5 Star Experience
Cass exceeded every expectation we had for a wedding photographer. From our very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and communicative. On our wedding day, she made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, something that does not come naturally to us at all.
Cass was incredible at keeping us on schedule and making sure the day ran smoothly without ever feeling rushed or stressful. She seamlessly guided us through each moment and ensured we got every single photo we had requested. Her attention to detail and calm, confident presence put at us at ease.
Cass delivered both our photos and video in a very timely manner. Our photos are absolutely stunning. We absolutely love them and will cherish them forever. We are so grateful we chose Cass to document our special day. -

Cass and her team are easily one of the best choices I made for my wedding day. Cass understood complex family dynamics and was extremely flexible and supportive throughout the process. I received beautiful sneak peaks less than 2 days after my wedding and the gallery within 2 months— and I got marred during peak season! My pictures were absolutely stunning. Working with Cass was an absolute dream! She was the first vendor I booked after our venue, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She and her second photographer, Erin, were wonderful on our wedding day! Cass answered any questions we had and truly worked with us to capture our day exactly as we had hoped to. Our photos look gorgeous, and we got our sneak peek gallery within a day of our wedding! Cass and Erin’s photos capture the mix of love and fun that we experienced on our day, and I couldn’t have asked for better photographers! Cass was amazing! To start off, finding the right person to capture your wedding day is super hard, I had stalked Instagram and chatted with friends ultimately leading me to Cassondre! Our initial phone conversation set the tone and the vibe seemed right off the bat. I loved that she led the conversation and asked all the right questions, which made me confident in her. During our engagement photo session she took the time to get to know us, and made Thomas feel comfortable since it can be awkward. Cass even remembered that Tom wears a hate every day. One of her responses leading into the reception was I was wondering if the hat was coming out! Not only is her timeline so precise, she takes the weight off of your shoulders. I love that she dealt with my family and people not listening to directions so well. She captured our day in the most beautiful way. The colors of the day look exactly the way they did that day, which is what I wanted! Not overly edited but just enough. We have gotten insane amount of compliments on all the photos and details that she captured. I can’t recommend and thank Cass enough!!! -

Cassondra was so wonderful to work with- starting with our engagement session. Highly recommend booking one as it helps you get more comfortable with having your photo taken, and you can use the gorgeous photos for your save the date!
Of all our vendors she communicated the most, and her experience shines- she built the timeline and made sure we had everything covered way in advance!
On the morning of our wedding day- we saw rain on the forecast for the EXACT time we were taking pictures outside. After calling and consulting Cassondre we made moves and shifted the whole timeline up to get amazing outdoor photos, and our first look all outside. She and her assistant were incredibly quick and I'll never forget asking her terrified "is this the move, do we rush and do this? " and she confidently answered "YES". I needed that confidence and help- she made me feel like we could get anything done.
Having Cass next to me was the grounding I needed. She was calming, attentive, and overall the glue of the day. Of all my vendors, she was my absolute best decision.
Due to the rain- we even got an incredible timelesss photo shoot at the train station, a split second choice that led to my favorite photos. It was very special to have that photo shoot just me and my fiance before the wedding started.
Our best man forgot the rings in the bridal suite..and who sprinted to go find them? Cassondra's second photographer! she hustled and I knew I could trust them to get the rings back before the ceremony ended and they did.
We got so many great photos just 2 days later, and an instagram highlight! Everyone was so happy to see pictures that quickly. The rest of our album came a month later which is actually quicker than standard times. it was incredibly organized, and when i showed fellow married friends they all were jealous of the quality, the amount of looks we got, and how great she was.

The best!!!
Cass and her team were very professional, from the very first email, all the way up until we got our photo album! Cass answered all of my questions very quickly and was super helpful in organizing a timeline that worked for us. On the day of the wedding, Cass and her second photographer Nicole, were absolutely amazing! They kept everyone organized and made sure everyone knew where to be during photos. Even family and the wedding party were commenting about how amazing they were! We got our sneak peak photos very quickly too! Our full album came out better than we could have ever imagined! Cass was great from day one. Her communication and understanding from the begining was unbelievable. We didn't have to worry about our pictures in any way. She had a great guide that helped us figure out what pictures we wanted and gave us a good idea of how our day would be run. Cass did both our engagement session and our wedding day and we couldn't be happier. She played into our personalities so and made us feel so comfortable despite feeling awkward in front of the camera. The second shooter that she brought to the wedding also fit perfectly with our personalities and her and Cass worked great together. -

