Excellent customer service and craftmanship

Castle Couture was absolutely wonderful! The customer service and craftsmanship were unparalleled to any others we had seen. I had an engagement ring that I loved and was almost perfect- i just wanted a thinner band for tiny size 4 finger. The original jewelers told us they couldn't do it and I was crestfallen, until I reached out to CC and spoke with the very friendly and accommodating Deborah, who assured us they could help us- and that they did! A mere 7minutes and 50$ later the setting of my band was the perfect width I wanted and we didn't even need to get a new one! The skilled jeweler was able to shave down the band without compromising the integrity of the ring or the protection of the diamond. And the best part is that they do it right in front of you as you watch through the glass! So so happy with this vendor and will absolutely go back in the future!

Robin helped my husband and I pick out our wedding bands. They are exactly what we wanted and the cost was very reasonable. I also purchased earrings and a necklace for my Mom and sister as presents for the wedding, they both cried when they opened them the night before my wedding because they were so beautiful!!

Although my proposal was a surprise, I always knew I wanted to pick out my engagement ring - I'm the one who has to wear it, right? When we were ring shopping, I thought I knew exactly what style I wanted, but for some reason I didn't fall in love with any of the rings I was trying on! When we went to Diamond Castle, the woman we were working with decided to give me some out of the box rings to try on, and voila, I found my beloved engagement ring! It looks NOTHING like what I had originally wanted! I love how unique it is :) They worked with us to stay within budget when choosing the center diamond. We also ended up buying our wedding bands there - since we purchased the engagement ring with them, they gave us a great discount on the bands and helped us choose the perfect ones for us! I also purchased my wedding jewelry (matching bracelet/necklace/earrings set) from them - it's CZ but looked like sparkling beautiful diamonds on my wedding day!

Maurice is running a top notch ship at Castle! Diamond Castle oozes elegance and grace. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The jewelry is exquisite. Not only did they do our wedding bands but they brought a family heirloom back to life. My mother wore my late grandmother's engagement ring to our wedding in her memory and I have never seen this ring look more beautiful. They did an amazing job fixing it! Can't thank you all enough!

Diamond Castle is the place to go. Denise, our saleswoman, helps us all the time and she is fabulous. She helped me select my wedding band. At first I was positive that I wanted something else. She was honest with her opinion, and she helped me make the right choice. I have also bought other items; if I couldn't find what I was looking for, she would try to get it for me and it was always exactly what I wanted. She is very patient, professional and knowledgeable about the jewelry. She tries her best to find the perfect piece for you at the right price. I have recommended others to go to Denise and they all have been very happy with the service the received.

I have always found shopping for my wife's gifts difficult until I stopped at diamond castle and met their salesperson Denise. I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Castle! When my fiance went to pick out my ring he said they went above and beyond to be sure he found the perfect one! The ring is sturdy and shines brighter than ever! I'm pretty rough with my hands and the ring last beautifully. The store is gorgeous and the service to have your jewelry cleaned is quick & convenient . I'd reccomend this store to anyone searching for an engagement ring or even just jewelry.

I'd like to acknowledge Wendy from Diamond Castle in Marlboro. She was very trustworthy throughout this whole process. She was professional, made me feel very comfortable, and was willing to give me answers to all of my questions until I was 100% satisfied. If there was something she didn't know, her dedication proved itself when she would find the answer for me almost immediately. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I would recommend her to anyone. She was always available anytime I had any questions or concerns. I remember the first time I left, Diamond Castle and I texted her that night at about 11:30 pm, and she responded right away and told me she would give me plenty of more options the next time I came in. Sure enough, she did and I purchased the most beautiful diamond engagement ring!! I can not wait to take my partner there to meet her and pick out wedding bands. Wendy is an outstanding individual who has educated us on diamonds from the moment we walked in the store. She was very honest and straight forward and provided excellent customer service. I recall on Mother's day she was off from work and spoke to me for an hour giving me advice and guiding me during the process. I do not know anyone that would do that! This showed me how wonderful she was and how much she cared about helping me. Wendy is very knowledgeable of the industry and definitely knows her stuff. If you want to save time shopping around I would recommend you go straight to Wendy and she will make it a wonderful experience as she did for us! My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Diamond Castle! Wendy treated us like family. She spent A LOT of time with us looking at and trying on all different types of engagement rings. Ask for Nancy!!

The groom first worked with Diamond Castle (and Nancy) on our one-of-a-kind engagement ring! Then we came back for our wedding bands, a necklace for the bride, and a watch for the groom. We loved everything! And Nancy was a joy to work with; we looked forward to seeing her every time we came in.

