We got married last month, and DJ Todd was the absolute BEST at DJing and emceeing our wedding! Truly the best in the business, and I can say that because I vetted almost every DJ in the Carolinas. He knows what he’s doing. I cannot stress enough — every single detail and decision we labored over was executed so perfectly. We cannot believe how well it all came together, and it was really surreal to see everything come to life. Todd’s attention to detail, preparation, calm nature, communication/honesty/advice, warm presence, and kindness throughout the weeks of planning made us so thankful we booked with Carolina DJ Professionals. We especially appreciated his professionalism in our rushed wedding planning, his execution in presenting our taste in music perfectly/pivoting when I changed my mind about something, and his energy/ability to ensure announcements/music fit the moment. So many people have commented how much fun they had on the dance floor at our reception and how smoothly the day went, which we completely attribute to DJ Todd. This was especially important to me because I really wanted our guests to dance and enjoy themselves, and that is never a guarantee! DJs really set the mood for your day, and Todd ensured everything came together perfectly for our day. I never had to worry about a thing! I would recommend DJ Todd to anyone in the area in need of entertainment without hesitation and assure them that with Todd, you’re in great hands! -

We cannot say enough amazing things about David and Carolina DJ Pros! Music was a HUGE part of our wedding vision, and David didn't just deliver—he absolutely knocked it out of the park!
From our first meeting, David invested countless hours understanding our vision, refining every detail and helping create an unforgettable experience. We had our hearts set on a disco ball and having David DJ right ON the dance floor—something that had never been done at our venue!
Rather than telling us it couldn't be done, he went above and beyond exploring, testing and perfecting solutions to make BOTH happen. He wasn't simply our DJ—he was a creative partner who genuinely cared about bringing every aspect of our vision to life.
And WOW, did he deliver! From the ceremony to our epic final song, the music, flow and energy were absolutely PERFECT! One of the most unforgettable moments was our surprise "After Dark" reveal entrance, complete with leather jackets, sunglasses and a custom mix transitioning from "…Ready For It?" into "Welcome to the Jungle." David absolutely NAILED it, kicking our celebration into a whole new gear!
Our dance floor was PACKED, our guests were ALL IN, and people are STILL talking about it! In fact, guests loved the music so much they've been asking for David's entire wedding-day playlist so they can relive it all over again!
David doesn't just play music—he creates MAGIC! His passion, talent and genuine investment in our day meant everything to us.

David was so beyond helpful with everything even beyond the traditional DJ responsibilities for the entire course of planning our wedding and on the day of. I would 1000% have David for any and every type of event you need. He was just flat out amazing! -

Our DJ Todd was nothing short of excellent. We continue to get compliments on him and his work months after our wedding. His planning and prep for the big day started months in advanced, involved a spreadsheet and was extremely thorough although not overwhelming. He helped walk us through the entire night start to finish, asked us our preferences and gave knowledgeable suggestions based on his experience. He was so easy to work with and brought his positive energy to the pre wedding meetings and definitely to the night of.
As the bride sometimes looking back at your wedding day, can feel like a blur, but I know for a fact, I had a blast on the dance floor and so did my guests! I would definitely use Todd if I ever got married again although fingers crossed that doesn’t happen. Can’t recommend him enough for your big day! -

Could not recommend Carolina DJ Professionals enough!! David was our DJ and we had the BEST TIME. Truly never had more compliments from our guests that he was the Best Wedding DJ they have heard. We created a list of songs we knew we wanted to hear and he played that AND more! He read the vibes of the room all night and could not be happier. We booked them through per our friend's recommendation and didn't even look elsewhere. Book them!! -

DJ David is the best!
We worked with DJ David for our wedding, and he was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, every aspect of the planning process and our wedding day was seamless. The music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was perfect. David completely understood the vibe we wanted, and the dance floor was packed all night! We had so much fun dancing, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how awesome David was and how much they loved the music.
What really stood out to us was how thoughtful and attentive David was throughout the entire day. It ended up being a really hot day, and after our ceremony, he made sure we had water and even helped cool us off with a fan. Those small gestures showed just how much he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
David went above and beyond to make our wedding day incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, fun, and truly cares about his couples, we cannot recommend DJ David enough! He helped make our wedding day so special and gave us a night we’ll never forget. -

Jim was absolutely amazing to work with. He brought our vision to life so seamlessly. Our dance floor was PACKED all night. The day after the wedding, we had several people reach out saying he was one of the best DJs they’ve seen and how good the music was. From initial planning to our final meeting, Jim was prompt in response and always willing to listen to our musical ideas. If you get him as your DJ, consider yourself very lucky. Music really can make or break your day and he truly exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough good things! -

