FOR ANYONE WISHING TO HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL, INTIMATE (OR OTHERWISE) CEREMONY CUSTOMIZED FOR YOUR NEEDS AND WISHES. CALL HER!!!!! I promise this is not a paid review. An amazing experience
Crystal was great! My fiance and I knew that she was the perfect officiant for us when we first spoke to her on the phone. She is so sweet, caring, and personable. She even came 30 mins early to the ceremony to help me set up and even stayed until everything was taken down. She has the sweetest soul and a heart of gold. Thank you Crystal for marrying us! -

Crystal is the best.
Crystal was great, she came on time even though it was pouring rain. She is very outgoing and it speared throughout the room, setting the tone for the ceremony. She is filled with great ideas such as the sand ceremony with the hidden key, witch both my wife and I loved. She made the process alot a fun and stress free from going over the ceremony to preforming the ceremony she was awesome, and a real life saver since I contacted her only a week before the ceremony. Spectacular!!!
Words cannot express how special Crystal made our ceremony! It was my husbands second and my third wedding and I’m a wedding planner so I’ve seen many! I can honestly say it was the most precious ceremony I’ve ever seen! Crystal took so much time getting to know both of us in order to put together the most awesome time of our life!
