Exceptional!
Working with Kyle at Carousel was amazing from the start. I was so back and forth with whether or not I wanted to invest in real floral for our late March wedding. I knew I wanted a lot of green, minimal flowery-flowers and filler greenery, something simple to do artificial, right? Even knowing this, he spent time getting to know my inspiration, and wrote up several proposals and pricing, without any judgement, just friendly professionalism. I was not required to have a minimum, and there were no complaints on delivery, even down to the loop on a Friday during office hours. He even worked with me to create a little flower crown ribboned collar for my pup. So happy I left this aspect of my wedding to a professional. It made my day stress free and our whole wedding party felt so elegant. -

Saved the Day!!
HIGHLY recommend Carousel Flowers! They offered a la carte pricing that worked perfectly with our budget and provided gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, backdrop greenery and the most beautiful candles, hurricane lamps and floating candles for the tablescapes. Their delivery service was perfectly on-time at two venues and took away so much stress from the big day! Very friendly and professional to work with! -

Carousel Flowers was the best wedding vendor I worked with through the entire process! I can not recommend them enough. I got married August 2025. At my first meeting with Kyle, I showed him inspiration pictures and he ran with it. He walked around the shop and made a mock up bouquet with flowers he had on hand, and it was even better than the pictures. He explained the different flowers and which ones would be in season during my wedding. We went through every flower and I swear it was like he read my mind- he found flowers I wanted but couldn't describe. I was going for a light pink whimsical look and he nailed it. He and his associates listened to my wants, ideas, and concerns. I had a wooden flower box sign- sent the dimensions and they perfectly arranged the flowers in the box. Also, my flower girl was only 1 and a half, so I asked that she have a hoop of flowers to carry down the aisle with ease. They made it perfect for her!
Everyone at Carousel Flowers were easy to get in contact with, and very organized. On the day of the wedding, all of the flowers were dropped off at the locations we requested. The bouquets and boutonnieres were laid out nicely at the church where we could grab them with ease. The centerpieces were set up for us at the reception, and the rented items were picked up at the end of the night with no issues.
This was also the most reasonably priced flower vendor I had found for what I needed. I can not say enough great things about my experience with Carousel Flowers! I 10/10 recommend them. -

My Flowers Were Perfect
Trevor was amazing to work with. When I wanted lilacs in my bouquet, which weren’t in season, he made sure to provide beautiful fake ones. All of the flowers were stunning and they even lasted a couple weeks after the wedding! Everything arrived on time for the ceremony and Trevor was fast to respond to any questions I had. I cannot recommend Carousel Flowers enough! -

Just got married in October, and would highly recommend Carousel Flowers to anyone planning a wedding! They were very responsive, helpful, professional, and truly created a beautiful setting for our wedding. Hannah had great ideas, and seemed to really understand the look we were going for with minimal direction. They helped us stay in budget and utilized floral decor in multiple ways throughout the day. I found their prices to be reasonable and even less costly than other vendors. They worked independently and I didn't worry about the flowers at all! I would absolutely book them again for parties or events. -

Kyle and Carousel Flowers in Elmhurst were the most talked about vendor on the day of my wedding. The flowers were so stunning everyone was whispering, "Did you know those came from Carousel?!" It felt like a commercial but the flowers were absolutely above and beyond what I even expected. I had done as most brides do when planning, and had found Pinterest inspiration that might've been a lofty goal, but Kyle worked with me and explained that some of the fake flowers that were in the bouquets on Pinterest were not in season. However, he had alternative ideas to make something very similar! He constructed something unique and honestly better than the inspiration I found on Pinterest! I absolutely had to send my flowers in for preservation afterwards. The other thing Kyle worked really well with was budget and modifying where we could, adding or removing special flowers that my mother had requested, and giving solid advice on what was realistic and what was affordable. Lastly, Kyle and his team at Carousel were completely seamless in their execution on the day. Both delivery and pickup of certain centrepiece items was done so quickly and quietly, I never actually saw any of the Carousel staff on the day of my wedding.
That being said I am extremely grateful to each and every person who made this vision come together and who really made such a big impact on the day and on each wedding guest.