Todd was hands down amazing! He was so flexible with us, and even after it rained and he had to break everything down and set it all back up, he still absolutely killed it. He’s super organized and asks all the questions you wouldn’t even think of to make sure everything goes smoothly. He kept the party going all night and there was never an awkward or slow moment. We gave him a pretty tall order too—we wanted the perfect mix of Spanish, English, and Christian music, and I was honestly nervous about how it would all flow together, but he nailed it! Todd will 100% be our go-to DJ moving forward! -

We loved Jeff as our DJ! He was so helpful during the planning process— answering any questions, offering suggestions, and walking us through the process in detail. When we had one issue in the beginning, Jeff was quick to step in and resolve everything immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! We loved the set up Jeff had. It was classy and fit perfectly at our wedding. The uplighting added so much to our dance floor. Jeff did an amazing job with the reception music. We loved that the dance floor was packed all night, that was my biggest worry. We had multiple guests comment on the reception music and the packed dance floor :) we loved that he mixed the music and didn’t just press play from song to song. The music is such a big part of the day and Jeff made it perfect. I couldn’t recommend him or Carolina DJ Professional more. Thank you for helping with the best party ever! -

Todd was so communicative throughout the entire planning process and his prior experience really shone through with his recommendations and answers to our questions. He was the reason our wedding ran so smoothly and communicated with us the entire night so there were no surprises. Amazing song choices that really kept the dance floor going and also provided information for our speech givers for them to feel comfortable and ready. We go married on July 9, 2026 and had Clark as our DJ from Carolina DJ Professionals. He was so nice and amazing! Clark communicated great with us and went over everything in detail before the wedding. We let him know our song choices and when to play certain songs at different time stamps and he did it pertectly!
We had a great party thanks to Clark!
Dave handled our photobooth. He was also super nice and was always checking in on us if we needed anything when the photobooth wasn't busy. -

Where to start ... First thing's first, if you're in the Charlotte area, HIRE THEM. Troy was our DJ for our wedding and he was highly recommend and we know why! He was extremely detail orientated, organized and truly our biggest hype man when it came to ideas (even crazy ones) that came his way. You're not just hiring a DJ but you're hiring your MC for the entire day. Troy matched our energy and wedding vibe PERFECTLY! He truly took the time to make sure he got it right and he did. A few weeks later and people are still talking about the music. Troy was very detail orientated and in any moment of "I have no idea" that came up because it wasn't something we had thought about (or thought we had to think about), Troy had the answer/a great suggestion. It was a HUGE stress relief knowing that we were in great hands on wedding day. He nailed it and then some. We even crushed our favorite drinking game, Thunderstruck! Who knew we could pull it off with 122 guests, well, Troy did and he was right. Throughout the multiple planning meetings but also last-minute requests, he was on top of it. The mics, music and coordination throughout the entire day was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ and such a great company! -

Carolina DJ Professionals (Jarquell) provided an outstanding experience from our initial planning meeting to the final send-off. Not only was the music perfect, but his execution as the MC was flawless. He kept the entire evening moving smoothly, coordinating beautifully with our coordinator and photographer so that every transition from introductions to toasts to cake cutting felt natural and well-paced.
He listened to all of our requests, respected our "do-not-play" list, and mixed in the perfect songs to match our style. Professional, organized, and incredibly talented!! Highly recommend!!! -

Amazing DJ and Photobooth
Jeff with Carolina DJ Pros did an amazing job at our wedding. He was extremely communicative, cut down a few of our first dance songs for us, and kept the crowd dancing. We also had a photobooth with a guestbook that guests loved and we got all of the photos sent to us within a week of our wedding. We would definitely recommend Carolina DJ Pros!! DJ David Miller is the MAN. From the beginning, my wife and I felt really comfortable working with him. He sold us on Carolina DJ Pros and their offerings, and didn’t try to pressure us into any certain level of DJ. At our wedding, he helped control the flow of everything from ceremony, cocktail hour, speeches and dances, to the party. We’ve been to a lot of weddings, and I’ve never experienced a DJ as good as him. He kept the vibes high and had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. During the planning process our DJ (Karenski) was very responsive and set up several planning calls with us as well as shared a detailed excel sheet for us to plan the timeline and songs. On the wedding day there were a few technical difficulties with the officiant's mic going in and out during the ceremony (I think due to wind and probably out of the DJ's control). Our reception was so much fun, all the songs played were a huge hit and Karenski transitioned from one song to the next seamlessly. Overall we found Carolina DJ Pros to be very professional and organized. -

