Amazing and magical!
Our wedding day couldn’t have been as amazing as it was anywhere else! The venue is gorgeous and absolutely perfect, but Sarah and her crew are really the ones who made our day so special! From planning to everything involved on the day of, they were awesome to work with and made our day magical! -

My daughter’s wedding was beautiful! The venue is beautiful. Kelsi did such a great job planning and organizing everything. We loved working with her. The florist did an amazing job. The bouquets and table arrangements were just how we envisioned them. The food was fantastic. We served brick oven pizza and they were a crowd favorite!
I would highly recommend Cascade Springs to anyone looking for a wedding venue. The cost of using their venue is reasonably priced. They also provide a list of vendors. -

Our experience with this venue was perfect. The staff do an amazing job keeping it beautiful. From our first tour of the venue to our wedding day, the communication with the owner, Sarah, and our coordinator, Kristina, was great. They stayed on top of things and were in constant touch with us making sure our day would be everything we wanted. And it was. I couldn't have asked for anything to have been better. We chose to serve the food the venue cooked, and it was all very good. The decor was all beautiful and our coordinator did an amazing job helping us make decisions on everything. Our ceremony site was the greenhouse and we are so happy we went with it. Our guests were highly impressed with how beautiful and perfect our day was, all thanks to everyone at Cascata Springs. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It is such a special place to us. -

Exceptional all around!
I seriously can't say enough positive things about Cascata Springs. Sarah and her team were exceptional all around and really made sure our experience was top of the line. Everything from the planning, to the food, designing, and the help I received from Mallory, my coordinator, was literally everything. They were very professional, flexible, and did everything they could to bring the vision of our special day to life! Not only that, it was basically a one-stop-shop and they had a variety of approved vendors to choose from and it was all added to the overall cost so we only had to make one payment rather than 20, which was such a huge help, as well. Cascata Springs is an absolutely stunning wedding venue. The lake, waterfall, bridges, and gardens create a fairytale backdrop, and the Sunset Lanai is perfect for both ceremonies and receptions. The on-site bridal suite and groom’s quarters are beautiful and make the day feel relaxed and convenient. The staff is attentive, professional, and helpful

The best!!!!
Cascata Springs is such a beautiful venue! I couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding. The fact that I could use them for everything was so convenient. What I mean by that is, they took care of the food, flowers, decor - literally everything! They even offered breakfast meals while getting ready, snacks throughout the day and late night snacks for when people were still dancing and maybe got a little hungry again. The owner, Sarah, was so nice and so easy to work with. The coordinator, Mallory, was the best! She took care of literally everything and made sure it was all perfect and exactly how I imagined it. Everything we ever wanted!
Just had our wedding at Cascata Springs in October and it was everything we could’ve ever dreamed of! My coordinator, Mallory, and her assistant, Kaylin, we’re super helpful, attentive, understanding, and truly listened to our vision and brought it all to life! They helped me especially feel calm and supported throughout the entire process and on the wedding day they made sure everything ran smoothly, looked beautiful, and that we truly got to experience every part of the day 🥹 - I can’t say enough about their amazing work! The team at Cascata Springs were incredible during our planning, and Chef Steve absolutely delivered with the food and the style we chose for our guests - they loved everything from flavors, accommodation for different dietary needs, and the best part, late night brick oven pizzas 🥳 The fireworks were an added bonus and it did not disappoint. Overall, this venue was absolutely everything we wanted and then some, and we are so glad we chose them as our venue for our most memorable day ever 💛 -

Cascata Springs is an amazingly beautiful venue. The place itself will make you feel like you are in your own personal palace. The personnel at Cascata Springs is also what makes this place so special. They are so willing to make sure your day is stress free, and just the way you had visioned. I cannot recommend this place enough. Especially if you are wanting out of the busy traffic of those urban areas. It is an amazing place with even better personnel. So happy that I chose Cascata Springs be my wedding venue. The staff were 100% professional. I booked a year in advance and I never went without answers to my questions. My coordinator was very much on top of all of the planning and ensuring that our day was perfect! I did not have to worry about finding catering, cake, flowers, decorations, Dj, photographer etc. because they handled ALL OF IT! I sat down with my coordinator and basically showed her my dream Pinterest board and they made it happen.
I was so confident in the planning process that we decided to forgo a rehearsal dinner, though I’m sure if we had, it would have turned out perfectly too!
I also really liked that we were able to stay at the venue the night of the wedding in the bridal suite (which is perfect for all the girls to get ready in…I can only hope to have a bathroom like that) they have upstairs! It was convenient to not have to worry about getting home after a night of funCascata Springs's reply:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well decorated. It was absolutely gorgeous with the views and decorations. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped make our day so easy and stress free!
My wedding planner was Kim! She was prompt, timely, organized, and answered any questions I had immediately. She was amazing the entire time!
Her assistant Hayden was right beside her helping out whenever needed and the groomsmen loved him!
The rest of the staff Nicole, Melon, and Kassie were so amazing to us the entire time. It was super hot outside and I’m just so grateful to have had them there to run around and get things done that needed done!
Chef Stevens food was AMAZING. Everyone was so complimentary of our dinner and was running back for seconds!
Thank you to our bartender Rhye! He kept everything organized and clean while being very efficient with his job!
And my DJ, Gerard was stellar! He also made sure to answer any of my questions and listened to all of our requests during the reception.
All in all, I am so pleased with how our wedding turned out. Sarah and Kim have such creative and beautiful visions when it comes to decorating and making sure the place is beautiful. I am so grateful for our experience and highly recommend!Cascata Springs's reply:

