Since the first time we met Colleen she has been amazing. She is extremely professional and at the same time friendly and responsive. She gave us suggestions and shared experiences that helped us make the best choices for our daughter’s wedding. She was familiar with all of the local venders, locations and the challenges we could possibly face. She helped us have a plan for everything and totally put us at ease. She stayed in communication with us throughout the entire planning that took months and recommended and worked with a local baker to provide the wedding cake as well as baked goods for welcome bags for all of our guests. Colleen provided brunch, charcuterie and a low country boil for the wedding. Everything was amazing. She spent time with the Bride on her special day making sure everything was as she wanted it.Catering Connections's reply:

I had the opportunity to work with Catering Connections at a recent event and all I can say is they were absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded all expectations. The staff was professional, punctual, and attentive, making the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again. -

Best BBQ & Service!
We used Catering Connections for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier! We decided to go with their Bayou BBQ menu, and it was absolutely delicious, our guests are still talking about it! The pulled pork and chicken were so flavorful, and everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
Laura was incredible to work with — she delivered everything right on time, made sure the setup looked amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before she left. Her attention to detail and kind personality made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

Colleen and her staff went above and beyond to make our daughter’s wedding a success! From the initial meeting to the wedding day, Colleen was there for there to answer any questions or concerns we had! Colleen also connected us with the baker who created the wedding cake and welcome bag goodies! The brunch she provided the morning of the wedding was perfect and delicious!!! The low country boil was delicious and all the guests shared how wonderful it was! I highly recommend her for any of your catering needs!! Such a sweet person!Catering Connections's reply:

My husband and I used Catering Connections for our beach wedding. They made the entire process so easy and stress free. The night of my wedding I didn't have to worry about anything relating to our food, which was amazing! The pasta and appetizers served were absolutely amazing! We got married in PSJ, and as a first time bride, I had a ton of questions. Mrs. Colleen was an absolute godsend. She was thorough and patient, and she was so helpful when we ran into a budget conflict and had to reassess the menu. Her team was exactly on time, the food was DELICIOUS, and she even popped in to check in with me when her team arrived. It was amazing to feel so prioritzed and to know that someone understood the frustrations of planning an event. I will always be grateful to her. Anyone who uses Catering Connections for their event is making the best decision, hands down. I would've liked to have posted photos, but i didnt even have my phone on me on the day of, so I'm sorry, but rest assured, it was worth every penny.Catering Connections's reply:

The food from Catering Connections was absolutely delicious, prepared exactly as described and delivered by the owner to our remote location on time and with a smile! My husband and I traveled from Memphis to St.George Island to have our wedding and Catering Connections was our caterer for both our rehearsal and our wedding night. We could not have asked for better service. Both nights everything was set up with ease and looked beautiful. The staff was so kind and more than helpful throughout the night. The food was TOP NOTCH!! We even froze what leftovers we could to haul it back to TN because we loved it so much. From finding them on an internet search to start communication with Colleen to clean up and saying goodbye every single bit was so easy, professional, and accommodating. I cannot recommend this team enough. -

My daughter was getting married at our beach house in Florida so I was planning the wedding from Georgia. Colleen at Catering Connections made this so easy. She was always available and willing to help and answer any questions I might have. We did a taco bar and margaritas from Quattro Locos and it was delicious and fun. I was the DJ/MC in Port St Joe and meet Catering Connections for the 1st time and I do 200 wedding a year and I eat a lot of food and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and prompt with the guests every need. -

I work with catering connections as a photographer doing many weddings through out the entire year and they never fail to amaze not only me but also their wedding couples and guests with the amazing food!
They are professional, organized, and will always provide hot and fresh food! They have also made sure to take care of the vendors when providing food and has fed me well a numerous amount of times! If you are looking for a reliable company to cater your event in the Port Saint Joe or surrounding areas then catering connections is the perfect choice! -
