This venue is absolutely beautiful! From the lush greenery and picturesque landscape to the private setting for both us and our guests, every detail created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The option to utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces provided flexibility for our vendors and allowed our celebration to flow seamlessly.
The venue truly has everything all in one place. The bride and groom suites were thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. As a bride, having access to a beautiful makeup vanity room and private bathroom allowed me to feel relaxed, comfortable, and fully present while preparing for one of the most important days of my life. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his suite as well, and it provided the perfect space for him, his family, and close friends to bond and create lifelong memories before the ceremony.
One of the things we loved most was the venue's vintage aesthetic. It created an effortlessly romantic atmosphere that beautifully complemented and elevated our wedding décor. Every corner of the property felt timeless and elegant.
We truly could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. We are already counting down the days until we receive our professional photos because we know this stunning property will make each image even more breathtaking.

I grew up less than a mile away from this venue and always wondered what it would be like to have my wedding here. Once I got engaged and knew I wanted to have our event local to our families in Texas, I immediately booked a tour at Casa Blanca. I was sold immediately not only for the beauty of the venue, but for the transparency in pricing that I found to be a great deal.

Our wedding was perfect, working with the CB staff was seamless, and their partnership with Peak Beverage ended up being a lifesaver for us once we realized how difficult it could be to stock a bar ourselves. Highly recommend!

Casa Blanca gave us the best wedding experience we could ask for. The venue has so much natural beauty and so much space for our guests to explore. Bri was so amazing at planning every detail down before our big day so we could just enjoy our wedding without any stress. We loved that so much equipment was included on-site (tables, chairs, linens and glassware), which made planning and execution easier. Working from the venue’s preferred vendor list was seamless, and the indoor/outdoor layout added great flexibility and flow for guests throughout the evening.

Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek was an outstanding location for our wedding this past October. We met with Michelle Morales back in April of this year and she was extremely informative and helpful, and even helped us secure a date on the spot (an October date can be hard to snag in Texas just 6 months out!). We decided to go with their "Premier" rental package which truly included everything we needed and took so much stress off of our big day. I've attended weddings in the past where the bride and grooms mothers miss entire parts of the reception because they are stuck bussing tables and folding table cloths! Casa Blanca takes care of all aspects of the setup including tasteful decorations, dining table arrangements, and more. In addition to the amazing services they provide, Casa Blanca has the most perfect location surrounded by towering lush trees and backdropped by Brushy Creek. Every inch of this place was gorgeous. We are so happy with how our day turned out, and how helpful and patient Michelle was throughout the whole planning process. We definitely recommend Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek to any future couples!

Our wedding was in early October, and the venue during that season was absolutely beautiful. Our guest described it as an enchanting forest. The staff was great, flexible, and very communicative.

I cannot say enough about Casa Blanca. First of all this venue is absolutely stunning! The manager of the venue was very responsive and worked very hard for our family to have the best day ever! The professionalism and caring attitude of the staff made the day perfect. The attention to the specific details of the layout and vendors made our family and the vendors feel right at home and that we truly were the focus leading up to the wedding date. Our family and the groom’s out of state family all had the most amazing time at Casa Blanca and they cannot stop talking about the special day. I am a wedding vendor and I’ve seen many venues. Something about this venue is so enchanting. I’m not sure if it’s the cozy classic home feel…the nature surrounding every space….or the vintage touches of art throughout the whole grounds and indoor spaces. Not to mention the grand windows!!! This venue is one of a kind. Highly recommend.
The service in this space is also extremely supportive. As a planner and coordinator, I can’t express to you how nice it is to be supported by staff, who knows where everything is and how to make request happen quickly.

High level of professionalism as the staff granted permission for almost every request we had on arrangements of the venue.

