We loved have AJ at the wedding!! We didn't have much of a dancing crew but he played great music, everything we requested and the genres. Most importantly he kept the evening moving smoothly which was a huge relief to me as a type A bride 😉 Would absolutely recommend!

Destination Bride’s life made easy
We truly could not find the words to thank Chad at Celebrity DJ. As a destination bride, choosing vendors can be much more difficult, I instantly felt all my “what if’s” melt away the minute we met Chad. He was patient with my Type B personality, I gave him just a playlist of songs we wanted to hit during the reception- and he took it and made it an evening no one will forget. Celebrity DJ delivered on all promises. They kept the entire ceremony and the reception moving smoothly. Everyone enjoyed the music and danced until they dropped. The venue we used is not set up to maneuvered easily and required the DJ to try and be three places at once, but AJ pulled it off beautifully. I highly recommend them for your wedding.

The dance floor was packed all night
My only request I had for our DJ was to make sure the dance floor was packed all night, Aj exceeded my expectations from the very first song he played. He adapted with the weather for last minute location changes and kept the whole wedding on the timeline when everything kind of got pushed back a little due to rain. He made everything go so smoothly as if he was our Day of Coordinator. All of our guest loved the music he played and loved being on the dance floor. Aj also helped me with my last minute changes for our big day and he made sure they happened. I would highly recommend Celebrity DJ to everyone.

Chris was absolutely amazing. He made the whole event run smoothly with music. He provided music before guests arrived, played all the songs during the ceremony we wanted and made it all so smoothly. We used Aj for our wedding at flying horse ranch and let me tell you, this guy knows what he is doing! I have never danced or had more fun in my life. Aj did great at handling song requests and following the crowd. I am not lying when I say we danced for 3.5 hours straight because of Aj. He did such a fantastic job, and I am so glad he was there to make my day special. He is great at responding, and sends out a great questionnaire to get to know all about what you want. The first impression I had of AJ was that he knew what he was doing. On wedding day, I learned that this sort of thing can really help ease stress. Celebrity DJ came highly recommended to us from our venue. Communication and booking with AJ went flawlessly, he is very friendly and professional. Chadwick was our DJ on the big day and did an excellent job helping us plan the schedule and create our playlists. He gave great recommendations for both as we weren’t too sure what we wanted. He was so friendly and kind and went completely out of his way to help us with an issue unrelated to his duties. Chadwick absolutely crushed it
We could not have been happier with having Chadwick from Celebrity DJ at our wedding. From the first time we spoke, all he cared about was making sure we had a blast. We had extensive conversations about the vibes we were going for, the artists and music we liked, even looking at playlists we both made to try and figure out what we were going for. When the day finally came, everything went smoothly, and there were a few things in particular that stood out to us and we really appreciated. To start, Chadwick went above beyond his DJ responsibilities to help out in any way he could, heling set up, helping talk to guests as they arrived and welcoming them, organizing what people needed to do, even holding onto my phone and wallet during the ceremony. All of the events from the ceremony to the dancing at the end of the night flowed perfectly, and he never "did too much". What I mean by this is even when everyone was going nuts and dancing, a lot of couples have complaints about their DJ always yelling into the mic and interrupting the music, and this was NOT Chadwick. He was mellow, relaxed, but still pumping out JAM after JAM, and keeping the party going. As a matter of fact, he did such a good job that in the middle of dancing at one point, I heard a "DJ CHADWICK!!!!!! DJ CHADDWICK!!!!" chant erupt from the dance floor. I realize this sounds made up, but I'm not kidding... our friends are weird lol. I have no idea what specific event spawned this chant, but they were just loving him. The last thing I want to point out is that Chadwick put a little QR code on every table so that people could request songs throughout the night as much as they want without running up to the DJ booth and interrupting anything, and we got a TON of great feedback about that. People LOVED the convenience of being able to scan that bar code and spam songs they all wanted to hear. Because of it, we were able to get a lot of songs that the crowd LOVED that we hadn't even thought about playing. Overall, our experience was awesome. Thank you Chadwick and thank you Celebrity DJ!

AJ with Celebrity DJ did a wonderful job at our wedding! He has pre-wedding planning paperwork that is very helpful and really helps the day of the wedding go very smooth. He was very responsive leading up to the wedding and had helpful suggestions. He can pretty much accommodate any request -- we had some requests that probably don't get asked much, and he took care of it perfectly! At the wedding, he made announcements to make sure everyone knew what was going on with dinner and the photo booth, he kept an upbeat vibe, and kept the music going with no interruptions. Our guests commented how wonderful the music was as well. We highly recommend AJ and Celebrity DJ!!

