Leo, Elia, Paulina, DJ Lupe, Lina, Martha, and everyone else working behind the scenes were incredible and helped make our wedding feel truly magical!! From planning through the wedding day, everything was handled with great attention to detail. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing the entertainment and production side of the evening was in such capable hands.
The details they brought to the event truly elevated the entire experience. The upgraded white dance floor and digital seating chart made everything feel so elegant and polished from the moment guests arrived at the reception.
One of the most unforgettable highlights of the night was our first dance with the “dancing on the clouds” effect and sparklers. It felt absolutely surreal!! It created such a beautiful moment for us we will never forget.
They also did an amazing job mixing Spanish and English music in a way that kept everyone glued to the dance floor! Our guests were from many different backgrounds, and the way the music flowed throughout the night kept the dance floor packed from beginning to end. So many of our guests came up to us during the reception to tell us how great DJ Lupe was and to share how much fun they were having!!
The mixed media photo booth was ANOTHER huge hit!!! Our guests loved it!! It captured so many fun photos and videos from the night in which our guests left us fun, hilarious, and also heart warming messages to us that we get to look back on.
We are so grateful to Leo and his team for helping create such an unforgettable day and for making our wedding day feel so incredibly special. We would absolutely recommend CCE to any couple looking for an amazing DJ and entertainment team!!! -

We cannot say enough great things about CCE. From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable at The Ranch at Silvercreek by Wedgewood Weddings.
Leo, the CEO, was amazing to work with. He personally helped us through meetings, coordination, and all of the add ons for our wedding, and made the entire process feel easy and stress free. It truly felt like he had our backs the whole way through, which meant so much to us.
A massive thank you to DJ Aaron, who was our DJ and MC for the night. He was phenomenal. The energy he brought, the way he read the room, and how smoothly everything flowed made the night so special. Our guests absolutely loved him, and we received so many compliments about the music and the vibe of the night. It was great having him in our corner the entire time and knowing we could trust him completely.
We genuinely trust Leo, Aaron, and the entire CCE team, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding or event. They helped make our night truly unforgettable, and we are so grateful for everything they did. -

We used Central Coast Entertainment thru wedgewood weddings and would recommend them for your wedding! The process was straight forward of using their portal along with the meetings they set up. There is plenty of communication and they are easy to reach. We personally created spotify playlists that the DJ used to play for some songs and also incorporated songs they thought went well with the music. The music was so much fun at our wedding, we had the time of our lives and so did our guests thank you! -

The owner and founder of Central Coast Entertainment (CCE), Leo Melgar, goes above and beyond for his clients. We were fortunate Leo’s wife, Elia, assisted with minor details to exceed our expectations of service.
At our first appointment with CCE, my now wife and I agreed, CCE would be our go to entertainment service for our wedding. CCE management and staffing were both professional and an absolute delight to work with. After each encounter/meeting I felt a form of relief everything would work out and I would enjoy our special day.
My wife and I both believe CCE was the right choice of entertainment. We had the 360 Photo Booth and traditional Photo Booth and they were an absolute hit. The booths captured the joy, laughter, and smiles of our loved ones.
Our designated DJ was DJ Lupe; DJ Lupe was nothing short of amazing. DJ Lupe knew to read the crowd, how to engage with our guests, and made it a fun and energetic atmosphere. Everyone was dancing and it appeared they were having a great time!
My highest praise for service accommodation goes out to CCE! -

I just had my wedding at Carmel fields Wedgewood and we used CCE as our DJ as that was the contracted vendor. We didn't do much research on our own, we just trusted that they were vetted DJ's and hoped for the best and man we were BLOWN away.
If I had the choice again I would chose them every time to DJ our wedding. They have the planning process down and are incredibly detail oriented and organized. It was so lovely meeting Leo and DJ Lupe every time we spoke. DJ Lupe was the one who did our last meeting and we got to have him as a DJ and he was absolutely killer. All of our guests raved about our dance floor vibe and it is all thanks to him. I will say he was also so great at over communicating with me and our coordinator which was SO appreciated. He is so dialed in and I could not recommend him or the CCE team more.
We had a blend of Mexican/American music and DJ Lupe did a great job not only maintaining the high energy vibe, but he also did some bilingual announcements so seamless. If you are a mixed culture couple, seriously this is your guy.
Thank you a million times guys! You made for a truly memorable night. -

