    This catering service was on point. The servers did an excellent job and the bartender was really good. Food was really good. Great job!

    Central BBQ is such a good idea for your wedding. If you want a more relaxed casual reception, this is the way to go! My husband and I decided on Central because we knew their BBQ is our favorite in the city. Their food is incredible, and they offer so much help with the reception. They do this a lot so they're very independent and know how to provide professional catering. Everyone loved the food and it just made the night that much better!

    Incredible, hot, delicious food for an equally incredible price. Elizabeth was present throughout the entire process, and facilitated an absolutely amazing array of barbecue and appetizers. Her treatment of our cocktail hour was comparable to that of a upscale catering company, and her approach to our buffet style serving left absolutely nothing to be desired. We've fielded multiple comments on how hot the food was served. She packed us up two plates of food to take back to the bridal suite the night of the wedding. She even thought to snag us some cake, and cut the cake on short notice as well. All in all, phenomenal service representative of an insanely amazing business. We will continue to enjoy working with her in the future.

    When we were trying to decide what kind of food to serve at the reception, we knew immediately that we wanted Central BBQ! Central is by far the best BBQ in Memphis, and since we were having a lot of out of town guests, we knew they would be perfect! They have a full service catering option, but we went with a buffet style and had friends bring out the food for the buffet. We also used Central for our bartenders. They were fun and so nice! Such a wonderful option if you're looking for something casual, fun, DELICIOUS, and affordable!

    Central BBQ was a huge hit for our reception. Many of our guests were from out of town and had never experienced great Memphis BBQ. The Catering Manager gave us excellent advice on how much to order and the team showed up on time to not only set-up but to take down! They provided everything we needed from Utensils to wet naps.

    Great food!

    Central was absolutely great for my wedding! Brittany was wonderful to work with. They also provided the bartenders for the event. Everyone was professional and the food tasted great! Great value as well!
