Beautiful!

We originally met with Liz at our first consultation, but ended up working with Mary when Liz was out on medical leave. Both ladies were amazing! I followed up with Mary and went over everything and made a couple changes a few weeks before the wedding. The day before the wedding she called me and told me the Viking poms we originally wanted for the groomsmens boutonnières were very small and suggested we switch to sunflowers to match the bridesmaids bouquets because they would look better. We made the change with no issues and no extra cost. We only did bridal party flowers, parents, grandparents and godparents. We opted not to use real flowers for the reception, and the price we got for all of our flowers was unbelievable! As soon as we got the quote we put a deposit down because we knew that was what we wanted. Flowers were delievered to the venue with no issues except a few boutonnières missing pins, but we brought extra just in case that happened so we weren’t in a bind. So thankful for them and the beautiful job they did!

We originally met with Maria Martinez at the Slingerlands Central Market Florists. I showed her some of my ideas on Pinterest and she immediately got the vibe I was going for (I had an Ireland theme in mind). She kept getting up to show us different flowers that she had around the shop and already started to show us different ways she could arrange the flowers. We ordered all of the flowers for the bridal party and center pieces through them. All of the arrangements were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. A few weeks before the wedding Maria called to tell me she was switching florists and would now be at the Central Market in Rotterdam. She made sure the transition was seamless and it didn't affect us at all - in fact she threw in free delivery of the bridal party flowers because originally we were going to pick them up at the store. She was also very accommodating when a few weeks before the wedding I decided we needed a few more centerpieces.

Tammy at the Price Chopper florist department did a wonderful job with our flowers and for a very reasonable price. The flowers exceeded my expectations. We did bouquets, boutonnieres, and a small display for the end of our aisle. Tammy was very helpful in providing suggestions for arrangements and flower types, you could tell she knew what she was talking about. She was very responsive and caring, checking in a few times throughout the process to make sure I was set with everything and to tell me how everything was going. The flowers were ready on time the morning of the wedding and lasted a good week or so after the wedding. For such a great price too - you can't go wrong.

Maria at Central Market Florist (Slingerlands Price Chopper) was a pleasure to work with! From the beginning, she was very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding. She was not pushy about trying to sell us more flowers than we wanted. Flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful- they exceeded my expectations by FAR, and for the best price in the area. I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone planning a wedding in the near future. Be sure to ask for Maria!

I had a hard time deciding on a florist for my wedding flowers, as I did not want to spend a ton of money on them and found that most florists would push extra flowers on me or had price points that seemed extremely high. My husband and I ended up going with Mary at Central Market Florist (Price Chopper) in Latham, NY based on a recommendation from a friend. We are SO glad that we made this decision. Mary was GREAT to work with, extremely pleasant and accommodating, and we ended up with absolutely gorgeous flowers. Since I wanted to keep the price low, I requested that the bridesmaids bouquets (of which I needed 6!) be made of any flowers of Mary's choosing, as long as they followed a specific color scheme and were inexpensive. We ended up with the 6 bridesmaid bouquets, my bride bouquet, and 11 boutonnieres for $400, and I could not possibly be any happier with how they turned out. They were absolutely beautiful and vibrant, with wrapping that was an exact match to the color scheme. I would 100% recommend Central Market Florist at Latham, NY Price Chopper, and Mary in particular, to any bride who is in search of a quality wedding florist!

For my wedding I worked with Mary, the manager at Central Market Florist located in Latham Price Chopper. I love fresh flowers but I really didn't have one particular favorite flower. I also was hoping to keep the cost down by using flowers in season. Mary has been in the flower business for a long time and was so nice to work with. I brought in some pictures of wedding bouquets I liked and she reviewed them with me and told me what flowers would be in season and what she felt would look the best. I was so relieved after meeting with Mary because I could tell she was incredibly knowledgeable in her field and had good taste. Mary even called me a couple of days before my wedding because she had unexpectedly received a shipment of flowers she thought would be look nice in our bouquets. My flowers were absolutely beautiful. Everyone complimented me on our centerpieces and I couldn't have been happier with my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets. She also made an adorable rosebud crown and kissing ball for my flower girl. Thank you Mary!!

I dealt with Adam at Latham Price Chopper Central Market Florist. He was creative and listened to my ideas. He created a mock bouquet at my appointment to help me see what could be done. He also did a mock of the center pieces. I wanted glass cylinders with floating candles but with something extra. I told him our theme of winter/ snowflakes and he suggest baby's breath in the cylinders for a snowy look. The end result was elegant and beautiful, exactly what i wanted. My guests complimented me on the centerpieces. My bouquet came out exactly as i dreamed it would. I had charms made with my father's picture and it was incorporated wonderfully. I also asked for a small fishing lure on my husband's lapel flower for a personalized touch, it looked great. My bridesmaid bouquets were exactly what i wanted as were the flower wristlets for for mothers and grandmothers. Everything looked perfect and was delivered on time. The flowers lasted all night, looking great.

