Amazing Day

We had our wedding a few weeks ago and everything about it was perfect. They made the planning go so easy and had Maria’s help whenever I needed it. The wedding went so well and Ladonna the coordinator was a tremendous help. The DJ did a great job with the music. And the food was delicious. All my guests are still complimenting us. I might add that we were so excited that they had re-painted the reception space to white and it matched my color theme so well and it looked so beautiful. We had a perfect evening. Best Venue in the greater Houston area!!

Maria, Pat and Ladonna made everything go so perfectly for our special day! The staff was so nice and were there to support us throughout the whole night. This venue has everything you would need for your wedding day and are so affordable!!

Best decision for your wedding venue

I just had my wedding at Centurion Palace on 10/28/22. This venue is amazing and beautiful. Maria and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. They make sure your special day is everything you imagine! LaDonna the wedding coordinator made sure every detail was done. Pat the DJ was amazing. Amazing, beautiful place, friendly

My wedding day was PERFECT! I chose Centurion because they do everything for you and the price is great. I could not have asked for more. DJ Pat was awesome and the Coordinator was so helpful. The food and cake was excellent. My husband and I were so glad we chose Centurion Palace.

Dream Wedding Day!

I loved my wedding at Centurion! It was all inclusive and so stress free. They handled everything. The food and cake was delicious. I was picky about my music for both the ceremony and reception and DJ Pat did more than I even asked for. Maria and Ladonna saw that everything was perfect for us. We feel very fortunate to have found and chose Centurion for our perfect day!

I would refer anyone getting married to book here! Maria was so helpful and their staff made everything easy! We were well taken care of! Great place to have your special day

We are so glad we found Centurion Palace. Every place we looked was so expensive and not even all inclusive. We decided as a last straw to try this venue and we loved it. Gorgeous Venue

Best venue ever!

Maria and her team are great! Maria went above and beyond to make sure my special day was far above expectations. La’Donna the coordinator for the day of the wedding was very organized and help relive any wedding day stress. On my wedding day I had no stress at all becuase I was confident in Maria and her team.

Something that Maria did that was above and beyond was this: I got a call from my hair and makeup person a few days before my wedding and said it would take longer than expected to do my hair and makeup. I was contracted with Centurion from 1pm - end of wedding night. My hair/makeup said they had to be there by 10am in order to have everything done by the time I needed to take pictures. I contacted Maria and she had already had a viewing that morning scheduled and said that the earliest I could come would be 12. A little later that day Maria contacted me and told me she was able to have her viewing rescheduled to the following Saturday that way I could get there as early as I needed. Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything taken care of to make my day special and I am forever grateful. I would give them a 10/10 and say that everyone that wants to book a venue should book Centurion.

Also we got their all inclusive package which helped make the wedding planning super easy since they took care of most of the details!

Amazing Wedding!

We are so happy that we chose Centurion Palace. We were supposed to get married out of state and at the last minute decided to do a local wedding due to COVID and it being difficult to get in touch with vendors. We had 4 months to switch our wedding from destination to local and Maria made it so easy for us! Centurion is such a great value and a BEAUTIFUL venue! I had so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding was.
Pat was a fantastic DJ, LaDonna was a great day of coordinator and Maria was amazing at making sure all my needs and wants were met. I can not recommend this venue enough! We had the most amazing time dancing all night!

We had our wedding here last Friday and it was simply magical! The staff was wonderful from the day we booked our wedding date. Maria was always very responsive to all my texts and calls. Planning a wedding through Covid was not easy but Maria was so accommodating and truly made my vision come alive!! Our day was just magical!!!! Ladonna our wedding coordinator was so attentive the whole day and made sure everything was just perfect. She made sure everything went along just the way I wanted it and truly made my day as stress free as possible. DJ Pat did a great job with our playlist. The dance floor was never empty. Overall the staff was so nice and caring and helped make our special day a fairytale come true!!💜💙 We 100% recommend this venue!! Couldn't have asked for more!

