Caroline was truly one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, organized, and professional. She was always so responsive and accommodating, answering all of my questions and even listening to my occasional wedding-planning rants with such kindness and reassurance. Her calm and supportive presence made me feel so much more at ease throughout the process.
She was also extremely helpful when putting together our timeline, offering thoughtful suggestions to make sure everything flowed smoothly and made sense. Her expertise and attention to detail were invaluable. To top it all off, she did a dry run the day before our wedding to scout locations and ensure that everything would go flawlessly.
On the wedding day, she was prompt, efficient, and an absolute joy to work with. She kept everything running smoothly while capturing every meaningful moment so beautifully and naturally.
We were blown away to receive 114 stunning sneak peek photos the very next day. It was so special to be able to relive our wedding immediately after it happened. Our full gallery was delivered in less than a month, and every single photo was beyond anything we could have imagined.
Her talent, professionalism, and genuine care played such a huge role in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We will treasure these photos forever and cannot recommend her enough. Real Moments. Beautiful Memories.
If you’re getting married in Tampa and want someone who listens and takes your vision seriously, hire Caroline. We worked with Caroline Allen Photography for our small, intimate courthouse wedding downtown, and she nailed exactly what I envisioned. I searched endlessly for someone who was going to provide real, candid moments for not just my husband and I, but our children and extended family without making anything feel staged or forced. She was incredibly easy to work with, paid attention to my style, embraced my prop ideas and my hyperactive, needy kids. She used all the props I brought in a way that actually elevated the photos instead of making them feel gimmicky or just awkwardly placed in the photos. Everything felt natural, efficient, and low stress, which is exactly what we wanted. Turnaround time was fast, the photos are beautiful, and it was absolutely worth it. Zero regrets. We would hire her again without hesitation. -

Our Jupiter Beach Wedding
From the moment we spoke with Caroline, we knew she was going to be our wedding photographer. Within reaching out she immediately scheduled a phone call and asked us about ourselves. As she is Tampa based, but Jupiter raised, she was so so flexible in making it over here, post hurricanes and all. I am not at all “bridey”, hate attention, but wanted to capture our day documentary style. She literally understood the assignment. I wasn’t sure about the classic wedding photos but she encouraged us and made it SOO quick so we could get to our reception to party. We cannot recommend Caroline enough - would definitely use you again for future allocations!!! TY!! -

My wife and I were having so much trouble finding a photographer we liked who could not only capture our day but really find the little candid moments and Caroline did this perfectly. On Caroline’s website, she says she will be your hype woman, your friend, your photographer and your confidant during planning and I must say, FACTS. The saddest thing about getting all my pictures is knowing I won’t talk to my new friend for awhile. BUT away from the sappy, WOW!!! The pictures she took for our wedding look like they came out of a magazine. I don’t believe they’re pictures of me!! She did so beyond incredible and she’s so nice and caring. She made sure I got every picture I wanted and more! These pictures will last a life time. I cannot wait to work with her again and I cannot recommend her enough!! -

I am so happy we chose Caroline to be our photographer for our courthouse elopement. She was so easy to work with and very responsive and professional from the start. We communicated via email to book the date and she reached out a few days before to confirm all was set. I didn't have to worry about a thing. When we met at the courthouse I knew immediately that we made the right decision. Caroline was so kind and personable that I felt like we spent the afternoon with a friend. She did a great job capturing our special day and even sent us a few sneak peek photos within hours! I could not wait to see the rest of the gallery and to my surprise we received it just a few days later. The photos are amazing and I am so obsessed. My mother in law loved the photos so much she said "I am going to wall paper my living room with these pictures!"

The BEST in the biz
Caroline is truly the best. Within one email correspondence, I knew she was going to be my girl! We were lucky enough to have her capture our engagement photoshoot as well as our big day, both sessions with her were nothing short of amazing. She is so much fun!! Professional yet knows how to make you feel totally comfortable and at ease with the camera and posing, and have a great time while doing it! Cracking jokes and just making it feel so easy and natural. She is also speedy as heck!! She always responded to me quickly, which is so nice as a bride and having questions, and she had my wedding photos edited and PERFECT sent to me in about 3 weeks. I mean, that's unheard of- plus she did all this with a new baby at home to! She is a rockstar and hiring her will be the best thing you could do for your wedding. 10000/10 recommend :) -