First of all, I need to give a shout out to Ashley who helped show me around and sat down and gave me all their cost and package deals. I also worked with Cynthia who was taking care of my payments making sure I was on track. These two are absolutely amazing. So professional, so friendly, organized and always there to help. If I have a question, I could text them anytime and they would reply promptly. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. There are a lot of opportunities to be taken advantage of. You can have inside wedding or outside wedding . Everything is perfectly laid out. The rooms for The men and women to get ready is perfect. The reception area is absolutely gorgeous with their tables and linens and glassware, chairs, and the beautiful view through some amazing windows everywhere. The Bar area is large and so professional looking. Our guests really enjoyed the open bar and charcuterie board we provided among other appetizers. We also set up a 360 photo booth there. That was a lot of fun for our guests to do while they were waiting for us to take our photos. I highly recommend that. We serve buffet style that went very smoothly that was on the opposite side of the bar and reception area that went very smooth and everybody was happy. I had a photo booth set up on that side, which made a lot of fun as well. When it was time for the DJ , they cleared out some tables and made room for the dance floor and we dance the night away and it was so much fun. I highly recommend walking down and taking a photo by the river. It is just a beautiful venue and I would say yes, you should have your wedding there , the max capacity is 150 people. That worked good for us for we had about 120 people.

My husband and I absolutely loved hosting our wedding at Casa Blanca on June 1, 2024! Our guests continue to talk about how beautiful the ambiance was. We visited seven venues, and this one was perfect for what we were looking for. It was the most reasonably priced venue for a Saturday wedding and could accommodate our guest count (150). They also allowed us to use our own vendors. The grounds are so beautiful, with so many picturesque spots to take photographs, and there was just something so special about hearing the sound of the flowing water in the creek while we exchanged our vows. The venue was even more stunning after renovations were completed just a few weeks before our event. We worked with Ashleigh, who was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She even accommodated our request to visit the venue with our photographer a few weeks before the wedding. I think it’s great that they host an open house multiple Wednesdays a month so that you can have ample opportunity to visit the venue to plan and ask questions.

Casa Blanca was one of the venues I had on my vision board for the wedding, and when I finally saw it in person, I knew it was the one I had to go with. The venue itself is beautiful, but the greenery Surrounding Casa Blanca is what sold me it is perfect for someone that wants to have an outdoor venue that has flowers all And the sound of flowing water.
The best part about Casablanca is the fact that the staff was so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process of the wedding. Cynthia helped me and my husband with some issues that we had and made us feel very comfortable while doing it, not pressured at all.
The day of my day of wedding coordinator was Kristin and oh my God do I love her so much she made me feel wonderful throughout the whole day. I felt stress-free because she was taking care of everything and she made me laugh so many times to help my nerves 🤍

My Husband and I got married in The Catholic Church, but this was a stunning reception venue in evert way! From the spacious indoor and outdoor professional landscaping, to the all hands on deck approach from all the staff, we would highly recommend Casa Blanca!

This venue exceeded every expectation I had and that’s saying a lot cause I’m in the industry and have worked with multiple venues. I fell in love with the space the second I saw it and really loved that there was an option for an indoor or outdoor ceremony and we loved both options. Kristin was amazing from start to finish! Michelle was our coordinator through Casa Blanca (affiliated but not the same as of the time of this review). She knocked it out of the park. Expectations were crystal clear. She was more on top of it than we were! As two brides (one particularly anxious) she was good about setting boundaries and executing a magical event. It could not have been more perfect. The venue itself is a hidden gem full of lush greenery, a creek, and beautiful decor. They also offer either an all inclusive style or a-la-carte style contract for events and it is a BYOB venue which was super convenient! Once we had provided all of our other vendor's information, she was great at being the middle messenger between all parties. Our meetings with her prior to our wedding were detailed and she made sure we were comfortable and confident. She is incredibly kind and we had no problem trusting her to take care of us.

Casa Blanca provided great value in the package we purchased, and our day went as perfect as it could. The venue is beautiful , decorated with all sorts of art and statues and a luscious growth of green everywhere you go. I would recommend Casa Blanca to everyone as a solid choice of a venue!

The venue was reasonably priced for the value we received, and it looked absolutely stunning for our wedding. It gives total cottagecore vibes, and provides many stunning locations for photos. It was money well spent !!

My husband and I got married this January and we really lucked out with a beautiful 75 degree day! I loved that they provided an open house on Wednesday nights so that anyone could come and check out the space! It was very helpful as most places required an appointment during our work day.
On our big day, our coordinator, Michelle was a total pro! A lot of things went wrong that we and the venue had absolutely no control over (our pastor got into an accident, our hired table waiters no showed, place cards misplaced, etc.) but our coordinator always found a solution or worked the problem before even giving us the bad news!! The venue itself is a beautiful and intimate space with wonderful trees, amazing natural & string lighting, and a very friendly staff! I loved that it wasn’t overly “country” as most venues in Texas are. The landscaping decor was very elegant rather than rustic! The bride and groom suites were very roomy. My only wish was that we were reminded that we needed to bring towels for the showers and that the hot water was turned on. That was one detail I missed when packing for the day and it made for a very cold shower. Over all I would happily recommend this space for your event! We had a guest list of about 80 with rectangle tables and everyone fit perfectly! Thank you Casa Blanca for a lovely day!

