Excellent Experience with Celebrations Catering

Celebrations Catering was amazing! From the professionalism, the outstanding food, and the attention to detail with each aspect of the service, I could not recommend it more. The food was delicious and fresh, and was exactly what we wanted. Also everyone enjoyed it, even the picky eaters! The cake was also fantastic. Everything was perfect!

Amazing wedding caterer!

Celebrations catered my wedding this summer and I cannot recommend them enough. Amy was phenomenal helping us plan our menu, and we received countless compliments on the food. The day of staff was amazing and thoughtful, going so far as making a plate for my wife and I when they noticed we spent most of dinner walking around and chatting with guests. Everything was amazing!

Perfection

Celebrations catering delivers a high quality experience, from amazing food to elevated service, all for an extremely reasonable price point. We worked with Amanda, and she made us feel at ease. The staff on our wedding day were consummate professionals, going above and beyond and adding little touches to we didn’t even think of. Our guests loved them. We did the buffet option and it couldn’t have been better. Extremely flexible as well!

Celebrations is Amazing!

Celebrations catering is absolutely the best value out there! We used them for our wedding in October of 2023. They were one of the only caterers within our budget, but you would never know from the quality of the food they served. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was from the passed apps to the plated meals. Amy was phenomenal to work with and so responsive! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Catering Service!

The food at our wedding was absolutely delicious. Amy was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and helpful in the planning process. We felt like we were their only priority, especially at our tasting! The Celebrations Crew was wonderful with guests, and extremely accommodating with special food requests (gluten free). Their napkins were beautifully folded, and we are just so pleased with our experience.

Celebrations was Incredible!

Working with Amy at Celebrations was one of the easiest and most seamless interactions we had with a vendor. Our tasting was incredible, with so many different options and the main dishes were ALL so delicious it made it so hard to choose. With COVID, we had people declining right up until the week before the wedding, and Amy was so flexible to give us up to the 11th hour to give her a final count. The food on the day of was amazing! We received so many compliments about our guests dinners. Thank you to Amy and everyone on the Celebrations staff for providing the most delicious hors d'oeuvres and meal at our wedding! I’d highly recommend them!

Delicious food and overall great experience!

Celebrations Catering has a very extensive menu for a reasonable price. All of the food was delicious and the servers were excellent! They continuously checked in with us throughout the day and were very cautious of allergies and dietary restrictions.

We can't recommend Celebrations enough! Amy was such a pleasure to work with from start to end and really made everything run smoothly for us during the planning process, answering every question and accommodating all our requests. I reached out to Amy while looking for a caterer to plan my wedding. She exceeded my expectations - she was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with. She was able to offer various options to accommodate my budget, which made the process seamless. It’s been two months since my wedding and people are still calling me to tell me how delicious the hors d’oeuvres and meals were (which you don’t often hear for a 200+ wedding). Celebrations was easily able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend Celebrations for anyone planning a wedding or event. I will be using them again in the future!

BBQ to die for

Amy was absolutely wonderful and accommodating while going through the process of picking a menu and finding a price that worked within our budget. Communication was consistent, food was absolutely amazing, and the staff was friendly and professional. Not a single complaint from us or our guests. Pulled pork and mac and cheese were heavenly, and you wouldn't think a simple side dish like corn would be something to talk about... but theirs is; perfectly seasoned and full of flavor!

GREAT food and easy to work with!

When looking for wedding caterers, we started by reaching out to a bunch of vendors after researching on wedding websites. Only 2 responded quickly, and Celebrations stood out with a great menu and an incredibly detailed set of resources explaining all our options. The choice was pretty clear.

We opted for a family-style meal for our wedding, which we felt let the guests adjust portions to their own needs while not worrying about a buffet line affecting the timing. Amy was really easy to work with from the beginning and was responsive over email and phone. She set up a nice tasting for us where we got a chance to try different appetizer and main course options to help fine tune our menu, as well as look at linen and table setting choices. Amy also coordinated directly with our venue coordinator about their needs so we didn't really have to get too involved there.

My husband and I made it a point to really eat at our wedding. The food was too good not to! The appetizers were fun and unique, including mini chicken & waffles, bacon-wrapped dates, macaroni & cheese bites, and tomato soup shooters w/ grilled cheese bites. For our main course we had beef in a merlot sauce, grilled chicken piccata, rice pilaf, and grilled vegetables. Everyone was raving about the food!!!! We also opted to use their bartenders but purchased our own alcohol, and it worked out quite nicely as they still provided all the mixers, limes, napkins, cups, etc.

