Cedarmont Farm is hands down the most beautiful venue I've ever seen (I'm not biased I swear LOL). The grounds are gorgeous and our ceremony/reception site at the event barn was absolutely perfect for our day. Colleen and her team are always there for whatever you need. My one regret is not doing their all inclusive package... Joe & I planned our wedding from out of state and thought that we would have a lower budget if we did the Essentials Package. Let me tell ya... we probably would've spent the same amount as using the all inclusive package after we hired all our vendors and went through all the planning ourselves! SO my advice, book Cedarmont Farm as your wedding venue AND use their all inclusive package!

We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Cedarmont Farm - I grew up in Franklin and always wanted to get married there but was currently living out of town. They made it so easy on us to plan a wedding long-distance. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the day to make it truly special - we would choose them a million times over if we could. All the vendors they partner with are truly incredible, and our guests were raving about everything for days. If you're looking for incredibly awesome and caring people to work with, this is the venue for you! The scenery is gorgeous and we loved every single part of working with Cedarmont and our wedding day - thank you again!

We got married here May 6, 2022 and cannot believe how perfect the day was AND the planning. Planning: We went with the all inclusive package, and Colleen and Shelby walked us through every step of planning- every detail, every vendor and their requirements-- even the parts you handle outside of the package (dress, save the dates, etc) they would remind us of those/give tips/and remind us when those timelines were getting tight! Every vendor in their inclusive package was flawless. Florals, rentals, food, cake- I am certain I'm forgetting things because Cedarmont handled everything! Day of: This is the most beautiful venue and it is incredibly conveniently located. Every picture we have feels out of a magazine with the gorgeous landscape, ceremony sites (behind the barn was ours!) and the interior of the barn with the flowers is just perfect. Our out of town guests stayed in affordable hotels minutes away in Franklin. Everything was perfect. I cannot believe we found this place and I cannot believe how perfect it was the day of. This team is wonderful, caring, smart, and patient. They also dropped everything to bustle my dress while my absolutely terrified mom and maid of honor couldn't figure it out. Cedarmont is where to get married. Get the all inclusive package. Let the day be yours, beautiful, AND stress free. Cheers!

We had our wedding here and all I can say that it was everything and more. Colleen and her team were awesome. We chose the all inclusive package and so glad we did. Colleen made it so easy. It wasn’t stressful at all. The day of went as smoothly as can be, not a glitch that I know of. Many people who came to our wedding told me it was “fantastic! The venue was amazing and haven’t been to this great of a wedding ever.” We had a perfect day. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Best decision ever to have our wedding at Cedarmont Farm!!

Cedarmont was the perfect place to get married. First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. On top of that, planning our wedding with Colleen was such an easy and enjoyable experience, and our wedding day was incredible. My husband and I loved everything about having our wedding at Cedarmont.

My wife and I got married at Cedarmont almost two weeks ago, and we are still in awe of how perfect the day was. This is in no small part due to the fantastic team of people at Cedarmont. We could not have asked for a more helpful and friendly staff, nor a more beautiful venue. Getting both at once is something truly special.

Cedarmont's all-inclusive package helps relieve so much of the stress that inevitably comes with wedding planning by helping connect you with their preferred vendors (all of whom were equally friendly and helpful). Every vendor we worked with went out of their way to help personalize our wedding to reflect our vision.

If you are wanting to get married in Middle Tennessee and are looking for a venue that can hold anywhere up to ~125 people, I cannot recommend Cedarmont enough.

Everything about Cedarmont Farm was an absolute dream! We fell in love the moment we toured the venue and we knew it was the right place when we met Colleen. Colleen took out all the stress that you hear of coming with wedding planning and made it nothing but fun for us. She planned and organized the most perfect day for us, starting with my girls and I hanging out in the amazing bridal suite, to the ceremony under the most beautiful tree, and the perfectly planned reception. Our wedding day was a dream, and we have Colleen to thank for that!

