I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with Caroline’s Rentals! When I first stumbled upon them on Instagram, I was so inspired by the photos of her work that I knew I had to reach out. Lindsay’s collection of rentals is absolutely stunning, and my imagination ran wild with the possibilities. The pieces we rented (altar, tables, peacock chairs, lounge, and glass sleeves) were the perfect additions to my vision, with unique furniture and décor that truly brought the theme together. Not only did it elevate the overall look, but her services also alleviated the stress of having to transport and set up large items ourselves amidst an already chaotic DIY gameplan.
Lindsay was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. I’m especially grateful to Lindsay for allowing us to come in for a second planning meeting to test out the DIY décor ideas I had in mind with the rental items. It was such a huge help to see everything come together before the big day! On our wedding day, Lindsay’s team was punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond. Lindsay personally set up our altar using the items I had brought and made sure it all looked absolutely flawless for the ceremony. Thanks to them, everything turned out beautifully and exactly as I had envisioned. I’m so grateful for their support and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We worked with Caroline’s Rentals for our wedding. We rented candlesticks, a boxwood, glasses for candles, shelves, a table, chairs for our sweetheart table and more. Lindsay was great to work with. She is so patient, helpful, and kind- especially with me, who changed my mind a few too many times - but Lindsay happily helped me regardless. Everything we rented was in pristine condition and looked amazing; it really added the details to help pull our vision together on our wedding day. Everything was dropped off and picked up without the slightest issue. Definitely use Caroline’s Rentals and their huge selection of rental items for your wedding or event! -

I would highly recommend Caroline's Rentals to anyone looking for wedding rentals! They have an amazing selection and it was extremely easy to find exactly what we were looking for with their website catalog. We submitted the items we wanted and Lindsay worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. We didn't use the delivery option (although that is an available service), but pickup and drop-off was smooth and easy and they helped us with loading and unloading our car. Thanks again so much for being a part of our perfect day! -

Beautiful rentals, excellent to work with
Caroline's Rentals made our woodland fairytale wedding come to life. I had a vision of mixing rustic/woodsy, storybook whimsy and gilded vintage, and found pieces at Caroline's that made it all beautiful and cohesive. Caroline's rentals helped me to make my dream lounge area with their gorgeous velvet couch and side table. They also provided our sweetheart table and chairs and a few other smaller pieces that made our day so much prettier! Their selection is INCREDIBLE - check out the website, but if you get a chance to visit their physical location you will see so many unique and beautiful pieces. The pricing was very fair, and they even dropped off, set up, and picked up the pieces we rented. The whole process was smooth and easy. -

We had so much fun visiting Lindsey's store and picking all the lovely things which helped us put the "icing on the cake". When her son was sick she was flexible and we did our visit via Zoom. We hired Caroline's Rentals for our small, (30 person) wedding ceremony and reception and couldn't be happier. We worked with Lindsay throughout the entire rental process and she was knowledgeable and accommodating with everything!
We rented tables, chairs, glass goblets, silver chargers, a cake cart and a bar from Caroline's and everything was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of.
I would recommend Caroline's Rentals to anyone planning a wedding or event. The extensive collection is full of unique, vintage, and practical pieces that will elevate any occasion. I'm already trying to dream up another event just to use Caroline's Rentals again!

Beautiful Rentals in Budget
Lindsay was so sweet and easy to work with. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly! All of her rentals are well taken care of and priced very reasonably. We rented 2 full lounges with decor, 2 wingback chairs for our sweetheart table, and 2 shelves, and we were STILL within our rental budget. -

Lindsay was a delight to work with- it was wonderful to be able to finally meet after delays with the beginning of the pandemic. Her patience and communication is amazing! Lindsay has just about anything you could imagine you needed for your wedding day! She was so sweet and helpful and visiting her shop really helped me to get more ideas of what exactly I wanted for my big day. We ended up renting quite a bit of things from her and everything looked amazing. She was very easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. I loved that you could add and remove items very easily up until bery close to the wedding day. I really appreciated her finding me an arbor for my big day as well, the one she had was already taken for our wedding date. A few days after my visit she had sent me an email with one she found and it was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients dreams come to life. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend a visit to her shop and using her for your wedding, you will not be disappointed! -