Made the day perfect no matter what was going on in the world!
Having time to step back and remember our whole wedding planning process in the last year, I feel like I have severe whiplash. On a high note, I wanted to make sure to tell everyone how much we appreciate everything AJ, from Celebrity DJ, did for my family. So many emails with changes and so many things he was willing to do as we had to match up our new location and new vendors. AJ did a fabulous job. He was great with his communications and so, so fair with the price. He absolutely made our event something that everyone will remember forever. With so many things lost for the special day, AJ was able to help us put it back together to be simply perfect.

Awesome experience in the middle of COVID-19

Kept the party going for our wedding!
We absolutely loved Celebrity DJ. They definitely kept the party going and kept all of our events on track. We had Chadwick and he was amazing. We had heard a lot of good things about AJ, but ended up with Chadwick for our wedding and he did fantastic. He talked to me about a month before the wedding for about an hour just to make sure everything would go exactly how I wanted it! They also send out a questionnaire that was super helpful just to get myself organized as well. They respond quickly, are highly professional, and very flexible. Highly recommend!

Great Quality & Reliable
AJ was great. We had him as the DJ for our wedding. He was super easy to coordinate with before the event, very responsive/great communication. AJ played all the songs/genres we wanted at the wedding, and helped coordinate dinner time so we had the chance to walk around and thank all our guests for coming without being rushed. He kept the event running as smoothly as possible so, as the bride and groom, we were able to just go with the flow and enjoy our night without stress. AJ's thought through the little details, and brings great experience to the table. Would 100% recommend him for weddings and other events. Thanks, AJ!

Chadwick was amazing and professional. I did a DIY wedding and didn't have a wedding planner. He helped coordinate everything and keep the day going smooth. He was extremely flexible and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.

Perfect Job Done!
We couldn't be happier with AJ as our DJ from Celebrity DJ! He had people on the dance floor all night and played music that people of all ages loved, we had tons of compliments from our guests too! Celebrity DJ sent us a form to fill out prior to the wedding to list important songs and provide a "Do not" playlist which AJ followed really well. He really thought of everything and made sure nothing was missed. He was very familiar with our venue (Flying Horse Ranch) and managed the unique environment really well to make sure we had microphones and speakers in all the right places, he was even able to change locations last minute when we had to move our ceremony inside. Highly recommend!

Celebrity DJ was incredible at our event! The were very easy to communicate with and provided a thorough consultation regarding the flow of our event and the type of music we requested. So wonderful
Jackson was our DJ that was hired through the New Craftwood Inn Event Center and our ceremony questionnaire had gotten lost through emails, and it was the week before our wedding when we all noticed. Jackson, however, handled it so well he worked with everything we wanted all the songs were exactly what we asked for and everything went smooth - he played great music all night he worked with my photographer I highly recommend them even if you don’t go through the Craftwood Inn because everything was perfect.

Amazing DJ
Outstanding DJ to work with! We hired AJ Carlisle for our wedding ceremony and reception and he was phenomenal! He kept the party going and got everyone on their feet at the reception. He was even flexible enough to play a song at the ceremony that a friend had recorded and played a surprise toast recorded by the same friend who couldnt make it! All the planning documents on the website were super helpful and he was so friendly the entire night! I would definitely recommend Celebrity DJ to anyone!

Brilliant DJ that can read a crowd
AJ at Celebrity DJ did a fabulous job with emceeing our daughter's wedding. He was funny and talked just the right amount throughout the evening. He knew the night was about the bride & groom and made sure everyone in attendance had a great time. He played a perfect variety of music and there was always a crowd on the dance floor.
His questionnaire is complete and easy to submit online. It gives you as much control as you'd like to have for the music. He was well-prepared before the event, so it all went so smoothly. Thank you, AJ!

Fun, hard-working, fabulous DJ!
AJ was an awesome DJ for our Mt. Princeton wedding and we were lucky to have him! He accommodated our every request (of which there were a lot) and played all of the songs that we requested, when we wanted to hear them. He was accommodating both before and during the wedding, and was really fun to have as an MC as well. He's very experienced and it showed, he took care of everything! Highly, highly recommend. Look no further- aj is here to save the day
First off, we are out of towners coming to CO to get hitched. A little skeptical that we would be working with all of our vendors remotely, but somehow it all worked out. AJ, from Celebrity DJ, was extremely detailed, told me exactly what he needed from me, had very straight forward forms to fill out, and totally helped us paint the picture of our day. There was a last minute change for him to come a bit earlier for cocktail hour, and he totally accommodated! From cocktail hour, to the ceremony, to our second cocktail hour and reception, I couldn't recommend AJ from Celebrity DJ more! He was SO much fun and you can tell he truly loves his job!!!!! At our reception, there wasn't a single song that he played that the dance floor was empty-- THAT IS CRAZY AWESOME. He totally rocked the house. Multiple guests have asked us where we found him because his mix was so great, his attitude was fun, and he was super inviting!!!! Look no further for your DJ needs- AJ's got you covered!!!