Colleen and the Cedarmont team are the best. What else is there to say? The venue is gorgeous, and Colleen's taste is impeccable. She has assembled a team of vendors that are all equally amazing. And anytime we talked with other folks in the wedding industry about our wedding, they all said the same thing - Colleen is the best! We went trough a lot to get married during the pandemic, but Collen made the whole process effortless. She not only made every detail possible, she made the entire event special. Everyone should get married at Cedarmont!

We fell in love with every aspect of Cedarmont Farm immediately. It’s absolutely gorgeous from the reception barn, various ceremony sites, bridal suite/guesthouse/pool, to the spacious and well-kept landscaping. Location is prime as it is close to hotels and the freeway, yet still secluded and surrounded by nature (we were joined by a family of deer during our sunset photos *heart eyes*). We were already in love with the venue but were 100% sold after 1 conversation with Colleen. We did the all inclusive package and she made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Colleen is calm, organized, down to earth, and very responsive- just an absolute pleasure to work with. All of the vendors provided in the all inclusive package were excellent. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives and went seamlessly thanks to Colleen and Cedarmont Farm. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day and just got to enjoy every minute. We had such a good wedding day and planning process with Cedarmont Farm! The venue is beautiful and had everything we were looking for (outdoor ceremony space with good indoor backup plan, beautiful scenery, location near Nashville) and so many things we didn't realize we were looking for (spacious bar area, bridal and groom getting ready areas, location to take engagement pictures at). The biggest draw to the venue was the fact that it was all inclusive, and we truly had an amazing experience with Colleen, Shelby, and the rest of the team! They were patient, organized, and so helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted. I tend to get overwhelmed by too many decisions, so it was nice when I could just ask Colleen or Shelby what they thought. The day of the actual wedding was truly as stress free as possible! The team ran like a well oiled machine and we just got to enjoy every minute of it. I've attended weddings and been in bridal parties since our wedding day and realized even more just how great the Cedarmont team is. We loved our day and can't thank them enough. 

What a hidden gem! Our wedding was absolutely perfect!! We booked the all inclusive with Colleen and her experience and exceptional service did not disappoint. Colleen, her staff and preferred vendors created exactly what we wanted - it was a perfect fit. She handled every detail, kept us on schedule and offered spot on suggestions and ideas that complemented our tastes to a T. Last minute drama was met with professionalism and such kindness which put everyone at ease. The Bridal House was exactly what the girls needed to relax, calm nerves and get some fresh air and sunshine by the pool. The guys spent their afternoon keeping an eye on the hockey game and playing corn hole at the Barn! Colleen arranged for her preferred caterer to deliver lunch to all - highly recommended! The Barn Loft for hiding the bride and girls away before the ceremony gave everyone a perfect venue to watch arriving guests and provided a special quiet moment between my dad and I before our walk to the pond. And, for my new husband and I for a quick deep breath before we greeted our guests for dinner!. The Florals were simple, elegant and springtime fragrant. Dream catering hit it out of the ballpark with the biscuit bar, carnitas and the “Just for 2” wedding cake paired with assorted mini cupcakes. It was such a beautiful evening and Colleen graciously obliged our request to add extra tables and chairs outside! Everyone enjoyed the corn hole, giant Jenga and yard Yatzi. The “Sparkler” exit was icing on the cake!!!

We couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous wedding. We are still reeling from the most beautiful day we could have ever asked for in the most beautiful, magical location. Cedarmont Farm is an absolutely breathtaking place. From the gorgeous fields, trees, ponds, house, barn and so much more--it was absolutely the most stunningly beautiful spot to get married. It was so special and romantic. We planned our wedding there for over 2 1/2 years and working with Colleen and her team during all that time was a BLAST. She is so kind, easy going, flexible, responsive, organized, knowledgeable and supportive. She is such fierce business owner who is running an amazing business and making so many people happy. From the gorgeous getting ready pool house and groom's loft, to the beautiful historic house and cocktail porch, to the authentic barn--Cedarmont is a magical special spot. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter wedding factory, it feels intimate, private and very special. My husband and I will forever cherish our time at Cedarmont and so should everyone else getting married in Nashville!!!