Caroline's Rentals helped us create a beautiful ceremony space, thanks to its fantastic rustic wooden arbor! After COVID-19 forced us to plan, then replan our wedding, Caroline's came through with a perfect rental in a very short timespan. And when inclement weather struck, the wooden arbor helped transform our indoor setting into the romantic, garden-like atmosphere we were hoping for outside. Lindsay was our main contact and she was so responsive and flexible. I'd highly recommend, as Caroline's offered great rates, convenient set-up and pick-up, and a huge inventory of high-quality choices. -

Where do I begin! So many gorgeous things to choose from. Caroline's Rentals had any item you could possibly want or need for your wedding. Lindsay was so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. We were able to meet with her to discuss all our ideas and we easily formed a list as to what pieces we would need. Caroline‘s rentals has so many options, I had only wish we knew sooner all of the things they have to offer! We spent most of our beginning planning stages buying things off-line and come to find out Caroline‘s rentals had all of it and more. The Perfect Details for Your Day
As a bride who had to reschedule twice due to covid, Caroline's Rentals was truly a rock in the midst of uncertainty. With each date change, Lindsay was understanding, responsive, and helpful. From our first tour of her warehouse to the morning of the wedding, Lindsay went out of her way to help me create the perfect look for our big day. From ideas to photographs to hands-on help, she was there every step of the way. Caroline's Rentals has all those beautiful pieces, those details, that make your wedding unique to you and your vision. Among other things, we rented the couch and rug, which our attendees all used as a setting for their own pictures! We also rented the circle arbor, which added an incredible backdrop to our sweetheart table. I cannot speak highly enough about this family owned and run business. If your wedding is in the central PA area, absolutely look them up and rent some special pieces for your day. -

Caroline's came recommended to us through our venue, after thinking of a couple different ideas we wanted for rentals we decided to visit the shop. First of all, Lindsay is such a pleasure to be around. Not only is she super friendly, and just a joy to work with all together. But she also was there to bounce ideas off of, and she never got tired of our million questions. We ended up visiting her shop at least 3 times before we finally decided on what we wanted to do! Lindsay was there every step of the way with a smile on her face. She also came to the venue set everything up including over 100 gold candle sticks!!! and tore everything back down at the end of the night! Without Lindsay's help and guidance my wedding wouldn't have turned out as amazing as it did. Oh AND she can do chalk art, for any type of signs or seating chart which was also super convenient. -

Lindsay was the most go-with-the-flow vendor I hired for my wedding day. I changed my rental list at least 4 times over 9 months....went back twice to look at things....even made adjustments the day we picked up! Caroline’s Rentals was the greatest addition to our wedding day. They have so many decor options and are so helpful. Their brass and gold candle sticks were the perfect accent to our wedding tables. They had a little white table that was the perfect option for us to have communion during our ceremony. They also put together a wire stand for our table numbers and guests names, which I LOVED. I would highly recommend going to them for any decoration you may need! They are the BEST!!! -

Caroline’s Rentals is an amazing vendor. After emailing Lindsey, she let me browse all of the inventory. We rented a lounge, glasses, mirrors, chalk boards, brass candle holders, an antique ironing board, accent tables and more. The rentals added so much character to our venue. We needed to rent a bar and Lindsey literally built a bar for our wedding. Lindsey also worked with our florist, Pearls & Petals and together they picked our beautiful table top arrangements. If I need to plan any bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party and I need rentals I’m going to Lindsey. -

Caroline’s Rentals will NOT disappoint you! They were recommended to me by a close friend of mine and I could not be more thankful she told me about this place. Lindsay was so professional and kind. We had actually misunderstood the amount that was due at pick up, and Lindsay was so gracious towards us. Loved working with this company and will definitely be back if I ever have a need to rent again! We rented the Rose Velvet chairs and the cake stand- so beautiful! -

