From the moment we met Chef Chris, it was clear he absolutely loves his job and is passionate about food. He came to our apartment with samples of the dinner we were considering for our wedding so we could try it first, and we loved it! He had great recommendations and talked through the whole menu with us. His warm demeanor and professionalism made us feel comfortable and we knew our wedding dinner was safe in his hands. We received many compliments about the food from our guests the night of the wedding as well.
In addition to being remarkably talented, Chef Chris is an outstanding person. My mother-in-law was sick in the hospital and unable to attend our wedding. We asked Chef Chris to set aside a plate of food for her for a cousin to bring to her later, but he went above and beyond. Chef Chris personally delivered the dinner to her in the hospital so she could eat the same meal at the same time as us. We will forever be grateful for his kindness. -

For starters I just want to thank Chris and his team at Arizona Event Catering for saving us and being the hero’s behind the scenes at our wedding! We had a caterer selected a quote a few months back and she was absolutely gosh terrible. She took forever to respond, charged us crazy insane prices, and was in the same town. After deciding to drop her and find someone else. It was pretty easy to find you guys, and thank goodness we did. We pretty much booked you about 6 weeks our from final date of guest count and you guys were so quick to respond, traveled up to Sedona within that week to check our venue, and even went above and beyond. We loved the holiday menu because it was close to our theme (Celtic Wedding), but know you guys didn’t stop there. You guys tweaked the menu to be traditional Irish and was absolutely incredible. During happy hour you guys came up and brought the wedding party appetizers to snack on. (Big thanks) and for dinner Our DJ had a hard time getting everyone to move and talk during dinner because we just kept hearing people dig into the food. We kept getting huge compliments over the food. So Cierra (Wife) and I got to sit and try it, and wow... just wow. I have many family members who are Celtic and make very traditional and delicious food and a good portion of your food was the best I ever had! I was more than impressed! (Still wanting some of the recipes!) but you guys came in swiftly, confirmed with me on that day if it looks great and after it all, swiftly out. Along with that, we didn’t have a cake cutter and Chris was there to save the day (Huge thanks for that). It was truly incredible services and food. Along with having amazing prices! Guys hats off to you and Chris thank you again for you help creating such an amazing wedding for us. We have along of friend in the culinary field and we will definitely spread the word to everyone. Best catering service we have ever seen. 11 out of 10 would recommend. -

When we met Chef Chris for a menu tasting, it was then I knew we hired the right caterer! I talked it up so much to the guest that when the day came the agreed. The menu was amazing! We did buffet style with dueling stations. The presentation, staff, table decor and of course the food was enjoyed by everyone. We did do appetizers prior and a small bar which was offered in addition to the services. I can not recommend this company enough!!!! As far as presentation, professionalism and taste they deserve the 5 stars they got 😊 -

Alexis Sent on 03/06/2016Choosing AZ Event Catering and Chef Chris to cater our wedding at Whispering Tree Ranch was easily one of the best decisions we made. SO easy to work with and the food was raved about! The Green Apple & Brie with a fig jam spread was out of the world to die for! The sirloin skewers were cooked to perfection. The chicken was just as delicious as the first day I tried it! We wish we could eat their food every week! Chris and his tea really helped everything run smoothly throughout our wedding day, and we couldn't be more grateful for him and his amazing staff! A few guests commented on how nice one of the serves was! They kept hunting her down because she was right on it every second! We would HIGHLY recommend Arizona Event Catering for any event! -

From the beginning the very first tasting Chris treated my husband and I like family it was wonderful and the food delicious! We only checked out one other company before booking with them. Colleen is such a gem, she worked with me on many aspects of the wedding all the way to the last minute. The day of the wedding was great, the food (even tho I only had maybe 10 bites since we were running around so much) was delicious and all our guests raved about how good it was. There was a small miscommunication with the bar service regarding cups (but easily fixed since there was a store around the corner) everyone loved the bartender. From start to finish we had a great experience with Arizona Event Catering :) -