Our wedding was just wonderful! And we both looked great with the help of the great staff and professionals at Diamond Castle. We thank them for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. We both appreciated it so much.

Our experience with the Diamond Castle was nothing short of phenomenal. Maurice and Wendy are some of the nicest and most sincere people I've ever known. They helped my fiancé and I through a very challenging experience with my engagement ring. They were beyond patient and more than anything else, they treated us like family.

Wendy is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She treated us like we were her own children and would not stop until we got what we deserved. She single handedly saved our engagement and more importantly helped us start our marriage on the right foot. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us.

Thank you Wendy for all you've done for us!! We can never repay you for helping us the way you did.

I started out here by buying my wife's engagement ring and we can't stop coming back. There is such a large selection of jewelry here for great prices with excellent customer service. I even ended up purchasing my wedding band here which came out perfect and my wife purchased her wedding dress from Castle Couture(connected to the store) which looked amazing. We dealt with Wendy on the jewelry side of things and she is such a nice person and is so knowledgeable that it makes it so simple to find exactly what you're looking for! We also love that we can pop in here often with my wife's beautiful engagement ring and have them clean it real quick so it looks like it did the day I gave it to her! Highly recommended!

Wendy at Diamond Castle was absolutely outstanding. When my fiance and I first started looking around for engagement rings, she was instrumental in helping me to narrow what I liked and didn't like. My fiance also said that Wendy was wonderful during the process of actually buying the ring and stayed in constant contact with him. My engagement ring is perfect, and once we got engaged, they were conveniently able to size it down half a size on the spot. Once we were ready to buy our wedding bands, we knew we would be seeing Wendy again. She helped us find the perfect rings - and mine ended up being something totally different from what I thought I'd have. I never would have looked at it twice if it weren't for her, but I absolutely love it. She also stayed true to our price range. We definitely recommend her and Diamond Castle!

I recently called Diamond Castle to arrange for a Christmas purchase and was advised that my jeweler, Ray was no longer employed there. Several years ago I was referred to Ray by a business contact as being a knowledgeable and fair jeweler. After buying jewelry and redoing my wife's engagement ring, I referred several friends and family members to Ray. Due to his experience, integrity, and customer service skills Ray gained the trust of me, my family and friends. The purchase of retail jewelry is risky and expensive especially to lay people such as myself and requires trust in an expert jeweler. I am sad to hear that Ray is no longer at Diamond Castle which has lost a great asset. Through my business contacts I have found another jeweler to place my trust in.

I called this week to speak to Ray and was SO upset to find out Ray is no longer with Diamond Castle! Ray was fantastic in providing amazing professional service. We were fortuanate to have his expertise in selecting our engagment ring and wedding band. A year and a half later, I still get stopped by strangers to compliment the beauty of my rings. We were SO pleased with our service and experience with Ray that my brother-in-law had Ray assist him in his purchase of an engagement ring and weding band. Our family feels like we lost our greatest friend, and are not sure what we are going to do without Ray at Diamond Castle, a huge loss!!

In hunting for an engagement ring I searched the net for jewelry stores in the area (I'm in North Brunswick) and came across a few. I visited these smaller stores but was turned off by the selection and prices. On a whim, I decided to make a little treck out to Marlboro and try Diamond Castle based on the reviews. Pulling up to the store and seeing how large this place is was certainly a good sign I had come to the right place. I had walked around browsing there selection but felt overwhelmed. Soon after, Wendy had approached and offered to assist me. Let me tell you, not what I expected from a jeweler. I was under the impression jewelers were sharks, pushy, arrogant, and would do anything to make the sale. Wendy changed all my impressions of a jeweler forever. She explained everything to me and most of all made me feel comfortable in my hunt for a ring. She took into consideration my budget and did everything to make sure I stayed within that budget. After going through many rings, we ended up with a GORGEOUS engagement ring! Best of all, the price was AMAZING!! I was expecting that by buying in the store versus buying online, I would most definitely end up paying more. Of course, I didn't mind paying more as long as I would have a place to take the ring to for future servicing. To my amazement, I paid LESS than I would have paid online. YES, I said less than online! How often does that happen?? And now I have a place to go to should anything happen to the ring. Wendy made my shopping experience a wonderful one. I would certainly recommend Diamon Castle to anybody looking for an engagement ring, local or not. This place is worth making the trip to. And if you need first class service, ask for Wendy.

