Prettiest Wedding Invitations Ever!

Working with Ceci New York was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our save the dates and invitations to the weekend itinerary, welcome letters, menu cards, and table signage, every single paper detail was beyond stunning. The level of creativity, craftsmanship, and care that went into each piece was truly unmatched.

What made Ceci New York stand out was how collaborative and personal the process felt. From the very first conversation, the team listened to our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. The custom watercolor details they created for us were so special and personal, our guests are still commenting on how beautiful everything was, down to the smallest touches. Every piece felt like art.

Throughout the entire process, Kellie, Ceci, and the team were organized, responsive, and truly excited to help us create something unique. They made what could have felt overwhelming easy and fun. On the wedding weekend itself, seeing all of the paper goods come together across the events was magical. Everything felt cohesive and elevated, while still feeling personal to us as a couple.

We cannot recommend Ceci New York enough for any couple looking to create meaningful, custom details for their wedding. Their work exceeded every expectation and helped set the tone for the entire weekend.

Beautiful Invitations

We used Ceci New York for our wedding invitations and they came out absolutely stunning. We worked mostly with Cameron who guided us through the whole design and production process and was a dream to work with! She responded quickly to all our emails and calls. The minute our invites were mailed we received so many phone calls from guests raving about how elegant the invites were. Ceci has a great reputation for a reason!

Totally worth it

Working with Ceci Design was the best decision I could have made for my wedding invitation suite. From the moment I first reached out for a consultation, I felt like everyone at Ceci’s understood my vision. They are so knowledgeable and have the best quality paper and unmatched customer service. There were multiple iterations of wording I worked through with my fiancé and family, and Risa remained patient and helpful throughout. Risa and the team took all the worry out of what is already a stressful time. I never worried about whether my invitation suite would be done on time or if it would be impeccable but what they produced was beyond my expectations and I received so many compliments on how beautifully done the whole suite was. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who appreciates a beautiful product.

PERFECT in every way

Ceci and her team are beyond amazing and so talented! Easily the best wedding planning decision. Their visions are unparalleled and the quality of their products is exceptional. From my acrylic save-the-dates to our more formal wedding invitation and to paraphernalia in-between (cigar liners and matchboxes and cocktail napkins, etc.) CECI New York can do it all! And ON TIME. The team is very responsive, kept to the schedule and made me, as the bride, feel calm every step of the way. I’m still getting comments from guests about how special they felt to receive something so awesome in the mail!

Loved how everything turned out! Pleasure to work with.

We very much enjoyed working with the Ceci team - they designed all of the paper goods for our wedding and more! They designed everything from our Save the Dates and invitations to the day of paper goods, dance floor design, and bar designs! Everything came together incredibly beautifully and it all felt incredibly cohesive. All the final products fully exceeded our expectations - I don’t think we could have loved them more, and got so many compliments from our guests! Throughout the process, the Ceci team was incredibly patient as we went through various iterations and multiple design rounds. COVID required that we postpone our wedding after we had already designed and printed our original Save the Dates. However, in the light of the situation at the time, we decided to change the location/venue from NYC to the mountains. Ceci worked closely with us to develop a new design that was appropriate for the new setting, but still remained in line with our general taste. Couldn’t recommend the Ceci team more!

Wonderful Experience

I can not say enough nice things about Ceci and Lindsey, my account manager. They were incredible through the whole process and really made my vision come to life. I am getting married at the beach and wanted something elegant that would set the tone for my oceanfront ceremony. The design was perfect, and they were so accommodating with my requests for edits until I felt 100% confident in our design. Once I sent the invites out it was such a high complement to get the response of how elegant our invitations were. Highly recommend the Ceci team!

The absolute best

The Ceci New York team was absolutely amazing to work with! The team makes the entire process easy and seamless. They are extremely collaborative and take direction really well to bring to life anything you envision. The attention to detail and quality they deliver, is unmatched. I had an appointment with them to go over what I was looking for and they created the most breathtaking invitation suite for our wedding - beyond anything we could have imagined. We knew we wanted something that would "wow" our guests and they certainly delivered. The Ceci team is so creative and create the most amazing designs.

My husband and I are obsessed with our invitations. We modeled our wedding cake after them; the laser cut bellyband design decorated bottom tiers and the custom monogram on the back of our invitation was on the top tier of our cake. We have even framed the back design of our invitations as wall decor in our apartment because they are just too beautiful. I highly recommend going to them for all your event needs.