This venue is hands down the most beautiful scenery in all the venues we toured. The creek runs behind and everything is green and lush. The reception area is just as beautiful as the outdoor ceremony area. They have a wonderful indoor ceremony area as well with a beautiful chandelier. The staff is equally amazing! Kristin was our day of coordinator and she made the day run absolutely smoothly, if anything went wrong I have no idea because she took care of EVERYTHING. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

The staff was both accommodating and easy to work with. The venue is great for being closer to the city, for guest accommodations and entertainment, while still having the outdoor vibes and feeling secluded, by being on brushy creek surrounded by trees. The indoor space is definitely not the largest if you are looking to have a bigger group, however the staff is great about quickly turning over tables after dinner and changing it into the dance floor leaving it to feel overall more intimate. And if you do need more space a lot of our guests had a good time hanging out on the porch or lawn. Overall a beautiful place to get married!

Our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Casa Blanca staff and our wedding coordinator, Kristin. She was there every step of the way. And the beautiful trees and venue was the most magical part. The bride and the groom suites were spectacular. As the bride I felt like I was able to escape from the wedding to freshen up easily with the suites. 10/10 recommend.

When we walked in Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek while looking for a venue, I immediately felt like this was the venue for us. It's absolutely beautiful! From start to finish the process working with the staff was easy and seamless, they made us feel welcomed, they listened to what we wanted and delivered the best service for our big day. We had so much fun at our wedding that I'd do it all over again, it was everything and our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue is and we agree! Great package for price and helpful

After searching around through many venues both inside and outside of Austin I came across Casa Blanca. After a short tour given during their open house I knew that I had found the perfect spot for our wedding. The grounds are beautiful and the main house was a great size for the wedding reception. The Casa Blanca staff worked with us on setting up a wonderful day and executed it perfectly. We hire Kristin as our day of coordinator and she was great from start to finish. Don't try and do it yourself, she's definitely worth the $700.

Casablanca is a wonderful venue to have a wedding. My daughter was married here. We loved their flexibility. You can bring in your preferred liquor (which really helps save some $$). They have preferred vendors they recommend and they are very responsive. Every time I emailed Daniel with a question he promptly answered. Their setup is beautiful and efficient. The caterer has their own area, the DJ has a separate area, the bartender is in a separate area as well. We held the ceremony inside because July in Texas is hot! Then we went to the reception area which is a separate building. Every Wednesday is an open house so you can get a good idea of all their facilities and talk to them. If an outdoor wedding is your thing then they can accommodate that as well. They are a delight to work with.

We just concluded our wedding on 6.29.19, and we were thrilled on how well prepared the venue was! Even the year or so before, Ms. Cynthia and crew were always on point. All questions were answered with swift decision making, and the ease of having ALL features available made us fall in love with the venue sooner. We'd recommend Casa Blanca for all weddings! If you're looking around for venues to accommodate you, use Casa Blanca as the standard.

I had no words when I walked into Casa Blanca - it is stunning and elegant! The greenery and venue alone are enough decor to wow your guests, anything more only compliments the venue grounds. My husband, family and guests still talk about how pretty it was and the perfect size for our 100 person guest list. We got the all inclusive package - BEST investment for your money. We had our wedding at Casa Blanca in March of 2019, and it was perfect for us. Kristin was our coordinator, and she was very helpful in making our day exactly how we wanted it. It is very helpful that the venue has an open house every week, so that we could stop by to check it out as often as we wanted and see how different decor might look. Our guests loved the elegance of the venue, and our photos turned out beautifully. This is a great venue and we are so happy we picked it for our spring wedding!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek! They made planning our wedding day especially effortless and Cynthia did a wonderful job keeping us on schedule the day of. The packages are affordable and I loved that I could bring in my own vendors. The property is beautifully maintained and there is an indoor option for the ceremony in case of bad weather, which we did not have to use but I loved that I didn't have to worry about a weather plan. The staff day of was wonderful and I loved that I didn't have to worry once about anything that day.

