Patient and excellent

Carolyn was excellent and very patient with me and my large group for my destination wedding. She assisted with anything she could even once we were in Dominican Republic. She not only helped assist me in picking a location for my destination wedding but helped in doing a room block and booking a large group that had some that were very last minute. Patient to the extreme !

My husband (fiancé at the time) and I had no idea how to go about even looking for a honeymoon vacation spot. Carolyn was absolutely amazing, so helpful! She was honest with everything she told us. Took care of our booking and our flights. I would highly recommend her and her expertise to anyone trying to plan a couples get away! We will be returning to her for help on our next trip :)

Carolyn is so responsive and knowledgeable. She helped us with all the details of our trip including dietary restrictions. I just booked a 2nd trip and refer her to friends.

My husband and I were trying to plan our own honeymoon and were really struggling as it was going to be during hurricane season. Carolyn gave us a bunch of excellent choices. Ultimately we went to St. Lucia and had THE BEST vacation!! Everything went smoothly from our flights to our taxi ride. Carolyn also helped us book a last minute hotel before our flight so we could get to the airport the night before. We are so glad we used her services and loved our perfect and stress free honeymoon!

Carolyn is the BEST!!! Our honeymoon would not have been the amazing trip it was without her help. My husband and I said repeatedly that she saved the day after we had some issues with the resort not delivering on services that were paid for. Without hesitation, Carolyn got in touch with her contacts on property, explained the situation, and had it turned around promptly and effectively. I couldn't imagine traveling without a travel agent from here on out, and wouldn't dream of putting my business through anyone but Carolyn. Without her dedication to her clients, expertise regarding the property and its amenities and services, and her connections "on the inside", our honeymoon would be an entirely different experience than the beautiful trip it turned out to be!! Thank you, Carolyn, for your hard work, professionalism, and devotion to delivering such amazing experiences to those who book travel through your agency!

Carolyn has been amazing! She helped us decide the perfect resort for our honeymoon. On our way home our flight got super delayed and we were going to miss connecting flights. I contacted her and within mintues I had a response and she rescheduled everything for us. She made everything so easy. I'd 100% recommend using Carolyn as your travel agent. Takes any worry out of travel.

I can't begin to describe how amazing Carolyn was through our honeymoon planning. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of our top choices, was available when we needed her the most and she always treated us like part of the family. It took us a long time to fine someone as great as Carolyn, but it was worth the aggravation. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family who are looking for the perfect honeymoon. Can't say enough good things about how fortunate we were to have selected Carolyn Waffle as our Travel Agent! We weren't sure where we wanted to go, she listened to what we envisioned and directed us to just the right resort!
Our Wedding and Honeymoon was perfect, we had no stress or worries for ourselves and our Family!
From our first meeting~ to receiving our Travel Documents, she coordinated it all seamlessly. Big difference in the way we were treated once we arrived at the Resort (from how a friend's Wedding went that booked it online herself). Because of Carolyn's knowledge and personal relationship with the Property, we had the best of everything!
I would highly recommend Carolyn and our entire family all plan on working with her again for our next Vacations!

Carolyn Waffel was very very helpful and efficient planning our trip. I woul highly recommend her to other people. Carolyn had great knowledge about the trip that she relayed to us. Carolyn was AMAZING planning our Destination Wedding to Jamaica! We knew we wanted a Sandals resort but could not decide which one. Because of her expertise and firsthand knowledge because she has stayed at all of the Sandals Resorts she guided us to the Wedding location of our dreams!
We had a wonderful experience from the first meeting~ to the phone call on our Wedding day &
even after our return home when she was so excited to hear about our experience firsthand!
She handled the arrangements for all of our Wedding guests~all went flawlessly and we appreciated the attention to detail provided.

Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with, planning an amazing honeymoon for my husband and I. With so many details and decisions to make while planning a wedding having Carolyn work out all the travels plans was one of the best decisions we made. Carolyn was great! We went to book our honeymoon in the Caribbean through her but had no real idea where we wanted to go. She took the time to meet with us, offer a few places based on our interests and give us time to review and meet again to book. She went above and beyond to work with us, respond to our questions, and email. We had a truely amazing honeymoon thanks to her recommendations!

When we were in barbados they cancelled my flight. Carolyn took care of the situation in least than 10 minutes and I was back in business. I would recommend Carolyn to anyone.