After doing a fair amount of research on engagement rings, I was fortunate to come across the Diamond Castle. I had visited a few local family owned jewlery stores and wasn't making much progess. I had viewed a handful of nice stones, however, none of them had the "wow factor" I was looking for. On a whim, I decided to visit the store to see their selection. When I walked in, I was amazed at the amount of quality inventory they have in the store. Although the selections were very nice, I requested Ray to have a few more brought in to view. I gave Ray my price range and overall vision of what I was looking for. Ray did some research and selected 3 stones to be brought into the store. He did a great job of selecting the best stones (ie. weeding out the not so desirable ones) and gave a detailed honest opinion/evaluation of each of them. I selected the diamond (one that Ray had brought in) and disussed having a custom setting made. Once again, I gave Ray my vision and we were able to come up with a ring design. Upon my visual approval, he had a mold cast. The mold came in, as drawn up, and I proceeded to approve the ring setting. The ring took about 3 weeks to make and it was AMAZING!!! The quality and craftmanship of the ring really set the Diamond Castle apart. Ray's knowlege and overall professionalism was very impressive and really made the process an enjoyable experience. He was very attentive to my thoughts and desires and did his utmost to fulfill my expectations. Ray's genuiness really set him apart from the others. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and exceeded every expectation. Ray was very open/honest and did his best to provide an excellent value for the services rendered. Ray did an amazing job of setting realistic expecations and making good on his word. I would definitley recommend friends/family to go to the Diamond Castle and especially go to Ray!!!

There are no words we could find to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ray at Diamond Castle. Our experience from engagement ring shopping to finding our wedding bands was beyond amazing. Ray truly values his customers and treats them like family. He spent hours with us finding the perfect center stone for my engagement ring, one that is absolutely breathtaking. There is not a day that goes by that I do not get complimented on my engagement ring and wedding band. Truly stunning. Our experience was so amazing that my husbands brother also used Ray for his engagement ring purchase. Ray has become someone so special to our family. Your wedding rings are such an intimate part of marriage and there is no other person I could ever see a part of the process then Ray. We constantly refer people to him. He is truly one in a million. We husband and I bought our wedding bands at Diamond Castle. We had gone to a couple of different places before that, but had pretty bad experiences and had not found anything that we were happy with. My engagement ring is a bit hard to match. However, when we went to Diamond Castle, we both found rings we were happy with. My rings match like they were a set, which they are not. Less than 2 months after our wedding, one of the diamonds fell out of my wedding band and was lost. To say I was distraught about it, would be an understatement. When we went into the store, we saw Maurice (who had sold us the rings in the first place) and he took the ring back and replaced the diamond free of charge. He also built up the setting to make the ring setting more stable so we are hopeful that the diamonds will never fall out again. We were / are very happy with the service Diamond Castle provided and will definitely return in the future (or at least I'm hoping my husband will! :) )

Diamond Castle saved the day! My fiance and I went to many local stores in the Mercer County area and were not having much luck finding a diamond with the features and price point we wanted. A family friend suggested my fiance see Maurice at Diamond Castle and he was so helpful to my fiance and found a diamond right away. We had already purchased the setting and wedding band at another place and when we had some issues with the setting a few months later Diamond Castle also fixed it in their repair center. I would highly suggest Diamond Castle to anyone looking for a big selection at great prices!

I can't get enough of diamond castle!! I love walking in there and browsing around. They have a huge selection of jewelry and their prices are reasonable. The service and help makes me feel like part of their family. Though they are all nice, Kathy is my favorite person. She has a glowing personality and looks for the best interest of her customers. Not only have I purchased personal jewelry from her, but I recently got engaged (yay!) and my fiance told me how wonderful she was helping with the setting and the stone. I would like to take the opportunity to refute KC's review. My wife and I have been a loyal customers of Diamond Castle, (and especially Linda) since 2008. Two of my friends who grew up in the area (who did not know each other) highly recommended I see her. I got a fantastic price on my engagement ring, along with my wedding band. There was a discrepancy with my ring and Diamond Castle FedEx'd me a new ring the week of my wedding!
Because of my satisfaction with their high level of service, I have recommended Diamond Castle to three of my colleagues; they promptly purchased their engagement/wedding rings through Linda. In fact a friend from Ohio ordered a Tiffany's style ring with Diamond Castle and saved over $5K. He and his fiancee still thank me to this day b/c of their satisfaction with the quality of the ring, and the price they paid.

I am perturbed by the personal attacks that KC has launched on Linda. Clearly she has an agenda with her and not the establishment itself. Linda is one of the finest people I know in this business and my wife and I have developed a special trust with her that I don't have with other places. I hope you as an intelligent reader disregard the nasty comment and read the other positive reviews. I firmly believe that you will be a life long customer as myself and my friends have been.

