We could not be happier to have booked Casas de Suenos to be our wedding ceremony and reception venue! LeeAnn, the owner, gave us a remarkable amount of attention throughout the planning process. Without her help, our wedding would have been far more stressful. Casas is gorgeous and we were also incredibly happy with our room, complete with hot tub. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything turned out and we had several people tell us after the fact that they interacted with LeeAnn and were impressed with how well she coordinated everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love LeeAnn, the owner. She was AMAZING. The staff is friendly and always keeping the premises clean. This place is beautiful and would recommend it anytime.

We loved using the Casas de Suenos reception hall for our reception. Everyone we worked with was warm and considerate, even offering additional assistance when needed unexpectedly. LeeAnn and her crew are absolutely on point. We and our guests had a great time there. We'd absolutely use them again!

LeeAnn and her staff were INCREDIBLE!! From the moment I chose them as the venue LeeAnn was attentive, always promptly answered my questions and ensured that our wedding day went beautifully and smoothly! I'm so grateful for her. Aside from her excellence in service the venue was gorgeous. we were married in the garden area and had our reception in the hall, which has a stellar layout. perfect private area away from main entrance doors for the gift table. They also provide SO much to the vendors to assist with their work as well. Wonderful, affordable venue!

Wow! We couldn't have dreamt up a better location for our wedding ceremony and reception. The services that were provided far exceeded all expectations. LeeAnn helped us to plan our wedding day and it went off without a hitch! LeeAnn and Blair directed our rehearsal, which was instrumental in making the day of the best ever, and were present and attentive on the day of the wedding. After speaking with our other vendors, they were very pleased with how well LeeAnn communicated with them and it made my day worry and stress free. We stayed in the secret garden casita the night of the wedding and loved it. The hot tub in the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was DELICIOUS. We can't wait to return and recommend Casas de Suenos to our friends, family and those who read this review!

LeeAnn and her team at Casas de Suenos were fantastic! The venue was beautiful and an incredible value for everything that we received! They went out of their way to make my daughter's wedding run smoothly and alleviate any stress or worries that could come our way that day. We were free to simply enjoy the day and the beauty of the event! I would recommend them anytime for any event or just for a wonderful B & B for a getaway weekend!

We simply cannot say enough about the outstanding quality of our wedding venue, Casas de Suenos, and their amazing staff led by LeeAnn. To start, the garden is absolutely stunning. The central gazebo area is beautiful, and perfect for a wedding couple, the wedding party, and their officiant. The backdrop itself is totally picturesque, and with several tucked-away gardens that boast a lovely bamboo area, lots of wisteria, and of course the New Mexico-favorite, ristras. Casas de Suenos is the perfect place to host a large wedding while still allowing the privacy of an intimate floral setting. A celebration hall is available, but we chose not to use it; the Spring weather was too good to stay inside! The casitas themselves were just right for a two-to-three day stay. Quaint, cozy, private, and close to the downtown area make them perfect for a wedding couple that chooses not to travel away on wedding night. The staff is headed by LeeAnn, and they are such a dream team. Our wedding was coordinated from across three states and two time zones, but LeeAnn was so knowledgeable and patient that our wedding came together perfectly. She recommended high-quality wedding-related services that proved to be worth every penny. LeeAnn also had the foresight to make suggestions that helped keep unforeseen issues from ever arising. Again, we cannot recommend Casas de Suenos enough. Call LeeAnn, set an appointment, and visit. You will not be disappointed!

LeeAnn is extremely professional and was there during my wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. The garden and the grounds of Casas de Suenos are absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly the place that I pictured getting married, and there are several options for how to set up the aisle, so you can personalize it. The reception hall is a very nice place as well. We had about 120 guests and there was plenty of room. I think there are many weddings that take place here so be sure to book it far in advance, especially if you plan to marry in June. I highly recommend this place if you want a beautiful outdoor wedding!

I owe my prefect day to this venue. .my wedding was beatuful. It's been weeks and I still have people complimenting how perfect and story book it was. LEANN made every effort to make it special and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be Happier and wish I could relive it all over again.

I thought Casa de Suenos was the perfect venue for our wedding! Their garden and gazebo is absolutely gorgeous in June and I saved a lot of money on ceremony decorations because the garden is more than enough! We did the reception in the banquet hall which was perfect as well. The walls are white and the tiles on the floor are a neutral color. Every other venue we looked at had crazy colors and carpet in their reception hall. I was able to envision everything much easier without the distraction of maroon walls. We were able to use our own caterer, which I loved! Hotel catering is all the same food and it's too pricey. We were able to make our wedding just the way we wanted it, and I think that's how any venue should be. LeAnn was amazing as well. She was very helpful and made many great suggestions. It's located in Old Town so the atmosphere was perfect for what we wanted as well. Such an amazing experience and I'm telling all my friends that are getting married to check it out!

