At first we were impressed with the quality of the suits (they rent from Jim's Formal Wear) and how nice the owners were. The day of the wedding was anything less than perfect with the tuxedos. Thank goodness for my maid of honor's mom who was able to reset the hem on one of the suit legs because it became completely unraveled. Then half of the groomsmens' tuxes didn't fit right (they weren't able to try them on before because they lived out of town). We were highly disappointed in the service we received and it cost way more than the quality we received.