Kyle and his staff did such an AMAZING job with out flowers. Even the wedding coordinator at our venue said, " How stupid beautfiul," they were. I cannot get over how crazy beautiful the centerpieces were and the floral that went on the mantle at the venue was so beautiful as well. I would recommend Carousel Flowers to anybody who is thinking about using them as a florist for anything, especially a wedding. -

We ❤️ carousel!
We used Carousel because they did a fantastic job at my sisters wedding and once again they knocked it out of the park! They were affordable and really elevated our event space. We were able to trust the team to work their magic for our wedding day. We gave them a vision for the colors and then they ran with it, making every detail for the event perfect (they even helped pick out the color scheme for the rest of the wedding at our request, we wanted everything to look cohesive). The communication, professionalism, and overall artistry was amazing. And their team came back at midnight to pick up all the rentals so we did not have to worry about a thing! I will shout from the rooftops how much I loved working with Kyle & the Carousel team!! 10000/10 recommend! -

I worked with Kyle the floral arrangements for our wedding on a fairly short notice, and he could not have been more helpful. He and his team were extremely communicative, very clear and prompt with emails, and made sure we touched base throughout the entire process. I gave him my vision, and Carousel truly delivered. We couldn't stop wowing at the bouquet and statement pieces on the day of the wedding, which were delivered to our venue. I cannot recommend Carousel Flowers enough! Best decision I made for my wedding in September 2025. From the first call to follow up emails to the wedding day, I always felt taken care of. Kyle is great; he has the most thorough consultation call and really made sure he understood what I wanted. He followed up quickly with the proposal and made adjustments as needed. I had other florists completely ghosted me after our call or rushed through our initial call.
The day of the wedding was great! They needed no direction from me and everything was set up exactly as I asked. The ceremony and reception were in the sane location and they moved flowers from the ceremony to the venue seamlessly. Best part was the price. Significantly less than others I priced out, and the quality was superb. You will not be disappointed! The flowers were gorgeous and they made my vision come to life. -

We chose Carousel Flowers as our florist per recommendation of our venue Wilder Mansion! Kyle met with us in person to go over the vision at the beginning and end of the planning process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The colors were absolutely gorgeous (they even wrapped my bridesmaid bouquets in the pastel colors of their dresses!) and delivery was on time. The flowers stayed fresh throughout the whole day! -

I cannot begin to say how happy we were with our flowers! From start to finish, Kyle was great to work with. We reached out to quite a few vendors and decided to go with Carousel Flowers due to their professionalism, friendliness, and price, and we are so happy we did. We are big Disney fans so I wanted to have something Beauty and the Beast themed. Kyle worked with us to create a beautiful cloche that looked better than I imagined. Exceptional Service and Stunning Florals from Carousel Flowers
I cannot say enough good things about Carousel Flowers by Shamrock. From the very beginning, Kyle stood out as the vendor we were most impressed with and felt the most trust in. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable — truly a pleasure to work with.
As someone who isn’t very familiar with flowers, I was a bit nervous about bringing my vision to life. But Kyle made everything so easy. I provided him with a few pictures and ideas of what I envisioned, and he absolutely nailed it. The arrangements were stunning, and he truly brought my vision to life in a way that exceeded my expectations.
What really impressed me was the communication throughout the planning process. Kyle scheduled check-ins to ensure everything was on track, and I never once felt out of the loop or uncertain about the next steps. He was always timely in responding to my questions and very attentive to every detail.
On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The flowers were delivered on time, beautifully set up, and taken down without any issues. The florals really helped elevate the overall ambiance of the venue, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting them.

I spoke to many florists in the area and Kyle was by far the easiest to work with. We hopped on a 45 minute intro call to make sure he was hearing all of my wishes and make them work with the budget. We used Carousel for our wedding on 7.20.24 and they were exellent! Hannah met with us twice - once to get our "vision" and once to show us a mock-up of our florals. She took our comments to heart and changed some things around so that the end result truly blew us away! Kyle was also very communicative via email the whole way, answering any questions we had and handling any additions/changes we wanted to make on the fly (ex: me wanting to add florals to my DIY flower-box welcome sign at the last minute). We quoted a couple other vendors for the same work and Carousel was the best value, and the service was 10/10! -