A classy, professional DJ
AJ is a true professional. He was pleasant to deal with and easily adapted the plan for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception according to our requests. He kept things moving along at the reception and was also very accommodating when we made a few small last minute changes. What I appreciated the most about AJ is that he was present and actively involved in the reception when he needed to be but in the background when that was appropriate. It is clear that AJ knows what he is doing and how to communicate well with brides, grooms, family members and the event staff members. I highly recommend AJ Matthews and Celebrity DJ.

We had Aj as our celebrity DJ for our wedding. He did such a great job communicating with us about songs, particularly the song I walked down the aisle to. We have a somewhat eclectic taste in songs, and they still managed to find them! I also liked the form we were sent about music requests. Aj did an excellent job announcing things and he was able to get many guests (way more then I would have imagined) out on the dance floor! Both my husband, myself and my guests were very impressed with Celebrity DJ!

We had an amazing wedding reception with Chadwick! The communication prior to the event was awesome, he came to meet us and see the space before the event and verified what we wanted. Celebrity DJ is awesome! Aj was our DJ and he truly made the reception! He had such a great energy that got everyone excited but also knew he had to keep the groom and me on track throughout the night! This allowed us to do everything we had planned for the evening. He played all the music we requested. We didn't make a playlist for the reception, and allowed him free range of the party and it was PERFECT! He played a broad range of decades and genres which kept everyone dancing. I would absolutely recommend Aj to anyone with an upcoming wedding!

I have worked with AJ several times in the past and had the pleasure of his DJ Chad keeping the night going at our wedding last night! We were so happy with his kindness and attention to detail! He was great about knowing what to say, do, play & when! He listened to all of our requests and had the perfect lineup! Some people were questioning why I hired a professional DJ. They were all impressed by how well AJ did. AJ did a terrific job of announcing what was next, keeping the guests engaged, and being flexible. He had to loop the song I walked down the aisle to and I didn't even notice. When we decided to not have a wedding planner, we knew we had to hire a DJ with experience and knowledge. We basically wanted someone to tell us what to do and trust they'll do a great job. AJ absolutely killed it for us. The flow of the wedding was incredibly smooth. He kept us updated with time, structure and kept the crowd informed and on their toes! Great quality for the price. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else and will definitely be a recurring customer for future events.

Overall fantastic experience! Celebrity DJ proved to be a well run show. We worked with Aj over email and worked with Chadwick at the wedding. Both were incredibly easy to work with and fully understanding of our requests. AJ THE DJ was amazing. The amount of detail you can provide him through his awesome pre-planning paperwork really gives you an early confidence that the night will go exactly how you want it - and it DID! Everyone went on and on about how great he was and how much fun he made the night! I don't think we could've asked for a better DJ. From the ceremony to the farewell - it was all exactly perfect.
I would highly recommend AJ and Celebrity DJ to anyone having a wedding or ANY event, really. We couldn't have had a better time and he accommodated even an improv performance by a good friend when my dad surprised me with a song for our father/daughter dance. He also so was accommodating to everyone giving speeches and was ready for anything.
He was a blast and again, just made our night so much fun! We are so lucky we found him!

AJ is a master DJ! I heard him at a wedding that I went to a few years ago and knew that when I got married, that I wanted to have him as my DJ. He is great! He was very responsive and always emailed me back promptly and called whenever he said he would - which I seriously appreciated. He also wanted to make sure that he played music that felt like "us" which also is an amazing quality because so many people like to take control over what they think you want. He also had us fill out a questionnaire to make sure he knew what we wanted, and what we didn't want. There were specific songs that were a must for us, and others that we didn't want played... and he respected that! The ceremony music was beautiful. And the reception... I wish I could go back. I had THE BEST time. I also had so many people tell me how much fun they had, and we owe a lot of that to AJ and the music he played. We have so many people on the dance floor all night! Thank you AJ!

AJ with Celebrity DJ was incredible for our wedding on August 5, 2017 in Woodland Park, CO. He made planning the schedule for the evening very easy and straightforward. With so much going on the couple weeks before the wedding, it was so nice to know that AJ had that portion handled. AJ also knows exactly how to keep everyone on the dance floor!! We had never been to a wedding where people danced the entire time and AJ did a fantastic job at mixing up the music to include all generations throughout the night. We have received a lot of compliments on our DJ and how professional, yet fun he was. We highly recommend using Celebrity DJ!!!