What can I say about Carolyn, she knows what she is doing!! Being in the bridal industry, it's great when I can refer my own clients, to someone as professional, and dedicated to making peoples dreams come true as mine. When booking your honeymoon/vacation, you want someone who can sit down with you and discuss your likes and dislikes. And then you will have the most amazing honeymoon!!! Carolyn gave us the best honeymoon experience ever.

Our honeymoon was a dream come true!! It was so nice to have someone there to plan and make every aspect of the trip perfect for us. Planning a wedding can become very stressful and overwhelming so having someone willing to help and design a perfect honeymoon was a blessing. Things we did not even consider thinking about such as transportation to and from the airport were taken care of for us and everything was just perfect. we can't thank Carolyn enough!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better travel agent!! Carolyn is simply the best when it comes to booking honeymoons and she is a Sandals expert! Our transaction was easy and she was able to get us our dream honeymoon while fitting our budget!! She has been to almost all of the Sandals resorts so she was able to give us specific details about each resort that wouldn't be found in the brochure. When my wife and I set out to plan our wedding we took the time to rank the most important aspects of our wedding. Our top two were the photographer and the DJ. We actually had our honeymoon towards the bottom of the list because we didn't think we could afford anything extravagent or exotic and we would end up settling with what was available. Then I was then introduced to Carolyn Waffle. From the first moment we met, my wife and I felt a great connection with Carolyn. We had no clue where we wanted to go for our honeymoon because we knew our budget was tight. At the end of our time together she suggested we should definitely consider an all-inclusive package because of the money we would save from food and drinks alone. She did not pressure us to make a decision right then and there. She was so incredibly helpful and fielded every question we had. We finally decided to take her up on her recommendation of Sandals St. Lucia. We had never been to St. Lucia, but it was everything we wanted! There are three resorts on the island that all have varying price points. She did not talk us in to the most expensive. She gave us what we wanted and what fit our budget.
Our honeymoon was so romantic. We were able to afford a couple excursions from the money we saved in choosing the right resort. We traveled to each of the three resorts throughout the week and ate at the top restaurants. We have so many pictures and so many irreplacable memories because of Carolyn and her expertise. She will go above and beyond to make your trip work and I will and have continued to recommend her to not only our friends that are getting married, but also to couples looking to get away, with those planning family trips and everyone in between.You should definitley consider choosing Carolyn Waffle when planning your next getaway. She is the best. Thank you Carolyn for all you did for Stephanie and me!

Carolyn did an amazing job planing our complicated destination wedding (we had several people with special needs and accommodations that had to be made). She was amazing with helping us plan and conference calls to make sure everything was perfect. Our wedding was more beautiful and amazing then we ever could have dreamed of and without Carolyn and her amazing team at Sandals Emerald Bay none of it would have been possible. We can not thank Carolyn enough for all she did and we will never book another vacation without her!

Carolyn got us a great deal in a beautiful resort. She met with us before our trip to explain everything. She even thought to put us in rows in the airplane with lots of leg room for our tall husbands! Transportation from airport to resort was included and great considering our late arrival in Mexico. We would recommend Carolyn's services and will use her again!

Carolyn was fantastic! She took care of every detail from champagne and strawberries in our room upon arrival to cocktail service complete with hors d'oeuvres each afternoon. The property was breathtaking and the service impeccable. We can't recommend Carolyn highly enough!

Our honeymoon was a dream come true!! It was so nice to have someone there to plan and make every aspect of the trip perfect for us. Planning a wedding can become very stressful and overwhelming so having someone willing to help and design a perfect honeymoon was a blessing. Things we did not even consider thinking about such as transportation to and from the airport were taken care of for us…all we had to do was go and enjoy the newly married life. And that was exactly what we needed. Another bonus is that working with a knowledgeable travel agent that you can trust gives you the opportunity to make the honeymoon or vacation perfect…because they know the best places to go, places to eat, activities worth spending extra money on, etc.

Our honeymoon was at an all inclusive resort in Cozumel Mexico and it was truly paradise!! Food, alcohol, and activities (snorkeling, beach parties, etc.) were included, plus we had the opportunity to schedule other activities (zip-lining, swimming with dolphins, spa days, etc) if we wanted. It was the best vacation we have ever been on and we look forward to returning in the near future. We highly recommend All Inclusive Honeymoons and Destination Weddings by Certified Travel and look forward to future trips!!

