Mariela is an amazing florist, professional and responsive. Her flowers were absolutely the most breath taking part of our wedding. Her color palette and designs were amazing and completely wowed our guests. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Mariela is an artist. I can’t believe how beautiful all of our flowers came out.
But let’s start from the beginning. I had about five calls with different florists, Casa de Flores being the last. The minute I spoke with Mariela I knew that she was who I was going with. Not only was she descriptive and inquisitive, but she helped me visualize what we were actually going to be receiving. Every other florist I spoke with rattled off flower names that I had never heard of nor knew what they looked like, leaving me feeling like I was taking a big risk with agreeing to what they proposed. With Mariela, she sent a beautiful document filled with visuals of each individual flower or plant in each bouquet, boutonnières, and arrangement, as well as mood boards, color palettes and the visuals that I had sent her for inspiration. I was able to perfectly understand her vision and what she would be creating for me. I felt at ease.
When the flowers arrived at the venue, I had tears streaming down my face seeing my bouquet and how beautiful it was. It exceeded my expectations in every way possible and I can only pray that my attempts to preserve this gorgeous piece of art are successful. It was perfect, more beautiful than I had even imagined in my brain. The boutonnières were perfect as well, matching the arrangement of my bouquet and my sister’s bridesmaids bouquets. The table arrangements and alter arrangements were also stunning, so stunning that my mother refused to leave them behind and somehow managed to get all of it into our carry-ons to take back home with us and preserve :)
Thank you Mariela for your thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and artistry. I truly hope I can cherish this bouquet and the joy it brought me forever. -

I cannot say enough about how amazing and talented Mariela is. When I first met with her, the only thing I did was show her the dresses my bridesmaids were wearing and said "jewel tones." At that point, I had already scrapped my 150+ person wedding in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and was getting married down the street with just 25 of our closest family and friends. I did not want to plan a second wedding and gave her little direction. But boy, did she deliver! Our small group of guests and a much larger virtual audience were so impressed with our flowers. The family team at Casa de Flores takes a lot of pride in their work, and it definitely shows! :) -

Brides (and grooms) of Houston, if you want to work with a talented and creative floral design team...who are kind, thoughtful, and provide exceptional service...Casa De Flores is for you! From the first meeting at Common Bond where Mariela went over the florals she planned for my wedding to the very end of my wedding reception when she was there for tear down (and to give me the biggest hug) to the sweet note she left in my wedding bouquet...it's both the grand designs and the small and thoughtful touched that make this company unique in it's industry. Thank you Mariela and Casa De Flores for making our memories more beautiful and more fragrant with the florals and greenery you provided! -

Extremely talented
Mariela is extremely talented! She blew not only myself and husband away but all of our guests. She was so easy and accommodating to work with through the planning process. After meeting her the first time and giving her a an idea of what we liked I knew we were in the right hands. She worked extremely well with our Wedding designer, Sara Alicia, and when we got back the proposal and sketches we just could not wait for the big day. She as very responsive and detailed. She left the sweetest note and gift on the big day and it left an impression I will never forget. I am thankful Rebekah our Day of Coordinator introduces us. If you want someone who is creative and out of the box you have found your Floral team! -
