We had the most amazing experience at Casi Cielo Vineyards! From the day we booked, Jaclyn went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect and exactly what we wanted. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Our guests haven't stopped complimenting how beautiful everything looked.
Jaclyn was incredible to work with. She was so responsive, detail-oriented, and made wedding planning feel easy. Casi Cielo's wedding packages include almost everything you could ever need and at such a great value. Jaclyn and the day of coordinator Jenn made sure our day went as planned, seamlessly. They handled it all! All of the preferred vendors were also amazing to work with.
Everything came together perfectly and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Our wedding day so special and memorable because of Casi Cielo, Jaclyn, and her team. Highly recommend booking Casi Cielo Vineyards for your wedding!! -

We just had our wedding at Casi Cielo and all I can do is keep telling everyone how excellent everything was. Jaclyn was the reason we chose the venue. When searching for a venue we went through a few different ones. We had the cookie cutter venues then the venues who didn't feel organized enough. When we met with Jaclyn we were so comforted and just felt at ease. She answered all of our questions and knew everything we could possibly think of. The planning process was a breeze. She answered efficiently and quickly whenever I sent her an email or had any inquires. The week before we got a little rain scare and she was texting me every couple hours to keep me at ease and telling me all of the contingency plans. Fast forward to the day of and having her and the day of coordinator made our day. I cannot say it enough. Day of they had their sh*t together. Everything was perfect. We ended up getting a little sprinkle day of and Jaclyn, her husband and the coordinator kicked it into high gear and did everything possible to minimize the water and keep everything how it should. We got extremely lucky and it really only rained during the cocktail hour but they put up easy-ups where needed and just made the decisions that needed to be made to keep everyone comfortable. Our guests are still talking to us and telling us how excellent everything was. I highly recommend everyone look at Casi Cielo and consider it for their day. Jaclyn and the team she has organized are the reason we are still getting teary eyed about our big day. -

Casi Cielo Vineyards stands out as the premier wedding venue in Ventura County. From the moment my husband and I laid eyes on it, we were in love. I had always dreamt of a naturally stunning outdoor wedding, while my husband sought an intimate setting – Casi Cielo delivered on all fronts. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the venue is shielded from traffic noise and prying eyes, surrounded by picturesque mountains and fields – truly ideal.
What set Casi Cielo apart for us was the proximity of its spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Each area had its own distinct charm and was thoughtfully designed. Jaclyn and her husband crafted a warm, unforgettable atmosphere, and we felt truly privileged to celebrate our special day here. Jaclyn was consistently responsive, providing clarity whenever we had questions, and ensuring that we felt special.
In the lead-up to our wedding, storms and rain threatened our plans, prompting considerations for tenting. Jaclyn worked seamlessly with us to explore options. Thankfully, luck was on our side, and we enjoyed a flawless, rain-free day without the need for a tent. We also appreciated the convenience of their designated caterer, DJs Catering (remarkable team and food), the bridal suite, diverse choices for linens and napkins, optional gorgeous glassware, the table options, the stylish space heaters, and the surprisingly upscale portapotties. Again, design is truly at the forefront at Casi Cielo.
As the title suggests, Casi Cielo is a hidden gem that guarantees no regrets for your wedding day. Our love for it was shared by our guests, and it became the perfect beginning to our marriage!

Casi Cielo Vineyards made our dream wedding possible! They are reasonably priced considering they take on the majority of the burden of wedding planning on for you as a bride. They thought through every detail and communicated so clearly that I was able to acctually enjoy my engagement season, not being as overwhelmed as I expected to be. The only vendors I needed were a baker (and I run a baking buisness @joy_inthebaking), a hair/makeup artist (and my sister is a talented one @emmagraceandbeauty), a photographer/videographer, a florist, and a officiant. It is a GORGEOUS venue on its own, so we were able to stay close to our budget with limited decorations, mostly greenery/florals. The venue feels so intimate and is laid out in such a smart way to make each space (ceremony/cocktail/reception) feel so different, yet flow together smoothly. Our guests were all very impressed with the space and how perfect the day was! (Note: So many beautiful things are included in their pricing! Most venues intentionally have cheesy or cheap default options included so you are more obligated to pay an up-charge, but Casi Cielo already provides beautiful default options for chairs/tables/place settings/etc, although you can upgrade even further if you would like.) There are so many beautiful little places around the venue to take sunset photos as a couple as well with various backgrounds, which made for some extra beautiful pictures! The DJ/MC included with the venue did an amazing job, as did the catering team at DJ’s California Catering. My parents were even able to relax and enjoy the big day, as the Casi Cielo planner (Jaclyn) and crew did such an amazing job taking care of ALL the day-of things, even loading up decorations into their cars to take home. Simply perfect. Highly reccomend for your big day!