All your wedding picture dreams come true!
We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome with our wedding photos. It’s hard to pick our favorites! To say we are pleased, is an understatement. We were blown away by how amazing the final pics were. Caroline listened to us and guided us through out the night. We felt comfortable and like she was a friend. People have told me our pictures belong in a wedding magazine. We will hire her in the future for family pics!
And lastly, we were very impressed with the turn around time. We received a few teasers the morning after, a few more about a week after and then all of the photos were delivered to us on a nice USB with a friendly handwritten note. She also wrote a beautiful blog that she shared with us. The process from start to finish with Caroline was efficient, timely and felt luxury!
Again, we couldn’t be more grateful for the outcome of her work. No need to look further. You will regret not hiring Caroline!!! -

She’s the BEST!
I found Caroline on Instagram about a year before our wedding, and loved her pictures! She was more then a photographer, she helped me plan how the day would go, and much more! My ring was not done when we were supposed to have our engagement pics and she was so easygoing and got us changed for a later date. We froze together on the beach in 30/40 degree weather for engagement pics (it was so cold 🥶no joke) and we sweated together in high 80s for the wedding! We wanted fun in the moment pics and that’s exactly what we got! No cheesy posed pics! She is so professional but fun at the same time! She will be our forever photographer ♥️ We love you Caroline! -

Caroline LITERALLY does it all
Caroline is THE BEST photographer I have ever worked with. I have had the pleasure of being a bystander watching her work for a lifestyle shoot, and participated in her shoot for my engagement photos and my wedding. She literally climbed into a bush at one point to get a good angle, if that’s not dedication then I don’t know what is!
Caroline is ALWAYS available via text and that has been the most helpful. She has been able to answer photo related questions as well as assist with other inquiries as well. She saved the day when my wedding dress was too big a week before my wedding, and found me a contact to get my dress done in ONE DAY.
I literally couldn’t recommend her enough. She is the best! -

Book this chick right now!
My now husband and I got engaged in the Fall of 2019. Which began preparations for what was to be one of the best days of our lives collectively. I found Caroline's photography by searching for an engagement shoot that would capture both our personalities. I am a tad bit introverted, and my husband is a huge extrovert. I was also testing the waters for a possible wedding photographer. That engagement shoot solidified that we had to have her capture our wedding if she would be available. She was. But then COVID happened and we had to make a decision many of us had to make and post pone until 2021. Caroline was so gracious to allow us to re-book with her for a year later. The patience truly paid off as she captured our day as perfect as we could ever ask. She was able to capture not only the beauty of every person's experience at the wedding, but also the natural Floridian beauty of our venue Waller Ranch. Our family and friends all loved her and asked how we found such a fun and professional person. 10/10 would recommend her for anyone's special occasion, or even if you're just feelin' yourself on a Tuesday. -

Oh my goodness! *jaw drops* Our pictures are breathtaking!!!!! I can’t pick a favorite, I’m trying to pick one for my phone’s lock screen picture and to print out and I can’t because I love too many! I don’t think I have words to express how much we love them and how grateful we are to have found you! I’ve sent them to a few friends and family and they are all as in love as we are!! Also, that packaging… I am a sucker for good packaging! From the envelope to the address label to the sweet thank you card then when I thought it couldn’t get any better I see the box with the “R” and when I saw the flash drive I was like “is this real?” By far the coolest flash drive I’ve ever seen and definitely owned!! Every little detail of everything is perfect in both the packaging and our photos!! Not only were the pictures amazing but the experience of taking pictures with you was so so so fun!! We had such a good time and I think you’re one of the funniest and coolest people!! By far one of our coolest and most hype vendors! So many of our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family members told us how much they loved you too!! THANK YOU SO MUCH (x million)!! -