My family has been shopping at the Diamond Castle since 1990. We originally went to their store in Woodbridge and now we shop at their beautiful store in Marlboro. We always ask for Linda to help us. She is always extremely helpful and knows what we are looking for. I recommend my family and friends to ask for Linda to help them when they shop at the Diamond Castle. Linda is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, polite,and caring salesperson. I have called Linda many times to ask her to find jewelry I need for a gift. She has always come through with the right piece of jewelry. I find that the quality of merchandise at the Diamond Castle is excellent and will continue to shop their for all of my jewelry purchases. I highly recommend that the Diamond Castle is a great place to shop for your engagement ring, wedding rings, and wedding gifts.

All I can say is wow. When you go there ask for Theresa. She will help you with all of your needs. I gave her my budget, told her what I was looking for and created a custom one of a kind engagement ring that was perfect. My girlfriend at the time was shocked that I could actually pull something off like this and it was partly because of Theresa and Diamond Castle. Their selection is enormous. If you cant find what your looking for, they will get it for you. They only sell quality products and you definitely can tell between this store and a wholesale place like Kay or Whitehall. I shopped at both of those places for years and will not go there again. In the past year I've purchased an engagement ring, both our wedding bands, and her wedding day gift and each time it was a pleasurable experience. Also, a BIG bonus is that you can upgrade your engagement ring at any time. So say you couldnt afford that 2.0 carrot center stone (that she wanted to desperately) at the time of your engagement but decided to do it for an anniversary present a few years down the line. They will take what ever price you paid for the stone at the time of purchase and put it towards the new diamond. I have already recommended her brother who recently got engaged and several other friends. I will be a lifetime customer.

Wonderful jeweler. I designed my own engagement ring - wanted a ruby rather than a traditional diamond. Maurice patiently brought in ruby after ruby until I found "the one." Then he created the perfect setting for my special stone. I constantly get compliments on what a unique and beautiful ring it is. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end. Everyone was pleasant and professional, and all committed dates were met.

I went to to the diamond castle for the first time a few days ago and i was very overwhelmed when i first walked in by the size of the place. I was immmediately welcomed by a friendly , knowledgeable salesperson Wendy. Wendy was so helpful and patient the whole time i was there and showed me the most beautiful earings for my daughters for christmas within my price range. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands at Diamond Castle and the service was outstanding. First, I was able to get my engagement ring resized in only 15-20 minutes. Next, Nancy took the time to show me various types of wedding bands that would match my engagement ring. Also, she helped my husband choose a beautiful wedding band that matched mine. Overall, we were able to purchase our wedding bands at very competitive prices. Nancy's customer service was excellent and it was a pleasure talking and working with her.

Love this store!! On my first visit there was a minor issue. While trying to get ideas for my wedding band an associate was more interested in texting than helping me. 2nd time in - GREAT experience! Wendy was so helpful and patient. We got an amazing deal on both wedding bands. I also was browsing for earrings for the ceremony and was having a really tough time. Maurice helped me and really went the extra mile in trying to find something for me. The thing I really appreciated was him calling me personally to tell me he couldn't find what I was looking for. Its ok not to have it. The call was impressive from a customer service standpoint. I will be buying ALL jewelry here going forward..ps- the texting associate helped me on another day and was actually pretty good - no texting..:)

My fiancée and I ran into some trouble with our first engagement ring from another place. Unfortunately it had to be returned. I was given this recommendation by a friend of mine who get her rings here. It was far for us, but we gave it a shot. Nick helped us for an hour right before closing on a Sunday and was totally patient and helpful while I looked at different settings and different cuts of diamonds. He also worked with our budget. I came back a second time, as Nick ordered some diamonds that would fit my budget but still look nice. In the end, I got the setting that I absolutely love with a diamond that is just amazing---at a price that didn't break the bank too terribly! They were able to size it for me and set the diamond on my second trip back and I left with a beautiful engagement ring that I just can't stop staring at. In love. I do recommend this place and Nick for great service. I will be returning for our wedding bands.

They had a variety of rings to choose from. My engagement ring was uniques and could not fiind a ring that would go with it. The woman who helped me was able to call around and find a ring that actually went perfect with it and its gorgeous!

We got our wedding bands from Diamond Castle and had a really good experience. My husband really wanted black diamonds in his band and since they make their own rings there, they were able to switch out the white diamonds for black ones. The ring was perfect when we got it a couple weeks after we ordered it. We also got a good deal since we bought both wedding bands there and my husband bought my diamond tennis bracelet there as well.

