Professional, enthusiastic and detailed oriented

Huan was hired for my wedding as an MC, tea ceremony organizer and wedding coordinator.
He was was very professional, enthusiastic and very detailed oriented in everything and help made our wedding day run smoothly. He pays attention to small details and help us with the decorations, he help us with the wedding program so that we got to enjoy our wedding and not having to worry or stressed about anything on our wedding day. Huan and his crew even went out of his way and help us clean up from the tea ceremony to the reception.
If you want a stress-free wedding day, I highly reccommend Huan as your coordinator.

Huan is truly passionate about his job and helped made our big day stress-free. I woke up the morning of the wedding day feeling relaxed knowing Huan had everything under control. He and his team took care of so many little details (e.g. tea ceremony, hotel room blocks, lighting, decorations, day of coordination, set up, and clean up) that all my husband and I had to do was enjoy the day. Be sure to book hair/makeup/DJ/decorators using Huan’s vendor contacts who were amazing.

Fabulous Coordinator

Huan was great to work with! We didn't think we needed a coordinator for our wedding because we want to keep it simple and save some money but after seeing all the work that Huan and his team put in during our wedding day, we were glad we had him as our coordinator. His energy really engaged the crowd and many of our friends who recently got married told us after that they wished they had someone like Huan for their special day. Overall our experience with Huan was great and he was very accommodating in meeting any of our needs no matter how minor.

Huan is excellent!!

We hired Huan to MC and plan our wedding reception. He was professional and friendly leading up to the ceremony and handled every one of our needs. During the ceremony he was a terrific and hilarious MC. Overall he did an excellent job making sure that everything stayed on schedule and that my wife and I were comfortable the entire evening. Dream wedding planner!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Huan and CYMNOW. The planning process was pleasant and stress-free for us. Huan was always available to answer any question or request that we had. He and CYMNOW team took great care of us from start to finish so that we can enjoy not only our special day but start celebrating from the very moment our planning process began. Huan wore many hats from beginning to end and excelled in all roles - wedding planner, money manager, vendor researcher, contract negotiater, facilitator, master of ceremony, constructor of dreams, my personal therapist when I wad flooded with all kinds of emotions and wedding nerves. Most importantly, he showed great care and went above and beyond our expectations, as if he planned this wedding for a family member.
We truly appreciate his attention to details to ensure personalized touches and unforgettable memories for our special day, and his ability to troubleshoot and make quick, critical decisions on the spot. He was the first person to be there and last person to leave, handling all the stress of planning and executing a wedding flawlessly. Even my husband, who initially did not get the idea of how a wedding planner would help us, said to me after our wedding that we would never be able to go through this on our own.

Good experience

Words can not fully describe how much I ENJOYED my experience with HUAN. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! His visions, his enthusiasm, his willingness to go above to make you happy... what more can you ask for in a planner!!! His top priority is to make sure everything will be smooth throughout the whole planning process. One thing I really admired about him is that he will never make you feel he is too busy for you. Anytime of the day if I had a question or needed him to do something, he would immediately be on top of it. That is very important. His caring and sentimental personality traits makes him more then just a wedding planner. He really gets involved with the couple. He made a simple promise to my husband and I that our wedding day would be PERFECT......AND IT WAS!!!!!!! HUAN and CYMNOW team are TOP NOTCH!!!!!
He's also a wonderful MC, fluents in both English and Vietnamese. You rock, Huan!

It Was Mint to Be

We had a destination wedding in Key West and work with Huan our the details via phone. Huan and his partner flew down to the Keys early to help us with the rehearsal and all the little details for our wedding. Huan and his partner did a great job executing our wedding details. I was amazed with everything they did and how they managed to set up everything the way I envisioned in a short period of time. They took care of us from start to finish and we didn't have to worry about anything.

Excellent service!

We had Huan as my MC and coordinator for my wedding day and I was so happy and thankful for all of his effort in making my special day go so smoothly and timely. With Vietnamese wedding ceremony, things could get chaotic if you don't have a clear guide to follow, but with his help, everything went so smoothly and we were able to follow our schedule timely. The reception was really fun with Huan being our MC. We discussed our timeline in advance and everything went perfectly according to the agenda. He always went above and beyond to provide guidance at everything to make us feel comfortable the entire time. Overall I was very glad that we had him on our wedding day and I can't recommend his service enough. Thank you!

Met an Amazing New Friend

Huan is amazing! I had a really simple wedding, and had everything planned out by the time I was able to use Huan's services. I wish I knew him before I started the whole wedding planning process. Sure I had bridesmaids and a fiance, but they're not always available to talk about wedding stuff or be in wedding mode. He helped us switch venues at the last minute when we encountered complications.

Additionally, the notion of "don't be a stranger" is really something Huan is able to propel. When you speak to him and/or meet him, you'll understand. He provides the support of a warm, caring friend.

If you're planning for any special event and have some ideas just give Huan a call for a consultation. You'll want him there for your special day. I definitely did.

Huan is an amazing MC and planner. We are so happy that we did go with Huan for our wedding. Best decision ever for my wedding date

To begin, I have to say that having Huan as our MC was the best choice on my wedding day.
We only paid such a small amount for the job he did. He was not only a MC, but also helped us coordinating the wedding day as well.
Everyone had so much fun, he was very pro-active to make sure that the wedding went smoothly. More importantly, he paid such a close attention to my husband and myself to make sure that we were not overwhelmed.
I can not say enough how awesome he is, but I will tell you this; my wedding could not be perfect without him.