I know people say when reading the reviews to not look at the 5's but at the 3's. There is no way I could do that! When I first walked in to the place I gasped when I saw how beautiful it was! That sold me on the place but I had no clue on how happy I would be with the service. I had to remember they were closed on Monday's but any other time I needed something they were available. Maria was extremely sweet! I texted her multiple times throughout the planning process and she always responded. She made sure to understand my vision gave me ideas I didn't even think of and seemed to be sincerely excited about any ideas I brought to the table. I loved Maria but then I met LaDonna at the rehearsal which just put it over the top. The rehearsal was great, LaDonna and Maria were able to keep everyone focused and reassured me they would be right there with everyone the day of to make sure everyone knew what was going on. The day of I was extremely nervous because it was storming really bad and the weather was not suppose to let up. They told me I would make the ultimate call and I had up to 10 minutes before to make that decision. They kept me informed and let me know what was going on. LaDonna was amazing. Every time I needed her one of my bridesmaid stuck their head out of the bridal suite and she was there. I feel I had her running back and fourth to the grooms room like crazy but she was more than happy to do it. She even went the extra mile and wore our wedding colors which was just a sweet touch! They let me decide to start a few minutes late but this allowed us to have the wedding outside like I had dreamed and it was gorgeous! Through out the night LaDonna stayed out of the way but made sure to let me know in advance when the toast, cake cutting etc. was. This allowed me to just enjoy myself but gave me time to prepare for these events. I would definitely recommend the Centurion Palace to anyone!

So Very Happy!

From the first time we went to look at the venue the staff was so friendly and helpful. They took care of everything. The vendor for our cake did a great job. We are both from south Louisiana and we went with the cajun restaurant on their list. The food was amazing. The day of my wedding I didn't worry at all. Ladonna made the event seamless. I couldn't ask for a better day! I would and have recommend them to anyone and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Magical. Stunning. Breath taking.

My fiancée and I met with LaDonna for our tour, and with Maria for our contract signing. Our wedding date is set for August 2nd if this year. LaDonna was amazing from start to finish. I already had my sights on this venue and was already excited about seeing it. However, she made me even more excited not only for using this venue for my wedding but getting married in general. She gave us so many options to make our day as special as possible and I just cannot wait to get married here. Maria was amazing as well and was very informative about what they offer and the many different ways we could utilize their services. I’m so friggin pleased with Centurion Palace and would definitely say DO IT to anyone who might be interested in doing their wedding here.

Very Reponsive

Although we did go with another venue, Centurion Palace is a beautiful place. The professionalism we received from the owner was amazing. The tour did not seem rushed and did not feel like a sales pitch. They really cared about what our vision was for our wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My Dream Wedding

I recommend this venue 100%
I wanted a venue that would allow me to have an outside ceremony and inside reception. On the day of my wedding the weather said differently with a little rain. Maria and her staff were so attentive to my needs and determined to make my wish come true. They held off and swiftly dry the chairs once the rain succeeded. The entire planning process was amazing. The owners worked with my budget which was very tight and they made sure I had every moment I wanted to the smallest detail. I would not have changed anything about my big day. This venue is a true one stop shop! They have the food, cake, DJ, decor and your own personal planner and coordinator. They exceeded my expectations completely! Choose them and you will not regret it.

Perfect Wedding Venue

The Centurion Palace is the place to have a very stress free wedding. We planned our wedding in 1 month and the centurion palace made it happen. The staff was so helpful, especially Maria who was always available to answer questions. The wedding day coordinator was also so great, I didn’t have to stress about any details because she had it all planned out and made it so stress free for me. The Italian food had many compliments from the guests. We had the wedding at night and my guests felt as if they were “in a movie”. Thank you for making my dream wedding come true!

Beutiful Venue

I had my wedding and reception at the centurion palace this October and I have nothing but great things to say about the owner Maria and her staff.
I wanted a beauty and the beast theme and she made the whole venue match exactly what I imagined it was magical. My cake was just what I pictured and delicious. The food was great and they even made us a dinner to go it was In our car when we left.
The DJ is awesome we danced all night it was a wild night.
My family and friends can’t stop saying it was the best reception they has attended.
The personal touches and personal attention to me and my wedding party stood out the most to me.

My wedding at Centurion Palace was better than I ever imagined. They worked with me throughout to have my wedding exactly as I wanted. PERFECT! My coordinator went above and beyond, DJ Pat kept my 200 guests dancing all night. He is really good. The cake and food were delicious. The place is beautiful! I am so gad I found Centurion Palace. Amazing!! STOP LOOKING AND BOOK HERE!

