Amazing Experience
Chef Acosta was Amazing to say the list.
Long story short i ended up scrambling to have to find a caterer. With about 3 months before my destination wedding in Puerto Rico i stumbled on his wedding Wire page.
Within 15 minutes of reaching out he messaged me back, with a good sense of urgency to get things rolling, built a menu for us, took or wedding colors into consideration. Since we are from SLC Chef Acosta also reached out to the property manager of the house we were holding our wedding, and set up some time for him to go view the grounds and kinda lay out where everything would be set up.
The day of the wedding went amazingly, chef and staff showed up an hour early to make sure everything was setup and ready.
The last thing i wanted to touch on was the food. It was AMAZING. the roast pig he does is incredible, along with just about everything else he served. The staff was super polite, and they took special care to make sure the tables were covered in our wedding colors.