Incredible

Ceci and team have been an absolute dream to work with throughout our wedding process. The amount of compliments we received on our save the dates was astonishing and with COVID-19 hitting we decided to move our wedding out a year after. The team was so willing and able to shift our vision and design from a fall wedding to a summer wedding and incorporate a Change the Date that was absolutely GORGEOUS too! So continuously pleased with the quality and look of their product. We are so appreciative of Ceci New York for making our tough decision of moving the date of our wedding so much easier and doing it beautifully. Perfection from start to finish!

The incredible team at Ceci was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! Not only were their designs astonishingly exquisite and unique (who else would think to pair dazzling deco motifs with moody florals and make this unexpectedly auspicious combo look as if it was always meant to be?), but they also delivered administratively at every turn. Every deadline was hit (critical when you’re on the clock to get wedding invitations out!) and edits were turned around quickly and seamlessly. Team Ceci was moreover happily and graciously able to roll with every address change and additional invitation I threw at them (and there were many). I must thank our outstanding account manager, Lindsey, in particular for so swiftly and cheerfully accommodating our every request.

The designs Team Ceci turned out for everything from our invitations to our menus, escort cards and more were all just stunning in and of themselves (I’m still drooling!) but also, beautifully and flawlessly coordinated. Not to mention that their calligrapher does some of the absolute best work I’ve ever seen! I can’t recommend this outstanding group enough and look forward to future celebrations so I will have the opportunity to work with them again!

I could not be happier that I just so happened to stumble upon Ceci New York’s Instagram Page just as I was about to start planning our wedding invitations! As soon as I saw Ceci’s work, I knew she and her team would be the perfect fit for our destination wedding. Ceci New York is among the few wedding vendors that is able to combine top quality service, true expertise, objective advice, and the highest quality design and product. We started off looking exclusively at wedding invitations, but quickly expanded our work with Ceci to include menu cards and thank you notes. After our experience, we would never look elsewhere for a premium, custom, enjoyable experience for wedding invitations or any other stationery / paper needs. Katya and the whole team at Ceci New York were wonderful to work with! Truly Beautified our world !!!

It's been a little over a month of being officially husband and wife, and my husband Ernest and I wanted to make sure Ceci and her team receive all the praise for all that they did to make our day so beautiful. Many thanks to Ceci, Kellie, and the team for all their hard work that made our wedding reception better than our dreams.
Thank you for all the correspondence throughout the year. Throughout our countless emails and phone correspondence, I was so surprised how I always felt at ease. It was more like speaking to an old friend with beautiful ideas of course than speaking to someone I had never met before. All the attention to detail spoke for itself, from every color that was utilized in our custom invitation, to sending us ribbon samples to tie up our invitation, to the overall design aesthetic that used throughout our reception; all these details meant the world to both of us. Throughout the year, we were very thankful to the team for all the time it took to produce every aspect of our wedding. Amazing Invitations! Ceci is a Wow Factor!

I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Ceci. We heard about Ceci through a friend and we are so happy we reached out at the beginning of our planning process. We not only used Ceci for our Invitations, but also for our Save The Date, Programs, and Day of Accessories. The team at Ceci was responsive anytime we sent an email and our questions never went unanswered. The review process was flawless and the Ceci team followed up to make sure everything was spelled correctly and we liked the way each piece looked. When we could not decide on a color for our response envelopes Kellie, who we were so fortunate to work with, mentioned we could stop by the offices to see the colors in person. We were welcomed warmly and were able to sit and take the time to review everything in person. All items were delivered on time and came out exactly as we wanted. Ceci and her team are the absolute best! Working with Ceci New York was so much fun and such an incredible experience. When I first picked Ceci New York to work on my wedding invitations, I honestly didn’t even expect to actually meet with Ceci herself. However, sure enough she was always involved in the process and made it so easy for us!

From the start I knew I didn’t just want to look at a ton of designs on a website and pick from one of them, I wanted something of my own. At the same time, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to make my ideas come to life. Ceci and her team made it so easy to make decisions, at some points I almost felt like they could read my mind. My husband was also very involved in the experience; he enjoyed creating with the team too! Ceci knew exactly what we were looking for in our design and made our visions come to life!

I worked with Lindsey throughout the entire process and she was the best! She was always responsive and answered all of my questions, constantly!

