Incredibly Gorgeous Wedding Florals!
We highly recommend Carolina Weddings! We worked with Nikki on all of our floral items for our wedding - bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table arrangements, and cake flowers. Nikki was a joy to work with, she's accommodating, knowledgeable, and was able to help us with some last minute changes that were needed. Nikki nailed our vision perfectly! Attaching some (iphone) photos that don't do the gorgeous flowers as much justice as they deserve!! Thank you! -

Nikki from Carolina Weddings came through in the clutch! After our guest count came in lower than expected and we had some remaining budget to use, I called her less than 2 weeks out from our wedding and she made it happen -- beautiful draping, twinkle lights, and a super fun disco ball. It transformed our venue and came out even better than I imagined. She also worked with me to make it fit my specific budget. Perfection. -

Wonderfully done
It was beauTifully put together. Coming in from out of town, it was so easy to book and communication was easy. There was not any stress with dealing with Nikki, she was responsive and wonderful to work with! I asked for it to be placed where she thought it would look best and it was perfect location and could not ask for anything better!! -

Wonderful service!
Working with Carolina weddings was such an amazing experience. Coming from out of state , I was very skeptical about hiring vendors I was unfamiliar with. Thankfully, customer reviews helped in making a decision and I have no regrets. We rented our beach ceremony set up, chairs, Arbour, Shephards hook for decor and a small table for a sand ceremony. I loved working with Nikki, she was very helpful, clear and had a quick turnaround time for responses. Our ceremony set up was beautiful! Everything we had discussed. Although we did not meet in person, her communication skills on point. I definitely recommend Carolina weddings. -

We had an AMAZING experience with Nikki and the Carolina Weddings team. My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary with 80 family and friends in Hilton Head Island and we entrusted Nikki and her team and they EXCEEDED our expectations!!! Nikki was very professional, responsive, accommodating and most importantly was able to stay in our budget! My family and friends are still bragging about how beautiful the decor, the flowers, the bouquets, and just everything for both the ceremony and the reception. Words can't express how thankful we are for making this milestone so memorable. Nikki and her team were able to turn our DREAM into REALITY! We highly recommend Nikki and the Carolina Weddings team! -

We were trying to rent a dance floor from them for months, and could not get anyone to respond to our emails and give us an invoice. When my husband finally got involved, they sent a very rude and unprofessional email back stating it was our fault PandaDoc wasn't working. Unfortunately by that time it was too late to use a different company. I felt like I was pulling teeth to try to do business with them. There are very few rental companies on the island so they can get away with very poor business and customers will still use them. My mother-in-law also used Carolina Weddings for tablecloths for rehearsal dinner and they showed up all stained- she had to get new ones hours before the event which caused chaos and unnecessary stress. Would not recommend them to anyone.Carolina Weddings's reply:

We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. While we always strive to ensure an excellent experience with our clients and accommodate their needs, we understand we can’t always make everyone happy. We appreciate the feedback, whether it be positive or negative as it helps us learn and grow as a company how to better suit our customers needs. Although, in this case this does not paint a very clear picture of what happened. Had you spent “months” without getting anything from us, I am not quite sure why you didn’t go with another company to begin with. You haggled on pricing, and we even provided you with a discount to help accommodate your budget. You received several invoices, which had to be changed on numerous occasions. We kept in touch regularly as we were going through extenuating circumstances due to health reasons along with moving offices. There was no point you were left in the dark. We had provided the Pandadoc contract, when you told us you could not sign you were then sent a second contract. Followed by an aggressive email from your fiancé demanding compensation for a dance floor we had not even gotten a deposit for. When this issue arose, I suggested that you found another company or used the dance floor the venue provided. Quickly followed up with an apologetic email and a signed contract. To add, following that email I was notified the document was opened for the first time since I had sent the initial contract. I have never had this issue with any other customer. As for the linens, we do understand the frustration and we had this issue resolved within the hour we were contacted about them. These things happen on occasion but we always do our best to ensure we meet our guest’s expectations. From the photos the dance floor looked lovely, it was delivered without issue, and in the end you had a beautiful wedding! We wish you all the best moving forward, and we will keep striving for excellence that reflects our many other 5 star reviews.