Trust me, wedding food doesn't have to be boring. We would definitely recommend Celebrations for your event.

Wedding Reception - buffet with carving station and passed apps

I can not convey how much the celebrations team did to contribute to our wedding day! From the first time I spoke with Fred about basic logistics, I knew they were the best caterer for us and I was absolutely right!

Every single person I spoke with at the wedding said the food was incredible and was so impressed with the choices at cocktail hour and dinner, as well as the team that worked seamlessly throughout the day to pull everything together. From ensuring we had the best set up to putting out the cupcakes, running the bar, and clean up- everyone was pleasant and organized. The food was spectacular - perfectly cooked and an amazing variety. They were absolutely incredible to work with all around!

Their pricing was also fair and Fred worked with us to balance our budget with our vision - and succeeded!

Great food and service

We booked Celebrations for a 100 person wedding. Our venue allowed us to bring in our own alcohol, however Celebrations was very accommodating in providing bar staff. We made numerous changes to our package in the months running up to the wedding and Amy at Celebrations was always patient and helpful in adjusting pricing and talking us through our options. We got tons of compliments on the food and the service was seamless throughout the night. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this catering company! They provided dishes that allowed even our most restrictive guests to feel fulfilled.
We had our ceremony right where our reception would be and they set up quickly and were so unobtrusive. When it came time for serving they had everything set up and ready for folks to enjoy.
The food was amazing!! We gave them a fairly restrictive list as far as making sure dietary restrictions were met and they delivered easily. Folks with restrictions had one or two dishes they could enjoy and everyone else had the most delicious food!
(There was portions leftover so I was able to enjoy them for several days later)
The staff, food, and service were all fantastic and we were so happy to have hired them.
I plan on using them for my next large party as well.

We loved Celebrations catering. First of all, they offer an array of menus. We wanted a BBQ style menu and they were able to make it work- even adding things like Mac and Cheese that may had not been initially offered- to help with feeding kids! The food was fantastic. We had "take home cookie boxes" for our guests and we found people stashing some of the actual food into the boxes later that night! So if that says anything- it was delicious! And the price was amazing. The service/servers were professional and great. I highly recommend Celebrations for anything you need!

We had a wonderful experience with Celebrations as our caterer for our wedding. We were looking for a casual backyard cookout style meal and they couldn't have done a more perfect job! The food was fantastic and they even packed up leftovers for us (the bride and groom) to enjoy later. We received lots of compliments from the guests about how great the food was. The service was wonderful as well! We worked with George, who was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The staff who helped on the day of were very friendly and upbeat the entire time. There aren’t words to describe how amazing Celebrations is! I was nervous about finding a caterer for our wedding on my grandparent’s property, but everything was perfect thanks to Amy and the Celebrations team! The food was amazing and all the guests raved about it!! Amy was so helpful and detailed the entire process. We hired her for the “day of” coordinating, but she put in so much time and effort before the wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. We had multiple meetings and she was always in contact with me and answered my many questions. Each time I asked about something she always had a solution or great suggestion. I credit Amy and the staff for how smoothly the day went and how perfect it turned out. I cannot thank Amy enough for all that she did so that we could relax and enjoy the day. You can tell this company truly cares about their clients and making their events special. I give Celebrations Catering my highest recommendation!

Celebrations was amazing! The planning process was easy and Amy and Becky were wonderful to work with along the way. The day of, celebrations went above and beyond to make our day perfect! I later heard how they assisted and provided a guest with a special meal due to food allergies. I was so pleased to hear he was treated with respect, the staff came out to find him and make sure he had plenty to eat. After much research and deliberation, we decided to go with Eli's Catering for our backyard wedding of 180 people. From the start, they were easy to communicate with and just put me at ease in a way the other vendors we were communicating with did not. Choosing vendors who help alleviate your stress is huge. Becky helped me work thru all the small details, offering advice in a non- pushy and helpful way. We decided on a menu we loved- bbq chicken, sirloin steak, and added shrimp skewers. The shrimp skewers and sirloin were honestly some the best I've ever had. The day of, we felt so taken care of. It was the little things- the staff bringing us snacks unprompted during pictures, coming up to us to check in. They certainly made sure we were well fed and taken care of. The bartenders were great, laid back and fun, but professional. The feedback we've gotten from friends about the food is what really blew me away the most- I've had many people go out of their way to tell me some strong compliments. "It was the best wedding food I've ever had." "The food at your wedding was incredible." "I don't usually eat steak, but that sirloin might have been the best beef I've ever had!" etc, etc.
If you're driving yourself crazy with the many wedding decisions you have to make (as I did), I promise choosing Eli's Catering will be a great decision and you can rest assured that you and your guests are in good hands. Thank you thank you.