Carolina DJ Pros was an amazing vendor! Todd was our DJ for our wedding on May 1st and he was a pleasure to work with! He gave us great guidance and was willing to be as “hands on” or “hands off” as we wanted. My now husband and I were concerned about a wedding of our size (90 people) having a dead dance floor but Todd made sure that was never an issue. Kyle Law is the man. From the very beginning, he completely understood the vibe we were going for and somehow exceeded every expectation we had. The energy all night was unreal, the transitions were so smooth, and the dance floor stayed packed from start to finish.
What really stood out to us though was that Carolina DJ Professionals felt like so much more than just a DJ company. They honestly acted like a pseudo wedding coordinator at times with the level of planning, guidance, and thought they put into helping us think through the flow and feel of the night beyond just music. They were incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making the night successful.
We wanted a mix of EDM, Latin music, 2000s throwbacks, and just overall high-energy fun, and Kyle absolutely nailed it. We received so many compliments from guests about how good the music was and how well he read the room throughout the entire night.
Could not recommend Kyle and Carolina DJ Professionals more highly. -

Through all of the stress of planning and plans changing on a weekly basis, David kept us cool, calm and collected throughout the entire process. During our reception, he kept the vibe very high energy and took the playlist that we made and made it even better. He checked in on us consistently and made sure we were all good and treated us more like close friends than clients and that’s exactly the kind of relationship we wanted. He kept the positive energy going all night and made sure that each song he played fit the mood perfectly. If we could go back and do it all again we would absolutely go with David every single time! Jeff from Carolina DJ Pros was absolutely phenomenal and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
From the very first call with the company, we could tell they truly had their act together, everything was organized, seamless, and extremely professional. When Jeff was assigned to us, that level of confidence only grew. From our first Zoom call, it was clear that Jeff genuinely cared about making our wedding unforgettable.
We knew going into this that the DJ is one of the most important parts of a wedding, not just for music, but for energy and flow, and Jeff exceeded every expectation. He wasn’t just a great DJ, he was an incredible emcee. Leading up to the wedding, he walked us through every detail, offered thoughtful ideas, and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress free.
On the wedding day, Jeff absolutely delivered. The ceremony ran flawlessly with perfectly timed music, crystal clear sound, and zero technical issues. Every guest could hear and fully experience the moment, which meant so much to us.
The reception setup looked polished and professional, and Jeff truly ran the show. He followed our coordinator seamlessly, executed every instruction perfectly, and kept everything flowing exactly as we envisioned. His presence was confident, engaging, and elevated the entire experience.
Most importantly, our guests were on the dance floor all night. There was never a lull, and the energy never dropped. Jeff read the room perfectly and kept the party going in a way that felt natural and fun.
We also had a few special memorial moments during our wedding, and Jeff handled those with such grace, care, and respect. It meant more to us than we can put into words.
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jeff. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have him as their DJ, especially for a wedding. He didn’t just play music, he created an experience we and our guests will never forget.

We had such a great experience with Masoy as our wedding DJ! From the very beginning, Masoy was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. He really took the time to understand the vibe we wanted and helped us shape the perfect playlist for our big day.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. The transitions between songs were seamless, the sound quality was excellent, and Masoy did an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping everyone on the dance floor all night.

If there was ever a person born to be a DJ, that person is Jarquell. He has the perfect energy, vibe, and professionalism to be an outstanding DJ. He has a great presence and several people after the wedding told us how awesome they thought he was. A few great things about him - for our wedding, he really gave us total freedom to choose our songs we wanted. We also trusted him to choose his own recommended music for cocktail hour / dinner and his playlists were great. We also really admired his openness to feedback. He was very open all the throughout the process and wanted to know our expectations of him, as well as feedback for how we thought everything went. We felt he had our back throughout the whole process and wedding, and having him as our DJ was an extra bonus to our special day. We haven't gotten our wedding pictures back yet, but he was so awesome to us, we made sure to get a picture with him! Would recommended him 100 times out of 100!! -

If you are usually the person on the aux and currently reading through 700 DJ reviews trying to find someone you can trust with your vision (me a year ago) you can relax now. You found your DJ - Hire David Miller with Carolina DJ Pros. Music is my husband’s and my love language. Our wedding was music themed (literally our tables were named after bands) and our friends know us for our playlists and karaoke parties. Handing over the aux and trusting that someone would deliver what we wanted and what people expected from us was truly one of the hardest parts of planning. David not only understood how important this was to us but went above & beyond and exceeded our expectations. From the start he was organized, responsive, and calm. He made us feel that no request was too much and no idea was too complicated. He kept us on track throughout the wedding planning process without ever making anything feel stressful and cared about getting every detail right, even when we threw things at him last minute (which was a common theme.) We would give David a little direction and he took care of the rest. of course the dance floor was packed all night and our guests are still raving about how amazing David was. But what stands out most to us is the kind of person he is. We joked David was our DJ and our therapist bc he spent so much time brainstorming with us, listening to what we wanted, and helping bring it all together He was thoughtful, patient, embraced our wild ideas and added his own creative touch to make them even better. By the end of the night it did not feel like we had hired a “vendor”. It felt like an incredibly talented friend who managed not just the music, lighting and CO2 cannons, but the overall environment for the best party of our lives. If music is important to you, BOOK DAVID AS YOUR DJ. If he is not available to DJ on your date, CHANGE YOUR WEDDING DATE (I’m not kidding.) -

