Steve and his staff made our wedding a HUGE success!!!! We wanted our guests to remember this event, we did not want it to be just another wedding in their eyes. Unfortunately, we did not know how to make it that way on our own. During our first meeting with Steve, he went over a lot of details that we didn't even realize existed. He had a LOT OF IDEAS that would fit any personality! At the end, numerous guests came up to us telling that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! And all of that was thanks to Steve. Also, even though we had a separate photographer that we hired prior to meeting Steve, he still took numerous pictures of us that we will cherish forever.

My wife and I are big DIY'ers, and our wedding was a testament to that. We made the decor, bottled our own wine and created the invitations all in the attempt to save some money and put our spin on it. I am completely thankful, however, that we made the decision to spend the extra money and put our reception into the professional hands of Celebrations Event & Entertainment and their DJ, Mike. He took the time to meet with us one-on-one a couple times before the wedding to go over flow, pace and our unique delivery. That was the best thing to working with Mike. He wasn't just a "Wedding DJ." He was more like a DJ, event logistics consultant, mood setter and master of ceremonies -- pretty much my wedding wing man. At our reception we got exactly the music we wanted played, go to do a special first dance to Dave Matthews and never had to worry about what was supposed to happen next. He skillfully took us from one component to the next and always had the people who were going to be speaking on-deck and ready. After doing all the setting up and orchestration of the ceremony part, it was wonderful to step into our reception and not worry about a single thing. And between all the ice breakers, interactive parts and great music, we still get family and friends to this day that say our reception was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding. Thank you, Mike and Steve!

Our wedding was a complete success thanks to Celebrations. From the ceremony to the reception, everything was amazing. Our family members always talk about how much fun they had at our wedding. The interactive style that Steve and his staff brought to the reception got everyone involved and turned the reception hall into a giant party. Our photos and video are of the highest quality. We can't thank Celebrations enough for the tremendous service we received. If you want a wedding you will enjoy and want your guests to have a great time, then book with Celebrations!

We had a great time, the dance floor was packed, and we loved all the unique ideas that helped get everyone involved.
We showed up, Steve coordinated everything, and took such a load off of us.
I love seeing video of people dancing who nomally never did. The photos were gorgeous and loved them.
It's been years and people still talk about how much fun our wedding was. We can't thank you enough.

Steve was incredible! I was interested in his company after attending a wedding that was DJ'd by one of his other DJ's. I was impressed with how they got the attendees to interact and genuinely have a great unforgettable time.

From the planning to the actual wedding reception I could not have been happier with how smoothly everything went. He customizes the evening to exactly how you want and if you have no idea what you want, he can guide you through a few options that have been successful in the past.

During the reception I noticed that Steve has the ability to read the mood of the crowd and adapt to whatever situation that may arise. I could tell he genuinely enjoys his job and truly wants to make your special day one you will never forget.

A lot of the attendees went out of their way to tell me how much fun they had by telling me it was the best wedding reception they had ever experienced. I had about 20 peope tell me that.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I got the best event photos I have ever received. Steve was procative in getting shots. He checked in with me often during the event. The photos are artistic. I have hired him again since this first event. Great job!

I have been working with Celebrations Entertainment for over 10 years on various events hosted by the CF Foundation and they are always fabulous to work with. I look forward to many more events with them in the future!

Celebrations Events and Entertainment provided us with DJ service and videography services for our wedding. Steve(owner) was such a pleasure to work with. He was always very prompt to answer calls and emails and always had an answer for my questions. He definitely exceeded all expectations I had for my wedding day. He provided us with many ideas, even some that didn't pertain to his specific services. The video of our wedding is amazing and is edited just perfectly. And what can I say about the DJ services...It was simply amazing!! To this day people still talk about how our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever been to! Steve and his crew did such a wonderful job of tying all of the events together and keeping the party going. No one wanted to leave at the end of the night. He also helped us to add so many special touches to make the evening memorable. One of my favorite moments from my wedding was when Steve kicked everyone out of the reception hall and turned down all of the lights and it was just my husband and me dancing to one last song together. It was such a special moment that I never would have thought of. Many many thanks to Steve and the crew at Celebrations Events and Entertainment for making our wedding so special!!