If you want your wedding reception to be elegant, delicious and easy to work with you should contact Amy at Celebrations. She was such a help to us as we planned the event from out of state. One of the best decisions we made throughout the entire year and a half of planning our wedding was choosing Celebrations as our caterer for our wedding on 10/8/16.

We were lucky to have a venue that let us choose whoever we'd like to cater, and after reading excellent reviews we decided to go with Celebrations. Both Amy and Becky were enormously helpful throughout the entire process, working with me when I changed my mind here and there and communicating so efficiently with us. At the wedding itself, everything was seamless. We had the Mezze Display for appetizers, and many folks said the appetizers could have been a meal in itself! Dinner was chosen from the Eli's BBQ menu - steak, bbq chicken, corn - the food was unreal. I would absolutely recommend Celebrations to anyone looking for a caterer in the New Hampshire area - thank you so much!

Got married September 2016, and used celebrations as our caterer. They did an amazing job with everything. I worked with Becky, and Amy throughout the planning. Most of my correspondences were with Amy and she really helped me through the whole process. Every time I had a question or a change she was very responsive.

As for the food...it was amazing! We did a buffet style dinner with chicken, beef, pasta, and some sides. Our guests raved about the food. It all looked beautiful and delicious. You could smell everything as they were cooking and everyone was so helpful the day of our wedding.

I had previously used Celebrations for my parents 50th Anniversary celebration and was so happy with them, I hired them for my sons wedding on July 4. Being that it was the 4th and the reception was in our backyard, we opted for the backyard bbq. Our guests are still raving about the food! I had some dietary restrictions to work around and Celebrations was more than accommodating. When I needed some last minute additions, it was not an issue. Every request and discussion and adjustment was met with a cheerful, calm, positive response. It went a long way in making the event planning stress free for me! No matter how big or small your event, I highly recommend Celebrations.

Celebrations catered our wedding on October 3rd and couldn't be happier with our choice to hire them. During the process, Fred worked with us to make our perfect menu within our budget. We have ties to a fish market and wanted to use them for our fish options and Fred worked with us to make that happen. We had a family style dinner and our guests raved about the food. The biggest hit was the hors d'oeuvres. We wanted them to reflect our favorite food and Fred and his team hit it out of the park (bacon wrapped scallops / mac and cheese balls / chicken parm bites). The food was served promptly on time and moved really quickly which we appreciated because we didn't want dinner to last any longer than an hour; We wanted to get the party started! The servers were awesome, too. We hired Celebrations as they were switching locations and some health issues with Fred and some stuff fell through the cracks but in the last month or so all loose ends were tied up and I felt comfortable leading into the day. We had 4 different types of pies that we were told by the guests were absolutely delicious. Only thing I was disappointed by was our cake. Looks wise, it wasn't really what we asked for and the cake never got cut and served. We now have a huge cake in our freezer that no one got to enjoy which is such a shame because its so good. My overall rating is still a 5 because these were only small issues and did not affect our day, but overall Celebrations did a great job. The presentation of food was wonderful as it tasted and the service was great. I would definitely recommend Celebrations.

My husband I recently got married this Fall and used Celebration's catering. They were great and the food was fantastic! I worked with Becky during the entire planning process and she was very easy going, and open to any changes that my husband and I wanted to make to our menu. She was prompt when returning phone calls or emails. They also sent us an email thanking my husband and I for using their services. All of our interactions were fantastic from beginning to end. They were accommodating and attentive throughout all of the planning. Amy even made a special trip to look at the space and offer suggestions regarding set up. The day of the wedding they took control and everything went great. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how on top of everything the staff were. Could not have been better!!!!