CCE was really easy to work with for our wedding last week and gave us an excellent client experience across the board! They are very organized from the beginning and offer a user-friendly portal to upload your Guest Arrival, Cocktail, some Dance Floor songs, as well as all special songs and ceremony music.
Our DJ for our wedding was MG from the CCE team... Can't say enough good things about him! He was INCREDIBLE. He was easy to reach, played all the right music, and absolutely brought the vibes ALL night. The dance floor was ~80% full all night and we attribute a lot of that to him playing fun music that matched our vibe from our requests and client survey form. My now husband and I added on the condensed CO2 cannon, which was SUCH A FUN ADDITION to guest entertainment! We are so appreciative to you, MG and to your whole team from CCE. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! -

CCE didn’t just make our wedding magical—they made it a dream come true. My wife and I got married at Wedgewood Carmel, and they recommended CCE as a vendor. We couldn’t have made a better choice! We found CCE to be extremely professional and stress-free in all of our interactions. They were prompt in their responses, offered convenient online services for arranging event details, and made everything friendly and easily accessible. They also made things super easy for us—all we had to do was create Spotify playlists for the songs we wanted played during the cocktail hour and reception.
Working with Leo and our DJ, Lupe, was truly a wonderful experience. Leo and his team are genuinely passionate about their craft, and it shows! We received so many compliments about the music selection from our guests. Our nephew and niece loved Leo and CCE so much that they’re hoping to book them for their own special day. Leo also made sure to check in with us frequently during the wedding to ensure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
These guys went above and beyond to make our wedding spectacular! They showed up early for us to be a part of a very special moment/ surprise before the wedding.. even helped clean the makeup my daughter got on my suit. Killed it from beginning of the hiring process all the way to hanging out and talking a hour after the wedding was over.

We chose CCE for our wedding Jan 2024 and they made our event fabulous! We were the first wedding of the year for them at The Ranch at Silver Creek in San Jose; they partnered with WedgeWood Weddings and provided a memorable experience for our special day. I am a bilingual bride and it was priceless to have DJs that understood my culture and the beauty of our music. We also had a "dancing in the clouds" moment where they had a fog machine release clouds on the dance floor--which amazed not only us but our guests! We got so many compliments from our guests in regards to the music and it was so wonderful to see everyone having such a great time. We were able to upload songs from our Spotify account onto their online portal which was so much more practical than having to write it out. I can only say wonderful things about CCE; they were the perfect team to host our wedding and it turned out as fun and special as it did because of their help. Thank you so much CCE! -

CCE was recommended to us by our wedding venue Hyatt Carmel Highlands and we could not have been more impressed by the experience. The team was responsive to any questions we had, was very clear on the services they could provide, and we also had a meeting with the team to go over wedding playlists and timelines. While my husband and I hand picked each song and playlist ourselves, our DJ did a phenomenal job and mixing and constructing our playlist throughout the night and proving great lighting. All of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have been to and the DJ and MC did a wonderful job overall. -

we used central coast entertainment for DJ, MC & PhotoBooth services and not only were they friendly, made me feel comfortable and heard but they kept their promises. They kept the guests engaged, enjoying themselves as well as me and my now husband. Leo was great to work with throughout the entries process & Lupe kept us pumped and ready to dance the night away. The Photo Booth was great everyone loved that it was texted to their cellphones so no one lost it and I loved the album that I got the following day with the pictures of everyone in the booth!

We booked Leo for our wedding along with CCE Photo Booth. All of the CCE team treated us like family from beginning to end. From Leo taking a shot with my husband during one of our last meetings, to DJ Lupe's above and beyond service. The big day had a tight schedule and with so many people, time was flying by. Lupe really showed up for us through it all. He was constantly checking in with us, kept everything on time, and was always reminding us to eat even though it felt impossible at times. Central Coast Entertainment was the DJ/MC vendor Carmel Fields provided for our wedding. They did an amazing job for our wedding and we received so much compliments for how professional and to the point our MC and DJ were. No extra fluff, no non-sense, just pure entertainment for guests and us.
I believe our MC's name is Ivan and DJ is Victor. They were super kind and fun. We also got Karaoke with CCE and Jerry did a terrific job setting things up and manning the process.