We decided to have Steve from Celebrations Entertainment DJ, video, and photograph our wedding because my husband, Karl, has worked with him at corporate events for Worldstrides. There was no doubt in Karl's mind that there was anyone else to have. My only concern was if he would travel to Wisconsin. Guess what, when we told Steve that the wedding was in Door County, Wisconsin he said, "Sounds great, I have not been in awhile." I was shocked. I never thought he would travel that far. Steve was so easy to work with over the phone. We were planning our wedding from Virginia and it was easier working with Steve than it was the resort we had the wedding at. The morning of our wedding Steve and his crew were bright eyed and bushy tailed videotaping and photographing at 7am while me and my girls were gtting our hair done. That day I felt like a movie star. After we were dressed Steve took us around the resort to take pictures. We had an outdoor wedding and the music and pictures were fantastic. For the reception, I can not begin to tell you how wonderful it was. We had an area set up where all of our guests could have a photo shoot, which everyone loved. There was not a dull moment while we were eating. Every guest felt important and involved in the wedding, like it was their special day too. Everyone had so much fun dancing and singing. The best way to explain how wondrful of an experience everyone had a our wedding with Celebration Entertainment is this: every time we talk to family or friends about how long it has been since our wedding and how much fun we had they say, "That was the best wedding ever. I laughed and danced by butt off. We really need to do this again.". I would not change a thing....in fact the day after our wedding I asked Karl if we could do it again next year...he said maybe. We are hoping to higher Steve for our 15 year class reunion....it should be fun.

If you are a Type A, Bridezilla, with the mantra that "this day should be planned to the most minute detail," then this vendor is not for you. We loved working with Celebrations Event & Entertainment because they are AMAZING at what they do, if you let them have the creative ability to do what they do best. Michael was our DJ and Steve was our Photographer. They are a GREAT tag team duo. Do not book these as separate packages as Mike and Steve are like oil & vinegar and they are a perfect match when combined. They feed off of each other and just provide a holistic party service. You're not getting a DJ with Michael. Instead, you are getting an emcee, event coordinator, party enthusiast and DJ for the entire night. It was amazing. I can't even count the number of people that came up to me afterwards and said how much fun they had since it was so different than other weddings that they had attended. Michael initiated crowd games, pulled out glow sticks and streamers for a conga dance, we played The Dating Game with the garter toss, and so much more. Everywhere I looked that night, people that were normally wall flowers were up and partying and having a good time. Steve was an amazingly patient photographer. He didn't mind that 12 members of the family came along for the "private" photo session before the wedding. He provided great ideas for pictures and was also open to ideas we wanted to try. We have yet to see the finished pictures, but am sure they will be great. Lastly, their photo booth rocked! Over 150+ different props...AWESOME! They met with us twice before the wedding and provided such amazing service. We wanted a party feel to our wedding and they brought it! We will be forever grateful!

We booked Steve Roberts approximately a year and half out from the wedding date because we originally were planning a destination wedding. When we initially met with Steve, he reported we should have plans in place for the destination by December 2011. By December 2011, no plans were in place. We decided at that point that planning a destination wedding with Steve Roberts was not going to work. Steve reported he made several calls and charged us $500 because of the "several phone calls" he made. We changed plans and had the ceremony and reception in the brides hometown. If you are a bride who likes to plan ahead and would like to work with someone who plans ahead for your special day, Steve Roberts is NOT the person for you. He "plans" the night before (bought large flat screen tv at Walmart the night of my rehearsal dinner, put together our slide show the night before the wedding, did not review requested songs by bride and groom therefore none were played at the wedding).After the wedding, Steve reported he would have our wedding video and photos by the 3 month mark. We waited 7 months for our video and photos!!!!! It took several phone calls and nasty emails because Steve does not pick up his phone or respond to emails unless he chooses to.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The owner, Steve, got in a fight with our wedding coordinator and screamed at several of the venues staff, he would never answer his phone when we called and then would take days sometimes a week to return our calls, we received our invitations several weeks late, we weren't even able to order save the dates because he did not return our calls in enough time, we ordered the video and several important moments in the ceremony and reception were missing from it, and we didn't even receive our pictures or video until 9 MONTHS after our wedding. It was absolutely the WORST experience ever! Don't be fooled by their awesome pitch about what they will do if you hire them because the way they made everything sound was a dream come true until he received money and then it was all downhill. They are definitely the WORST!