I've had the privilege and honor of knowing Cass for nearly 20 years. When it came time for my wife and I to find a wedding photographer, there was no one else we were even going to consider.
Cass and her staff were able to take two people who don't really enjoy their picture being taken (my wife and I) and make us feel comfortable and bring out our silly personalities in our photos. We have been provided images that will serve as fantastic memories of our special day for a lifetime.
Cass came up with a schedule that allowed us to get all of the family and friend shots that we wanted, without feeling like we were constantly getting pulled for photos. Her attention to detail, planning, and coordination are second to none and it made for a seamless day.
In addition, Cass went above and beyond the call of a photographer on our wedding day. When one of our other vendors failed to deliver on their duties, Cass was offering her assistance to help cover for the missteps of another vendor. Her desire for the two of us to have as stress free of a day and have a seamless operation was evident, and we are extremely thankful for the support she offered outside of what you would expect from a photographer.

The absolute BEST!!
Since day 1 - Cass has been nothing but kind, genuine, informative, responsive and helpful. Cass and her assistant Nicole made our experience extraordinary on our (very hot, humid & a little rainy!) wedding day. Their attentiveness to our needs was above and beyond, providing us water, fans, umbrellas and ensuring our comfortability throughout the whole process. Cass is more than just a photographer - she stepped in to comb my hair, fix my makeup and even put my veil on for me, all of which meant the world to me in those moments. Her & Nicole's patience with my husband and I, our families, other vendors and navigating the weather was so very appreciated. Cass is highly talented, making sure to capture the most perfect moments of our day & even laughing with us during the silly moments of our reception. We are completely blown away by our photos and we cannot wait to work with Cass in the future!! 10/10 recommend, no need to even look any further!! -

Cassondre was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. She was thorough in our pre-wedding appointment, helping us make decisions that we otherwise hadn’t considered and keeping track of all our “must have” photos. On the day of our wedding, she and her second photographer Nicole fit in perfectly with our group and captured every shot we could have wanted and more. Cassondre sent sneak peeks over much faster than we anticipated, and we have now watched the slideshow of our entire gallery more times than I can count. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of looking at the beautiful photos from our beautiful day… thanks to Cassondre Mae! -

Amazing!
You need to book Cassondre!!!! I first worked with her when I was a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding. It was then that I was able to see her professionalism firsthand and I was so impressed. She was one of the very first vendors I booked in the process.
Throughout the lead-up to the wedding, she truly listened to my hopes and fears about my wedding day with excitement and without any judgment. I had concerns about family photos and she assured me she had worked with many different family dynamics and knew how to make it work. She was very empathetic, understanding and made sure I understood the day was about us and no one else! (Love you, girl!) When the day came, I no longer cared about those things - I was just so happy to be getting married to my husband and celebrating our love. But Cass didn’t forget what I had shared with her, and she moved family members in and out of the frame with ease. That’s just the logistics- I haven’t even talked about her actual work yet.
Her talent captured our day so beautifully. Our photos are bright and fun- just as I had hoped. I have had so many people notice and comment on the fact that she did an incredible job capturing the joy of the day. She gave us a quick turnaround, beautiful editing, and really made a genuine connection with my husband and me. My husband is photo-shy but felt really comfortable with her from the get-go.
I had the first few wedding photos back from her within 24 hours and I had my full album back within a month after my wedding. No one believed me when I shared how fast my turnaround was.
I highly, highly recommend Cass to anyone seeking a top notch wedding photographer. I can honestly say I have zero regrets about this decision. Thank you for everything you did for us- before, during and after our wedding day! Cass will always be a part of our special day and we hope you consider her for yours too -