Our experience with CCE exceeded our expectations from our initial consultation all the way up to our wedding day.
Given that we felt the anxiety of having to plan so many things for our wedding, it was so nice to have gotten in contact with Leo and the CCE Team. From our first consultation all the way up to our big day. We met with Leo first, he is charismatic and his attention to detail is above and beyond.
It is clear that Leo and his team have high expectations for their business and they do not fall short. With the stress of planning a wedding, it was very comforting to have all our entertainment needs in one place. Leo and the CCE team provided us with Multiple Check-ins, Itinerary Planning, a DJ, an MC, Photo Booth with Props, a Couple's Montage on a Screen for the dance floor, and Sparkling Lights for our special dances. This was all available through their many adjustable packages - which was so nice to have.
We could not have asked for more and what a huge relief to have worked with such pros who knew not only how to help guide our big night but also make the entire process fun. And the best part was how everyone on the team kept us as their primary focus of the night. They made it clear every step of the way that all their efforts were to make our day feel as memorable and special as possible for us! -

We hired CCE for our April '22 wedding. They were awesome from the very beginning, very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and were always available when we had questions. They also offer other services, we booked them for our photobooth, and we got sparklers and "dancing in the clouds" for our first dance. Our DJ (Lupe) was also awesome in helping us with our garter removal song (we went for a mission impossible theme) 😆 he was always available and helpful in choosing our songs. He even agreed to do the shoe game in English and Spanish. Overall, they were awesome!!! Would 100% book them again. -

I was so lucky to be able to hire CCE for my wedding! Leo called me right away and we set up a meeting, a meeting that led my dad and him to talk for a long time! It was actually that meeting with my father and Leo that really made me want to make sure that my wedding entertainment was handled by them. Not only did they make us feel heard, they made our choice feel safe with all the information and support they provided. Leo made sure that on my wedding day everything would be set up correctly, he took tons of videos and pictures of the venue to provide for his team (because my venue had a bit of a unique set up). He even offered some great advice while doing a venue walk about, he said "it's your wedding, you do what you want."-- And I really appreciated that. He had such a great attitude and sense of humor, he's really professional but personable--he's the best.
The next great part of my experience was DJ Lupe, my entire process with phone calls and zooms were really fun. Initially he was just the point person to get my timeline down and mix any songs I had in mind. He was so down with my curated playlist and is a great DJ, but he wasn't assigned to me until a couple weeks before the wedding-- which was a huge surprise because I really wanted him to be the MC/DJ for my wedding. He did a great job infusing my playlist and working off of it for the entire wedding. My guests were really impressed with the music choice, and I can't thank him enough for helping my vision of mixing 2 non-traditional songs for my husband and I to walk down the aisle to. One really funny thing did happen, where a song I hate and requested to not be played started playing (not his fault, he was out pumping up the crowd and his assistant DJ put it on lol), and we both ran up to the booth he instantly knew what I wanted and cut the music lol.. it was actually really funny because we joked about it during a meeting. Honestly, the fact that he remembered and rushed to change the song just shows how much their entire team wants to make sure every part of your experience is what you want. Thank you so much to Leo, Elia, and Lupe for such a great experience. Music was the most important part of my wedding for me and they did not disappoint. I cannot recommend them enough, they are amazing! I hope to work with them again in the future. -

We booked CCE Photobooth services for our wedding in August. They showed up on time and set up everything perfectly. The attendant was the sweetest and everyone had so much fun! Before the wedding we were contacted by CCE to create our custom photobooth photo strip with what design we wanted, as well as choosing a backdrop we wanted. Their pricing was extremely reasonable too. We decided to do a photobooth strip guest book instead of a regular one and the attendant was so amazing at printing extras and making sure guests put them in the guestbook and signed above it! We also received a link to all the digital copies of the pictures which was so great to have and save! All the pictures came out super clear and bright, and the props they had were perfect. We received many compliments on this company and we would definitely recommend CCE for your event! -

I remember having conversations with CCE where I wouldn't let them off the phone because I insisted on giving them so much well-deserved praise for their openness to being creative and flexible with our grand entrance. I remember being so struck by their attention to detail and sheer commitment to making our wedding entertainment completely ours, including a WWE-type grand entrance while also playing everything from Backstreet Boys, Motley Crue, Bollywood, Selena, traditional Celtic drinking songs, and a cover of "Toss A Coin to Your Witcher." Most memorable was when we needed to have a recording of the wedding for my husband's grandparents who couldn't make it. Leo said he had no one else on his team who could do it so he personally came to make sure it got recorded because he knew it meant a lot to my husband. The entire time both he and Ivan checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and I couldn't be more grateful. They are an extremely talented, dedicated, kind, and creative group of thoughtful individuals and we were beyond lucky to have them at our wedding. Thank you again for everything. -

