Beautiful Venue and Outstanding Service

The Century Club Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding! Ying was very accommodating and reliable throughout our entire wedding planning process and made sure our entire day went as planned. The historical charm of the building was an added bonus and fit well with the theme of our wedding. I highly recommend checking out the Century Club Ballroom for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed!

The vendor was very easy to work with and it could not have gone any better.

The Century Club Ballroom was a beautiful venue and Ying was professional and easy to work with. We could not have done it without her. We were very happy that we chose this venue for our reception. We had many compliments of what a beautiful place for a reception. People were also pleased that there were other places near by to go to before the reception.

Surprise wedding

This was such an excellent venue and they did a great job working with us for our surprise wedding! They gave us great flexibility to get into the space and prepare and was always a phone call away to help make changes. Even when we had an issue with a set up from another company Ying did a great job calling them and fixing the problem for us! Would use them again!

Flexible, accommodating, and professional

My experience was fantastic. The ballroom staff accommodated me and made sure that everything was perfect for my big day. Very responsive and will to assist with any needs.

Very responsive

The Century Club is a gorgeous venue, and Ying was great to work with. She was so responsive and organized. Often she would respond to my email or text within minutes. We hashed out last details via phone the week before the wedding since I was living in another state. She made the process very easy!

Excellent Venue and Support

Ying and her staff were outstanding during the entire planning process. She was accessible and her staff was wonderful - especially during the "changeover" between wedding and reception. She was also very good at "steering" our very determined bride with anyone being upset. Ying know the set-up and we followed her suggestions with huge success. The building is easily accessible, close to hotels, and just plain beautiful. I would highly recommend for anyone that wants an elegant event.

Everything at the Century Club was just amazing! There's plenty of parking available for guests in the lot behind the building - also its super close to local hotels (Shoreline Inn and Holiday Inn). The space is just gorgeous and you get a ton of natural light- which is really nice for pictures. I knew I wanted a venue with a different style than your average banquet room somewhere and this fit perfectly with my vision! Also, Ying is amazingly helpful and so fast at answering any questions. We planned our wedding from across the state and I never felt worried because I knew every detail and aspect of the day were in good hands!

I highly recommend the Century Club Ballroom for any event! We just held our wedding reception in the space and it was truly memorable! I had many comments from guests about the beauty and charm of the ballroom. I was also personally excited that I did not have to do much decoration because the space is beautiful as is. We were able to fit 130 people comfortably with a DJ, photo booth, buffet and bar and we still had room for dancing! I also recommend renting vintage furniture from Mena&Charm since the aesthetic fits the space quite well and makes for beautiful pictures. Ying was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was easy going and answered questions quickly which took a lot of stress off of me as I was trying to plan from afar in Calgary, Alberta. She was open to letting my family members come in and see the space and take measurements, etc. Ying also provided us with a list of vendors that was very helpful in choosing our caterer, alcohol provider, and photographer. Our guests also loved the row of shops on the first floor and it was actually where I got the idea for our wedding favors from McDonald's Candies. All in all, our day was magical and a large part of that is due to the Century Club Ballroom.

The Century Club was nothing short of AMAZING for our wedding day. Any time I had a question at any point of the day, Ying was always crazy quick to answer. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. She had the best recommendations for vendors and even has her own on site rental company that was a great addition to the day. On the day of the event crews arrived at the end of our reception to immediately start cleanup. It was very affordable also. I honestly could not ask for anymore. Thank you so much!

Ying from the Century Club is amazing, along with all of the set up/ tear down staff. She was super helpful and made my life easy while planning. They were quick very polite. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful, our wedding was perfect there.

We held our 75 guest wedding ceremony and reception at the Century Club. Beautiful venue!! We were also thoroughly impressed with Ying and her willingness to ensure that our wedding day was perfect! She was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to all of our questions/concerns.

We can't say enough amazing things about Ying and the Century Club Ballroom! It was the PERFECT venue for our wedding reception and Ying was so great to work with! It is a GORGEOUS space and can be decorated in so many different ways! In addition to the space itself, the planning process went so smoothly! Ying answered my emails so quickly no matter what time of the day I emailed her (and I was even in a different time zone for most of the planning process)! She had great vendor referrals and had great staff working the day of our wedding too! Highly recommend!!!

