Catrina was a amazing from the time we met her until the end of our wedding and even beyond. She went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Her humor made the day so much more enjoyable when taking pictures(hubby does not enjoy taking pictures) and she captured the most beautiful pictures that I look at everyday. We were going to use one of her partners, but we’re so glad we chose to stick with Catrina! We will continue to use her for any photography needs!Catrina Carlson Photography's reply:

Emily Sent on 09/27/2019Incredible, we really hit the jackpot with Catrina.
Catrina was amazing. If you're even considering having her shoot your engagement shoot, wedding, event etc, you should absolutely do it. We had Catrina shoot our engagement photos a few weeks ago and it's the best decision we ever made. Our budget it tight so we were unsure about having an engagement shoot to begin with but it was well worth it. We were also on a tight schedule and both really nervous but Catrina went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our entire correspondence and photo shoot, and bent over backwards to meet our needs wherever she could. On top of all of that, she was a pleasure to spend time with and such a lovely person. The absolute height of professionalism, friendliness and value for money. We are totally in love with our results and I have never felt more beautiful.Catrina Carlson Photography's reply:

Where do I begin??!! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with Catrina's services! Our engagement shoot with her and her husband went extremely well (despite it being 90 degrees outside) and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Once we got those photos back, I knew that our wedding day photos were going to be amazing! On the day of our wedding, everything went so smoothly and Catrina was the perfect mix of professional and friendly, always cracking jokes and making sure we weren't worrying about anything.
Our first look was supposed to happen outdoors, but it rained ALL DAY and we had to switch to an indoor location. The photos still came out soooo beautiful and I have no regrets at all. My husband and I exchanged our vows privately during our first look with Catrina and her husband there to photograph it and we had no problem spilling our hearts out in front of them. The ceremony and reception pictures came out 100000 times better than I ever could've imagined and the whole evening was absolutely perfect! Not to mention we got sneak peek pictures DURING OUR RECEPTION! It also only took a little over 2 weeks to receive all of our wedding day photos and I couldn't believe it. Every single picture is beautiful and we can't recommend Catrina Carlson Photography enough. 10/10!!!!!Catrina Carlson Photography's reply:

Kayla Sent on 12/25/2017I do not think words alone could capture how incredibly thrilled I am with the service that Catrina and her husband provided us, however I will try to do them justice. From our very first meeting, Catrina has been nothing short of kind, genuine, professional, and an absolute treat to work with. Not only is she incredibly personable, but her portfolio is amazing, and her prices very reasonable, and we were very happy she was open to photograph our wedding. The package included engagement photos, which turned out absolutely stunning. The place we picked was under construction, however she remained professional and helped us be more comfortable in front of the camera. Her and Dan were absolutely amazing at the wedding. They were patient, attentive, and brought so much joy and excitement to the day. It snowed the day of the wedding, and they were very excited to go outside and get some great pictures in the snow. From the sneak peeks that we have received so far, I have been repeatedly told by many family and friends that they are the best wedding photos they have ever seen. In addition, friends and family have raved about how kind her and her husband are, and how attentive and professional they were throughout the wedding. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Catrina, and I will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone who would need a photographer.

We would highly recommend working with her if you are looking for wedding photos that are absolutely breathtaking.

Liz Sent on 10/10/2017Catrina and Dan were the absolute best photographers and the MOST well spent money in our entire wedding!!! We have 2 kids and they were so great and patient with every photo! As awkward as posed candid moments can be, we didn't feel weird or uncomfortable at all. The were so easy and fun! And not to mention, the photos came our AMAZING! We are struggling with which ones to choose to put up in our house because they are ALL incredible!! We could not have been more pleased and satisfied with them!

I could not be happier with the photos I have. On my wedding day, I was afraid the rain was going to ruin my pictures. But it did the opposite and my absolute FAVORITE photo was one that Catrina was able to capture in the rain that I never would have thought of. I HIGHLY recommend this duo for every special occasion as you will not be disappointed!! (The photo booth was also a huge hit at the wedding and the photos were such great quality!)

Renee Sent on 10/10/2017I was originally drawn to Catrina's work because of the dreamy quality of the photos in her portfolio--I love her use of light and color, and I knew she would make us look great on our big day! I was even more thrilled when I looked at her wedding packages and found that I could get 2 shooters for 8 hours in a price that fit my budget. Our first meeting was so comfortable, I knew we were in good hands. Catrina and her husband Dan were wonderful to work with--they are not the kind of photographers that will spend 10 minutes telling everyone in the bridal party where to put their hands and how to turn their heads, and as a result, we all look so natural, relaxed, and happy! My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos, and everyone we have shown them to has been equally impressed. Thank you, Catrina and Dan for making us look like supermodels on our big day!! -