I cannot say enough about Celebrations Catering. The staff was dressed professionally and their service was beyond my expectations. Most of the food was prepared on location. Filet Mignon, 2 inches thick, cooked to perfection, cut with a fork. A fussy guest said the grilled Salmon was the best she had ever eaten. A gentleman that has been a chef for 40 years said he had never eaten such delicious catered food.
There must have been at least 15 staff at my daughter's wedding. Very polite, engaging, professional. Catered to every guest, very attentive. The staff and food definitely made the wedding a big success. I would recommend Celebrations to anyone. They also provided the food for the bridal shower and that was excellent.

My fiance had previously used Celebrations for his parents anniversary party and was very satisfied with their work, so they were the only caterer we spoke with while planning our wedding. The other options we were considering were food trucks or self-catering. I AM SO GLAD WE WENT WITH CELEBRATIONS! They are true professionals who thought of absolutely everything. They handled an appetizer station near our bar, and a dinner buffet. We were looking for a low-key meal that matched our varied tastes and feel of our outdoor mountain top wedding and that is exactly what we received. We considered a few different dining options - they were always very prompt on communication, were upfront and honest, and tried different options to match our budget. In the end, we custom created our menu (coconut lime chicken, steak skewers and teriyaki salmon) - everything was delicious! They helped manage the flow of the evening, helped keep things on time, kept all tables clear, and managed to do it all within our budget. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about their service and I would highly, HIGHLY recommend them for your catering needs!

Celebrations was one of our favorite vendors to work with during the planning of our wedding. They were very in tune with our needs for our wedding site including space, staffing, and set up style. They were responsive when we asked questions and helpful with the planning of the details for our event. Also, the food was excellent! People are still complimenting us on the incredible food at our wedding. Celebrations was thoughtful, professional, thorough, and pleasant. A big shout out to Fred and Becky for all of their help! What an amazing company to work with on such an important moment in our lives.

If I could give Celebrations more than a 5.0 for Responsiveness, I would! When first looking for caterers, I was surprised by how slowly responses would roll in - it took some days to respond to my inquiry. Not so with Fred and Celebrations! We got an email back within hours, and that level of service was consistent throughout our planning and event.

We didn't want the "usual" wedding food at our reception - dry chicken, bland beef, etc. Fred met with us at my mom's house and was super flexible and excited about creating a different menu for us. We went with a pecan crusted haddock and braised beef. He was great about accommodating my multiple food allergies - something I was worried about at the start of our search.

We got so many compliments about the food at our wedding! Portions were huge and delicious!

Fred and his crew were fantastic! Fred did a great job with helping me pick my menu. The crew the day of my wedding did she fantastic job setting all the tables and making everything run smoothly. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend celebrations catering in the future as well as use them for any catered events I have!

Celebrations catered our October 2, 2010 reception at the Massebesic Audubon Center in Auburn, NH. Arranging the event was straight forward and the service on the day of the event was FANTASTIC. Everyone on the staff was pleasant to deal with and the meal went flawlessly. The food was heavenly. I would hire them again for any event I needed catering and recommend them without reservation.

Celebrations Catering is a company based in Nashua, NH. PLease don't let this stop you from giving them a call and getting a quote. There travel price was ridiculously low!

I really love this company. They are the only company I spoke with that was completely upfront about all costs. There prices are actually provided on their website! And the prices didn't change when you spoke with their sales department.

Our food was delicious. And it looked gorgeous. And it was really REALLY affordable.

The catering staff was incredibly professional and kind. They actually brought pretty trays of food to the wedding party while we were taking out photos. They were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. They required nothing from me. Effortless. I would hire them again anytime.

We chose to go with celebrations because they offered a huge variety of food! We wanted BBQ added into the mix and that wasn't a problem at all! All of the servers and bartenders who attended our wedding we're fast and attentive and they made sure to clean the venue up at the end of the night! The food was hot and plentiful and people we're fighting to go back for another helping!

We were very pleased with the catering for our wedding. The food was good, I had and heard no complaints, and the staff never really crossed my mind that day - which I think is the goal! I do recall the waitress for our little sweetheart table being very kind and always ensuring our glasses were full.

The food for the price was more or less right on I think. We were not made aware of the 20% gratuitiy - but this was NOT at the fault of Celebrations, but rather our planner simply did not budget it into our food cost, so it came as a bit of a surprise. Again though, the food was great!

Top-notch Catering Service!