Crystal is the best! She was responsive through the entire process. I was nervous that my vision would not be translated correctly but she set it up exactly as I had imagined. I highly recommend working with Crystal!

This florist is a chain however, their floral department did an excellent job with all of my flowers. The bouquets, the centerpieces, and the baskets at my ceremony were absolutely stunning. I loved all of the flowers. My bouquet was fabulous! I could not ask for better. The manager who scheduled all of my flowers and arranged them was Sarah. What a fabulous day! Thank you for the professionalism and for the wonderful flowers!

The Central Market Florist, at Southington CT Price Chopper was really great to work with. The flowers for all the bouquets, corsages, boutineres, and centerpieces were beautiful. This is a really great place to get your flowers if you are on a budget. I took my ideas to a regular florist shop and they were almost double what Central Market ended up coming to. They worked with me to help keep costs down by suggesting to buy my own vases, since I was set on having 2 foot eiffel tower vases. This really helped since I was able to buy them in bulk for pretty cheap. Robyn is the woman who I worked with from the beginning and she was just fantastic!

My fiancé and I were recently married at the Century house and we decided to get our flowers at Market Bistro in Latham. My brother, who was married a few years before me, had gotten his flowers there and they were beautiful so there was no question I wanted Price Chopper to do my wedding flowers. We met with Allen and he was fantastic. I showed him a picture of the bouquet I was interested in and he suggested flowers that were would look similar and were in season. He also went over all the details and showing us examples of the centerpieces and also the maid of honors bouquet so we had some visual idea of what he was talking about.
Allan and Mary (who was also wonderful to work with and very easy to talk to) texted me a picture of my bouquet to make sure it was styled exactly as I wanted. They did an absolutely beautiful job with the centerpieces and couldn’t have asked for anything better.

When starting to look for a florist everyone I know directed me towards Central Market florist in Price Chopper. I met with them and they took their time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted - even when I had no idea what exactly that was when I walked in! They made different bouquet's for me and even sprayed some flowers light blue so that I could really see what it would actually look like. The consultant I worked with was no longer working there a few months prior to my wedding and I was a little concerned when no one had reached out to me to follow up and finalize the order. However, they got the order exactly right and everything was there. You cannot beat the value of Central Market and the flowers last a while. My bouquet lasted almost a month! I was very happy with how all of the flowers turned out and even happier about the price!

My husband and I got married October 12th of this year in Lake George, NY. We used mainly word of mouth to pick what florist to use for our wedding, and I was stunned to hear from many local vendors that Price Chopper (yes, the grocery store) had the best flowers! We made an appointment with Crystal who works there at the Central Market Florist, and she immediately picked up on our vision. She recommended various flowers to use, and was incredibly flexible with our requests. She delivered some flowers to the chapel for our ceremony, and the rest to our reception location. All of the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. One of the best parts of going Price Chopper was..... the price! The value was simply incredible for the flowers that we enjoyed on our wedding day. Even though it sounds weird to go to a grocery store for wedding flowers, I would highly recommend it!

Mark at the Latham Price Chopper Florist is GREAT to work with. I gave him a lot of flexibility, I just requested bright colors and he more than fulfilled my expectations. The bouquets for me and my girls were stunning and I got so many compliments. The prices are unbelievable too!

Beautiful flowers and great service

I had a great experience using Market Bistro for our flowers. We worked with Adam, who was willing to meet with us in person multiple times. The meeting space isn't great, but that was minor to us since we got such great service. Our flowers were delivered on time, exactly how we discussed and no one believed they were from a grocery store. Adam was able to take the two of us, who know nothing about flowers (except that I wanted some sunflowers) and give us gorgeous arrangements. I've heard great things from other vendors as well and would definitely recommend!

Central Market Florist through Price Chopper in Latham was awesome! I planned our wedding in a relatively short time frame, and the florist at Price Chopper was very accommodating. They listened to exactly what I wanted and were professional throughout the planning. I had to change a couple of the details of my flowers, and they kept track of everything thoroughly. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time with no problems. I only had a slight problem getting in touch with one staff member, however the other staff members were able to help out in her absence. I would definitely recommend Central Market Florist!

Price Chopper of Latham does an excellent job with their floral arrangements. Since I was planning long distance, Jen was so flexible with meeting with my mom and I, then just my mom, and then coordinating the vases with my Dad, and all the while, corresponding with me via phone when I had questions. Our gerber daisy centerpieces were a huge hit and my bridesmaids carried them as well. I loved working with Jen!