My husband and I got married on January 13th of 2017, and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The owners are a husband and wife team that really do care about making your big day special. We moved from Colorado to Texas in August of 2016, and we had booked the venue in June, before we even saw it in person. I was nervous about booking a venue without touring it, but I am so glad we made the choice that we did! Maria, one of the owners, stays in contact with you throughout the planning process, and was always quick to respond to my sometimes too late at night texts! Her husband is the 'behind the scenes' guy, making sure the venue is set up the way you want it. He was also the bartender the night of the wedding, and he was so quick that a line never formed. The two of them are the most pleasant people I could have asked to plan our wedding with! The bakery that Centurion Palace uses makes the most delicious cakes, and going for the tasting was such a pleasurable experience. Jula, the baker, even helped me design a surprise grooms cake. All of the potential catering options for dinner were absolutely amazing, and we had a hard time deciding on which one to choose. We went with the Italian, and a month later, I am still having guests tell me it was the most delicious wedding food they've had! Their DJ, Pat, who is also the one you get into contact with about booking the venue, is very kind and helpful. He did a wonderful job of keeping the party going and has a great voice for announcing the members of the wedding party, the bouquet toss, etc. We bought the photography and videography package through him, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of media that we got. We also bought drone footage of our ceremony. Shelley is the wedding coordinator, she was simply amazing. She made sure everything went flawlessly the day of.

I cannot recommend this venue enough!!

I highly recommend the Centurion Palace if you are interested in having a wedding/reception in the Bacliff/Kemah/League City area. The venue fits 250 guests comfortably. The staff was an absolute joy to work with and they accommodated all of our requests and questions. It was so nice to leave the worry at the door and just enjoy the special day for my daughter, my son-in-law, our families and our friends. Thank you!

Centurion Palace was absolutely amazing! They made the entire planning process so smooth and stress free for me. I really appreciated that considering my now husband left to do things for the Marine Corps 7 months away from our wedding date! They were always so quick to respond when I texted them, they were extremely professional, and made sure I was happy with everything first! I recommend this place to everyone of my friends who are engaged. The venue is beautiful, and the DJ really knows how to get people dancing. I've gotten so many compliments in the past 2 weeks about how my wedding was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever been too! Loved Centurion Palace. :)

From the very beginning of our experience with DJ Pat and Maria....we knew we had made the best choice for our wedding needs!!!! I never once had to worry about a single thing. They were very organized and professional the entire time we worked with them! The amount of time and the quality of the items you recieve with your needs is impeccable. You get beyond what you pay for!!! Everything is coordinated to the T to ensure your time at the venue is best utilized....their preferred vendors were the best choices as well. They will help you every step of the way from all the important thing to even the little things...they are more than helpful in making your entire experience as stress free as possible. Maria made our day the best day of our lives and to her and all of the other staff, dj, and coordinator we are eternally blessed and grateful!!!! Every penny was well worth this venue. And they are so much more reasonable for what they offer than what others charge for nothing near what we got here!

Maria was a pleasure to work with! I was actually sad after the wedding because I then realized we would no longer meet every month. I don't know how she does it but she's awesome at what she does. She's running her own venue however she always keeps your best interest at heart for example she will help you save money on certain aspects of the wedding. She's brilliant. She created floral arrangements identical to the ones I chose on Pinterest solely on a picture I sent. Everything was exactly as I imagined it she made my vision a reality and it was so perfect! There are a lot of other venues in the area however I'm so glad I went with a trusting kind hearted family type atmosphere that Centurion Palace offers!

I don't know where to start...Our whole wedding process was great. Maria is very helpful. They fulfilled my husbands and my dreams. The outside ceremony was so beautiful as was the indoor reception. The food was delicious and the DJ was awesome! T

My wedding was my dream come true thanks to the amazing staff and beautiful venue at Centurion Palace!! Maria is just so amazing and flexible with every concern I had leading to my wedding day. All the decor was elegant, and even though it was super windy on my day they still made it perfect for us and my family. The garden is just gorgeous. My husband brags about it still! Everything was bloomed with a breath taking scene WOW I wish I could re live my day. Pat our minister and DJ was absolutely wonderful. Every request down I had he made it happen! He had just the right personality for anyone with a sense of humor. He comforted my husband when he was walking to the gazebo and giving him advice. My husband lost his train of thought on what to do when my dad walked me up the aisle but pat saved the day and made a cute joke and made everyone smile and laugh. He is just so damn amazing!!! We love you Pat!!! Everyone here is just absolutely on point to make anything happen that you could think and dream of. Thank you so much! Love Jeremy & Joana!

