Wedding food can get a bad rep but Carriage house changes that-it was absolutely delicious!! All of our guest have rave compliments. I am vegetarian (and had a few guest that are as well) and they worked with me to make an amazing dish! Cannot recommend them enough! Jeanie was great to work with and super helpful! -

It was a spectacular presentation of food. All of the feedback from our guests included comments such as "everything was tasty", "simply amazing", and "well-seasoned". (For example, we heard the filet melted in your mouth and the mash potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The food was a great compliment to a wonderful wedding experience.) For over a year, we worked with Kristy and Chef T planning what would be the best food experience for our guests. We enjoyed working with them through each phase and the result was a professional, flawless execution. Team JHPforthewin highly recommends them as our wedding was everything we wanted. Great tasting food and great to work with! Jeanne was easy to communicate with throughout and setting up all the details for our wedding with her was a breeze. The food was amazing at the tasting and at the wedding. Our guests only have praise to share about their meals! Given the quality of the food, I think everything was very reasonably priced. -

Carriage House was our caterer through Stone Manor. They impressed us so much day of the wedding, with the kindest bartenders, bringing out glasses of wine as soon as the ceremony was done, allowing us to bring our own alcohol and making signature drinks with no explanation, and more. The value was great - linen and cake cutting was included. The food was delicious and generous portions. They are accommodating to make our menu what we wanted. Jeanne was so responsive and accommodating. -

Our venue (Stone Manor Country Club) had Carriage House Inn as their exclusive caterer, I can understand why! Jeannie, the catering manager, was great to work with from the contract to the tasting to last minute updates we had the week of the wedding. We did our tasting pre-pandemic and it was a large group of couples sampling many different menu items Carriage House had to offer. The tasting was organized and efficient. We got to try most of the items we selected for our menu, we felt we were able to get a sense of how delicious everything was. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to COVID and Carriage House was flexible and helpful getting us all set with a new date. They helped us update our menu items, table settings, and serving options to make sure we complied with all of the COVID safety precautions. On our wedding day, everything went great from our end. Our guests felt very safe and most importantly they LOVED the food! Carriage House’s signature crab cakes were a big hit. The bartenders provided by Carriage House did an awesome job as well. At the night end of the night Carriage House packaged our extra meals (we had a few people unable to attend last minute) and our extra cake for us to take home! We would highly recommend Carriage House for your wedding caterer! -

The food was amazing we did the pig roast and everything was wonderful the macaroni and cheese was to die for. There food was the best for our wedding thank you so much for doing our wedding anyone would be lucky to have you all to do there wedding the food it great. -

We were so delighted when we choose Springfield Manor and their preferred caterer was Carriage House. I grew up eating in the restaurant with my family, and had attended many events where their food was spectacular. Jeanne was WONDERFUL to work with and helped us with all our questions and concerns. The day-off, the food was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about this team. Thank you, Carriage House from the bottom of our grateful hearts! ~Ashley and Jason -

Carriage House was our caterer. We did not have any other options at our venue but that was okay with us.
The service and food was even better on our wedding day than at the tasting which I was super thankful for. The tasting event is for a very large group of people so the food had been out for a little and definitely was not as fresh and tasty compared to the actual wedding day.
Jeannie is wonderful to work with. She is very kind and responds quickly! She was such a sweetheart throughout the whole process. She was by far the easiest person to communicate with at Springfield Manor. We decided to go with the buffet option and are so glad we did. The food was hot and fresh unlike some of the weddings we attended this past year. Everything came out tasting great!
Sherry the coordinator of the day was also wonderful to work with! Her team did a great job taking care of us and made sure everything ran according to schedule.
Highly recommend! -

We worked with Billy Jo specifically for our wedding & for several personal events since then. She is very reliable. She puts a lot of hard work and effort into what she does. She treated us as if we were her own family :)
I would recommend using her & the Carriage House for any event that you have. -

Miriam Sent on 09/07/2017My husbands and my engagement was only three weeks long so one of the most amazing things about booking Springfield Manor was that they exclusively used the Carriage House as their caterer. I had heard many good things about them and Jeanne was a dream to work with. She was very accommodating and extremely understanding with the last minuteness of the planning. She was so easy to work with and efficiently helped me get everything done. She made wedding planning feel like nothing! I am so thankful for all her help. The food was excellent! Everyone that came was very impressed. I actually ate everything on my plate, unheard of for a bride, I know! Jeanne was great! The servers were excellent and they even accommodated us well since we didn't do the traditional cake cutting. I totally recommend them for any event! Thank you again!