Ceci and her team did everything from our save the dates to thank you cards. Every single item from Ceci came out so beautifully. I still receive compliments about our wedding invitations. One of the most popular being, “that was the most beautiful wedding invitation I have ever received!” We hope to be able to work with the entire team again soon!

Ceci and her team could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Ceci herself was so attentive and invested in creating the perfect watercolor look, getting the hue to the perfect level. Her team was also on top of every single detail, and were completely professional and patient with every single revision we requested to try to get it perfect. We actually loved the designs so much, that we worked with our event planner and designer to replicate elements of it in our wedding. The decor translated perfectly to the room and was truly reflective of both myself and my husband, and the overall aesthetic we were trying to achieve. Ceci and her tail absolutely nailed it! The quality of both their design and customer service are unparalleled. They truly make the entire process so easy, and I trusted them every step of the way. Spectacular!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Ceci New York on my invitations. It was absolutely one of the highlights of wedding planning. I worked with Kellie, who was absolutely wonderful on so many levels. The whole process was just so FUN - not to mention the absolutely spectacular invitations that are exceptional in both design and quality. Every step was enjoyable - even just looking through the samples I received! I never once felt anxious or frustrated because every step was so thoroughly communicated and any questions I had were answered right away. They clearly care about every detail and making sure you get exactly what you want. If you are on the fence about if it’s worth it - it IS! I couldn’t be happier and will enjoy my invites forever! ( I had my invite etched onto a Simon Pearce vase and received a gift of one framed over a mirror.)

Working with Ceci on my Wedding Invitations was one of the highlights of wedding planning for me. Kellie Clifford (the Account Manager) kept us on schedule, guided me through the process and was always available to answer any questions I may have. Where do I even begin... I had been following Ceci for quite a while so once I was engaged, they were actually the first team I reached out to! I actually did not even consider the other very talented artists out there. And there absolutely are many talented people out there. However, I can honestly say that no one else's work really compares to what Ceci and her team are doing!
They truly helped make my wedding an absolute dream! Not just by setting the tone with the incredible pieces of art they designed for us, but they also introduced me to my wedding planner, Sarah Drake of Cole Drake Events in Napa. Without their referral, I might not have worked with Sarah who I absolutely loved!
At the time of our wedding planning, I was living and working full-time in finance in New Orleans...while planning a destination wedding and planning a move to Denver. Needless to say, it was very busy & stressful time. Ceci and her team worked around their also busy schedules to accommodate my schedule - we communicated a lot through conference calls, email, etc. It definitely took a few design rounds and design notes to get to our final design, but that is part of the creative process- you are creating something completely original from scratch! Sarah Drake was also amazing in this process- I think it is helpful to approach this with an excellent wedding planner (preferrably someone who has worked with Ceci's team)... simply because they know all of the details of your wedding and they know Ceci's team & process. It helps expedite things!
My husband and I were absolutely blown away by our final designs and the seeing the finished product in person was one of the highlights of planning our wedding. So many of our guests reached out to compliment our invite suites, some saved them, a lot even posted photos of them on social media! As I already said, there really is no comparison when it comes to what they create!

Stunning does not even begin to describe Ceci’s work. As soon as the invitations went out we had people texting and calling left and right telling us that this was going to be the wedding of the century – these invitations made us feel like we were royalty!! 5 stars doesn’t do her enough justice – she is incredibly talented and her work is so beautiful.

Lindsey Mandel and her team at Ceci New York are unique and simply the best women to work with for your wedding invitations. Any paper products actually. My experience with Lindsey has been incredible. My fiancé and I are getting married in October of this year, and creating our wedding invitations has been a blast. The team at Ceci really walks you through the process and executes exactly what you want - based on your budget of course. I have been over to their showroom a few times to go through changes and updates for my invitations and not only will you fall in love with all of their designs which are on display, you won’t want to leave without grabbing a cocktail with all of the Ceci employees! I will definitely miss my interactions with the girls once my wedding is over, but will 110% go to them for all of my future paper product needs. You will definitely not be disappointed working with Ceci New York as they go above and beyond. Hopefully you can have the same experience as I am having!

The Ceci New York team are so talented. From start to finish, the whole invitation and creative process was very smooth and collaborative. I took the time to fill out their questionnaire they send you beforehand and at my first meeting with Naomi, she came prepared. She showed me other custom-made designs that she thought matched my style and we worked together to create the most breathtakingly beautiful invitation suite. It's true what they say on their website...the experience with Ceci New York is unlike any other company...you don't sit by yourself flipping through pages of invitations binders where you're left to tell them how to create your suite. Based on the information you provide, they come to you with designs they think will match your wedding theme and personal style, and they were right! Watercolor, dusty pink and rose gold foil details later...we had created the BEST wedding invitation suite - my guests still mention it to me. Moreover, the account manager is so responsive & friendly, even after countless emails and questions about invitation wording, Lindsay and Kerrie were right there with a reply. You can't go wrong with Ceci and her team.