You Can Stop Looking Now….
I couldn’t ever say enough about Casi Cielo, Jaclyn and her team. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them a few times & they have always superseded expectations by far.
First off, Jaclyn treats you as a HUMAN and not a transaction or business deal. That is what drew me to them to start.
The venue is beyond words and truly a hidden gem in Camarillo. I was worried during the entire process about what I was missing and how I would remember everything… but I never actually had to. Jaclyn and her team had it on LOCK and ensured (over our meetings) that every detail was covered. They even helped me find other vendors and answered any silly question I may have. The level of comfortability is what I believe every bride would wish it to be. The day of was executed FLAWLESSLY - and I’ll guarantee you will have fun in the process here. You really can’t go wrong.
I’ll certainly be using them at my next wedding 🤣🤣. -

I cannot say enough good things about Casi Cielo. It was pure magic. Our whole wedding was absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony and reception there. Our guests said the food and wine was the best wedding food they have ever had and the service was incredible. The location and grounds could not have set a more perfect scene for our wedding. -

We just got married at Casi Cielo Vineyard on 7/22/22. We visited 3 other venues before Casi Cielo & immediately fell in love with it. The owner, Jaclyn, & her team of coordinators & staff are so friendly, professional, & know what they are doing. Our wedding ran so smoothly & it’s because of them. Our guests had such a great time & kept telling us how gorgeous the venue was & how much they loved it, too! The catering company Casi Cielo requires for their venue are spectacular! All of our guests kept telling us how delicious the food was; their staff were also so friendly & professional. We had the most perfect day at the most perfect venue! You cannot beat the price of this venue & how many things are included the price (napkins, linens, DJ, wine/water/champagne glasses, tables, chairs, & so much more). This place is truly a gem! My husband & I want to rent out Casi Cielo again for one of our future anniversaries. Thank you for everything Jaclyn!! -

We were married five months ago and we are still getting compliments from friends and family. When my sister was forced to cancel her destination wedding only 3 months out due to covid, we worried that it would be impossible to find a local venue that would have availability, and that would even give us the time of day for a small, socially distant wedding. We were so lucky that in our search, one of the venues we reached out to recommended Casi Cielo and let us know that they were new so they might have some availability. We were a little hesitant at first since it was a new venue, but we soon learned that though the venue was new, the owners were not new to the wedding business.
The site is breathtaking and is all-inclusive-- no need to rent generators, restrooms, lights, flatware, high-end decorations, everything was part of the package. The bridal suite was thoughtfully set up for hair and makeup, and offered us an air-conditioned space to retreat to between photo ops. The owner, Jaclyn, doubles as a coordinator and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at all times, which allowed my sister and our family to relax and take in the beautiful moments. The location is large, but still felt intimate for our party of 30 guests. While there is no access to the house, it is gorgeous to admire from the outisde and serves as a lovely backdrop for pictures. Even the portable restrooms are high end with multiple stalls and were large enough to help my sister in and out of her princess-style dress as needed. The vinyards completed the location by providing photo opportunities and the most beautiful sunset shots.
The pricing was almost too good to be true. My sister feared not having a wedding at all since they'd lost many deposits on their original wedding plans and would essentially be paying for two weddings, but the pricing at Casi Cielo was beyond reasonable, especially when considering how much is included. My sister and brother-in-law were able to further customize their wedding budget to their needs. While there was no DJ, the location offered space for their live band, and for later in the night, they offered a PA system for a pre-mixed playlist.
Our entire family is incredibly grateful that we were referred to Casi Cielo. The small husband and wife business makes the experience feel personal. They were also very considerate of ensuring that covid safety measures were observed, including socially distant sitting both at the ceremony and reception. Casi Cielo is not a wedding mill, they really do care about your experience and will check in to make sure everything is perfect. Your wedding is special, and they do everything to make you feel that way. -

Dream Team!
Our original wedding plans were sorely interrupted by COVID 19 and we had to quickly replan a local wedding! My sister recommended we reach out to Jaclyn and made the first introduction.
We cannot describe how grateful we are for finding Jaclyn and her family at Casi Cielo Vineyards. With her wonderful list of vendors, helpful tips, years of experience, and overall calm and professional demeanor, Jaclyn made this the most pleasant experience. Connecting us with other vendors and willingness to help out in every way was a key component in finalizing every detail. With the potential of COVID 19 impacting our plans once more, Jaclyn reassured us with safety measures put in place and answering every one of our questions. On the day of our wedding, she brought our intimate wedding dreams to life, wonderfully capturing the rustic and romantic celebration we wanted. Acting as our Day of Coordinator, Jaclyn made sure every special moment ran smoothly and we were able to simply enjoy our wedding day! -

So appreciative for Jaclyn and Casi Cielo
When my wedding fell apart due to Covid related issues at an all-inclusive venue up north, I had five days to find a venue and all the vendors necessary to put the pieces back together. After calling multiple different venues in the area, someone recommended I try Casi Cielo. That’s when I met Jaclyn and she helped me put everything back together. She gave me a list of vendors who were ALL amazing and came through for me with a few days to spare. Jaclyn’s whole family, including her kids and husband worked so hard the day of my wedding to make sure it was beautiful. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for them all. -