Tara Sent on 12/29/2013We loved working with Carriage House Inn for our wedding! The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Jeannie Phelps, the Catering Manager. Jeannie is a warm, responsive, helpful, and delightful person. She is a master in customer service and really went out of her way to make sure that we got what we wanted, including letting us substitute some of our own recipes. Jeannie is a true treasure and I would love to work with Carriage House anytime! With Carriage House, the relationship feels very personal, not strictly business. We appreciated the flexibility in a lot of areas with the menu and even pricing for our recipes and we were also thrilled with the staff during the wedding. They were very professional and everything went off beautifully! They even made sure to keep an eye on my husband and I during to wedding so we didn't run out of drinks. The food was good, although a little cold, but most guests were very pleased. Carriage House also offers many good options at varying price points, which we liked. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! We highly recommend Carriage House. -

Christina Sent on 11/14/2012When it comes to catering a wedding, Carriage House nails it! We had such a wonderful experience with them from start to finish. My husband and I were engaged for a year and a half and we visited Carriage House several times during that time to taste different options and ask questions. Jeannie was so patient and accommodating. She was also super responsive to my emails in the months leading up to the wedding. I probably emailed her five times a week at least! The food on day of our wedding was absolutely fantastic and our guests are still raving about it. I've been to so many weddings that had the typical "wedding food", but let me tell you that Carriage House is not that! Our meal was a dual plate of Chicken Tuscany and filet mignon with baby bakers and veggies...I would highly recommend that! If anyone out there is having trouble deciding whether or not to use Carriage House, I'm here to tell you to use them!!! You won't regret it! -

Leading up to the event Jeanne was quick to respond to emails, thorough, and very easy to work with. She was also very accomodating with our tight budget. We had several guest during the wedding and after tell us how much they absolutely loved the food. The meal was so delicious. We were also really impressed and grateful for Kristen (the event coordinator for the evening). She was so kind, warm, and seemed to have everything under control. She made our night especially wonderful. We would defintely recommend a plated dinner (chicken florentine, baby bakers, and a vegetable medly). -

Courtney Sent on 10/01/2012I love Carriage House Catering. They went above and beyond for my wedding. Guests were absolutely amazed and delighted by the food. Jeanne and her staff were so helpful and accommodating and they worked with me and my last minute changes and did not make me feel like a crazy bridezilla!! They will work with you step by step and are very professional.
Early on, one of my friends said that I should manage my expectations when it comes to cateres; that often times, the food that you try during your tasting might not be the same at your event. Well, I have to say, they never worked with Carriage House Cateirng, because during our wedding that same friend came up to me and apologized! They said that the food was some of the best food they had ever had, especially the crab cakes and sweet corn bread. They asked me "where in the world did you find this vendor! This food is awesome!!"
Carriage house staff on the day of my wedding was wonderful as well; they were warm, personable and so accommodating to my guests. Hands down, I would definitely go with Carriage House catering to service any event--they know what they are doing and you won’t be disappointed!!

From the initial contact, to the tasting, to the wedding day, I have just been blown away with their customer service. And the food! wow! My guests are still talking about how amazing it was. My hard-to-impress husband was extremely pleased and very impressed with the food the day of the wedding. They are masters of the little touches. Orchids on the plate that we did our cake cutting on, creativity with the salad and just gorgeous presentation of the food. The service during the reception and cocktail hour was amazing, efficient and I didn't have to think about one thing. They even did the set-up of the room (which had some very complicated elements) and it was exactly the way that I wanted it. Carriage House is phenomenal! Jeannie is the best in the business! She responded to my numerous emails in a timely fashion and was SO helpful. They made the day the perfect day it was. -

Unlike other brides, I had a chance to eat and taste everything (I was hungry and the food was so delicious! :). I loved all the food and the service cannot be beat. Jeannie was responsive, organized, professional, accommodating, and everything else you could hope for and want in a caterer. We were one of those couples that were extremely hesitant with going with a caterer that was closely tied with the venue (i.e. you'd have to pay a fee if you didn't go with the venue-recommended vendor). So we went to a ton of other tastings and nothing beat the value and taste of Carriage House. Going with Carriage House was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. -

Many of our guest were complementing about how good the food was. Everyone from the Carriage House helped make our wedding day flow smoothly. On the day of the wedding someone came to talk with us to make sure everything was correct, which it was. They also took the bridal parties drink orders beforehand so we had a drink right after the wedding. I cannot say enough about the service and food from the Carriage House, thank you! -

While I was waiting to walk down the aisle she saw that I was looking a little flushed and without hesitation brought me over a glass of water. Thoughout the night she and her staff recognized little things like that and took care of them right away, I never knew somethings had happened until long after the wedding. I was able to enjoy myself and that was priceless. -

The food was wonderful, the service was awesome, and Jeannie Phelps was a pleasure to work with. We had a plated dinner and everyone got their food in a reasonable amount of time, but we were served first so that we could actually eat our food! The portion sizes are extremely generous for a nice dinner. We were very impressed with the service and interactions with the staff.