Maria was fantastic! We had searched several venues for our wedding. When we first set foot in the Centurion Palace, I knew right away this was the place for us! It had absolutely everything we wanted for our special day and more! I loved the ambiance and the outdoor setting. It was quaint and personal. The decor is outstanding and the bridal suite was great. The services provided made our day go all the more excellent. Without Maria's guidance, don't know what we would've done! We still remember the day like it was yesterday. We've come to visit on our 2 year anniversary and still embracing the memories. Thanks so much for making our day one to remember!!!

Pre-Wedding:
I worked with Maria, the venue owner, during most of this process. She was wonderful and very accommodating. She is very sweet and really wanted to help me have the wedding of my dreams without breaking the bank. I would text questions and get answers right away. I really appreciated her during the process.

Wedding Day:
My day started with a slight glitch when my florist (not associated with the venue) arrived with two of my 30" vases broken. I was really upset, but Maria let me use two of her tall trumpet vases without hesitation! The reception venue was decorated beautifully with Centurion Palace's Design Center overlays, table runners and sequin linens. I got SO many compliments on how beautiful everything was from the gazebo to the reception. The food and cake vendors that came with the package were amazing. Many of my guests got seconds due to a few no-shows lol. My family literally wanted to eat my anniversary cake layer because the cake was so good. DJ Pat was AWESOME. The music was perfect and the dance floor was NEVER empty. I was never worried as he has a lot of experience.

Overall, the day was really perfect. The food, drinks, cake, music and decor were amazing. The weather was perfect and the day of coordinators, Shelley and Angel, were very nice as well. If you are looking for an affordable and beautiful venue, I would recommend the Centurion Palace. They are a one stop shop and it allowed me to be stress-free during the planning of the wedding and the day of.

Centurion Palace was the perfect choice for my husband and I to get married! We an AMAZING night. For starters, the venue is absolutely beautiful; from the twinkling lights in the courtyard, to the staircase inside and the Roman statues strategically placed. Maria is super responsive and really helped my vision come alive. I was very specific with what I wanted and she made sure to see it through and bring my vision to life. She was very coordinated and our wedding went so smooth with no major hiccups. Pat was an awesome dj, who took my musical vision and nailed it and kept the dance floor ALIVE. Everyone kept remarking how beautiful and fun our wedding was, which was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful venue and 5 star service from Centurion Palace!

The Centurion Palace is the best venue you can find around the South of Texas. It has an elegant touch, with the option to have a outdoor feel. When you walk into the courtyard, you are taken to another place. You forget where you are, and your heart begins to melt as you journey into life with your spouse...At least that's what I did! I absolutely loved the entire venue as well as the owners and staff! Wonderful customer service, and making sure that your needs and wants are met! Mrs. Maria, the owner is an amazing person to work with along with her Coordinator, and other staff. Pat will have you with NO WORRIES when it comes to the music, as he is the best DJ around the US---simply amazing.
My day was all that I have ever dreamed of because of these great people at The Centurion Palace! They really cared about YOU and your wedding. My husband also adds....They were really helpful and sincere about helping me make my wife happy on her special day. We loved it, and will ALWAYS remember our special day and the Centurion Palace & Staff!

I am so Extremely happy we chose Centurion Palace!! I regret nothing!! Maria was just absolutely amazing!!! Our wedding was beautiful, definitely something I will NEVER forget! Maria and her staff made my dream a reality! The Dj that is included with the Venue did not play the greatest music until the very end..that's when the party started and then it was time for us to leave :( I highly recommend this Venue, just make sure you talk to the Dj first and be specific as to what kind of music you would like to be played during the reception .. and I would also choose the music you would like from dancing, to cake cutting, garter removal/toss ect. ect.!!! Thank you Maria For everything, you truly are amazing!! Thank you to you and your staff for all your hard work to make our special day something that we will never forget with no regrets!!!!