One of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding!
Let me start by saying that as a human, Caroline is one of the best out there. It's no surprise that she stays busy throughout the year - her work is just AMAZING - but she always made us feel that our wedding was important.
My husband and I wanted to split our package into two days and I recall how at ease Caroline was with this idea - she was all for it! COVID came along and Caroline was one of the first people I contacted as we had to scrap our entire plan. Not only did Caroline emphasize her flexibility with rescheduling (tentative rescheduling, might I add), but she provided supportive advice that helped make our decisions so much easier given the hard circumstances.
We ended up eloping a whole month EARLIER than our initial date and we changed our venue to the east coast of FL - 100 miles farther than what we originally planned. Caroline was supportive 100% of this journey despite all these changes and THE PHOTOS!! I can't look at any of them without getting a huge grin or heart eyes!
We ended up rescheduling our reception for over a year after the elopement and true to her character, she supported our new plans and stayed excited for months until we finally got to celebrate. She arrived at our portrait photo location early to scope out some great spots (good thing for that because I had a bride fail moment and didn't even bother to check if the gardens we scheduled to take the photos at would be open - Caroline ran with it though and we still got AMAZING photos).
At the reception, she captured so much love in the photos. From hugging people as they arrived to people having a great time at our poker tables, she got all the different aspects of our party. Caroline even captured my facetime call with a family member that couldn't make it - I was floored with those shots when we received them! Caroline was actually the most complimented vendor at our wedding - everyone loved her!
If you're like me and not even close to being a natural human in front of a camera, it's important to get a photographer that helps ease the stress and worry - you take a lot of photos throughout this process! Caroline was hands down the best decision we made when it came to our wedding and I am still in awe at the magical pictures she was able to capture! -

We found Caroline on the recommendation of our wedding planner, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice. Caroline is such a gem, so sweet, totally a calming presence on what can easily be a stressful day, and she's obviously so skilled with her work. She captured us, our family, and friends so perfectly. We got our photos back so quickly too (within about 4 weeks), which was so appreciated, and they were everything we were hoping for!! Caroline was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so thankful. From the moment we saw her work (and Harry Potter/The Office references) we knew she was the one. She's not only an amazing photographer, she's such a genuine person and was so easy to work with (even with covid postponements). She was so quick to respond to all our crazy questions and she made some great recommendations for us as well. Caroline made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera the day of the wedding and I can't even count the number of compliments that our bridal party and guests had about her. Caroline #nailedit! She was a blast to work with before the wedding, going over the pros/cons of different photos, first look, etc. And the day of we had a plan already in place. Her portraits are beautiful but her candid moments, all those little moments in between the perfect pose, are the ones that sold me. I originally found Caroline on Instagram. I loved all of her photos and her personality shined through them. Her Instagram stories with Ellie of course had me hooked and I knew she was perfect for our wedding! I first reached out to her Pre-COVID and confirmed our date. Throughout this entire pandemic, Caroline was the greatest vendor we had— clear communication and flexibility! Due to Covid, we never had a chance to meet in person but her awesome personality easily shines through in emails and her Instagram. Neither my husband or I are very comfortable in front of a camera but on the day of she made everything so easy. She even made our pup look good, he’s never looked so happy in photos!! Our wedding was one week ago and she has already sent us multiple sneak peaks and we are so excited to see the rest of the photos. It’s obvious she loves what she does and she was a big part of making our wedding as amazing as it was. Thank you Caroline!! -

Best Photos!
Where do I begin... I started following Caroline on Instagram not even realizing she was based out of Tampa. Out of the blue, she messaged me and at the time, I was contemplating other local photographers. It was that one message from her that stuck to me like glue and I knew there was a reason I followed her to begin with. First, Caroline is hysterical and I realized this after following her on Instagram and watching her stories. I began to learn more about her through her posts and love for her beautiful pup that made me even like her more and more. When I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID-19, she sent me a note making me laugh during the craziest of times. Her upbeat personality, unique flare, and phenomenal photographs kept me in suspense of what to expect on my big day. Let me just say.. she didn’t disappoint. From day one Caroline was truly my hype girl! Being a covid bride is not fun, to say the least. We went through all the normal wedding set backs on top of a date change, venue change, hurricane/tropical storm.... Caroline was there through it all! Sending notes of encouragement and support. She assisted me multiple times with getting my day of timeline organized. Which of course always runs over no matter how much you plan! Again, Caroline made it work, she is fast, but thorough. You can tell she takes what she does seriously and loves what she is doing. Although I've only gotten a couple sneak peeks (since I literally just got married) they are amazing and I can't wait to see more! I can't thank her enough for all her time and support! My 2nd Favorite person at the wedding!
Besides my new Husband, Caroline was by far my favorite!!! She made all the pictures fun but also organized to make sure we got every shot we wanted. She was super flexible with us being goofy, having our dogs, and asking her to make sure we got a picture with a chicken! (which is our favorite photo) She always kept contact with us even through out all of covid to make sure we were still on the same page. I thought it was going to be difficult with her in another state but she was better with communication than any of our venders. I wish she lived closer because we would have her do our photos for life! After the wedding she gave us sneak peeks each week until she was done editing which were so exciting. She's just amazing!! I originally found Caroline on Instagram. I loved all of her photos, the fact that she has an adorable pit bull, and a fun loving, honest and open personality you get a glimpse of in her IG stories. When I first reached out, I initially just booked her for our wedding, but then decided a few months later I'd love for her to do an engagement session for us, and boy was it fun. We brought both of our dogs, and felt like she was an old friend upon meeting her, and had a fantastic time laughing and sweating away since it was August. I knew she had captured some good stuff but when we got our photos back- WOW!-JAW dropping images that we will forever cherish.
Our wedding day was more of a blur for us mentally, due the excitement and whirlwind of it all as a wedding is, and when seeing her photos, that she captured beautifully, in such a creative and artistic way, of events that I would have possibly never remembered, due to all of the excitement, we were absolutely floored. She was more than accommodating, stopping at multiple locations, and even loaded us into her car after our backyard ceremony to drive us to the park down the street for additional photos before returning to the reception.

