Loved my wedding tiara so much!
Our wedding was at the beach, so the nautical themed tiara fit perfectly. I ended up having an amazing time playing dress-up for the day and loved my final look! Cassandra is an absolute jewel herself! She brought my bridal jewelry visions to life like no one else could have! She was quick to respond, more than patient with all of my messages throughout the custom design process, very well priced, and left me completely ahhh-struck when the finished products arrived. I was looking to order a veil online that wouldn't break the bank and came across Cassandra Lynne's shop. She has a variety of styles, lengths, and a return policy that is far more generous than anywhere else I've seen. I contacted her ahead of time with questions and she responded very promptly and professionally making the process a breeze. I ordered a couple of styles and they shipped within the timeline she gave me. The veils were great quality and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! Returning the other style was easy and my refund came through not long after. I was also able to email her pictures of my dress to get her recommendations on which lace might match best - and we were able to order the perfect veil on the first try! I ordered a Bird cage veil from Cassandra Lynne. She made my whole order process very smooth and easy. And she was very patient with my needs. I changed my item a couple of times because I was so unsure. Its way more challenging site unseen. She ended up custom making my veil with a beautiful pearl rhinestone comb I purchased with it. She only had a few days to make it and ship it out on time for my wedding day. She assured me she could do it, and she did.
Now about the birdcage veil she made for me. How beautiful and perfect! The size was excellent, the color (ivory) was right on, and the pearl, rhinestone comb I purchased with it was stunning and beautiful!
I was so worried until I saw it. I was unfamiliar with birdcage veils, but I knew that was the look I was going for with my dress. And it was absolutely the look I got! Thank you so very much!! I purchased all of my bridesmaids hair pieces from Cassandra and a matching tiara for me with matching head band for my maid of honor. I was thoroughly happy with all of the hair piece and with how quickly she answered my questions along with the swift delivery of everything that I ordered. Quick and beautiful custom hair piece!
Cassandra made me a beautiful custom hair piece for my wedding by utilizing pieces of my mom's veil. It is such a special piece for me, and Cassandra made the experience so easy. I felt super involved as she sent me design sketches and was very respectful of how she took parts from my mom's veil while still leaving the main veil intact. Plus so affordable and quick! I recently got married and all of my jewelry was purchased from Cassandra. All of my pieces came quickly and they all sparkled as if they were real diamonds. It can be very difficult to find high quality costume jewelry but look no further Cassandra Lynne is the best! I had a question about one of my pieces and she emailed me back promptly. She not only has excellent taste but is extremely professional and assertive. I purchased the "DELICATE WEDDING CLIP HEADBAND OF FLOWERS AND TEARDROP CRYSTALS" and the "MARQUISE WISPY VINE BRIDAL EARRINGS". I was so happy to find the clip. Regular headbands always give me headaches from pressing on my temples, and so I scoured the internet for a long clip that would look like a headband. I couldn't find anything until I finally stumbled upon the cassandra lynne website. I loved how there were so many unique options to choose from. I was a bit worried about how the clip would stay in my hair, but the hairstylist I go to was easily able to secure it using the bobby pin loop on the end. That was really important to me because I wanted an ivory veil, but I've seen some (even expensive ones) that looked more yellow and dingy rather than ivory.
My customer service experience was great, too. I emailed the company through the address provided on the website and I got immediate and constant answers to all my questions long before I ever placed an order.
Oh, and they told me that almost ALL of their veils are customizeable, so if you find a finish you want that is too short/long, you can likely change the length to get exactly what you want.