Maria and her team helped to coordinate that everything went smoothly on the big day. From day one they gave us the best options for our budget and went above and beyond the call of duty! My wedding turned out gorgeous thanks to the ladies at Centurion Palace. Maria and Michelle are great to work with. Pat is the best DJ around and really knows how to get the party going. All of my bridesmaids and groomsmen raved about the food we picked from Centurion's vendor. Even though this is on the other side of town from where we live, we will be going there for dinner soon and also will do future business with Cakes by Jula... the Cake vendor. Cakes by Jula were so very professional, my cake turned out beautifully and tasted delicious. One small hiccup with the grooms cake but their customer service made up for the mistake.
One Hour before start time of the ceremony one of my bridesmaids busted her back zipper and it was broke and stuck at the bottom of her back. Ahhh!!!! nightmare!! Maria's assistant that day (Cannot remember her name!) Literally sewed my bridesmaid into her dress. Another bridesmaid took a flowy piece of her dress off and they pinned that piece to the back where she was sewn up. Actually looked like it was apart of the dress and she was able to walk down the isle and continue to be in our wedding. LIFESAVOR!!!!

I cannot say enough about this venue!! Maria and her team were a dream to work with. Planning was easy, the prices were reasonable, and having everything at one place made things really easy. On the day of everything went off without a problem! All of the vendors were on time and everything was set up exactly as I asked. They have a restaurant that does the catering and I was honestly expecting bland wedding food but it was delicious! They even pack a box of leftovers for you to take with you. This is an amazing place to get married and I could not have asked for a better wedding.

Centurion Palace & their amazing staff gave me the wedding of my dreams! Maria & Michelle were both so in tune with what I wanted & made it happen. This place was absolutely phenomenal! I booked my wedding almost 1.5 years in advanced since the owner was flexible with our schedule and payments. The venue is gorgeous. We used the reception and ceremony package. Everything was beautifully decorated and my pictures were awesome. The garden in the back is beautiful. The staff was very responsive and fullfilled all of our needs as well as the guests. Everyone was very satisfied and well taken care of. The food was delicious; we used their Italian menu. Our cakes were from Cakes by Jula and they were exceptional. My experience was awesome with Maria and all the staff.

The Centurion Palace is the perfect venue for a wedding! The staff is knowledgeable and will help you make your day perfect. The package deal made it so easy to plan for your food and cake. I had so many compliments from the music the DJ played to the beautiful gazebo area. Having my wedding at Centurion made it an unforgettable experience as well as great for pictures. When trying to decide on where we would have our ceremony & reception I originally called 5 locations. Centurion was the only one to return the call within 1 day all others started calling 2 weeks/months later. We happened to meet with Maria & Michelle during a time that they were including “Specials” which gave them an advantage over all other options we had. In the end we chose Centurion and I could not have been happier – “ALL” our family and friends have said the ceremony was beautiful which included the sun setting and cool weather (even though it was held outside in late May). The food they said was good and the reception was a blast the majority said it has been the most fun they have ever had at a wedding before. Everyone at Centurion were just simply fabulous, the staff were incredibly professional they kept everything on track and were friendly when dealing with me and/or guest if we had any questions. . I am so glad we decided on Centurion.

Maria, Michelle and the entire staff at Centurion Palace are very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. They are experts at what they do. At my son's wedding on the 4th of May Michelle was there the whole time working diligently to ensure that everything went smoothly. The DJ/Officiant was excellent and the caterers did a great job with the food. Overall, the wedding was perfect, just the way we wanted it, and everyone had a great time. Maria and Michelle are two awesome ladies and I highly recommend Centurion Palace to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue for their wedding.

We loved the staff at Centurion Palace! They are all so welcoming and seem genuinely excited for your wedding day. I would not use The Petal Bucket (their recommended florist) as we had many problems with her. All-round the garden was beautiful, the food was wonderful and everything seemed to go smoothly! The DJ is a bit cheesy and the microphone system used during the wedding made him sound like a martian DJ (yes he can officiate the wedding too!) Everyone had a great time and Maria has been more than amazing with the venue they have created! Go to the open house - it is well worth it! :) Thank you so much ladies for making our day special!