Baby Shower

A hidden treasure!
There are not enough words to summarize the quality of time, effort, care, and experience that Sarah and her staff have put into making Cascata Springs one of the best new venues across Tennessee.
The venue is uniquely Italian inspired, giving so many options when it comes to creating the vision you have in mind for your wedding day. As a wedding photographer who goes to many venues, this is one of the very best in terms of service and value.

Cascata Springs is the most beautiful venue! There are so many amazing spots to have the ceremony. The beautiful waterfall, huge tree that can be decorated (picture below), or even in the “Sunset Lanai.” Every wedding is so perfect here!!Cascata Springs's reply:

We had our wedding in May 2022. We chose this venue for its location in middle Tennessee without the "Nashville" pricing. Additionally, we chose the venue for the "all inclusive" aspect that would allow us to have a much easier planning process that having to individually find vendors ourselves. From the beginning we received clear communication from our coordinator Mallory. She would ask for my "vision" of the day and from there would do all of the coordination to ensure that the floral, cake, decor, etc. would be perfect. She would even set up "mock" decor and send me pictures to ensure it was what I wanted. Her response time was great if I had any questions. The vendors chosen for us were phenomenal and met every vision we had. The catering, which is the only caterer available for weddings, had a very large menu to pick from. The food was AMAZING and my only regret was not getting to have an appetizer we picked because they were gone by the time we were done with sunset photos. The space to get ready for the bridal party is perfect and had plenty of space for my 5 bridesmaids, my mom, and me. I do believe they could use clearer instructions/ markings on where to park. The venue can be difficult to find. On the day of the wedding my bridal party did get stressed as they locked the door after the ceremony started and they had to ensure all of our stuff was not locked inside. On the day of the wedding, I had clear communication from Mallory and she was ready to help me with whatever was needed. Probably one of my biggest suggestions would be to not have guests carry their own chairs from the ceremony site to the reception area. I would have gladly paid more money than to have my grandparents, etc. carry their own chairs. I do believe there was a large miscommunication between the vendor and our DJ as to when the reception was over. The DJ did a last call 30 minutes before it was needed and it took my husband giving him $100 to continue rather than the DJ checking with the vendor on when exactly they were supposed to be done. The DJ was very apologetic but it was a miscommunication that should have never happened as it was really confusing to me and the guests. While my husband and me were getting our sunset pictures done, it seemed our guests were getting bored waiting on us. I believe the overall layout of the events could have been slightly altered to ensure there wasn't much "downtime" for the guests to be waiting. It was after dinner that we did the speeches and firsts dances, and I wish we had done them prior or during dinner to ensure that they would be done before our grandparents or older guests wanted to leave. Overall, the wedding was amazing and other than small details that could easily be fixed, the wedding was perfect to us from the decor, food, and venue. I would gladly recommend Mallory and Cascata Springs to any bride and groom looking for a small town venue with a "Nashville" feel without the Nashville pricing.Cascata Springs's reply:

My husband and I had a horrible experience with the owner of this venue. Long story short, the last straw was when we had an appt. with her to finalize every single detail of our special day. She kept rescheduling and then told us a week before our wedding that her husbands football game and having friends over was more important than our special day. I called her and she NEVER CALLED ME BACK A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING DAY. I will NEVER recommend this venue to anyone. She was extremely disorganized and unresponsive. We ended up losing our deposit and walking away a week before our wedding and getting married at another destination. I was so stressed out due to her behavior. Getting married during COVID was already stressful enough. We didn't need the extra stress from Sarah Richardson. Honestly this is the worst experience I've EVER had with a small business and/or venue. She was extremely unprofessional and every time I would ask her for something she would "forget".