CeCi New York is AMAZING! We used CeCi to create all of our Wedding Invitations (Save The Date, Wedding Invitation, Scrapbook Art Project, Thank You Notes and Engagement Party Invitations) and the blew us away with their creativity! From our very first interaction CeCi impressed us with their creativity, professionalism and commitment to great service.

We wanted to have a 1960s themed wedding in Napa Valley, so we asked CeCi to imagine the TV show Mad Men but in Napa. Ceci came up with our entire wedding theme (Mad Men In Napa) and designed multiple logos for us to use throughout our wedding weekend. We took their graphics and used it on Water Bottles, napkins, gift bags, etc..

The Save The Date box was filled with Mad Men In Napa logoed corks and a logoed corkscrew and in the box was a retro 1960s plane ticket in a retro ticket jacket providing our friends with an idea of what to expect in Napa. The Wedding Invitation was also a box filled with more logoed cork screws and contained a board game with dice and playing pieces, our guests could play the game to get the Mad Men characters from NYC to Napa. The designs were really great, and our friends and family were amazed by the mailings!

WOW, CeC exceeded all of our expectations. Our wedding would not have been the same without all the pieces that built excitement for our event and consistently carried our wedding theme. We loved CeCi they were so easy to work with, responsive to our ideas, prompt on their deliverables and patient when we went through rounds of revisions. They were the ideal wedding partner. I would use CeCi again without hesitation. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Ceci New York had my dream invitations and I had decided I wanted to splurge on them because they were important to me. However, my idea of splurging is not the same as other people's, so I imagine I got some of the less expensive invitations they offer, but I was treated like a VIP customer the entire time. They even sent me a gift at Christmas! Their work is gorgeous and everyone I dealt with was lovely. I'm already trying to think of when I could use them next! I highly recommend Ceci and her team as they have the prettiest invitations I've ever seen!

Unique and professional. Over the top luxury service for me and my wife, Carly. Our guests remember our save the date and invitation to this day and still tell people about it. Worth the money for show-stopping factor.

Love Ceci! Our invitations were stunning - we received so many compliments - and they were exactly in line with our vision. The team at Ceci did an excellent job listening to what we wanted, reviewing all our options with us, and helping us feel that we were in such great creative hands. Amazing. When I first went into the office, I was in love with everything, looking at spending so much I was nervous to go through the creative process as I was not sure what I wanted. Ceci and her team (especially Meghan) were amazing. I could not have asked for a better team to design the perfect invitations. The process was thorough, and each round of invitations were completely different and each round was amazing. The finished product was beyond my expectations. The recipients all loved final results.

Ceci New York made my amazing wedding invitations. I cannot even begin to explain how many compliments I received on them and it really was great because it set the stage for the whole wedding. Kayla, Naomi, and Meghan were a great team to work with. They were really understanding of what we wanted and helped us to create our dream invitation.

I cannot recommend Ceci New York highly enough. People are STILL talking about how amazing our invitations were. They created beautiful and perfect save the date postcards and there literally are no words to describe how lovely our wedding invitations were. We picked ones from examples they had already designed but it felt like it was an invitation suite custom designed for our. Their attention to detail was perfection.

Despite Ceci's high prices, like any service you get what you pay for. Their whole staff was so helpful in my entire wedding planning process. They answer every question immediately (often at extremely late hours or on weekends). They listen to everything you want and work with you through endless rounds of designs to get exactly what the client wants. Their invitations, save-the-date cards, signs, menus, and programs are unmatched in quality and design. Once you see Ceci's work everything else looks poor in comparison. If you appreciate fine paper goods the price is definitely worth it, and after all your wedding paper goods are some of the few items you can keep once everything is over. I will cherish our beautiful invitations forever. Thank you so much Ceci!

Lisa was awesome! we sat down to discuss our wedding vision - and she created it to a T. Not only were the invitations gorgeous - it really helped me pull a theme for the entire wedding- programs etc. Loved her! The Best In The Biz

I want to extend the biggest thank you to Ceci, Lindsey, Kellie and the whole team at Ceci New York for making my wedding and the moments leading up to it so incredibly beautiful.

