    Excellent Customer Service

    While coordinating my wedding for over 300 people coming from all over the country, we had a death in the family. Our plans for the wedding had to be completely rearranged in order to accommodate for this tragedy in our family, and without Mr. Beckwith I do not know if we could have pulled it off a month later. He and his crew worked consistently to reorganize our wedding, and we will always be thankful for that.

    We recently had our wedding at Sheridan Point Farm and had the pleasure of working with Celebration Tents who provided everything we needed. The wedding went of without a hitch and was an easier experience then we had anticipated. We look forward to working with Celebration Tents again in the future for other events.

    We rented chairs, fans and tables from Celebration Tents for our wedding at Jefferson Patterson Park in July 2014. Jeff was easy to work with and flexible to our changes throughout the planning process. Everything arrived on time and was perfectly clean and in good order! Pricing was great, and I'm happy to have worked with them!

    We got a great deal on white chairs for our wedding ceremony, the best price we found in the area. The chairs were delivered that day on time with no problems and picked up the next. Jack Beckwith was great to work with. We planned on 100 chairs and had them adjusted to 85 a few days before the wedding. The contract was re-written an a price adjustment made. We were very impressed and will use this vendor in the future.

    The tent I got once it got put up was perfectly good and the tent was taken down in time but i had a very hard time making my payments with them. At first they didn't want to take a credit card, they wanted a check, so i sent them one. then for my last payment i mailed the check only to find out weeks later that they had moved location an had not informed me of the change of address so my check got lost in the mail. I had to pay a fee to cancel my check. Didn't actually get my tent paid for until 2 days before the wedding. 10am on my wedding day i get a call saying the crew was there to put my tent up and where did I want it. I told them and thought everything was on track for my deadline of the tent to be up which was 12:30pm. When my father arrived to decorate the tent at 1pm it was just sitting on the ground and no crew in site. Ended up having to pay my wait staff more to decorate the tent since it got so close to the wedding by the time it was up. Then after my wedding when I am celebrating with my friends in family I get a call from them about the gate being locked at the park when they go to take the tent down. I had provided them with my day of coordinator phone number and email. Yet I was called, then asked to contact the park myself to get the gate opened.

    I booked this company because I needed a company who would do same day set up and take down, and they did follow thru on that promise. There where just to many hiccups along the road for me to give them a high rating.

    The owner, Mr. Jack Beckwith, seemed very eager to please. He failed to send me a contract informing me the terms of the rental items. I signed the invoice that he asked me to do, and mailed in a 50% deposit. It turned out to be a rainy day for my event. I communicated several times the week of to let Mr. Beckwith know I was trying to find an indoor venue. When I did, Mr. Beckwith still said nothing about the contract or refunding my deposit. A few days later I called and the conversations consisted of Mr. Beckwith saying I wasn't going to get my full refund back. He told me I signed a contract. When I reminded him that I never know he had a contract, that I only saw and knew about an invoice, Mr. Beckwith only wanted to give me back half of the deposit but I told him that was unacceptable. I am still trying to contact Mr. Beckwith to continue to negotiate, but he will not return calls or return a response with an email. This is not the way to do business or to be treated by a businessman.