I am still in love with my flowers. I worked with Jaclyn exclusively via email and it was just so easy. I described my floral style as "wildflower" explosion and thats just what she did. We had a little back a forth about any particular flowers I liked or didn't. On the day, her team delivered the bouquets to our hotel and also set up at our separate venue. I would hire her 1000 times over and wish she could just do all bouquets I ever receive. -

Flawless services!
We worked with them on my Brother's Wedding. Casi Cielo provided the rentals (tables, chairs, linens) and the Flowers. They did an amazing job. They were right on time and worked with me that day. It was super stress free, they were also within budget. I highly recommend them for your Wedding too! -

For me personally, flowers was MY TOP priority and the aspect that I always felt "made" the wedding and gave it the overall essence & look and feel. We could not be happier with how our wedding florals were executed. It was an absolute dream! The arrangements were full and beautifully structured, and she even included peonies in my bouquet (flowers that I know are difficult to get in August!). In addition to that, she recommended and included other gorgeous & unique flowers that I had never heard of but totally complemented the look that I was going for. The floral arrangements & set-up were flawless and what I've always picked my dream wedding to look like.
Not only was it gorgeous, but working with Jaclyn was so effortless & so easy! She is extremely responsive and understands your vision & works with you on achieving that.
Lastly, I couldn't believe how competitively priced this florist was. For an event such as a wedding, flowers can definitely be "up there". I think Casi Cieo delivers superb quality for a very reasonable rate as well.
You won't regret working with this florist!

She was so patient with all my emails and was responded so quickly. I found her through looking at Instagram accounts and fell in love with how beautiful her designs were. I created a Pinterest account to show her what I was looking for and she put together a proposal for me. I made a lot of changes over 7 months and the end product was unbelievable. Her crew delivered some of our flowers to the hotel which was amazing and then had everything set up for us at our venue. When we received our flowers at the hotel I was in awe with how perfect they were. When we got to the venue I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flowers were, they were beyond my expectations and when I look back at our photos I still can’t believe how perfect everything was. Her design truly brought me to tears. I can’t recommend Casi Cielo Weddings enough and know that I will use them for future events.

She worked with it and brought my vision to life. My bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces exceeded my expectations. Jaclyn is easy to work with, responsive, and extremely helpful. Her personality and mine totally worked out and she took care of everything so I didn't even have to think twice. We were right on schedule all night which was really important to me. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. We got so many compliments on them. She is very professional and we communicated a ton before the wedding and it was so easy. It was really nice to have a one stop shop for things. I would HIGHLY recommend her! -

Lacey Sent on 04/21/2016Jaclyn made our day work. Truly. For the first time in over 40 years it rained in Santa Paula on April 9th. Jaclyn helped us secure some of the last tents in Santa Paula. We hired her for floral arrangements and lighting. Our wedding was in a backyard at an avocado orchard and it looked like magic. It was stunning in every single way. And then to get us last minute tents? It was amazing and it truly wouldn't have worked without her help. She is best to reach through email and she is so, so chill. Jaclyn takes what you asks for, offers her own amazing advice and then gives you the best version of what you imagined. The rates here are totally reasonable too. Because of that we also hired for the rehearsal dinner. If there is any question of who you should pick, Casi Cielo is the place to go. -

Kristin Sent on 06/06/2018This review is solely for Jaclyn Carrillo, the Gerry Ranch owner's daughter and owner of Casi Cielo. The Gerry Ranch owner's need to reevaluate who is in charge of their property for weddings. My own wedding planner/coordinator tried to sort some things out about our Gold Chargers & our heaters that we rented with her rental company because we wanted to get a receipt for the heaters, which was never given to us & Jaclyn charged us without any credit card authorization form, which she had always done prior with every other charge she made with us, but she made an unauthorized credit card charge without even telling us, and wanted to ask for a refund. I noticed the day of the wedding the 148 chargers we rented were all cheap, scratched up with black marks, and looked old. I told my planner Tricia and the coordinator day of Krista the situation and we had photographic proof of the chargers. I was disappointed since when I had seen their rentals at the Gerry Ranch Showcase on 4/9/17 and the Casi Cielo Event & Flower's open house on 4/2/17 - the chargers that were available to rent for the tables was gold, silver, & a rustic charger - they all looked in perfect condition & looked like they were same material on both sides. So my planner emailed Jaclyn in a professional manner to get this sorted out, & when Jaclyn replied back - it was very unprofessional and rude. She basically got super defensive & aggressive about everything and told my coordinator that she wasn't allowed to have an event at Gerry Ranch again and to not contact her again. Jaclyn said I must've been confused about the chargers I must've been confused because they haven't had a showcase since 2015. I don't recommend having your wedding at Gerry Ranch with Jaclyn in charge because her unprofessionalism.