We could have probably done more shopping around for a DJ than we did, but once we met Leo and saw his presentation, we were sold. Let me tell you, after our wedding is complete we are 100% sure we made the right decision. From the guest arrival to final song of the night, the experience with CCE was outstanding. We were specific, particular and rigid on the thing that we wanted and they worked tirelessly before and during the event to make sure all of our expectations were met. From beginning to end, Leo and his team delivered unparalleled customer service and made the planning process stress free with their online portal. I really appreciated the prompt and professional responses to emails and calls. Our DJ, Lupe and our Emcee, Ivan set the mood perfectly with their energy and kept the party going all night long. We also took advantage of their photo booth and added a custom photo album which provided copies of our guests photo booth pictures. It was a HUGE hit! Special thanks to Dulce, who designed our photo booth template design and deliver exactly what we envisioned. My husband and I are knife fanatics and she managed to incorporate that into our design while still making it look elegant. We were referred to Leo and CCE from our venue coordinator. After having our first meeting with Leo we instantly knew that working with him would be great experience since he himself is a very dedicated DJ, you can often see Leo live streaming on Instagram. The DJ at CCE that we ended up working with was DJ Lupe as well as MC Ivan. They were such a great team and were fun and upbeat as well as professional. CCE made choosing our music a breeze as they have portal which we could select songs for each event throughout our wedding day (first dance, processional, cake cutting, etc). On our wedding day Leo surprised us with pupusas which I personally love! Thank you so much, Leo, Lupe & Ivan for all of your work and for doing such a great job setting the vibe for our day! -

Amazinggg doesn’t begin to explain…
Coming from a wedding planner and now bride CCE has always had my heart but after my wedding they gained 100 more supporters- my guests, they were in love and already making requests for them to come to their weddings… even one in Canada lol … If you are looking for DJ, MC, PhotoBooth services, or sparklers +more for your wedding or event look no further because Leo, Ivan, & DJ Lupe have got what it takes. They will not only make you feel special and heard they will make sure your wedding is one for the books. My guests can vouch but the dance floor was packed from the first song to the very last. Personalities of gold also xoxo. Plus I do not think I left the PhotoBooth for a solid hour. I cannot thank CCE enough or say enough words to fully express my love. Thank you for traveling to Southern California for me!! Two months later I’m still like “dang best Party ever!!”. If I could do it every weekend I would. Don’t hesitate
We had our wedding on May 27th and the CCE tram went above and beyond for us. Our DJ, MC and photo booth person were so attentive to my husband and I that everyone noticed and had lots of nice things to say about that. The DJ had everyone dancing and our MC had everyone engaged. Throughout the whole process Leo and his time kept us updated and we’re very helpful during all the planning. Leo let us know what would or would not work with his expertise and we were grateful for that. Don’t hesitate to book with CCE they’re the real deal. We’re so glad we booked with them. I can’t praise them enough for helping us have a memorable wedding day! -

CCE was really helpful since the beggining. They were in contact with us all the time during prep time and they would answer our questions really fast everytime we will need help or advice on anything. The day of the wedding it was amaizing. They went above and beyond. Working with them made our wedding so much easier and less stress. Can’t thank them enough for all the great service they provide. Leo is an amaizing guy, his energy is contagious and he is always happy. Dj Lupe did such an amaizing job with everything we had ask for and Ivan, OMG what a great host. Couldn’t have ask for better. The CCE team were a dream to work with for our wedding in Big Sur. They were super organized and professional in helping us get prepared and stay on track (huge because we did not have a wedding planner), and they made sure every detail was thought through and taken care of. We had a unique outdoor venue with some complex ins and outs -- the team from CCE navigated it with ease. We even had to ask them to play a song only available on CD, and they were completely charming and unfazed. Overall, cannot recommend them more highly if you're looking for a DJ in the Carmel/Big Sur/Monterrey area. -

We loved having CCE for our MC, DJ, and Photobooth services through Wedgewood Carmel. The entire team was thorough and provided the best customer service from the planning stages to the day of! The owner Leo really shows he cares not only about the reputation of his business but the experience his clients are having. It really felt like family taking care of family it was amazing. We had the best time, it felt magical, surreal, and our friends and family enjoyed the music, the photo booth and the energy brought by the MC Ivan and the entire team. Leo had everyone dancing the entire night! He had a team of 3 and they all did an amazing job and were so friendly and hyped all our guests up. Our guests were very happy and everything was perfectly done. We even had guests asking us for Leo's contact information!
For our garter removal, they did a mix for me that was fire🔥
I'd highly recommend them for family gatherings, parties, weddings.
Their team really went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful for all their hard work in making our wedding such a perfect day! Thank you, CCE! -