Friday night at the rehearsal, my mother and I were both pretty stressed — that is until our planners pulled out copies of our escort cards, menus, and programs. Ceci's work immediately changed the mood.

And when my now husband saw me for our first look, one of the first things he said was, "you look like the invitation!" It was suddenly clear to him why I disinvited him from that meeting.

When we got home from the festivities, I immediately put my husband and my escort card on our fridge.

There are too many memories to index, but I know that the save the dates, invites, and everything from last night will always be a standout part of them.

Ceci and her team re the best in the biz.

Best invitations ever!

Working with Ceci and her team was the perfect wedding invitation experience. Everyone on the team is amazing and they honestly made the most beautiful wedding invitations! Everyone said they were the nicest wedding invitations they've ever received, down to the envelope. I would recommend Ceci and her team to anyone in a heartbeat. Truly the best for all things stationary! Cant wait for my next event so that I can work with Ceci and her team again! Ceci produced the wedding invitations of my dreams, perfectly capturing the vision I had for our invitations. We went through several rounds of revisions, a fun and efficient process. I would absolutely recommend them for invitations. The only con is the expense - they are extremely pricey - but you ultimately get what you pay for, ie, best invitations ever. We received endless compliments, and some guests even said they were thinking of framing the invite. I would definitely use Ceci again for my stationary needs.

I used Ceci for my wedding invitations and accessories. I worked directly with Ceci on the Design but interfaced with Naomi more frequently. Both Naomi and Ceci made me feel very confident that the product (very expensive) was going to be exactly what i wanted. I loved her ability to use multiple materials, laser etching, textures, and exact colors that really created the theme for our wedding. (orchids and paisley) I highly recommend Ceci if you have the budget!

My wedding invitations were the second most important part to me for my wedding after the wedding dress. I chose Ceci after seeing their work featured in countless wedding magazines and I could not be happier with my decision. They are very expensive but I received not only the best quality of paper, their attentive service was most impressive and worth every penny. I worked closely with Ana who was a delight and always prompt answering my e-mails. I have gotten so many compliments about my invitations and most importantly they are exactly what I envisioned. It was one of the most enjoyable wedding planning experiences.

The invitations were exactly what I wanted and they were able to rush deliver them for me--- they were a little bit more than I wanted to pay originally, but I loved the design and was able to save money by doing a less complicated insert sans pocket. Very helpful staff.

I am someone who truly appreciates beautiful paper and stationery, so when it came to our wedding invitations I wanted them to be unique, memorable and truly beautiful. In putting together our Save the Date, I spent months agonizing over designs and just wasn't able to find anything ready-made that I loved (see my review of Dauphine Press for feedback on them) so I ended up customizing my own. The process was stressful, and as much as I loved the end result, I could not see agonizing over the invitation the way I'd fretted over the STD, so I shopped around a bit and finally decided to hire Ceci New York despite the considerable cost difference. Working with Lisa at Ceci, I got the wedding suite of my dreams. In fact, it was better than anything I could have imagined! Lisa is incredibly talented and works with a great group of people. I was always clear on the timeline and meetings throughout the process were scheduled up front. Lisa is so creative and in the initial round of designs presented me with three beautiful options that were each unique. From these designs, we mixed and matched and altered and tweaked until we came up with the final design for the invitation. The letterpress was sumptuous and rich, the laser cut bellyband offered unexpected visual interested, and instead of an inner envelope Lisa created a blind-stamped letterpress pochette for us. The feel of the invite was natural, organic, and so very pretty. It was everything I'd hoped for and the process could not have been any easier. I received personalized service the whole way through, and I cannot emphasize enough the quality of the finished product! We were overwhelmed with compliments after sending out the invitation. We also used Ceci for all of our wedding day accessories, from programs to menus to table signs. This provided great visual continuity throughout the event and helped to pull everything together that much more. The only drawback to Ceci New York is the price. Compared to ordering already-designed invitations, the cost is at least 75% more. However, if you love paper and design, and really want something that will perfectly set the tone for your wedding, the talent and quality at Ceci is 100% worth the price.