I was so lucky to find Caroline’s Rental’s!!! I had been searching for quite some time for specific items for our wedding but everywhere I looked either didn’t have what we needed or wanted way too much for a rental. I happened to find Caroline’s on an Instagram post and knew right away that we had found our match!!!! What we didn’t know was just how much inventory Caroline’s really had. Just about everything you could possibly need for wedding decor was found in her shop from dessert and cake stands to colored goblets and china to lanterns and assortments of candlesticks. Lindsay was amazing and so friendly and accommodating!! We were planning our wedding from SC and she was able to email me pictures of items and promptly answer any questions I had. She made our wedding planning less stressful and saved us a ton of time!! I honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us!! Caroline’s Rentals is definitely your go to for any wedding decor needs!!! -

With few words to describe our perfect wedding, ideas were formed, recommendations were given & Caroline’s Rentals truly brought everything into fruition on our big day! I can’t say enough great things about this company. Our entire wedding was decorated to be the most romantic and breath taking experience, with out having to do much. All decor was delivered & displayed day of, leaving us to be confident the day would be exactly what was envisioned. Lindsay was always so supportive of our ideas & gave great recommendations to help with the stress of brining my Pinterest board come to life! No matter how many times I asked to add rentals to our day, Lindsay replied within hours letting me know I would have an updated estimate ASAP. All of her rentals are extremely reasonable for the stunning decor and design that will last a life time. Can I hire them for every party, I just may! -

A fellow bride at work recommended Caroline's to me and after our first visit I was so impressed and could not wait to pick out our decor. Caroline’s Rentals caught my eye on instragram. She posted a particular pair of chairs and I instantly knew I wanted them for our sweetheart table and had to know how much they were. Lindsey answered my instagram message quickly and we soon went to visit her barn and see all of her wonderful things! I made a list that day to book for the wedding! She even went shopping for something we asked if she had and she didn’t! Last minute we had to cancel something and she was so understanding. And the chairs were a hit; comfortable and worth it!!! Glad I found Caroline’s Rentals and if I ever needed them again I wouldn’t hesitate to email her! -

(I felt like I'd walked into a real life Pinterest board)! Lindsay was incredible to work with and had wonderful ideas and suggestions for arranging centerpieces, creating cohesion throughout the decor, and adding unique touches to my day. She took my jumbled ideas and turned them into something absolutely beautiful! Caroline's Rentals had everything I was looking for (and everything I'd forgotten to think of, too!) They are very organized, efficient, and were a HUGE help packing and transporting the items. The two also have a perfect eye for setting up and putting all pieces together to create a beautiful space. They are professional, yet extremely personable. They are quick to respond to your inquiries and are forgiving when you decide last minute to change things up! By far my favorite thing about Caroline and Lindsay is that they really are rentals...AND MORE. They listen to every detail you share, they care about your vision and they love what they do. Also, the two saved my wedding day, so they're lifesavers too :) BOOK 'EM!

They said they would hold the items for me as I was from out of state and having my wedding in Lancaster, and a week before the wedding they contacted me to visit their shop. I ended up taking more items because I loved what they had to offer. She worked with my schedule with picking things up and dropping them off which made things 100 times less stressful with everything else I had to do for the wedding. I would 100% recommend Caroline’s rentals if I’d had known about it earlier I’d have rented my table decorations too

Lindsay with Caroline's Rentals is absolutely AMAZING to work with! The amount of inventory she has for couples to rent is unbelievable (seriously, go visit her barn and see for yourself!). Caroline's Rentals prices were very reasonable and they can even deliver/set up for your wedding! We rented an arch, barrels, crates, table numbers and more - Lindsay even HANDMADE our custom seating chart which looked incredible! One of the best decisions we made was booking Caroline's Rentals for our wedding - it wouldn't have been as beautiful without them :) -