Besides my wife's engagement ring I have returned to buy many items over the years. I have never once been disappointed. Although every salesperson is great I have bought virtually every item from Robin. Robin (and the store) stand behind everything they sell. I see no reason to shop anywhere else. The new location in Manalapan is truly a rare gem.

Although my fiance did not purchase my engagement ring here, I did find my dress at castle couture, so it made sense to look at Diamond Castle for our bands. They have such a large selection, we had many options to chose from.

My fiance knew what he wanted, a black tungsten ring, which is exactly what he found and it fits him great. The price was good as well (around $400). I had an idea of what I wanted but didn't do my pricing research in advance like I should have. However, after purchasing and talking to other previous brides, I found out that what I paid was about right. Plus, since I purchased my dress there, we got $150 off.

I was so pleased when we went to pick up our bands! Mine looks so shiny and sparkly and looks great next to my engagement ring. The best part about the whole process was that they have the jeweler right on site. My band was a little big so they sized it down and I had it back to take home within 15 minutes!

My only comment is that they did not call or e-mail when our bands were in like they should have. Not a huge deal, I just had to call and they said it was ready. Who knows how long they had been in already but we weren't in a rush so it worked out. Similar situation happened to a friend of mine, however, she is very pleased with their bands as well.

Over all I highly recommend Diamond Castle for weddings bands and other jewelry!

Diamond Castle was great to work with and gave us an AMAZING price. Their jewelry selection is huge and they are willing to work within your budget. The only reason they are getting man A- is because when we brought our cake cutter in to be engraved, they spelled my name "Danillle" and the engraver tried to cover it up. It's not too noticeable, but we had the cake cutter engraved 2 days before the wedding and didn't have time to get a new one. I just wish they would have compensated us for the mistake.

We bought our wedding bands from Diamond Castle. We worked with Robin and she was very helpful and friendly. She offered to have my engagement ring cleaned even though it wasn't from there and I thought that was really nice. The selection at Diamond Castle is really great. We were both able to find bands we really liked. We are really happy with the bands we picked out but I will say that Diamond Castle seemed to be on the expensive side compared to other jewelry stores. However, their excellent customer service is worth paying a little bit more for.

My husband and I both got our wedding bands from Diamond Castle. I also got my engagement ring band from there. We were always greeted at the door upon arrival, and usually with a friendly handshake. The jewelery may have been a little over priced, but the quality was very good.

My fiance bought my engagement band and stone at Marlboro Diamond Castle. It was a beautiful ring, and a fantastic stone. Within one year of wearing the ring, a side stone (marquis style) fell out. I brought the ring back and the stone was replaced. A month later, another fell out. Stone was replaced. Another month later, one more fell out. It was replaced again. This time, when I went in, I was told that I shouldn't wear my ring all the time, that stones fall out ("that's just what happens"), and that this is why they guarantee their jewelry. I told them that I didn't want to come back all the time for missing stones - to please check out each one...I lived an hour away and it was not convenient. They "checked all the stones" and sent me on my way. 10 days later, another one fell out. I finally went in, with my fiance, and we exchanged it for another ring with bigger side stones that we felt were more secure. At this point, I became very impressed with the way the management handled the situation. They switched out our ring without issue. My frustration, though, was with how they handled the situation from the get-go. Everyone I know wears their ring 24/7. What the salesman told me was complete bs. As a salesman myself, I understand why he said it, but it was a lie, and not how it should have been handled.

well i went there for a engagement ring, they have tons of choices. the only problem that they only wanted to sell what they had didnt really want the prices seemed ok . They have a huge selection of stuff so iwould recommend going there but would also recommend shopping around

I’ve been to the jewelry store on RT 9 in Marlboro NJ. “DIAMOND CASTLE” looking for wedding bands after the ENGAGEMENT RING that we bought from them with a help from another PERSON that’s not there anymore.
Although my experience in the store was OK and the selection was good, I was very disappointed in the staff. not all of them ,as I said we were helped with our E/R before and loved it so much, but one person in particular goes by the name of LINDA .she was unprofessional ,loud ,arrogant ,snobby .but best of all, or should I say ”WORST OF ALL” dressed so reveling and so (STREET LIKE) that I was embarrassed to go back with my boyfriend again to look at the bands that we asked to see earlier .
We can all agree that there’s a difference between “Elegantly” sexy, and ………… a word I refuse to use.
One advice for you guys out there; be selective of who you deal with, and definitely no LINDA.