Where to even begin.. Cass was absolutely phenomenal at capturing our fairytale wedding. Mike and I got married at crossed keys estate on September 21st 2023 this year. We had a lot of angels looking over us that day as we had the most perfect wedding weather. Cass is extremely professional and PATIENT in which she did an amazing job getting my very large bridal party together in all the photos I asked from her. I knew how just amazing she was but then getting our photos back afterwards we were totally SPEECHLESS!! Our photos have been the highlight of the last 3 months. We continuously are being complemented and are told by so many that we have the absolutely BEST pictures from any wedding they have ever seen. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Cassondre was the first vendor we booked once we had our date and we are so so happy with that decision. Throughout the planning phase, Cass was extremely helpful, organized, easy to communicate with and always answered our many emails promptly. We booked a mini engagement session with Cass where we got to see firsthand just how fun, professional, and amazing at her job she is. The turnaround time and results blew our expectations out of the water.
It came time to finalize our wedding timeline and shot list, and Cass gracefully led us through that thought process, ensuring we had ample time for everything we wanted to include. When some week of ideas came up, Cass offered great advice and was flexible in some timeline changes. Cass and Nicole maintained happy and helpful attitudes throughout our wedding day; inspiring us and our guests to fully enjoy. They were able to wrangle even our most adventurous stragglers and their efficiency allowed us to enjoy the process while comfortably maintaining our timeline. Their organization made us feel like we got time back in our day. Cass also literally put a bandaid on my blistered foot; above and beyond is an understatement.
Our sneak peeks had me crying tears of joy as we departed for our honeymoon THE DAY AFTER OUR WEDDING. Again, above and beyond would be an understatement.
Her help throughout the planning process is crucial, her presence day of is invaluable, and her work / the photos are just fabulous. We recommend Cass wholeheartedly. 1000/10. -

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cassondre! In the beginning, she was super helpful and answered all my questions before booking her. Phenomenal
As someone who’s uncomfortable taking pictures, especially in public, I was very nervous about hiring a wedding photographer. Enter Cassondre, easily one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our day. She was professional, flexible, funny, and skillfully wrangled our (needy, raucous) friends and families into picture-perfect shape.
Our wedding was in January 2022, on a frigid day (a high of 9 degrees!) with snow, ice, and awful wind. Cassondre consistently went the extra mile, trekking all over Bear Mountain State Park with us to get unique and stunning shots. Later in the evening, it began to snow and she pulled my husband and I outside for an impromptu photo shoot.
We are so happy to have found Cassondre. She made our wedding day stress-free and the photos are even better than we could’ve hope for. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. -

We are so happy with our decision to hire Cass as our wedding day photographer. She had photographed our engagement shoot, and those photos came out absolutely beautiful, so we knew we were in great hands for the day of our wedding. From the moment she and Nicole arrived on our wedding day, they both had such a calming presence and were so organized. They came prepared with a schedule and were super efficient. We got married on 11/11/22, which was the day of the major rainstorm from hurricane Nicole. Both Cass and Nicole had such a great vision and easily redirected photos to be inside the venue. Our photos came out gorgeous! They captured beautiful posed photos and some of my favorites are the candid photos they took throughout the day. Cassondre is Amazing!!!
Cassondre is an incredible photographer and such a sweet person. She is so experienced and professional, and kept our wedding running smoothly and on schedule. She made us feel comfortable and gave great direction while taking photos and knew where to place us to get the best shots. My husband is not the most photogenic or comfortable in front of a camera and she got the best pictures of him I’ve ever seen!! We are so happy we chose her to capture our special day!! We got about 25 sneak peak photos the next morning after our wedding, and they are absolutely stunning, then got the rest 1 month after the wedding which was faster than I was expecting considering September is very busy for photographers! Highly highly recommend, she is worth every penny! -

We chose Cassie based off of the photos she had done at our original wedding venue. We did engagement photos with Cassie as well and once we got those we knew we made the right decision. Our engagement photos were stunning and it made us that much more excited for the wedding photos. Our originally venue closed 6 months prior our wedding, Cassie went above and beyond and event sent me some venues to look into. We were fortunate in that i had recently gotten a job at a resort in NJ where i am a wedding coordinator. Cassie was great in keeping in touch with us through the whole process. The day of the wedding she was ready to go and took a TON of photos. We got our sneak peaks THE NEXT MORNING! They were amazing and we couldn't wait to see the rest of the photos. We got the email on our 1 month mark from the wedding saying out gallery was ready....to say we were blown away was an understatement. We are so incredibly happy with these photos. We ordered a big metal print of one, which we got this week and it's STUNNING. We also got the flash drive (so pretty) as well as the 12x12 wedding album which we also already have! Cassie was on top of everything!!! it's less than 2 month from the wedding and we have all out photos, a brig print, the flash drive and our album. Everything was so much more than we could have expected and the BEST decision we made was Cassie.

