  Found my daughter's beautiful wedding dress at Carolina Bride and Groom. As she is so tiny, Dana and I worked together to do super accurate measurements for a custom cut. Fit was perfect. Only alterations needed were a little "tweaking" for the straps and to add the buttons/ribbon to be able to bustle the dress. She had so many compliments at her July wedding. Great little shop!!!

  A HUGE thank you to Dana and the Carolina Bride and Groom!! I would highly recommend this vendor to everyone! She made the experience very personal, was courteous, and professional. Prior to pulling dresses for me to try on she asked me what style of dress I was looking for and what my budget was. I loved the first dress but chose to try the second one since she pulled it. I loved the second one even more! That was the dress for me! It was on sale and was barely over my budget. I said "Yes to the dress", and took it home that day! She also had beautiful accessories. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dana! She made that a stress free day for me!

  I had a wonderful experience with Carolina Bride & Groom! I was able to get appointments quickly and easily and at a convenient time for me. Dana is the SWEETEST!!! I went in not knowing what I wanted. She pulled a few things for me and she nailed it within the first two dresses. I also went in not knowing if my fiance and I were getting married in 2 months or 8 months. She suggested getting a dress that was in stock so that it would come in quickly. It was here in less than two weeks! Even though there was a bit of a rush on my end (due to the short engagement) to make a decision, Dana never made me feel pressured to buy anything. She showed me different looks (veils, headbands, etc.) and let me enjoy the moment. I would highly recommend shopping here!
  
  On a side note, if you're always cold like I am, they have space heaters in the dressing rooms that you can flip on to stay warm between dresses:)

  Found my wedding gown here after searching all over Greenville. I called ahead of time letting them know what I was looking for. The first dress I tried on was the one I fell in love with. I wish I could have come here sooner.

  I found my perfect dress and groom's men tuxedos at Carolina Bride and Groom. I had only two months to plan my wedding before we left for the Army. I found the perfect dress for me off the rack. The staff made me feel comfortable and did not push me towards a certain dress. I took a couple of days to decide that it was the "one" since Carolina Bride and Groom was the first dress shop I tried and it just seemed too easy. I couldn't help but think how perfect the dress was and decided it was in fact the one! All of the gowns in Carolina Bride and Groom are top quality with a range of prices to fit any budget. I also rented the tuxedos there too. We were able to discuss colors and patterns to match exactly what I had in mind. They were very professional handling my rambunctious men as they were getting measured. Carolina Bride and Groom sincerely cares about your personal experience and success of your wedding, this is one of the many rewards of going to a local small business who cares about their customers.

  Strange hours and a phone that is never answered makes it difficult to get in touch with this vendor to set up an appointment or check the status of orders. FInal tux prices ended up being much higher than the figure that we were originally told. Limited selection of bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns. Save yourself a trip and look elsewhere for your bridal needs.

  We are sorry that you became dissatisfied with Carolina Bride & Groom, especially since we had had such a great experience with you during the bridesmaid dress selection. We strive to give every customer a positive experience.
  
  For the convenience of our customers, we have our shop hours posted on our window, on our website & on our phone voice mail. Like you, we too don't like unanswered phones. So we have a voice mail for customers to leave us a message during "off" hours or when we are helping another customer, and unable to answer the phone.
  
  We know a wedding can be a stressful time and when bridesmaids and groomsmen drop out, stress can increase.
  
  Notice to brides: When a shop provides special Ring Bearer pricing and a free Groom's tuxedo rental, it is based on 5 fully paid adult tuxedos. When men drop out, you may not continue to qualify for discounts.