I had a vision of a romantic late night wedding with candles and lights and Centurion Palace gave me exactly what I wanted. Maria and her team were absolutely amazing!! From start to finish they were so attentive to me, my bridal party, family and guests. I had so many compliments on my venue. And DJ Pat did exactly what he said he would do; feel the crowd and know what to play. We loved our entrance out on the stair case and the music. Centurion Palace is an amazing venue! I looked around everywhere in Houston for an all-inclusive, affordable venue and this one met all of my needs. The owner and her daughter are so nice and tentative. They made the process so stress-free and fun. We absolutely loved centurion palace! Everything was so wonderful and Michelle and Maria did everything they could to make it the great. They worked so well with our very large wedding party and accommodated to all the quirks we had and never complained or had any issues. They bent over backwards to make our wedding perfect... and it was. They orchestrated everything so well. Out was all so perfectly timed and I am still hearing about what a good time my guests had and how great the staff was to them. Not to mention how beautiful and clean the place is. Or was sooooo nice walking in the day of and everything done already... decorations , flowers, favors, and the the cakes all set up. It was so comforting knowing I was in good hands. They know exactly what they are doing and I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. The price is right for what you get... outstanding service.

I had a ton of questions throught the whole process and they always answered them and made sure I was ok and always told me to call back if I needed anything else. They made me feel welcome and at home. I could not have had a better experience with them and the venue.
The food was absolutely terrific. The DJ so much fun and had a bunch of ideas up his sleeve to make the atmosphere fun and relaxing. The decor & lighting were amazing. The cake venues we got to choose from, we chose Cakes by Jula, were awesome. We loved our cake very much!!!

We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience at Centurion Palace. Everyone from the owners to the wait staff were so helpful in making our day perfect. Even when things didn't go to plan, they stepped up and handled everything without breaking a sweat. The decor of the venue is so well done, that only minimal work was required to add our personal touch. The DJ is AMAZING and knows just how to get everyone dancing and having a wonderful time. The service and attention you receive far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended to any bride and groom!

Don't know if you ever here much from the groom, but I am one. My wife and I visited many venues and almost settled on one. It happened to be the other venue owned by Maria at Centurion. We then learned about Centurion Palace online and set up a visit because of how it looked online. My wife walked inside and was set almost immediately. For me the most important things were value and space for our family. This had it. This venue is for weddings and receptions, not a multi-purpose facility. There was no way we thought we could afford this place from how it looked inside and outside. This for us was worth the money so many times over. Maria and her staff were great in preparing us, communicating with us, being flexible with changes we wanted, and helping us plan. The outside is amamzing, the pictures online do not tell the story. We didn't put any flowers outside becuase the garden and statues outside are awesome. Not even on the arch did we add flowers. The food caterer was very good as well, many choices. If you are planning to have adult beverages, the open bar is a must, the value is worth it. My wife and I did things that were not traditional, and even against some of what they normally do. They have a system that they go by because it works, but they did make some adjustments for us that we are grateful for. For the groom and groomsmen, there is a room for you in the venue, yes they care about us as well. Had a great time. Pictures do not have an option, but to look nice with the location-inside and outside.

Maria, Michelle, Jessica & her staff were absolutely wonderful. They always returned my calls in a prompt manner. I had so many questions and they never seemed to mind answering them. My wedding was not so traditional (my 2 young sons gave me away, small wedding party, etc.) but they were very accomodating to my unusual requests. Our DJ was excellent. He suggested different songs than what I originally picked in some instances and they worked like a charm. All of my guests were impressed and couldn't stop talking about the "unique, elegant, beautiful wedding" we had. The best part was having our wedding coordinators take care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting ready because I knew they would give attention to every single detail. Kris and I were very satisfied with the venue, food, staff, etc. We loved our wedding! Kudos to Maria and her staff. I will recommend this venue to anyone I know who is getting married.