I was unsure on where or how to find a good DJ and I came across CCE from a quick google search. A good friend was going to have him DJ her wedding and of course I waited to see what kind of service they provided. That same week I went to his office and booked him! Best decision we ever made for our wedding.
His team goes above and beyond to make this very special day AMAZING AND PERFECT in every way! Definitely wowed our guest! What I loved about his team was that on my wedding day we didn't get to finish setting up a few items and Leo's team went ahead and set up the last minute touches! Once our guest had all left my husband, myself and a few people stayed behind to clean up, Leo and his team jumped right in and helped as well! -

Best of the Best
Leo walked us through everything via our zoom meetings and then he came to our wedding to meet us. It is obvious how Leo is passionate about providing the best experience possible for every one of his clients. He even helped us update our schedule so our wedding flowed seamlessly from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception.
We were referred through our venue, Wedgewood Carmel, and thank goodness, because Central Coast Entertainment made the process simple and delivered exactly the music playlist we discussed, provided fun lighting on the dance floor and their Dancing On A Cloud service for our First Dance wowed every one of our guests and covered the fact that we skipped the dance lessons.
Ivan was our MC for the night and he was very professional, did a great job and even wore a blue suit which matched out colors.
Now, this will be our only wedding, however, we spend every New Years in Monterey/Carmel. Post pandemic we would love to throw a NYE party and when we do, CCE will be who we call to provide the music and special effects.
Look no further if you’re looking for the best of the best because Central Coast Entertainment is it. Thank you Leo, Ivan and the team for your work, professionalism and dedication to a day we will always remember.

Leo, Lupe, Ivan, and the rest of the CCE team were so fun to have during this whole wedding experience!
Before the wedding, we met at their main office in salinas to go over our wedding timeline. They were very accommodating and easy to talk to.
On the wedding day, they had so much energy, and our guests loved having them! They also did a fantastic job keeping a secret about my surprise hula dance for my husband. Thank you sooo much for being a part of our special day! -

Exceptional!
Leo and the entire team at CCE are amazing! From first meeting to last, the entire process was pleasant and smooth.
They offer 4 packages and explain what goodies come with each. We chose the second package and it came with 2 microphones, speakers and lighting, white DJ booth and an MC and DJ for our entire event (5-10pm). Everything is easily filled out online- ceremony songs, dinner music, grand entrance music, names of your bridal party, who is making toasts and a music survey about the kind of music you want played during your dance. They plan out the timeline for your big day and do a magnificent job at keeping you on track and keeping things moving.
Everything was perfect! Definitely book them for your next event!

CCE and Leo were absolutely incredible!
CCE and Leo were incredible! They were the highlight of the Wedding! From the music selection, to the incredible MC that hyped and kept the party alive and well, the interactivity with the groom & guests, to the accommodations for special performances performed by the bride and bridesmaids. They were extremely friendly, easy to talk to and very accommodating and absolutely made us feel like family. A special thanks to Leo for really connecting with us, finding our commonalities and providing us with a special playlist, a special treat and a lifetime of memories. CCE DJ’d my wedding at Wedgewood Carmel and they seriously are the best. We had a few appointments with Leo before the actual wedding day and he guided us through the whole process of making sure we had all our songs planned out the way we wanted and he made everything super easy. Leo is incredibly personable and was easy to get along with right from the start, he’s such a nice guy and you can tell he really loves his company.
Unfortunately, Leo couldn’t make it to our wedding, but we had DJ Luuupe and Ivan there and they were absolutely amazing! I have never danced more in my entire life. They were very professional and so nice! We asked them to do the ice breaker before our grand entrance at the reception; I didn’t get to hear all of it but it sounded like our guests loved it, they were all laughing and it really helped set the mood for the rest of the day.
I could not recommend this company more. They helped in large part to make my wedding day the best day of my life and I would work with them all over again if given the option to. -

Every guest at our wedding said, this was the funnest wedding they've ever been too. The music, lighting, sparklers, and sound were top notch.
The professionalism from our first zoom meeting until the big day is what I admire about Leo and the entire CCE team.
The website was easy to manage and uploading the playlists were a breeze. My wife and I are very big on music and they made sure each and every request we had were met and then some.
I've worked with a lot of professionals in my life and Leo and his team are right there at the top with the best!