Cass is an absolute dream to work with! Not only was she fantastic on the day of the wedding, but Cass worked with us to develop a wedding day timeline that we heavily relied on when deciding all the other essentials (first look, start time of ceremony, first dance, etc). While we planned on having an outdoor ceremony in the sunshine, a last minute rainstorm had us quickly changing the plan to indoors but Cass ensured the photos were still gorgeous! She brought clear umbrellas for us to use and we ended up with the perfect photos in the rain. Our wedding day was the first time we had ever had professional photos taken and I was really worried about looking awkward but Cass' kind and encouraging approach had me feeling like the most beautiful bride. Cass was simply amazing, I booked her in 2019 and had to patiently wait as the world had other plans for 2020 (& beyond). It was worth the wait, she was great and got every shot I wanted. She also went above and beyond to get us some sneak peeks very fast. I have to start off by saying , Cassondre is an absolute dream ! After canceling our wedding twice due to the coronavirus my husband and I decided to give it one more shot . We decided to have a small intimate wedding . I was okay with a smaller wedding in a beautiful house but one thing I didn’t want to skip out on was the photographer. And boy did Cassondre come to play ! We booked her immediately after viewing her website and hearing first hand reviews from people she’s worked with in the past . I know this sounds cliche but once we saw she had mirco-wedding packages it felt like it was meant to be( that was the first time my husband and I heard the term) . Cass is amazing - professional, caring, responsive, and our wedding photos came out awesome! She was very helpful with suggestions for an engagement location and throughout our entire wedding planning process & wedding day. The hard part is now choosing which photos to print for our wedding album. Cass is very responsive to email and phone calls but for some reason does not utilize texting which is very beneficial for someone like me who cannot take personal calls during the workday. Just wanted to throw that out there. Also, the experience of booking an engagement session by needing to wait for the available dates/times to be released through a link can be anxiety-provoking. Other than those very minor critiques, our experience with Cass was wonderful and we highly recommend booking her as your photographer! -

The experience my wife Tania and I had was amazing! Neither of us have ever had photos taken professionally before so we did not know what to expect. Cassondre Mae was friendly and easy going. She was already familiar with the venue in which we had our wedding and knows many different venues and locations as well. “Magical” - the word used to describe our wedding pictures. Also stunning, perfect, breathtaking, dreamy and “most beautiful pictures ever”.
My wife and I were married on October 24, 2020 and it was the best day of our lives. I know everybody says that about their wedding, but we truly mean it. Everything was absolutely perfect and we honestly owe that to Cass. We are so incredibly grateful for her suggestion of our lovely venue, her flexibility and helpfulness with all changes due to Covid, and her pure joy in sharing in our love. She really made our wedding unforgettable and captured the most amazing, magazine-worthy shots.
We found Cassondre Mae Photography through our original venue’s IG (it was important to us that our photographer knew the grounds and best spots) and her pictures were phenomenal. We reached out, she responded quickly and we set up a call. She was so warm and lovely - she made us feel very comfortable being a gay couple (which was surprisingly hard to find). We ended up selecting the package that included an engagement session so we could get to know her and she could understand the best ways to shoot us. Our engagement shoot was SO FUN! She recommended the location, made us feel so comfortable, dealt with my MANY outfit and accessory changes, and honestly snapped gorgeous shots! Ugh we just love her!!
Flash forward to June 2020, we made the tough call to move our big wedding to 2021 and reached out to Cass to talk about our options. She was so responsive, helpful and understanding - quickly letting us know what dates she was available next year and praising our decision to move forward with a small ceremony on our original date this year. She even recommended Stagecoach (where we ended up getting married) as the perfect micro wedding venue. Looking back, it seems like fate that we found her since she brought us to The Stagecoach Inn and played such a big part in making our wedding weekend so special.
She even offered a complimentary hour if we chose to use her for our intimate ceremony this year as well - which of course we did! She is a former wedding coordinator so she’s SO ORGANIZED and even sends over a day-of schedule for you.
Day of, she arrived and got right to work! I was in the chair getting my makeup done and she was finding all of our accessories for detail shots, running around the grounds getting decor pics, and then coordinated TWO brides who didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony. Two brides, two MILs - it’s double the work and she handled it without breaking a sweat. She was grabbing all of my accessories, making sure to include all the shots we wanted. She found THE BEST LIGHT - I’m serious - I know I’m biased but these pictures are UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS. We had very limited light since our ceremony ran over but she nailed it and made sure to keep us moving to make the most of the sunlight.
She even helped us incorporate smoke bombs! (They were unpredictable and we were running wild) she still managed to get some awesome pictures amidst the chaos.
I just can't say enough good things about Cass. Our families are just as obsessed with her as we are. She's simply the best - we can’t wait to have her join us for round 2 next year and see the new magic she captures! -