The Centurion Palace was AMAZING! Maria and Michelle were so wonderful to work with. They always responded when we had a question.
I had several bridesmaids from out of town and they were running late for the rehearsal. Maria and Michelle didn't mind running through it again after they showed up and even one more time for them on the day of the wedding. Michelle even helped get the back up my dress bustled up before my husband and I went out for our first dance. Thank you!!!
They had no issues working with my outside vendors. We decided to use our own center pieces but forgot the floating candles. Michelle brought out their votive candles to put on the tables for us so we would have the romantic lighting we wanted.
All of our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had and it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. And Michelle, they ALL LOVED the food. The chocolate fondue fountain was a big hit! Everyone said how fabulous the DJ was! Over all they all thought it was beautiful!
The minister, Ted, was amazing. He met with us before the wedding to get to know us. He incorporated a reading from a book of my husbands great grandmothers poems. We just got back from our honeymoon and we received a card from him in the mail wishing us luck in the future. I was so touched!
I can't believe how wonderful everything turned out! Thank you to all the centurion palace staff for making my wedding so perfect!

My daughter had her wedding at the Centurion Palace on 9/10/11.
I am glad we chose this venue, Maria, Michelle and all her staff were absolutely wonderful! The guests were all commenting on how beautiful the outside garden was and made the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, they were just as equally blown away by the inside reception area. Every detail was taken care of, all of our special requests were met without hesitation. They even hid the bagpiper so that it would be a surprise for all our guests when he started playing for the bridesmaids and groomsmen's entrance. Forget the rest! Go with the Best!!!

Although I'd like to consider myself a laid back person, when it came to this wedding I had a very specific vision, and Centurion made it happen!! They have been doing weddings for years, but still cared enough about my experience to change things they've always done just so I could have the experience I wanted.

They accomodated a live band and photo booth. They found a way to darken a daytime reception to make it feel like an evening party. The staff was heavenly to work with. All of my guests are still RAVING about our wedding and how much fun it was and especially how BEAUTIFUL everything was. Maria knows her stuff and she knows how to find you a deal. The catering was fantastic! Steve at Gio's was so cool about everything when we decided to go with a very unique menu for a wedding. the DJ was great! Everything was organized yet flexible to our personalities. I would recommend this place to any and everyone! People are wondering how we could afford such a lavish wedding...they have no idea what a money saver Centurion is. Hands down...you cannot find more bang for your buck in the Houston area. Phenomenal! the photos on the website do NOT do the place justice. It's breathtaking! We will be sending some of our professional photos to Maria. I hope she loads them so people who find the site will see how gorgeous the grounds really are. Best wedding venue!!!!!!

A 10 would have been the appropriate rating for the Centurion Palace and Staff. First, I wanted to look at the Centurion Palace after viewing the website. I was in Houston from San Antonio to plan my granddaughter's wedding. When first quoted the price, I was a bit surprised, but made the appointment. The venue is beautiful inside and out in the garden, where the wedding ceremony took place. The staff was wonderful to work with and most helpful in every way. At our first meeting with the staff, I understood how easy this would be to plan and handle from out of town. We had a Wedding Planner, in fact two, assigned to us. EVERYTHING is included, and I mean everything, with the exception of the flowers and the photography. Every vendor used was very professional as were all the staff and a pleasure to work with.
Our Wedding Planner & Coordinator were exceptional and thought of every detail. I was able to enjoy every moment of the wedding as a guest and not worry about any detail. The DJ called to talk about the music. The type of ceremony music, if we had selections, worked with the vocalist and was given the opportunity to play to and for the crowd. He had all the right songs for all the ages at the wedding.

The minister called to determine the type of ceremony we wanted and if anyone would sing or speak. His ceremony was moving and meaningful. He spoke so thoughtfully to the bride and groom about their marriage and new life together. I was given vendors to choose from for the cake and catering, only had to set up appointments to sample and choose the cake and decorative options, this was not a "cookie cutter" standard design. I was able to choose from many styles and flavors to serve 100. The cake was outstanding in taste and design, exactly what I ordered.

The restaurant responsible for the catering was visited for a tasting and menu selection. The hardest part of this, was selecting the menu, because all the food we selected to taste was delicious and we wanted everything. The presentation and food was so good and we received many compliments. Also, caterer had plenty of food.

Richard Photography and Petal Bucket Florist are both extraordinary artists. Both were recommended by Centurion and were so professional and easy to work with. The pictures are so beautiful and he captured every moment through out the ceremony and reception. We could not eliminate one picture, he said they would be beautiful and they were. The first meeting with the florist made me realize I had made the right decision. Her work was just so outstanding, beautiful and artistic. I gave her my "wish list" and then cut back but told her I would be back 1 week before the wedding to finalize everything. When I came back, I decided to choose my wish list. I later called her back to ask about something else. She told me not to worry, she knew my style and would take care of it. She went above and beyond.