Casa de Suenos has an absolutely beautiful courtyard and gazebo for a garden wedding. We are using the reception hall because of the time of year (Oct- too chilly at night) and cost (must cheaper than a garden reception). Tip: Move your wedding to a Sunday for a substantial discount! LeeAnn is awesome! Very accommodating! They are located near historic Old Town, exciting for out of towners! We are able to do our own catering which will also save us a ton! This is really a great deal, I had no idea a place this beautiful could be so affordable!

We had our wedding at Casas de Suenos and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and perfect for an outdoor wedding - it's a great backdrop for the photos as well. LeeAnn and her staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We (and multiple guests) stayed at Casas de Suenos as well, the rooms are so unique and quaint. The breakfast is delicious and made to order. Thank you LeeAnn!!!

Casas de Suenos was a great venue for our wedding and reception! About half of our guests came from out of state and were able to stay on site. It is walking distance to several restaurants, shops and cafes so it was easy for our guests to explore. We opted to do the ceremony and reception outside in the gardens, which is beautiful with all of the twinkle lights. We happened to have a freak rain storm during the wedding, and LeeAnn and staff were fantastic. They had large plastic sheets to cover the tables and chairs with, and when it rained during the ceremony, they changed out all of the linens and wiped down all of the chairs during cocktail hour so that everything was neat and dry for dinner. With all of the unexpected rain, one of our guest's rooms had a leak in the ceiling, and LeeAnn and staff absolutely bent over backwards to fix the situation, even offering to put my guests up at another hotel because the rest of the rooms on site were booked. Our guests decided to stay on site anyways to be close to the action, and felt super taken care of. The customer service the entire weekend was superb. Being a super Type A bride, and an event planner professionally, there were a few times in the planning process where it was a little tough to get in touch with LeeAnn, but I shouldn't have worried -- she was more on top of our details than I was! We also live in Las Cruces and were not familiar with vendors in Albuquerque. LeeAnn provided a list of suggested vendors for us and we went with several of her options. We felt like Casas de Suenos was a great fit for us -- both for our budget and for the style of wedding we were looking for. We also felt like it was a great value -- we didn't have to worry about receiving/directing vendors day of, which took a ton of stress off of us! The venue was also very inclusive, with tables, chairs, linen, bar, etc., so it cut down on additional rental costs. Would definitely recommend.

The Secret Garden suite comes with your contract as a newly married couple. The jacuzzi ended up broken - when we turned it on the water spewed out onto the wall and floor and flooded the room. A late night call to the front desk brought none other than the husband/co-owner to our door with a mop! We had not eaten much at the reception so he brought us some fruit salad and yoplait as a snack. Luckily, we weren't wanting the jacuzzi to sit in as much as we wanted to sleep from an exhausting day or this would have upset us. The only other thing I would have wanted to be a little different is having the minister speak into a mic - no one could hear them outside. Only the front couple rows heard the ceremony. Otherwise, LeeAnn and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL and I would highly recommend them as a venue for marriage ceremonies.

If you want an outdoor wedding in NM, this is the place. LeeAnn and her staff are amazing. You won't even need to waste money on a day-of coordinator because they will do it all!

The only drawback is that their events have to end at 10pm. We would have liked to party later into the night, but alas!

My now-husband and I knew we wanted to get married in a garden and Casas de Suenos certainly is beautiful. The day of the wedding their staff did a great job and our guests told us they loved the space. We would give it five stars if not for an issue we had with the owner that we believe other couples considering Casas de Suenos as their venue should know about.

When we started our wedding planning, we wanted a particular date for sentimental reasons. When we contacted Casas de Suenos to inquire about our date, they told us that the space was available. What they did not tell us, at least not until we were at our appointment to view the space, was that there was already a wedding scheduled there for the morning of that day. The owner assured us that there would be no problem setting up and that we could rent a tent in case of rain. To make a long story short, it turned out that none of the tent companies we talked to could set up a tent during the set up time Casas made available to us, in spite of their assurances to the contrary. We ended up having to find a back-up venue in order to have a weather backup plan. Throughout the process, Casas treated us as though we were doing something wrong for wanting to be able to book a tent in case of rain. The owner did nothing to accommodate a weather backup plan for us, even prohibiting us from communicating with the earlier wedding in case of bad weather. (If it was raining all day, maybe we could have shared a tent. In that case, everyone would have won!) All we wanted was to be able to have a weather backup plan. This left us feeling like Casas cared more about booking the space to as many people as possible than making sure that their customers have a good experience and peace of mind.

That said, the space is beautiful and well-maintained. Our guests loved it. Unfortunately, however, the worry about the weather backup plan in a particularly wet year caused me and my now-husband a lot of grief.