We were absolutely thrilled to have Carolina DJ Professionals as part of our wedding day! Jeff was our DJ, and saying he brought the energy is truly an understatement. From the planning process to the big day itself, Jeff radiated positivity and encouragement — such a wonderful presence to have during wedding prep and on the dance floor.
We were beyond happy with all of the music throughout our wedding day. Jeff struck the perfect balance between fun and heart — keeping the celebration going all night while also handling the more tender moments with so much care and intention. That meant so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful.
We also used Carolina DJ Professionals for our photobooth, and I can’t recommend them enough for both DJ/MC services and photobooth needs. Nakia ran the photobooth and she was on fire! She brought exactly the energy a photobooth needs and even made rounds to let guests know it was there — which made such a difference and ensured everyone joined in on the fun.

Todd was an AMAZING DJ for our wedding! My wife and I admittedly have very eclectic taste in music, and we had some DEEP pulls in our requests for Dance and Ceremony music. Todd tracked everything down and made my gothic synth-wave flow seamlessly into my wife's hip-hop dance tunes all while keeping the atmosphere fun and festive! He helped us with preparing music selections for all of the different aspects of our wedding and reception (there's more to it than you might think!) and arrived early and well prepared. The audio throughout our service was superb, and he even worked with our videographer team to capture direct mic feeds from speeches! Planning and executing a great wedding is never easy, but Todd and the team from Carolina DJ Pros made things as simple and smooth as possible! We cannot recommend them enough! -

Erick was our DJ & let me just say... he was THE BEST! He stayed in contact with us the entire wedding planning process & always responded same day if I had a question. He was extremely thorough while planning our playlist, making sure we had our "must plays" & our "do not plays." During our wedding day, Erick got there early, got everything set up & came to us to confirm all of our song choices. The communication from him was top tier! He even made an announcement for us that we wanted an unplugged ceremony. Timing on each song was perfect & he kept the dance floor full all night with his playlist. When the night slowed down & it was just our wedding party, we started a conga line & he joined in for one lap while the song played, then he was right back to business! It was fun having him join because it showed he was also having fun with the night! The final brag I have about our DJ was that he took some videos of us dancing & sent them all the next day. We didn't hire a videographer, so it's nice that now we have those videos and can look back on them.
I have bragged on this company to anyone that will listen because of how great they were. I received monthly "x days before I DO checklists" from the owner that included a list of things that I should've had done by that point. For example, the "90 days before I DO" checklist, included finalizing guest lists, organizing wedding transportation, etc. -- These checklists were a HUGE help to me because there were multiple things that I had not even thought about doing, that were on the checklists. It took so much stress of of us. We also did the photobooth & it was a HUGE HIT! There were so many different props & we even got a photobook full of the pictures at the end of the night. Pricing wise, we stayed well on budget & they surpassed every expectation we could have had. -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with David Miller from Carolina DJ Professionals for our October wedding, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Something that doesn’t get talked about enough when choosing a wedding DJ is the process that happens long before the big day — and David truly exceeded every expectation.
Over the course of about 10 months, David communicated with us regularly, answering our questions, offering suggestions, and helping guide us through every musical and logistical decision. We met with him periodically in person, which was so helpful in building a real connection. He took the time to genuinely get to know us, our personalities, and our vision as a couple. Because of that, he understood exactly what we wanted for each part of our wedding day.
We asked for a pretty specific musical vibe — jazz house for cocktail hour, Rat Pack classics during dinner, and a mix of oldies, modern hits, and some reggaeton throughout the reception — and David absolutely nailed it. Guests were complimenting our music choices all night long, which truly validated that we made the right choice in DJ.
Beyond the music, David went above and beyond in ways we never expected. We didn’t have a wedding planner, and he essentially helped us build our entire timeline. This wasn’t something we hired him for, but his industry knowledge and willingness to guide us made a world of difference. He coordinated seamlessly with our other vendors behind the scenes, handled the officiant’s mic setup, and made sure everything ran smoothly without us having to think about it.
On the wedding day, David’s setup was quick and quiet, his professionalism was unmatched, and his energy was exactly what we needed. He communicated clearly on the microphone, invited guests onto the dance floor at the perfect moments, and always knew how to hype up the new couple without ever being over the top. He made the entire night feel effortless and so special.