The week before the wedding, we thought about a video and talked to our photographer, Jim Richard, who recommended Heartland Video. After contacting Ken Anderson at Heartland Video, I knew we were in good hands and set up everything by phone. While watching the video, I cried, the wedding was just so beautiful and we had it all to experience again in the beautiful pictures and the video.

After being in the catering business for twenty years, all I can say about my experience with the Centurion Palace and the vendors they work with, is what a pleasure it was to work with them. I loved every moment of the wedding and it was worth every dollar spent. The entire experience was absolute perfection.

The Centurion Palace provided me with my dream wedding everything was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They returned all calls in a timely manner (which meant a lot to me). Also the food was excellent. I would say that my family and i got our moneys worth and than some compared to the other vendors we looked at. I would recommend this venue to everyone it is simply beautiful!!!!!!

I searched for a place that is an all in one facility and provides the majority of the services. I did not have the time nor want to deal with all the stress that comes with all the various the details. Centurion is the perfect place. In comparison to other venues in the area, Centurion hands down has was the most reasonably priced. Michelle and the rest of the staff really go the extra mile to help with all the details. My wedding was absolutely beautiful, I could not of asked for anything more perfect. Great prices, Great customer service!!

We were very happy with Centurion Palace every step of the way. They were always accessible if I had any questions and handled everything flawlessly the day of the wedding. It had rained all day, but once it stopped they were outside clearing all the water from the garden area and we were able to still have the ceremony outside.

The food was also wonderful. We got several compliments from all of our guests.

I am very Happy with Centurion!!! They we're very nice to me and explaned everything in great depth, if i had a question the called me back in a timely manor. Maria, Michell and Christy were really nice and very very helpfull!!! the day of my wedding was amazing andthing i needed they got or did. A+++

The grounds is beautiful!!! the Garden looked amazing, and the new improvements made it look even more brilliant. The reception hall is breathtaking and the food was great!!!!!

If you are looking for an all inclusive place to have your wedding, this is a great place. They handle practically everything for you, so I was worry free most of the time. We had an outside ceremony and it was gorgeous. Our wedding was 3 weeks after Hurricane Ike hit and Centurion Palace had received some damage, but they got everything back together and beautiful in time. I was very pleased and everyone thought I had planned one of the best weddings they'd ever been too and I hardly had to do anything.

I had the absolute wonderful experience! Maria went above and beyond to make sure my night was special! I absolutely loved her! She coordinated everything so perfectly, and I felt like she broke her back for us (sorry Maria)! The ceremony was wonderful, the reception went by so smoothly. I felt like I did not have to do too much but listen for instructions, they guided me step by step the day of and it didn't feel rushed. (they were experts) Things got a little pricey, little extra decorations added up quickly but Maria worked so hard to make it like I wanted. The service and staff was just overall wonderful! My husband and I had an amazing day thanks to all at the Centurion Palace!! (: I still can not express how GREATFUL & THANKFUL we were of this venue. Could`ve not chosen any other place! THANK YOU Centurion Palace!

Centurion Palace is by far the best venue any bride or groom could ever ask for. The price, food, staff, venue, DJ..........all of it was wonderful. I have had so many of my guests tell me it was the best and most fun wedding they had ever been to. It was amazing! They all are so amazing!

Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous at Centurion Palace on July 15, 2011. Maria worked exclusively with me over the past year by answer all of my questions (even the ridiculous ones)! The ceremony was perfect and the part we loved the most!! It had rained all day, so of course Maria was ready with a back up plan, but it ended up not raining! The reception décor was absolutely gorgeous and we have received so many compliments. Maria really made our vision come true and incorporated everything I wanted into the decor. One of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. The candy bar was a huge hit and we appreciate CP accommodating our candy and cake requests. The end of the night was perfect with the sparklers. The recommended vendors really came through and did excellent work (The petal bucket & Jim Richard). If you want a location that will take care of everything for your wedding, then I would highly recommend Centurion Palace.
