Daphne is quite amazing in asking the right questions to get the true-est version of your love story. In a few simple questions, not only was my husband and I reliving the moments, but from the laughter and sniffles in the crowd, everyone could feel the love in her retelling.
She's caring also in the fact that now-a-days, brides could want one thing but not another, and her questionnaire includes that and space for anything she couldn't think of. We ended up having a fairly quick wedding in the mountains, about 40 mins, but it was exactly what we wanted.
If you are looking in the area and she is available, I highly recommend reaching out! -

I had the absolute pleasure working with Daphne as the officiant of our wedding. She is warm and inviting and so thoughtful and how she arranges your ceremony! Daphne asked so many thoughtful and insightful questions to make sure she was capturing the things that my husband and I loved most about each other. She reviewed the script many times with me prior to wedding day to ensure that everything was perfect and I had full visibility into what would happen before our “I dos”! I cannot recommend Daphne enough!!! She will be the easiest part of your wedding planning process and give you a ceremony with memories to last a lifetime. -

It was such a pleasure working with Daphne! I was so nervous about the flow of the ceremony for my wedding, but she made it beyond anything I could’ve dreamed! She was professional, efficient, and even offered help and resources for writing our vows! She was also thoughtful enough to step away from the arch for our first kiss so our photo would be perfect. We wanted a very low key, easy going ceremony. Daphne not only gave us exactly what we wanted, we felt incredibly taken care of and special. When she asked if we wanted to be married, both of us got chills! She gave us just the right amount of emotion and thoughtfulness to start our lives together. I would definitely recommend her, even if we had wanted a bigger ceremony, I know she would have been great at that too! -

I got to see Daphne’s work at my sisters wedding and had to hire her for my own wedding the following year. She takes the time to learn about the two of you as a couple, so she can tell your love story to your guests. She is a phenomenal writer and really captured us and our story beautifully. She makes sure to make every sentence personal, and I can confidently say our ceremony was completely unique. If you want something personally curated and well thought through, hire Daphne! Wonderful!
My husband and I wanted a private ceremony with just the two of us and decided to hire Daphne as our officiant because we had heard great things about her. She did not disappoint! She was quick to respond to all of my questions and so organized throughout the whole process. She made our “big day” stress free and EASY. The moment I saw her at the venue, her warm smile immediately put me at ease and made me feel as if I had known her forever. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone! -

We couldn't have had a better experience. We decided after a covid postponment in Aug to make our special happen even if it was a smaller affair, and we married Dec 31, 2020. With a last minute wedding on a holiday, Daphne was right there for us. Our communication was great throughout the process, and she walked us through everything. Her "getting to know us" forms were an excellent way of telling her our story and then allowing her to produce a ceremony based on us. When we finally got to meet Daphne, we felt that same relaxed vibe we felt throughout all of our emailing, and texting up until the day. When she sent us our preview of the ceremony I was misty eyed by the end of the second paragraph. Daphne's voice is lovely and sincere. We walked away from our day with lots of love and memories that she will always be apart of. -

Daphne was a wonderful addition to our wedding day events. I love her beautiful words and the casual elegance she brings to the experience. Where do I start? We found Daphne on FB while looking for officiant to perform our last minute elopement. I'm not going to lie, I didn't look at reviews or even the videos of her in action. I just jumped right in! Immediately she was quick to answer all of my absurd questions. Her willingness to assist us in any way she could was a breathe of fresh air in our short notice chaos. Once we finally got closer to the big day and we recieved our ceremonial it was almost perfect and she was willing to tweak until it was. At the ceremony itself she was perfect. She read each word with meaning and kept humor in the spots we wanted to laugh. She was able to turn our messy plan into something beautiful. She not only helped make our ceremony perfect but I believe I've gained a good friend in the process. 10/10 hands down. -

Ceremonies by Daphne Trees is AWESOME!
Daphne Trees of Ceremonies by Daphne Trees is AWESOME! We filled out the questionnaire she sent. She wrote our ceremony and sent us a copy to approve. I laughed and cried when I read it. I had never met her and yet she wrote like she had been by my side throughout my entire life. One of our special memories was suggested by Daphne. We brought rosemary from our garden, stuffed into our wedding rings. At the beginning of the ceremony this was passed through our guests with instructions to say and blessing or a prayer over our rings. During the ceremony (of course) I cried. Even months later when she saw us on the sidewalk in West Jefferson she made Rob drop her off and she tracked us down while Rob circled the block. A truly special lady. -

From start to wonderful finish Daphne was AMAZING!!! She was helpful, kind, and so easy to talk to and work with! The ceremony she wrote had me in tears while reading through it and she showed up and did not disappoint!!! Hands down the only person I would ever recommend as an officiant!! Beautiful soul and I am so thankful for everything! if I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!
We are thinking of doing a vow renewal in 5 years and if we do then we will definitely be sure to contact Daphne first and foremost! -