We truly couldn't have had a better experience working with Colleen! We booked the venue after only seeing it via Facetime (destination wedding) and after an endless search at other venues in the greater Nashville area, when we finally got to see it in person for the first time a few weeks after, it was BEYOND anything we could have ever hoped for! The venue was absolutely gorgeous, with so many options for ceremony locations, food, decor, etc., which made our day so unique and special to us.

I truly cannot recommend Cedarmont Farm (and Colleen) more! The planning process was so smooth (especially planning out of state), and Colleen was super responsive and attentive for all the details, which made everything turn out absolutely beautiful! Our wedding and entire planning experience wouldn't have been better!

Cedarmont Farm is the most beautiful piece of property to get married at in Franklin TN. It is absolutely gorgeous!! It is like your own private park. It is secluded and quiet. It also gives you the best of both worlds. With a beautiful traditional house where we had our ceremony, the pool area makes for a very elegant cocktail hour, and they also have a brand new reception barn. My bridesmaids and I also got to spend the night the night before the wedding, which was a great plus! I can’t say enough good things about the Owner and Wedding Planner, Colleen. She made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable, easy, and seamless. People would ask me all through out the year “are you so stressed planning the wedding??” I would always say it has been the easiest and most fun experience that I will always be able to look back on because of our amazing planner. Colleen created our wedding better than I even imagined it to be. You think of what you’re wedding will turn out to be like while your planning and it turned out better than I ever dreamed of! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. If you are looking for a place to get married in Franklin I would highly recommend Cedarmont Farm!

I honestly do not have enough good things to say about this venue and Colleen. I am from the Franklin area, now living in the TX Panhandle. When my now husband said let’s get married in TN I was beyond excited and immediately started looking. Cedarmont Farm was the first venue I went to look at. I saw the place February 2019 and the renovations had just begun. Colleen’s vision for the old barn was exactly what I was looking for. Working with her from so far away was always easy. She was easy to get a hold of, literally any time of day by email or phone. She was able to see my vision for our perfect day and helped execute it even when the weather changed and we had to move everything inside last minute. I would recommend Cedarmont Farm for any wedding or event!!

Everything about the experience at Cedarmont, from the first day we toured to the day of the wedding, was absolutely perfect. Colleen is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The venue is immaculate and so gorgeous; it feels like you are in a postcard. All of her recommended vendors were fabulous (catering, florals, DJ). The price is reasonable. We looked at multiple barn venues all over the area, and this one was the prettiest and most affordable. It was a little stressful planning a wedding during COVID, but it ended up not being as much of an issue as I anticipated. The bathrooms were not completed due to covid, but the portable bathrooms Colleen brought in were SO NICE... like nicer than actual bathrooms (didn't know that was possible). I received SO MANY compliments from guests during the wedding, including "this is the best wedding I've ever been to" and "this is the most relaxing wedding I've ever been to". My mom described it as "seamless". There was a bit of drama that occurred and Colleen handled it flawlessly; I wasn't even aware of it until after the wedding. Honestly, there is not a single thing I would change and we cannot recommend the venue enough. It was definitely the best day of our lives and we spent the entire 7 hour car ride back home just talking about how great it was.

From the minute I drove through the scrolled gates onto the property, I knew Cedarmont Farm was special. The land feels expansive and tucked away. I loved how Cedarmont offered both a historic home and front walk for an outdoor ceremony option and then a fully heated and cooled (and newly renovated) barn in case of rain. For us, well, it rained last minute. Colleen and her Team did an excellent job in being prepared and in setting up both venue options to be ready for either one that day. They also helped to get people quickly moved to the Barn upon the rain coming. We rented a chandelier and simple draping to add to the wooden beams and string lights in the Barn and it made an elegant and gorgeous focal point for the ceremony site and for pictures.

Cedarmont has many sites on campus for activities. The Bride, Bridesmaids and women got ready in the poolhouse and the Groom, Groomsmen and men got ready in the Barn loft. The Barn has a full length patio on one side that was perfect for lawn games, cocktail hour, and just to provide space for guests to walk out and to see the stars. During the day, there is plenty of room to walk on campus, a tennis court for anyone interested and a historic home to tour.