Such a great value!
Kyle at Carousel Flowers was beyond professional and accommodating. We came to him with a very tight timeline and he was amazing. We Zoomed with our daughter from his shop and he patiently walked her through every flower, every piece of greenery and every vase and ribbon he would use to fulfill her exact vision for her wedding. The results were perfect, delivered right on time and set up with no problems. Our daughter was thrilled with the results and the prices can’t be beat. Thank you Kyle! -

My flowers turned out EVEN BETTER than how I had imagined! I was absolutely enthralled when I received my personals delivery! Kyle was very easy and flexible to work with! Carousel Florist was recommended by our wedding coordinator. Kyle was unequivocally the best vendor we hired for our wedding. His self-described "type A" personality was a perfect fit for us. His attention to detail and ability to execute on what was only a very vague vision was ingenious. He asked a ton of questions and made very helpful suggestions. He designed everything, including our chuppah, from scratch. We received so many comments from our guests on how beautiful/stunning/amazing our flowers were. Kyle also repurposed the flowers from our ceremony to our reception to help with the budget. As a person who had difficulty expressing what I wanted because I'm not super creative, I was so grateful to have Kyle in charge of making everything look beautiful. Turns out we had actually used his shop to send flowers to a friend for her birthday the year before. It was beshert! -

I am a very Type A bride and Kyle and his team were one of the few vendors for my wedding where I had absolutely zero issues or things I wish would have been different! The bouquets and arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and he was so helpful when we met in person to workshop the centerpieces and figure out the small details. I knew I was in great hands with Kyle and it was so nice knowing I didn't have to worry about flowers or decor at all because it would be 100% handled! -

Perfect Florist Experience for our Arboretum Wedding
We could not have been happier with Carousel Flowers for our spring wedding at the Morton Arboretum. Kyle Trevoy’s unique ideas complemented and added to our own and the flowers themselves were exquisite: from the flower crowns to the interior design of the ceremony space, our choices were manifested and were more beautiful than we could have hoped for. We worked with Kyle for our wedding in August of 2022 and he was awesome. When we initially met, I had no solid vision for what our flowers and décor would look like yet. I barely had a color scheme. I had general ideas of what I liked and didn't like, but that was about it. Kyle was so wonderful about asking us questions to help us fine tune our decision making. Not only did he show us photos from previous clients, he went into the back and pulled flowers and greenery to actually construct example bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces - that was SO helpful. He was super knowledgeable about presenting us with floral/greenery options that would give us the look we were gravitating towards AND still be resilient during a late-August wedding. Because you want the flowers to look good beyond the first hour of photo taking! We left our first meeting with him feeling grateful to have a better grasp on what we wanted our décor to look like. He quickly provided us with a very reasonable service quote and we officially booked him ASAP. A month before the wedding, I reached back out to update him on some thematic changes we had made to the overall décor and he was so very accommodating in tweaking a few of the floral selections to reflect those changes. On the day of the wedding, he showed up exactly on time to hand deliver our bouquets and boutonnieres. He also was able to set up florals at the church AND the banquet hall which were not necessarily close to each other. The arrangements were beautiful! I'm so glad we came across Kyle and am grateful for the Carousel Flowers staff in helping to make this such a memorable day. -

We used Carousel for our wedding florals on New Years Eve, 12/31/2022 and we could not be happier!! We worked with Kyle and from the first meeting he immediately understood my vision and 1000% brought it to life. Everything was absolutely perfect from my bouquet to the centerpieces. I cried immediately when we walked into the cocktail hour and then saw the room, Kyle did such an outstanding job it was absolutely breathtaking. Carousel Flowers put together the most beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding! Working with Carousel Flowers in Elmhurst was such a great experience. We initially chose them solely based on how good we felt leaving our initial consultation. They have done the flowers for my mothers second wedding and my wedding now. Each time we talked we changed the plan a little, and Kyle was so responsive to what we wanted for our day. The flowers were beautiful and they were so willing to incorporate extra things like fairy lights and mini pumpkins. It was such a lovely experience working with them and the end product did not disappoint! -

My husband and I had a small 65 person wedding reception at Gibsons in Oakbrook and we were so amazed at what Kyle and his team were able to accomplish.