I can’t even begin to express how lucky we were to have Cassondre Mae Photography for not only our engagement shoot but our wedding!
When I stumbled upon her Instagram, searching for a photographer, I immediately fell in love with the photos she had previously done and knew she had to be the one! I instantly messaged her through her website, which was beyond beautiful and detailed, where her responses were quick and helpful. We hopped on a call together and it was smooth sailing when booking our engagement shoot. She provided us with everything we needed to know beforehand and even made sure our outfits coordinated!
During our engagement shoot, she took us to the most beautiful location and that’s where the magic began. My husband and I noticed right away that she is not only so skilled in what she does, but she also just knows how to make us feel comfortable while shooting. She spoke with us as if we have been friends for years and we instantly felt so comfortable. I LOVE the way our photos came out because you can just tell that we were genuinely smiling and laughing throughout the whole shoot, instead of just forcing a smile.
After seeing the great work she did with our engagement shoot, I begged her to do our wedding, which we were so lucky she had the availability to do so!
On the actual day of the wedding she was an absolute ROCKSTAR; she took control and did what she had to do to get all of photos we wanted. She was able to not only get the perfect shot, but control the crowd to do so. I think my personal favorite thing about working with Cass is that she is literally down to do anything!
After my ceremony, she wanted to take some more intimate photos of us. Since we got married on a lake, I really wanted some photos in the row boat the property offered. I remember turning to her and asking her if we could take some photos on the lake on a boat. Her eyes lit up and immediately she said yes. I couldn’t have been more excited of how willing she was to get those photos. And they came out absolutely gorgeous! Afterwards she not only carried my veil but continued to take more fantastic photos around the property. Our photos look like they came out of a fairytale with how beautifully she took them. She was even conscientious about letting us get some food and enjoying a little bit of our cocktail hour before it ended.
When we arrived to the reception hall, she continued to amaze us by capturing all the photos we wanted and even some candids of not only ourselves but our guests too!
You could just tell that Cass LOVES what she does. She puts all of her love, passion and hard work into her photography and you can DEFINITELY see it. She always puts you first and makes sure you are happy which I think is so important! She made sure to capture all of the photos and special moments of our big day. Cass even got some sneak peak photos to us THE SAME DAY!! I can’t begin to thank her enough for all that she did for us!! Her work is incredible and anyone who is interested in such beautiful work with a wonderful, friendly, passionate person, I cannot recommend Cass enough to capture all your momentous moments in life!! -