Picking wedding invitations was seemingly a daunting task, as I feel it sets the tone for your wedding. Ceci was very professional right from the beginning and working with her on the design process was fun and creative! She used the inspiration I gave her and really made the theme of my wedding come to life with her beautiful hand-painted moody-florals. It was used in the liner of my invite, as well as my menu and program. I loved looking at her samples and taking ideas from past projects to combine them into something all my own. The options are endless! This was something that I felt was lacking with other invitation vendors (I didn’t want to choose something from a book, and pay extra to change X,Y & Z). Her process is completely customized. Her pricing is reflective of the quality (which is TOP LEVEL) and as there were always price options available. Her team did their best to follow up and keep in touch with me throughout the whole process. I was especially grateful because Ceci introduced me to my florist, and has also worked with my cake vendor many times. This made collaborating on small details very easy! She is very well connected in the wedding industry, and can help you craft a flawless event! If you’re looking for one of a kind invitations for any party, Ceci NY is the place to go!

If you want the most beautiful stationary you've ever seen and you have an enormous budget than Ceci is absolutely the place to go. They can truly do anything you want with paper and ink. I'm also pretty sure they will never tell you they can't do something - they will listen to your idea and make it happen!

We had our save the dates, invitations, escort cards, menus, and table numbers designed for our wedding day and they were truly magnificent. People could not stop talking about them and they got people so excited for the wedding - which is exactly what we wanted.

BUT - the con to Ceci's is that they were so bad at dealing with the costs it was incredibly annoying. There were so many costs that weren't discussed in the beginning that seemed to be just tacked onto the invoice when it was emailed to me and the invoices were very confusing. Then, when I asked to go through the invoice they acted annoyed. Also, often when we were designing items, it wouldn't be until many rounds into it that I would get a quote - no matter how many times I asked for one.

We spent A LOT on all of our stationary at Ceci and, in the end, they just didn't seem to care. Even a quick emailed congratulations after the wedding would have gone a long way...

I think a lot of their staff was transitioning at the time our invitation suite was getting done so perhaps that is why we had some of the problems we did. But, in the end, we have gorgeous stationary to remember forever...

Ceci created my wedding invitations and they were very helpful and accomodating for all of my requests. Throughout the process, we hit some bumps in the road (first paper choice not available) but they did everything they could to make up for the problem and keep the bride happy. I got a ridiculous amount of comments on my invites. Guests were blown away by the unique style, quality of paper stock and presentation of the invitations. I would definitely reccomend Ceci to future brides!

Customized invitations based on questionnaire and individual interview. They are slightly expensive, but if you appreciate stationery and quality paper, Ceci is worth it. I got many compliments on my unique invitation.

The invitations came out well. However, after I already ordered them, I searched around and found other inivitations that were very nice for a much better price. I do not think these invitations were worth the money.

Ceci produced beautiful work but they were extremely difficult to work with. I felt that they were trying to nickel and dime me for every single revision. I felt like they needed things done their way which often was complicate and more time consuming for me to do. I feel like the amount of money we paid we should have received better service and the process could have been a little more customer friendly. I would not recommend this company unless money doesnt matter at all and you have a wedding planner actually working through the details with them.

Mistake and no accountability.

BRIDES BEWARE. Working with Ceci on my invitations was BY FAR the worst aspect of planning my wedding. They are amazing at marketing, but as soon as you pay, the service plummets. You'll be at the mercy of back office designers who make mistakes left and right. Most notably, Ceci spelled my FIANCE'S name wrong in my invitations. Neither their calligrapher nor they bothered to compare the spelling with the spelling I had provided them dozens of times. When I realized the mistake, they blamed ME and took ZERO accountability. Apparently it's the customer's job to edit the invitations, not theirs. They say they are "detail oriented," but what that means is that they do nothing, and then the final product comes with fine print saying any mistakes are yours. This company does not care about the happiness of brides, or the quality of their product, but only how they can get a little richer with the least work possible.

Update: they seem to be removing all bad reviews! They removed mine, no wonder there are so many positive ones. Please check out the Glassdoor reviews to hear directly from their past employees about how they price gauge and take no accountability for mistakes.

I never believed in living my life with regrets, that is until I hired Ceci to design my wedding invitations. Working with her was the worst part of my wedding planning process, and without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with any vendor. Everything from the design process to the final product was a complete disappointment. When I reached out to voice my dissatisfaction she was rude and unprofessional. My high profile wedding planner even dropped Ceci from her vendor list after my experience.

I firmly believe Ceci's true talent lies in her ability to market herself and not in her design skills. The best advice I could give anyone considering this vendor is to save yourself the disappointment and heartburn...and go ANYWHERE else.