Hidden Gem!
20/10 recommend Caroline for any event! I cannot say enough good things about her! Not only is she personable and affordable, but the photos she takes are gallery quality! She is a (not so) hidden gem! Every time I show off a wedding a photo the first comment I get is “WOW you photographer is AMAZING!” I cannot recommend her enough! Caroline is the absolute best!
In planning my wedding, I knew finding the right photographer was one of the most important things to do. You always hear how quickly your wedding day happens so I wanted a photographer who could capture those small moments so that I could always remember. There are so many decisions to be made on your wedding day, big and small and choosing Caroline as my photographer was one of the best decisions that I made. What can I say except, DO IT!
Caroline's website is very user friendly and she allows flexibility when it comes to putting together your package (not many photographers allow you customize your own package).
She did a great job communicating through out the whole process and was always positive and encouraging in her responses. She went above and beyond to make sure she knew our vision and offered guidance as well.
Day of was MAGIC! Everyone loved her!
Caroline gave great direction and captured a lot of priceless moments :)
Getting the "sneak peeks" so soon after only made me more excited for the finished product!

Best photographer, hands down!
Caroline was discovered through an Instagram hashtag search, and let me tell you what - I am sure glad I decided on her. She is responsive and has such an awesome, down to earth personality. My (now) wife and I first hired Caroline for our engagement shoot and we loved the experience so much that we hired her to be our wedding photographer, which took place in CT. Neither of us like getting our pictures taken but with Caroline, you honestly have no worries because she truly makes you feel comfortable and completely relaxed.
If there is one thing we did right throughout this process, it was hiring her! Hopefully she will stay local because she is for sure going to be our photographer for a maternity shoot, and much more! 🙃

My dad was in charge of finding a photographer for my wedding this past June. My dad is an experienced photographer himself so he knew what to look for! I am SO incredibly happy he found Caroline. Not only was she extremely responsive throughout the entire process, hilarious, and professional, but she made me feel like we had been know each other forever. Look no Further!!!
You guys- Stop. You've found your photographer!! Let me start with a short back story. We are native to Colorado and had a destination wedding in Florida. I relied solely on reviews to find my vendors. Gratefully, Caroline was top rated (for good reason) and was willing to work with our budget. I followed her on social media and was so thrilled to meet her the day of our wedding! She did not disappoint! Caroline was incredible. She was professional, punctual and creative. I was a low maintenance bride and didn't have a lot of wants or needs when it came to our pictures. It was fun to say "do your thanggg, girl" and be surprised by our photos! We had wedding pictures and a next day "trash the dress" session ( HIGHLY RECOMMEND). Our photos were fabulous- she captured every aspect of our day. Looking through our photos, you honestly feel like you were there! She was an added support for me- when our DJ didn't do much Emceeing and kind of flopped on the music, she provided me with ideas of how to fill the awkwardness. She helped me decide on which earrings to wear. She snapped a few pictures of me nursing our sweet baby before the ceremony. She gave me and my now husband direction to "look" like the ocean wasn't 60 degrees and made being in the water with our clothes on way less awkward. She gave us sneak peeks after our day which made us so excited for our USB that came in the mail ( with adorable personalized touches) within 2 weeks after our wedding. We received all the rights to our photos as well so LORD KNOWS I already printed a ton! I could go on and on about how great she is but the take home is STOP LOOKING FOR A PHOTOGRAPHER!!!