Carolyn helped me to plan my destination wedding to Aruba in June of 2010 and I couldn't have been more pleased. From start to finish, if there was even the slightest problem, she solved it. I dealt with everything via phone and email, and her responsiveness to me was spectacular. I never waited more than a day to hear back from her. Carolyn helped myself and our 40ish guests to book airfare and hotel reservations to a destination no one in our party had ever been. Since then, we have all made plans to go back in 5 years, and my husband and I even went back for our 1 year anniversary with Carolyn's help! I will use her services again.

I cannot say enough good things about Certified Travel. Carolyn was recommended to me by another agent because of her specialization in destination weddings.

In July of this year, I was married in the Dominican Republic. Getting there was a trip itself, no pun intended. First Carolyn helped me sort through the numerous all-inclusives in the Caribbean. Then she worked with the resort on my behalf to make sure details were taken care of: number of guests, rooms, wedding date availability, and more.

Carolyn worked tirelessly on my behalf before the trip, and even during. We had additions and cancellations to our trip right up to the last minute, and Carolyn was always just a phone call or email away to help with the changes.

If I had a question about a particular service or resort policy, she was always there to make the call to the resort to clarify.

We had a couple of problems once we got to the resort, and on a Sunday she was still working to make sure we had the best trip of our lives.

It's hardly an understatement to say there's no way I could have coordinated the trip without her. Nor could I put a price on the peace of mind knowing that she was ready to help in any situation.

People say that travel agencies are a relic of the past thanks to the internet, but I wholly disagree. Agents like Carolyn provide a high-level of service that you will not find anywhere online. I highly recommend her services, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next trip, even though it won't be for my wedding!

I can only nitpick .1 from the rating because no one is perfect and I hope the feedback is taken in a constructive manner to increase an already superb service.

Carolyn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with her responses and methods to manage/ coordinate our wedding events. There are times where she is OOO for a brief period of time because she is with clients and gives those client her undivided attention so this is a positive.

All and all, I recommend Carolyn's services without any reservations or hesitations. I cant say enough positive things about working with Carolyn.

Everything was amazing! Carolyn was so helpful and accommodating and definitely did everything she could and then some to make our honeymoon more than we could ever dream of. There's no way we could have planned a trip like this on our own. Best of all was the personalized touch that we received when we arrived at our resort!

We used Carolyn to plan our honeymoon. We were very pleased to have all the details taken care of, as we were busy planning our wedding. We had a fabulous time in Barbados and we very pleased with our honeymoon! During our stay, the resort swithced companys from Couples to Sandals. Carolyn did a great job making sure that this would not impact our stay. The transition was smooth and we were able to relax and enjoy our honeymoon. We will definitely use Carolyn again for future vacations!

Carolyn Waffle is an absolute pleasure to work with. She not only arranged for our travel but took it upon herself to make sure that all the details were just perfect.
There's no way I will ever travel again without the personal touches of having a travel agent. Carolyn has definitely set the bar high and I can't wait to work with her again soon!

Will use again in the future! Very helpful and is very knowledgable! We had a wonderful honeymoon and we couldn't have done it without Carolyn's help! I didn't have to worry about a thing with our honeymoon while I was planning the wedding!

This was the first time I utilized a travel agent. I, like most people, assumed I could find a better deal on the internet. But I have to say once everything was said and done the price was almost identical to what I could've found online and I would've missed out on the personal insight to which resort was right for me and my husband. Carolyn took the time to get to know what our likes and dislikes were and recommended a resort based on that. And we knew we got the best resort for us after visiting 3 other resorts in the area. We plan to use her again for our next trip to an all-inclusive and actually have already started talking to her again for an upcoming family vacation to Orlando. She was awesome!

I absolutely LOVED having Carolyn as my travel agent/wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She just wants you to be happy with your special day, and she continues to make her best effort in helping you secure that happiness.

Sometimes it takes her a little bit longer to respond to some emails, which can make things a little difficult. But other times, not even a minute has passed and she's already responded and helped you figure out your issue! :)

I would totally recommend Carolyn to a friend planning a destination wedding, and I would also use her for other traveling opportunities.

Our travel agent was nice and helpful... the resort was nice but didn't have as much activities to do as we would have liked...