Just some advice for any future brides, consider putting a carpet runner from the bridal suite to the stairs toward the ceremony or using those little heel things for grassy areas. My heels got caught twice in the patio and I ended up just ditching my shoes, which is a super funny story to tell but not sure how other people would feel about it.

Bartenders and everyone behind the scene did such a wonderful job. Things were done the way they were supposed to be and when they were supposed to be. We had the best time at our wedding and our guest have not stopped commenting on how wonderful the venue was

First off, the venue is absolutely beautiful. So many guests complimented how great of a place it was. Anytime I had a question, it was always answered timely. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. My experience was pretty much perfect, the exact wedding we wanted.

Casa Blanca is an absolutely gorgeous venue, and the pictures on their website don't do it justice. The seeing on Brushy Creek under big trees is amazing, and the ballroom/reception area is beautiful as well. There is also an additional building that can be used for a rain location which was an important consideration for a May wedding! Their in-house catering is very good, but they also let you bring in other vendors (we used a food truck for cocktail hour and they had a staging area that they could use). They have open houses every Wednesday, which makes it easy to see the venue. Thru were very responsive to emails through the entire process. Their was one big error on the venue's part during our reception, but my husband and I both feel like the way they handled it is the best they possibly could have... they owned up to it, you could tell our coordinator felt terrible, and even though it couldn't be changed they did everything they could do to make up for it. We still had an amazing night and all of our guests, many from out of state, are still taking about what an amazing venue we had.

Casa blanca was the only venue that we looked at for our wedding and we instantly fell in love with how beautiful it was. We originally met with Daniel who helped us book the venue and choose our package. He was super helpful and great to work with and didn't mind at all when I asked him to come by about 10 different times to take my family and bridesmaids to check out the space. We chose their all inclusive package- wedding and reception, food, dj, photo booth, complete set up and take down, linens, etc. They made everything about the wedding planning SO stress free. My day of coordinator, Naomi, was absolutely amazing!! There was not a single thing that went poorly on our wedding day. She made sure the entire day ran smoothly and was stress free. In addition to Daniel and Naomi being awesome, the day of and everything provided by Casa Blanca turned out great. Our guests raved about how great the italian menu was and we got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I definitely recommend casa blanca and their staff to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding and/or reception.

This was a beautiful site and provided plenty of room for a wedding and reception. My daughter and I knew this was the place to choose as soon as we walked in. When my husband and I drove up to this venue, we knew it was the one. I loved the natural feel and elegance of this place. The venue is surrounded with beautiful greenery, and inside the venue there are beautiful glass windows that out look all the nature. The venue even has a separate building next to the ceremony, just in case it rains on your wedding day you have the option to hold your ceremony inside the building. Aside from the how beautiful the venue is, they also have an amazing staff. Daniel helped us throughout the wedding process. Anytime I had a question, he would respond to my emails right away. On the day of our rehearsals, he let us unload anything we needed for the day of our wedding, which saved us a lot of time setting up on the day of the wedding. Overall, Casa Blanca and the staff made my husband’s and my wedding absolutely amazing. I am very delighted with this venue, and so were our guests.

On my wedding day, i didn't want to be stressed about 20 different vendors, making sure they showed up, ect. I showed up at the venue, got ready, relaxed and then it was time to start the show! My overall experience was great and i would recommend this venue over and over again! and a huge plus, the venue is BEAUTIFUL!!! Casa Blanca is a beautivul venue for a wedding or any special meeting. We were looking for a site where we could have different areas all in the same setting to work in. The wedding ceremony, dinner and dance all occurred at Casa Blanca. They have an open vendor list which allowed us to use the caterer and other vendors of our choice. They were extremely flexible with each space and what we could do to make it unique to this wedding. They had plenty of staff on the day of the wedding. If you want your wedding day to be in a beautiful setting that can be special and unique to you, Casa Blanca is the venue you must visit.