Celebrations Catering is a top-notch very professional catering service. They perfectly took care of bartending, providing excellent quality food, plates, silverware and communicative, helpful staff ensuring everything runs smoothly. They leave as unnoticeably as they came in, ensuring everything is clean and all leftovers are beautifully packaged! I gave them 4/5 for flexibility because they couldn't get Winter Lager because it was out of season (which I expected) and didn't tell me. I definitely recommend Celebrations, simply double check about any special ordered items. Also, Celebrations offers multiple other packages, if interested.

My husband and I chose Celebrations to cater our backyard tented wedding and we were definitely happy with our decision. We actually went through Eli's BBQ (a part of Celebrations) and it was absolutely delicious. We did not have one complaint about the menu and everyone loved the Marinated Sliced Sirloin. Our only complaint was the responsiveness. We understand that the company is pretty busy but sometimes we would have to wait for a week or so to get a response and we would have to actually contact them again to get the response to our first question. However, the morning of the wedding we realized we were missing a set of table cloths for the buffet table and couldn't recall if Celebrations would be providing them. Within a 1/2 hour (at about 7 am) they responded to us to tell us they did in fact provide the table cloths. This really saved the responsiveness portion of the review.

Overall, we would recommend Celebrations, just be patient, the food is delicious.

We had a lovely barbeque banquet style meal provided by Eli's BBQ, a division of Celebrations. The on site staff day of the wedding were fantastic, they set up as to best serve our guests while being unobtrusive and were very professional. The food was delicious! Read your contract carefully to see what to cost per guest fee actually ends up being after the 20% gratuity, delivery fee (if applicable) and plate/ silverware fees are added. It cost us more than we anticipated, but we were aware of this. Well worth it as we did not have to worry about anything with the caterer on the wedding day.

We hired celebrations for our wedding this past saturday (8-15) and were very happy with the service they provided. First off, Fred is a great guy. He worked with us to make the exact menu that we wanted, especially when i was emailing him every 5 days to make all kinds of changes. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early to setup and get everything looking incredible. We had rain for about an hour at one point which i thought would slow things down, but the staff kept food covered and dry and served us incredible food. The scallops and bacon were A+, the filet mignon was tender and delicious, the salmon was moist and flavorful, and the late night BBQ buffet from Eli's (part of celebrations) was a huge hit! Overall everything was great and much more affordable than other caterers that were offering less. I would definitely recommend Fred and his team at celebrations.

Great catering company

We used celebrations catering for our wedding this past July and they did an amazing job. I have never heard more people at a wedding talk about how amazing the food was. I would say just about every single person there mentioned how good the food was, and were still talking about it weeks afterwards. We had a buffet with a pasta station and sliced sirloin. They worked with us to be sure we could keep the leftovers. And folded our menus into the napkins just how I had envisioned. Highly recommend.

Amazing Food

We hired Celebrations for our wedding over Labor Day weekend and people are still talking about how good the food was. Everything was delicious and the service was great. They worked with us to put together an excellent menu, and attended to some dietary restrictions with ease. We even had a friend who is a wedding caterer say it was some of the best wedding food he's had at a wedding! Highly recommend.

We went with Eli's BBQ for our wedding, and I can't say enough good things about it. All of our guests said wonderful things about the food, and I even had several come up to me and say that it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. We called several of their references before signing our contract, and heard similar accolades from their previous clients.

Becky and Fred were extremely nice and very responsive to our requests, allowing us to substitute several items on their preset menu (to assuage some vegetarian/gluten-free friends) with no qualms. Though our e-mails sometimes went unanswered for a couple of days (likely because we caught the company right as it began its move from Nashua to Manchester), Becky always got back to us with a clear answer eventually. The staff members at our wedding were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure everyone was full and happy.

Flexible and friendly

The reason my husband and I chose this particular caterer was due to the restrictions from the venue and although were much higher in price than we were hoping to spend they worked incredibly hard with us to help stay closer to our budget. The tasting we had was incredible (got to bring all the leftovers home) and the food service (family style) was seamless and the food was hot and absolutely delicious.

Celebrations was an excellent choice for dining vendor for our DIY venue in the Lakes Region of NH. We had a buffet with many choices fresh off the grill, including salmon, which was cooked to perfection. Celebrations even worked around a violent thunderstorm with hail that came through just in the middle of dinner. We also loved working with Amy, our day of coordinator, who was friendly and totally on top of her game. She even rescued the chairs from the storm. Everything went very smoothly, and we so enjoyed our day. Thank you, Celebrations & Amy!

