The quality is high and the item was as described, they even helped me coordinate our wedding website being written on the back of the card.
My expectations were met and surpassed!

Love the Golden Monogram!
Could not be happier with our invitations! They are truly perfect.
We created a monogram with the crest where they were able to make the monogram gold foil and the crest in gold print. It couldn't have come out more perfect! Highly recommend! -

Beautiful cards
So we received our cards this weekend and they simply exceeded our expectations.
They are very beautiful so so beautiful that wanted to keep some as spare but hadn’t realised we needed to order in bulk to do so which is a little disappointing.
The process of correction and approving the card was very efficient and clear and you get a few amends which is nice! The delivery for us was a little frustrating although we received them before we were meant to the dates were not clear and were changed a few times which meant we made plans and had to change them so feedback would be make sure delivery is clear and throw in a handful of spares or an option to purchase maybe 5 extra rather than the minimum 30. We would highly recommend the invitations, I’ve had so many over my years and to send these out I could not be prouder. BW -

Some hiccups along the way but great!
The quality of the invitations is really good, we received a lot of compliments. The template link didn’t work for us so we had to write out all the information on a word document. This delayed us quite a bit and we weren’t able to send out the invitations before Christmas like we wanted to. Also, make sure you use a high quality “passport photo” as ours was a bit blurry because the photo had bad lighting. The shipping process was easy and it was well packed. Overall we really liked the quality and details of the invitations. -

I am profoundly disappointed with your company's service regarding my wedding invitations. Brides should be aware that ordering through your company is a significant waste of time & $$ due to consistent unresponsiveness and a complete lack of customer care. After being provided an invalid tracking # I have repeatedly attempted to locate my order through numerous emails and Etsy messages, only to be ignored for weeks. I finally received an email stating that my order was being held by customs, with no estimated delivery or commitment for further updates. Another week has passed since then, during which I have sent additional emails and left voicemails urgently seeking an update, as my wedding date is fast approaching. Despite my persistent efforts, I have received no response. I am so upset with the lack of care or concern shown.