The team at Casa Blanca was awesome! Everyone from the bar staff to the wedding planner (Katrina) was helpful and guided us on the way through our big day. Note that while they provide a lot with the packages they offer you will still have to find other contractors such as Florals, Catering, and DJ. There is nothing wrong with that and the wedding planners at CB will for sure help you as well as the vendor open house they had. Overall pretty awesome job and at a reasonable cost for having a wedding in Austin/Round Rock area.

This venue was everything that we could have dreamed of to have our wedding! They checked off all of the boxes of all that we wanted in a venue and then some! The staff was great to work with and offered so many options to help us in planning for the day. Highly recommend!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED the Casa Blanca! From the first day we saw it, we were in love. Kristin was our day of coordinator and she was PERFECT! Our big day went off without a hitch!

Our daughter had her wedding there on 01/20/18. This was an evening wedding and the atmosphere was gorgeous! The lightening outside was just set the mood. Everything was handled with professionalism. Cynthia was our wedding coordinator and I am not sure what we would have done without her on the day of. She made sure everything went off as scheduled which aloud us to enjoy the wedding. If you are looking for a venue that has an elegant atmosphere then I highly recommend Casa Blanca!!

My Husband and I were married on 10/17/2014 and guests still to this day have been raving about our wedding venue Casa Blanca on Brushy Creek! I can honestly say like any other bride was very nervous leading up to the wedding but the day of I can honestly say the wedding went off without a hitch. The Venue was decorated beautifully, the staff was friendly and treated my guest’s great, the day of coordinator that came with my package Pam was FANTASTIC, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and place to have my wedding. They had wonderful package rates which accommodated all of our needs and made our day the most beautiful day ever! If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful, venue with wonderful views of the creek this is your place!

We got married on November 3 at Casa Blanca and absolutely LOVED our experience. When we were looking for venues it was hard to find options that included more than (10-12 hour rental for the space, tables and chairs). We wanted to get more bank of our buck and Casa Blanca provided that. They offer not only package options but offered "a la carte" options as well to help customize for your day. The weather that day as PERFECT and even if it did rain there was a great Plan B option that was covered. They recently updated the Bridal Suite Bathroom and added a TV/mini fridge to the suite as well. Additionally, they upgraded the TV and mini fridge in the groom's suite as well. What we loved about it the most was the onsite ceremony and reception options which is what we wanted. The ceremony space backs up to the creek and is covered by HUGE trees for great shade from the sun. Their flexibility and willingness to help with anything related to our day was a blessing as in the wedding industry that's hard to find with vendors. I would HIGHLY recommend considering Casa Blanca if you are looking at a 200 people or less to attend :)

Although they are a little disorganized, the family-run venue is wonderful. They are very accommodative, flexible, understanding, and want to make your wedding the best it can be. Not to mention the actual venue - it's a perfect combo of indoor and outdoor space and it's beautiful.

Our wedding venue was everything we hoped for—affordable, beautiful, and well-equipped for both our ceremony and reception. The staff was responsive and professional throughout the entire planning process, making us feel confident in every decision.

One of the most helpful aspects was that the venue provided not just the space but also the tables, chairs, and linens, which made planning so much easier. The site itself was stunning, with amazing spots for pictures that we’ll cherish forever.

The only challenge we faced was figuring out the setup for a band stage inside, as the layout made it a bit tricky. However, that was a minor issue that involved more the band inability to pre-plan and prepare for the day of setup, so for the venue's responsibility it was all smooth and as planned. We had 50 attendees and we all were comfortable in the space.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous and well-supported wedding location!

As soon as we visited Casa Blanca, we knew that this would be our wedding venue as the grounds were absolutely beautiful and they offered an "a la carte" menu allowing us to customize amenities according to our needs. The day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and was an absolute fairytale, we could not have dreamed of a more perfect day. The day of coordinator, Cynthia, took over communications with all vendors approximately 1 week prior to the wedding and organized the schedule, taking a lot of pressure off of ourselves.

However, leading up to the wedding, responses were not always prompt as we would often have to send a follow-up e-mail for a response. Additionally, responses were at times unclear leaving room for miscommunication resulting in short responses from the venue making us feel as if we were an inconvenience despite us paying thousands of dollars for their services.

Ultimately, we would highly recommend Casa Blanca as our wedding day went perfectly and that is what matters!