Cassondre is the best!
When my husband and I first got engaged, I immediately began looking for photographers. One of the most important aspects of your day, and most of your tangible memories will come from your photos - so we wanted to make sure we found someone that had the style of photos we were looking for, that we could cherish forever. I found Cassondre on instagram, and immediately fell in love with her photos; they’re light and airy, but also timeless in her editing style. During our initial conversation Cass was extremely friendly, thorough, and up front. Fast forward a few months later, and COVID hit. We we were unsure about what we were going to do with our wedding moving forward, and Cass was extremely supportive and responsive throughout the entire stressful process, even offering pointers and other options if needed. We did end up having the most beautiful, intimate backyard wedding on our original date, and Cass was able to capture everything SO incredibly perfect. We had a pre wedding phone call to go over exactly what photos we wanted taken along with timeline, and she hit everything we wanted, and more - even staying ahead of schedule giving us the chance to take extra photos of just my husband and I that required some walking in the woods. Our bridal party and family all commented on how friendly, and professional she was throughout the entire day, and we’re all so obsessed with the way the photos turned out. She made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease, as photos with large groups of people can be chaotic at times. We got our final gallery back within a few weeks, and even got a sneak peak of some of her favorites the NIGHT OF the wedding! Cass was incredible!
Cassondre was an amazing addition to our small elopement. It was really important for us to have a photographer to capture everything and be able to share it with our friends and family in the future, and she went above and beyond. She woke up super early (we met up at 6:45am) to take a 45 minute long hike with us to the top of a mountain to capture our ceremony. The photos are incredible. I was so concerned because it was foggy but Cass managed to get awesome photos of the foliage and the fog creating a fairy tale like backdrop. She was super helpful, from carrying flowers, to getting my veil secured. She was really fun to have there as a part of our small group and we all loved speaking with her. She spent a lot of time conversating with me leading up to our day to form a relationship with us and know exactly what we were looking for. Working with Cass was effortless! We cannot say enough great things about her and her assistant. The attention to detail, professionalism, friendly attitude... she had it all. We're also huge with being on time and sticking to a schedule, which she did a great job of. With so many options out there, I know it's usually hard to decide, but from the moment we met her we knew this was going to be a great partnership. Throughout the process Cass was there to give us just what we needed and help keep us organized, which was awesome since we've never done this and well... she has! On the day of the wedding, she was nothing more than a hard working angel of a human. We felt like we were working with one of our friends, except better because she was actually a professional at her job. You can really tell she loves what she does and is so passionate about the couples she works with. One thing we noticed AFTER the wedding was that during the ceremony we did not notice her... yet I know she was there, but it was seriously amazing that I didn't notice where she was yet she was able to get all of the important shots. I've heard horror stories of photographers being in the way or too involved, and Cass was NEVER overbearing or aggressive. She simply put, does an immaculate job of capturing the most important moment of a couples lives. Lastly, her attention to detail has me in tears, as she remembered that my grandmothers "sign" for being near is a blue jay. During our family photo, a blue jay feather was at my feet and I noticed it, of course making me tear up...she quickly smiled at me, grabbed a photo of it, and let me catch my breath before making sure we got back to photos to stay on track lol... she was truly a magical and irreplaceable part of our wedding day and we are forever grateful to her. We met with Cassondre, and immediately fell in love with her work and knew she would be the one to capture all of our special moments! She is extremely professional and out of this world kind. I cannot recommend Cass enough! We chose her to photograph our wedding because of her impressive portfolio, but she has surpassed our expectations in every other day. Even in the middle of a global pandemic, she constantly showed professionalism, flexibly, care, and patience as we navigated the uncertainty around our wedding. Our wedding photos turned out absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to work with Cass again soon for our bigger wedding next year!
We were originally supposed to get married this summer, but due to the pandemic, we ended up postponing our reception and having a small ceremony/elopement with immediate family this summer. Early on when we still were unsure about what we would do about our summer wedding, Cass was proactive in communicating and so flexible in offering us many personalized options. She was so easy to work with as plans changed and offered helpful advice as we navigated our sudden change in plans.
On our wedding day, Cass made the portrait sessions so easy! We were both nervous about posing in front of the camera, but with Cass we felt so comfortable and had tons of fun taking our portraits. We were so impressed by how clear her direction was and how many ideas for shots she had just ready to go! She took so many beautiful pictures in a short amount of time!
During the ceremony, Cass went above and beyond and took care of the livestream from our phone for us - one less thing to worry about! We didn’t even ask her to and didn’t know she took care of it until after the ceremony when we were watching the video!
The sneak peak for our wedding photos came just a day after our wedding and our full wedding album came shortly after! Our wedding photos turned out beautifully and we are constantly getting compliments about what a good photographer we chose! Cass is not only a talented photographer, but was also so sweet and easy to work with throughout the entire process - I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! -

