  Catering by Karen hunter is by far the best caterer I have found in the Lehigh valley!!!! The food is exquisite! The displays are perfectly perfect! Her staff is very professional and helpful! She knows how to make guest feel welcomed! I would recommend this caterer to anyone and everyone! By far the best experience I've ever had!!! A+++

  Karen Hunter and her staff are fantastic! Karen was so easy to work with and provided us with an amazing amount of choice for our cocktail hour and reception menu. Karen also provides a plethora of choices for place settings, linens, and chairs. Along with so much choice, Karen provided us with expert guidance as we made our selections. Everything that Catering by Karen Hunter did for us was organized & the communication to get all of our choices settled was prompt and helpful. We even arranged for Karen to cater lunch for our bridal party and out-of-town guests. In addition, she was more than willing to arrange a special meal for a groomsman with severe allergies and for our nephew/ring bearer, the only child at our wedding.
  
  The food and service from Karen Hunter on our wedding day was beyond delicious. The presentation of the cocktail hour food and the main reception meal was beautiful and elegant. All of our guests were amazed by their meals. We had a small dessert selection to go along with our cake and of those little sweets were delicious too! Karen also employs a fabulous staff! They took such good care of our guests and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of at our sweetheart table. They were also a happy, fun group that were into the spirit of the evening and truly added to our enjoyment of the occasion.

  Karen Hunter provided us with two amazing caterers who were always on top of things. They constantly asked if we wanted something to eat/ drink during the hors doerves hour. We got done very early with the ceremony itself, and they asked if we wanted our food pushed up a half hour or to leave it the same. She made all of the drinks we wanted. We chose the chicken/ beef selections, and when the beef was undercooked for people, the head caterer took them all back and made sure to cook them to their liking. Everything was great, and their food was awesome!

  I highly recommend Catering by Karen Hunter. Although she is located near Allentown, she provided catering for my wedding in Philadelphia. She was a big reason for the success of our reception.

  Our venue, the Sayre Mansion, uses Catering by Karen Hunter as its exclusive caterer. This made me a little nervous at first because it took Karen Hunter, or her assistant, a long time to respond to phone calls and provide us with a proposal. However, once the response time issue was addressed early on, there were no problems working with Karen or Sharon. They did a wonderful job with the presentation of the food and it was very tasty as well. However, the best thing was that Sharon was out and about all night making sure everything went smoothly. She made sure the bride and groom always had drinks in our hands if we wanted them and even helped us duck away to sit outside for a few minutes by ourselves and take everything in. We would highly recommend Catering by Karen Hunter, not only for the delicious food, but for the extra effort they put in to ensure the entire night ran smoothly, which was above and beyond. Thank you for all of your hard work.

  The food was great and the staff were extremely friendly. Karen is super busy, so it usually takes her a while to respond. However, it has not affected her delivery on her service. She would respond to you immediately if that's truly critical. It's just if you are a bride which needs everything immediately, it may take time to get used to. karen is very hands-on and has given us plenty of great suggestions and advice.