We had our wedding at Casa Blanca on April 7th. We used their inclement weather building for the ceremony because it was pouring rain that morning. Luckily, the rain had stopped by the time the ceremony began, so we were still able to take some photos outside. Rain or shine, it is a beautiful venue. It is very versatile, and they are flexible with outside vendors. They can help you make your event anything you want it to be. Beautiful place, professional, helpful staff. The one hiccup we had was that they needed to move the time of our rehearsal due to a conflict with the event the day before our wedding, which we found out about just a few days before. Overall, we enjoyed everything else about our experience.

The great thing about Casa Blanca is that they can do everything in-house. Catering, DJ, photo booth, linens, tableware, wedding coordinator... etc. We had them do all of it because of the convenience. It was a little pricier than if I had went with other companies, but it was well worth it having them do it all. The wedding coordinator that was in charge of our wedding through the whole planning process was a bit difficult to work with. She didn't respond to emails quickly, sometimes not at all. At our meetings she forgot quotes and prices, even though I had emailed her in advanced asking for them.
At one point at the rehearsal, the best man caught her "rolling" her eyes at me because I asked to do the walk through one more time, but I didn't catch it. At one of our meetings, I asked who would clean up and she stated she would if we had the containers out and ready. The day of the wedding my mom and sister (MOH) had to hunt her down to ask her to help pick up the decor. When they asked her about picking up, she said she had no idea what they were talking about and rudely said that she would need help from them. My mom was at the meeting that the wedding coordinator stated that SHE would be the one to pick up the ceremony decor, etc so that annoyed my mom to no end. Thankfully this was not brought to my attention until after my wedding, so I had a stress free night. But don't tell us you're going to do something and then act like you have no idea what we are talking about.
I'm sure I wasn't an easy bride to work with, but you're in the customer service industry. You're getting paid to make sure your customer is happy. Luckily my wedding day was perfect to me, but for my mom and sister, not so much.
The venue overall was beautiful and food was amazing. I would recommend this venue, photobooth, catering, and DJ, but I would hire my own wedding coordinator if I had to do it again.

Let me begin by saying if I were rating the venue for appearance alone, it would receive a 5/5! My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and the venue is beautiful. Unfortunately the reason for my rating is because of how everything else was managed. I booked the all inclusive wedding package for September 2020 in November 2018. I was so excited to have my wedding at Casa Blanca because of its beauty I unfortunately overlooked a lot of warning signs from the beginning. The communication just to even schedule a tour was extremely lacking. When my coordinator was finally assigned to me, it was the same person I had been communicating with for the last year and a half. Again, scheduling our first meeting was a headache- I had to follow up multiple times before I got an answer. After our meeting, Covid hit and we had to postpone until March. I gave them an extra star because I do appreciate their willingness to move the date for me, but again, after a couple of months of mismanaged communication. Just weeks before the wedding I was told we would be assigned a new coordinator. Most people would be upset by this, but I was excited because I was hoping I would receive someone who was more helpful and organized. At my first meeting with the new coordinator, both the new and old coordinator showed up over an hour late to our zoom meeting. The new coordinator took the call from her car and wrote nothing down, and the old coordinator’s phone died and she never joined again. It basically defeated the purpose of this hour long meeting because I had to type out the details and send them to the new coordinator myself (and details were still missed on the wedding day). I had to wait over a month to receive the final day of timeline after this meeting, which ultimately affected the other vendors that were involved. On the actual wedding day the doors were supposed to be open at 8am. Not only were the doors not open at 8, I couldn’t even get ahold of the coordinator until 9:30. This pushed back hair and makeup, cake delivery, and ultimately photos. We did not see a representative from Casa Blanca until after 10, and it was the facility manager, someone I had not met until then. When the coordinator finally arrived to the venue, she did not check in with me, meaning the first time I saw her was after the ceremony. My mom had to practically chase her down to fix errors (such as incorrect glassware, linens, and table set up) and ask questions. I am disappointed overall with the management of my event, because I feel like I asked for the bare minimum- I truly only needed day of coordination including creating (and executing) a day of timeline and venue management. If you have your heart set on this venue (and trust me, I understand why you might!) I would 100% recommend not using their all inclusive package and booking your own coordinator. I can’t speak to their customer service if they are not coordinating the wedding, but I imagine they would be pretty hands-off and let you do your own thing! For $10,000 I did not get the service I deserved.