Colleen was available to us all throughout the process for check ins and was very resourceful to receive input and picture inspirations and then find vendors to supply what we were wanting on certain items. She also offered input for what he worked well for other guests and what hasn't. She went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate that. We chose the DJ, Cake Baker, Florist and Caterer through Cedarmont's preferred vendors and they all were fantastic. Our fabulous photography Team, Brad and Jen photography, worked flawlessly with Colleen for the day to go smoothly.

So many guests at our wedding mentioned how they never realized Cedarmont was there and how wonderful a surprise it was to discover. It is tucked away from the busy Franklin traffic, but it is yet minutes away from I65 for the convenience of your guests.

We 110% recommend Cedarmont Farm to any couple who is looking to enjoy the beauty of the TN landscape, have a venue with multiple things to do (including a rain plan) and to spend the day just focusing on family, friends and the joy of getting married. We could have had our wedding day there keep going for the whole week and we would have all been thrilled. Call Colleen before this venue gets snatched up, trust me.

Could not love Cedarmont Farm & Colleen any more! Colleen has gone above & beyond during this pandemic planning process. The vendors she works with are equally incredible - the cake & food are to die for. They have all been so understanding and flexible during the changes the pandemic has thrown at us. Although we are eloping & have pushed back our big ceremony and reception I am so excited to celebrate at Cedarmont! If you want to work with great people & have a beautiful wedding day pick Cedarmont!

Hands down, Colleen is the most caring, understanding, and patient planner in Nashville. My husband and I met with several venues/planners in the Nashville area and no one came across to us as genuine and excited to plan our wedding as Colleen did. And that’s the honest truth.

So we pulled the trigger and booked with her last October (pre-Covid) for June 6 (post-Covid). Once the Covid situation started spiraling, she kept me calm and walked us through all our options. Her and her vendors literally picked up our June date, and transferred everything over to our new date, September 26. I’ve heard horror stories from other 2020 brides about their venues not working with them on new plans after Covid hit. Colleen didn’t bat an eye— she worked with us and continued to ensure our day would be perfect and special. And it was!!

If you are are venue shopping, I personally believe that now, more than ever, brides will need a planner who can pivot, think on their feet, and remain calm as we continue down this corona path. Colleen is 100% your girl.

I cannot begin to thank Colleen enough. She was absolutely the best. Having to replan my daughter's wedding, she was a life safer. She was my calmness during a pandemic. Great communication, easy to work wotk, went above amd beyond to help make my daughter's wedding day a dream come through. The grounds are beautiful, the home and event barn are gorgeous and perfect.

I loved working with Cedarmont. Colleen was a huge help from the very beginning. She was so professional but we were so comfortable with her. She even helped me emotionally after we had to postpone our wedding. The venue is beautiful and you will not be disappointed

Cedarmont Farm was our dream wedding venue hands down. And it did not disappoint. Breathtaking views, lovely modern barn, perfect amenities and ample space for groomsmen and bridesmaids to get ready day-of. There truly is no bad background for photos, everything is beautiful. We would choose Cedarmont over and over, especially with Colleen as our month-of coordinator. Colleen was a JOY to work with and communicate with. She made the big things seem smaller and my stress-points disappear. She cares about her couples and will answer any question day or night to make sure her clients are feeling good. We are so sad our wedding is over simply because we wish we could hang with Colleen at Cedarmont every day!

We came across this venue on WeddingWire and loved the pictures so we went to see it in person and we loved it! There was so much land, a newly renovated barn, parking area, guest house, and everything that came in the package!! We did the all inclusive 50 guest and under package so Colleen was our wedding planner and everything but a photographer and officiant was included which made the process so easy!! Colleen had a plan for everything and knew her stuff! This was both our first weddings so it was a huge learning curve but Colleen’s experience was so helpful! It was well worth it and everybody had so much fun at the barn!