All I can say is, AJ was AMAZING!!! He was super professional and fun to work with start to finish. All night (and still today), we kept getting comments about how great the DJ was and how upbeat and energetic everything felt. AJ kept everything smooth from releasing guests to get food, to the formalities, to getting people out of their seats, to just overall helping our big day be the best day. Celebrity DJ managed our ceremony and reception timing flawlessly, even with changes we requested on the fly. Aj met with us for a consultation prior to the wedding to review everything with us, and provided suggestions when we weren't sure of what to do or use for music. He played everything that we asked for and nothing that we didn't. Aj went above and beyond by also creating a special cut for our first dance based on our request.

Celebrity DJ did a great job hosting my wedding. The DJ who was supposed to come had a last-minute family emergency, but he handled it well and sent another awesome DJ in his place. He was very accomodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept checking in with how everything was going! I would definitely recommend these guys!

I literally cannot say enough great things about AJ and celebrity DJ. Sure, you can find a DJ for 400 bucks, but not one like this. From day one he guided me through what to expect at my wedding, and gave me an in-depth consultation. He was super familiar with my venue already, and brought up so many great ideas and helpful tips that I used the day of. From the moment he arrived at my venue, he basically MC'd the whole event. He was gentle but did what he needed to do to help corral my large wedding party, and even kept my 130 guests on-track so that we didn't miss any of those special moments. If you're questioning where to budget your money on for a wedding, remember that the entertainment is the MOST important part. He even jumped in discretely with his microphone and said "please be seated at this time" halfway through our ceremony, because our officiant forgot to, and everyone was still standing when we were about to begin our vows (LOL!). Seriously. Go with Celebrity DJ. You won't regret it!!!

Celebrity DJ provided the music, DJ and MC services for our wedding in July of 2016. Celebrity DJ, A.J. Carlisle and especially our DJ- Kyle were phenomenal! The way that they came through as vendors and as active participants of our wedding day exceeded our expectations because our DJ made the reception such an awesome party and all of our guests agreed :) Not only did they provide the best DJ service but DJ Kyle was the best MC and host we could've asked for. Inevitability something goes wrong on your wedding day... but there's no doubt that it will not be Celebrity DJ. I will always recommend them after hearing some real troubles and horror stories my friends have had with other DJ and MJ Services. I remember how hard it was to pick a DJ when I was planning my wedding, so if you[re looking, Celebrity DJ is the best choice in Southern Colorado.

Celebrity DJ was amazing for our wedding... From start to finish! Upon booking you will receive emails regarding how you would like your experience and they cater to your wants and needs perfectly. We had Chynah, and she did an amazing job. As a bride, it can be stressful wondering how everything will go the day of, but I was amazed at how our experience went. Not only does a DJ need to play music, they are responsible for being in charge of when the festivities take place (time for cutting cake, bouquet toss, etc.), and we could not have been more pleased. Our reception went so smoothly and we received so many compliments. Chynah is outgoing, time oriented, and and overall amazing at her job. You will not be disappointed, if you need a DJ, be sure to contact celebrity DJ and book her! Lastly, they are affordable, nice, and very easy to work with! Thank you so much guys!!

My wife and I searched hard to find a DJ that wouldn't "steal the show" at our wedding and would be very flexible in providing what we wanted. AJ and Kyle of Celebrity DJ provided exactly that. From the consultation with AJ, to our wedding day--where Kyle showed up early and dressed in a tuxedo--they were perfectly professional and helped to make our wedding so much fun. Aj at Celebrity DJ was exactly what I was looking for! I met with AJ after a not so great meeting with another local DJ company. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the plans for the big day and that everything would go (and went) perfectly! AJ ran everything and kept everything from the toast to the farewell on time and most of all FUN! Almost every guest came and told us how amazing our DJ was, and you knew he was good because everyone danced until we left for the night. There were none of those uncomfortable lulls that almost every dance floor has at some point during the night! AJ worked closely with me and the groom to make sure everything was also personalized, the music we asked for was actually played! The way the he gets everyone dancing is fun and not annoying like some weddings I have been to when the DJ makes himself the center of attention, AJ will not do that!

I planned my whole wedding and had no idea what I was doing, I found AJ With Celebrity DJ and was absolutely amazed how much more we were getting! He made sure that I was completely relaxed and focused on our big day. He has an unbelievable amount of knowledge when it comes to music and how to keep people up on their feet. I am terrible with song names and artist, all I had to do was give a description of the song and he knew it! What a relief he was! I would recommend him to anyone needing an extra special touch to their big day!!!!!
