Elizabeth Sent on 10/29/2012I don't even know where to begin with this company, but I definitely would NOT recommend them to anybody!! If you want to be highly stressed before your wedding day, then this is the company to go with!
Let me tell you my story...I booked them on August 29, the contract was signed and the credit was charged for the full amount. On September 10, I noticed an additional charge to my credit card from this company. I tried several times to contact them by phone but was unsuccessful! I then sent them an email and received a response, that they were sorry and would correct the problem. Never actually telling me why my card was even charged again, then when I went to check to make sure that the charge had been reversed I see another charge for the same amount...needless to say this should have been my clue to not even bother with them!
As if this isn't enough, two days before my wedding I get a call from Shai asking if we could change the pickup time to 15 minutes before my ceremony was to start...at 5:30. I advised him that this was unacceptable and that our contract stated 4:45, and that the latest I would allow would be 5:15. He advised that he would work on it and get back to me. I waited all day, and the next day I had to contact him to see where things stood on our pickup time. He advised they would be their by 5-5:15 at the latest.
At 12:15, on my wedding day I received a call from the driver stating he was their to pick us up, I had to advise him that he was incorrect and that he wasn't to pick us about till 5 in the evening. I again had to send Shai an email to make sure that we had a driver when we were supposed to. His response was "he made a mistake, we will call and correct." I can't tell you how stressed I was the rest of the day worrying that we wouldn't have a limo at the correct time. The driver arrived at 5:15, and was able to get us to the ceremony on time, only because he was driving fast.

User2167415 Sent on 06/07/2015CELEBRITY LIMO OF MANASSAS IS HORRIBLE. SCAM. NO SHOW. Contracted for limo service for wine tour bachelorette party 4 months in advance. Confirmed again a few days before event. Pre-paid in full only to realize after the fact that they fraudulently billed my credit card 2X, collecting double -- $1000 in advance. . Then...NOTHING. NO driver. NO limo. NO call or text message. NO attempt to reach any of us (despite having multiple mobile numbers for customer). They refused to answer their phone, and wouldn't respond to our urgent messages about status. NOTHING. They just left our large group of 11 women high and dry. Only after the fact, did I start reading reviews on "Shai" and Celebrity Limo of Manassas and saw the pattern. Reports by others of fraudulent double charges. Frequent last minute cancellations or, as in my case, failing to show up at all. Horrible condition of limos and and unprofessional drivers when they do bother to show up. (don't confuse this guy Shai and the Manassas Celebrity Limo company with similar names in other DC metro locations). I reached out to one of them in desperation when Shai wouldn't answer the phone and was told by other companies with similar names that they receive these calls "all the time". That dispatcher went on to tell me how often they get a panicked call from another victimized client, but it's often too late to help. It doesn't matter what price he quotes you for services -- as he will stand you up without so much as a phone call. So go elsewhere...no one could be as bad as this company. -

I had the very unfortunate experience of doing business with Celebrity Limousines. Our limo was over 30 minutes late. Out of the 5 times I called to inquire on the whereabouts of our late limo, only once was the phone answered. No one called to say they were running late and when I finally did get in touch with Shai, he was very nonchalant about the entire situation. He just commented “we can extend the time” and that it wasn’t his fault and he couldn’t control the fact that the driver was late. There was no accountability. Furthermore, a time extension would not have sufficed in this situation, since we had another event to attend after the fact. Due to their negligence, I asked for a discount. Shai stated “I’ll see what I can do”. Of course, he never called back. In addition, the AC was not on when we got in the limo and it was over 90 degrees and humid that day. Due to the size of the limo, it took 30 minutes for the limo to cool down. The limo was dirty. There were used water bottles and a cork left from the party before. The windows were dirty (there was a film and handprints). The partition to separate the driver was broken. There was no step to get out of the limo, and it was very difficult to get out of the limo because of how high off the ground it was. The driver asked if I could bring my ipod charger, because the radio wasn’t working properly. We ended up being almost an hour late to our destination. I couldn’t believe, the lack of seriousness and lack of professionalism of this company. I couldn’t believe they would pick customers up in a limo in that condition. I was very disappointed in the unacceptable services I received. I will never do business with them again! Please do not patronize this company!