Very Professional Vendor Ever

At the time we were looking for a vendor for our wedding in June but we could not find any vendors, because me and my husband live in different state. We had to find the one who good at celebrating and handle our everythings while we did not have enough time to do. Luckily, we knew CYM through my husband's sister. I was so suprised and satisfied about their services. They made a wedding plan clearly and professional as much as they can. I had a wonderful and beautiful wedding as i wish. Alot of guests from another wedding came and took a picture from our wedding decoration. Besides, my vendor such as MC in my wedding is the best MC i have ever know. His voice and his words make the audience feel comfortable and joyful. I would recommence CYM as well as Mr. HUAN for all my friends and my familly.

Huan Vo did an amazing job on my wedding day. He went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was organized and ran seamlessly while we rushed to tie any loose ends before the event began. I was very fortunate to have Huan and CYM team for my wedding. At our first meeting, he told me that his priority is to make our wedding being less stress and enjoyable moment. I was quite doubtful but the longer I worked with Huan, I was so impressed with his work ethic, perfectionism, professionalism, and I knew that I trusted in the right person. Huan paid attention to details and provided helpful recommendations, so my task just simply followed his advice. He spent time to create a beautiful and unique back-drop for us. He well-coordinated and well-managed all incidents occurred during the reception. Eventually, it was one of my best decisions for choosing Huan and CYM. We engaged Huan and his team to help us plan, coordinate and manage a Grand Opening celebration for our Better Homes and Garden Real Estate office. Huan worked with me on selecting menus, drinks, serving details, decorations, flower arrangements, the order of event..... every little detail was covered and handled from A-Z (including setting up, cleaning and returning all of our furniture back ready for us to handle business the next day). His staff was prompt, professional and on top of things. Our guests complimented repeatedly on our food selection and service. Huan sure made it a lot easier for us to focus on our guests rather than having to manage the event. Best of all, he delivered everything we wanted well within our budget. We will definitely engage Huan's team for our future events.

We originally hired Huan to help us with our traditional engagement ceremony. Our families, friends and us were very impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm and eloquent speaking style in Vietnamese. When the time came for our wedding, we knew Huan was the perfect choice. He helped with with every steps of the way and was very proactive about following up on things without us even asking for it. On the wedding day, he showed up very early and worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure everything goes smoothly and according to plan. Huan was the MC at our wedding in October 2012. He helped us with all the plannings and decorations at the bride's house, the groom's house, and the reception at the restaurant. Huan helped coordinate each event to ensure everything was done timely. At the reception, when things were dragging on with some guests while visiting several tables, Huan cleverly intervened and helped move things along. Overall, Huan did an excellent job and many guests mentioned to our family afterward they were impressed. We have seen Huan in many other weddings since and he has been terrific at each and everyone. Huan is well known in the Vietnamese community as he has done a lot of volunteering work especially at fund raising and charitable events. I definitely recommend him as your MC and Event Planner.

Huan coordinated our Vietnamese wedding tea ceremony. He did an amazing job! We received a lot of compliments regarding his expertise and how smoothly it went. Huan even went so far as to help my mom the day before to set everything up. He provided a lot of the decor and even helped me make my bouquet. Huan is amazing. From the first meeting to our wedding day he was nothing but helpful and very insightful. Huan was an amazing MC!! I received so many compliments about him and I was very impressed and happy with all of his hard work. He worked with my my mother in law for almost a year to help plan everything. He came over to the house multiple times and was even doing decorations with us the day before and the day of!

I also think it's important to note the Huan is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. Not only was he able to communicate with my mother in law, but he translated our whole MC service for our Vietnamese family and guests. He even sang karaoke with us!! <3

I think the cherry on top about Huan was all of the little surprising things. He made sure I stayed hydrated by giving me water with a straw while I was getting my make-up redone right before the reception. So thoughtful! Huan is awesome when it comes to getting the guests together and making sure no one is left out of the reception. He was able to get the crowd going and participate in all of the event that went on during the reception from speeches to games and to dances. Beautiful balance of traditional Vietnamese & Western wedding

Overall, Huan and team were excellent. He had thorough knowledge of Vietnamese customs and provided all the altar decorations & supplies, transforming our family room into a majestic background for the tea ceremony. He was very engaging during the wedding and received many compliments from our guests. We also appreciated how he is constantly thinking about what is best for the couple, not trying to sell services that we do not need. He even reuses supplies (e.g., decorations) from past weddings to reduce the cost for future weddings.

One suggestion is that communication could have been better. Huan is very busy and sometimes we had to follow up with him several times after a period of time. It would have been helpful if he spent more time with the parents as well. Another suggestion is that during the wedding, Huan was doing a lot of work by himself and could have delegated more to his team.

We are thankful to have CYM as our wedding planner and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! :)

Tea Ceremony Facilitator and Organizer

Mr. Huan Vo did such a great job at our wedding anniversary. Very professional yet friendly. Our guests spoke very highly of him and I noticed several of my friends asked for his phone number.