Picture perfect photographer
Words cannot express how impressed and fortunate we were to have Cassondre and Nicole at our wedding. From the first meeting to the last picture, they made it a point to make our day great. The best part about this is that it just came naturally. You can easily see what the final product will look like from the albums on her site, and it is obvious that the final product is spectacular. What you cannot see is the extra effort that they took to make the day perfect. From the first meeting to walking around the grounds of our venue. The tone they set throughout the day was lighthearted and fun. Who would’ve known that one minute 6 men would be ready to board a bus for one's wedding, suits on, ties tied, and the next, clothes are off for an impromptu bath picture? All taken in stride. The conversations were natural and welcomed as we took pictures with our party. At the same time, they were able to set up an intimate setting for the two of us as we took our pictures. We strongly recommend Cassondre as your wedding photographer. Not just for the pictures, but for the experience. In the end, we considered Cassondre and Nicole our guests. My husband and I got married this past November and Cass was our photographer. Not only are her pictures BEAUTIFUL, she is amazing, talented and thoughtful. Starting the process of booking wedding vendors, the photographer was first on my list. I really wanted to find someone who I could share our very specific vision and have them run with it, Cassondre did exactly that. She was so fantastic to work with, so professional and made us both feel so comfortable. She went out of her way and scouted out special spots near our venue that we had no idea was even there, and the end result really blew us all away. Perfect Photographer
Cassondre was hands down our favorite wedding vendor! It‘s going to be really hard to write this review without writing a whole book about her. Our first contact with Cassie was through email, where she demonstrated how attentive and professional she is. She responded to my emails so quickly and gave very descriptive and engaging responses. You wouldn’t believe how many vendors I encountered that took days to respond, so she was definitely a breath of fresh air from the very beginning! We also wanted to meet with her in person before hiring her, but it was a little hard coordinating with my husband’s schedule, and Cassie was so kind and flexible enough to do a video chat. We were immediately sold within minutes of talking to her. She just made us feel so comfortable, and her passion for photography really excited us.
Fast forward to our engagement shoot, which we
did a few months before the wedding. This was our actual first time physically meeting Cassie in person and also our first time taking professional pictures together. We felt like we were not photogenic, and we were just extremely nervous about the whole process. Cassie made us feel so comfortable at the engagement shoot, and our pictures came out absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend doing an engagement shoot with your photographer before your wedding day so you can get comfortable being in front of the camera.
Now, for the wedding day, I think it’s safe to say most brides are nervous and just want everything to go right. For all my other vendors, I printed out wedding day notes of reminders for them in order to make sure everything was executed the way we discussed and went smoothly EXCEPT for Cassie. She literally demonstrated time and time again how on top of her game she was, and I was so comfortable with her that I didn’t feel the need to remind her of anything. My husband and I wholeheartedly trusted her, and we just knew she wasn’t going to disappoint us. During our final meeting, she made a personalized timeline for our wedding day and answered all my questions before I even asked them.
Cassie demonstrated her true professionalism when our guests were trying to deviate from the schedule. During our portrait session, which was set to be held during cocktail hour, we had a lot of guests requesting pictures that weren’t part of the timeline. She was so patient, professional and accommodating of my crazy family. She was able to squeeze some unexpected portraits in and then also allotted some extra time during reception for more portraits.
Cassie went above and beyond our expectations, as if we thought that was even possible. Not only is her work product just simply beautiful and perfect, but she is amazing to work with. She’s so considerate, honest, caring, hardworking, organized, passionate...I can literally go on and on about her. I truly can’t express enough how happy I am with the experience we had with her.
Our wedding gallery came fast, and we also got some sneak peeks along the way. She posted a few pictures on social media a couple days after the wedding, and then soon after we got back from our honeymoon, she did a beautiful blog post with more sneak peeks! She definitely stayed true to the deadlines she gave us, but more importantly, the gallery was perfect! We loved every single picture and moment that she captured, and 90% of the time, we didn’t even know she was there snapping away. We received so many pictures of the whole night that we were able to personalize our thank you cards by giving each guest a picture of themself, whether it was a portrait or a candid picture on the dance floor!
I also want to credit Cassie’s second shooter, Alicia, who got some really nice pictures of my husband and his guys getting ready before the ceremony! Being able to look back on those moments is incredible. Alicia and Cassie were such a great duo. At one point, they realized I was sinking in the grass with my heels, and they went to get my second pair of shoes for me to change into while doing portraits so I could be more comfortable.
I really can’t say enough about Cassie and how happy we are with her and her work! In the several months of working with her, we never got the sense that she was just there to do her job. It was as if she was our friend who was truly happy and excited for us taking photos. Going forward, my husband and I will only use Cassondre Mae Photography for our professional photography. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and check her out! You will not be disappointed! Cassie perfectly captured the best day of our lives, and we will be forever grateful! We will always sing her praises and continue to recommend her.