We highly recommend the Century Club for a venue to use. My daughter had her wedding there and we absolutely loved it. They are very professional and everything went as planned. The venue is gorgeous and was everything we were looking for. We worked with Ying and she was fabulous to work with. It was the perfect wedding at the perfect venue! Highly recommend checking it out.

Ying and her venue were perfect. It is one of the few non-country club options in West Michigan, and it was ideal for us. She was so accommodating with us planning the wedding from Colorado, communicating frequently and clearly, helping us to plan our perfect reception. The location is amazing, as guests can walk from the site to the Holiday Inn, or go to the bar next door when the reception ends, like we did! So happy to support local businesses, especially when it's of such high quality like the Century Club.

The century club ballroom was absolutely beautiful!! We received compliments throughout the night about how beautiful a place it was! Ying was a dream to work with and even spoke with our vendors to ensure that everything was set up the way we wanted! I highly recommend using the Century Club for your wedding!!

Our reception was everything we dreamed of at Century Club. Ying was friendly, responsive and very willing to work with us to accommodate all of our requests. We had 168 people seated comfortably, only had to remove 2 tables to make a big dance floor and there was still space for both our band and DJ to be set up. You can get in early (10am) to set up, which was very helpful. Plus you're the only event in the building, so you're not competing with noise or crowds from other parties. Not to mention WALKING DISTANCE to two big hotels and bars! It's a beautiful venue, affordable and in the center of it all. Wish we could do it all over again! Thanks Ying!

Choosing a venue was overwhelming in the beginning, we had viewed many locations online but decided to check out Century Club first and ended up booking the date on the spot when we walked in. It was everything we wanted and immediately fell in love with everything it had to offer. Ying was extremely helpful from the day we signed to our wedding day. If I ever had questions she was very quick to respond with email or phone call.
With the Ballroom's exposed brick walls and original wood floors and fireplace settings, it didn't take much decorating to create the vintage look we wanted. It was well within our budget and we were only 15min away from Lake Michigan for our pictures!

The Century Club was the perfect setting for our reception. Ying was very responsive, really knows the vendors (such an invaluable resource!) and very flexible. We felt like we hit the jackpot finding such a beautiful setting for our wedding day (and at such an affordable price)!

There is literally nothing bad that I can say about this venue. The space is beautiful, Ying was extremely helpful through the entire process (promptly responding to my multitude of emails!) and my guests complimented me all night on how beautiful our ceremony and reception were. I highly recommend both the Century Club as a venue, and Ying as a venue coordinator.

The venue was vinatge-y gorgeous, although a bit tight for our 180-something guest list. It was intimate and fun! Perfect area for buffet, gifts, photo booth, cake, away from the main room.

The Century Club Ballroom is such a beautiful and affordable wedding reception venue in Muskegon, MI, and my husband and I would absolutely recommend booking this room for an event! Ying, the ballroom coordinator, is very helpful and responsive. Our whole experience with the ballroom was really pleasant, and we had many guests comment on the unique beauty of the space. :)

Such a beautiful venue for a wedding, doesn't require much decorating which can keep cost down! Ying is wonderful to work with!! Everyone keeps commenting on how wonderful & beautiful the ballroom is! If you are looking for a venue in Muskegon, MI I would highly recommend the Century Club!!

Century Club Ballroom was such a perfect fit for my wedding day. It offers a beautiful, bright, classic space that can be tailored to your event. With its exposed-brick walls and gorgeous chandelier hanging in the ballroom, I did not feel the need to decorate more than just a little bit. The space itself evokes so much beauty as it is! I wish I could get married there again.

The Sentry club it was absolutely beautiful. If you’re planning a very big wedding I would not recommend it however I did have 180 gas and it accommodated us well. Ying is absolutely amazing to work with she is very responsive to any questions you have.

I loved our venue! We were on the search for something with the exposed brick that still offered flexibility with vendors. Century Club was it! Ying was easy to work with and very responsive! I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. I would recommend using vendors from the preferred list, because they are all very familiar with the venue and the day of process went very smooth because of that! Having all separate vendors was a little worrisome as a bride, but Ying contacted all of them and ensured they were all on the same page. Everything went great and the planning all paid off! We had a total of 135 guest and I feel that was the perfect fit. any more may have felt a little more crammed, but it would have been possible to have a couple more tables. Thanks!