Wrong size table clothes where brought to the hall. We had to use our own table clothes. Was expecting a lot more food than there was. Company did not honor previous arrangements with previous employee of the company, which in the end cost us $1400.00 more than we where expecting.

I wasn't sure if I would write a review or not, but here we are almost a year later. I had such high hopes for my wedding and having it catered by Celebrations. I read great reviews, and had a really good working relationship with George going. My fiancee and I even went in for a tasting and everything was delicious. We picked out our exact menu, plates, etc. Well, imagine my disappointment when half of the appetizers we picked didn't show up, and ones we explicitly said NO to were served. The plates we chose didn't show up, and instead of the cute martini glasses we picked for our mashed potato bar, they used STYROFOAM soup cups, at a wedding. Obviously I reached out after the event to talk about compensation. They blamed it on them having a new chef. Why would that matter? All of our choices were in writing so nothing we chose and paid for should have changed. We had to speak to an owner/manager for compensation. We did recover some money BUT it wasn't enough and it doesn't excuse all of the mistakes they made. You don't get a redo on your wedding reception. Only saving grace was that the food we did manage to get was delicious. Buyer beware!

If you are looking for a well-run, organized, transparent, customer-centric company to cater your wedding, Celebrations is not for you. We were drawn to them given the good reviews and they seemed well-organized/flexible during our initial discussions before we placed our $2,500 deposit in Jul 2017 for our Sep 2018 wedding. We were told before placing that deposit that we’d be able to set up a tasting for Oct and be able to taste the items on our wedding menu. A week prior to the tasting, we reached out to confirm the & were told that they needed to change the time. On the day of, they called us 1 hr before the tasting & asked if we were still coming "since they hadn't heard from us" which wasn't true as we emailed that week. This call made us uneasy as we felt they were unprepared. The only thing we tasted that day was 2 hor’dourves, a few options from our rehearsal menu & the mixed vegetable on our wedding dinner menu. We were astonished that they didn’t serve anything other than the mixed veggie out of the 8 items on the wedding menu and left feeling let down & second guessing our decision. We communicated this & they promised to make it right, so we came back for a 2nd tasting in Dec. We were presented with 4/8 items from our menu but the cut of meat was not Filet Mignon. We spoke to the chef who told us that the cut was different than how it would be presented on our wedding day. That was really upsetting, we came back for a 2nd tasting & were hoping they would put our worries aside & regain our confidence. Given the lack of organization & repeated miscommunication, we decided that Celebrations was not the right company for us. We didn't want to be worried about them not being prepared on our wedding & they lost our confidence through the process. When we communicated all of this in a polite manner in early Jan & asked if they could consider refunding our deposit, they refused, citing their terms & policies document which was never signed by us or them.

We are confused by some points made as they differ from your emails, complimenting the food multiple times. Acknowledging that at the first tasting, we didn’t have the cut of meat that was on your menu, we promptly scheduled a second tasting serving Filet Mignon. The Chef explained it would be slightly different on the day of your wedding as it would be cooked over a wood grill, which we can’t do for a tasting. Our contract procedure is to send a Policies & Terms document with your menu proposal. Clearly stated in this document, deposits are nonrefundable, & when we receive your deposit, we have both entered into an agreement that is legally binding. We’re willing to uphold that agreement & will do what it takes to make you feel comfortable. For those considering Catering, it’s important to understand what happens when you enter an agreement & why non-refundable deposits are Industry Standard:
- Your date is confirmed, other business for that date turned away.
- Resources are allocated to your event; vehicles, equipment, etc.
- Time is invested on planning & scheduling all details of the day
- Chefs, servers, sales support & cleaners are paid to provide a tasting, which we never charge for & at which you can expect to get a sense for our presentation, sauces, seasonings & spice levels. We take your feedback & make adjustments. The entrée may be tasting-sized & there are times you may not even taste your main entrée because the preparation can be & usually is different in this setting than how it will be on-site. We don’t view tastings as a “taste test” but as an important way to get to know our clients better.
We take pride in having very customer-focused Terms. We customize menus to your preferences, are as flexible as possible with changes & are upfront & honest about pricing structure & terms. We’re sorry that you don’t feel Celebrations is a good fit for you. Again, we would be happy to uphold our end of the contract & in any case we wish you all the best.
