Paige helped me from the beginning to the end of the process. I had felt lost because of not finding anything in my area. I only recently ordered my mother of the groom dress and can’t wait till it arrives. If you are looking for a MOB or MOG dress look no further. Thank you Paige for everything. -

What an amazing experience we had at CBWT! The boutique is so beautiful, the gown selection is extensive and well curated, and the accessories are lovely. My mom was in town from out of state and we drove over an hour to look here for MOB gowns. My mom was definitely nervous it was her 1st time, she’s not usually a girly-dress girl but Trina was incredible. Based off some photos we showed her and through listening intently to my moms likes and dislikes, she pulled a gown that was exactly my moms vision. She was beaming when she put it on. I couldn’t believe we found it on the first try!! Additionally, my mother wasn’t able to be with me when I purchased my gown this summer but they allowed me to try on the sample to show her, it was such a special moment I will forever be grateful for. To all the ladies on the CBWT team, THANK YOU!! Your kindness, expertise, and patience were unforgettable! -

I have wanted a specific dress for the longest time but was too intimidated to say it was “the dress”. I called about a week before I could come in and asked if they had that specific dress, they said they did. A week later I showed up and the lady recognized me from the phone conversation! We tried on a couple of dresses and when it was time, I tried on “the dress” and it was perfect, exactly what I wanted to look like in a dress. -

Highly Recommend
The staff made shopping for my dress a breeze!!!!!! I was a bride who hates dresses. They found me the PERFECT dress that I ended up crying in because of how much I LOVED it! They were always happy and nice when I called to check on the status of things. Their professionalism is like none other. I will forever recommend them to anyone who is looking for formal wear and or wedding attire!!!!! The dress was reasonably priced. They also offered several names of seamstresses for myself as well as my girls! -

The girls at Carolina Bridal World were absolutely wonderful to work with. They have a huge inventory to choose from, and tons of plus-sized options - they helped me find exactly what I envisioned for my special day! They even went above and beyond to put my fears at ease when my dress didn’t come in when planned - they expedited getting the dress pressed in time for my big day as soon as my alterations were finished. I can’t recommend them enough! -

CBW was absolutely amazing throughout my buying process. I actually ended up purchasing several different dresses, due to indecisiveness, and each and every time they were all so kind, helpful, reassuring, and did everything they could to ensure my experience was top notch. I have already highly recommended them to several people, and wish that I had a reason to go back and just try more dresses on!!! -

We found my daughter's wedding dress at Carolina Bridal World. No appointment is required and they have numerous consultants ready to help when you arrive. We found many gorgeous dresses in our price range. The consultants listened to the bride, were able to make suggestions, and were not pushy at all! They have a wonderful selection of gowns. They dressing rooms are clean and spacious and they have a beautiful area with podiums, mirrors, and seating for the entourage. All the fun of a fancy shop without the high price tags! Many of our guests said her dress was the most beautiful they had ever seen! -

I was hesitant about the "walk-ins welcomed" atmosphere but I have NEVER received the excellent customer service like I did here at CBW. I visited five different stores and boutiques around the triad and RTP area and their customer service was mediocre at best. Not only was I thoroughly catered to, but all of the staff made my entourage and I feel very welcome and at home. I was so impressed that I will be getting my bridesmaids dresses from here and the groomers will be renting their tuxedos from here as well. The ultimate one stop shop. Do not pass up this bridal salon- you will not be disappointed! -

Carolina Bridal World was the only bridal shop my daughter visited. They spent two hours with her, trying dress after dress to find exactly what she wanted. When they found a dress with the perfect lace skirt they knew they were onto something, but unfortunately it was strapless, which was a definite no. They managed to find a lace jacket that matched beautifully with the dress - that and some magic from the seamstress and she had the dress of her dreams! -

My wedding dress shopping experience was amazing. I had the best consultant who made me feel so special. The follow up to let me know my dress was in was poor. I had to call to check on the status only to find out my dress had been in for over a month. This put me behind getting alterations done to say the least. -

Everyone I worked with was so attentive to my needs and help me look for what I wanted. And indeed I found the dress I wanted and loved. My only issue was that when I needed my dress steamed which is complimentary, I was told that it would take two weeks. When I bought the dress I was told one week. I then wasn’t able to get my dress steamed before my wedding because of them needing to keep it for two weeks. -

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1. They enter you in a chance to win money for 5 star reviews only. In other words.....these are fake/coerced reviews. 2. I went to 7 bridal stores and this one was by far the worst because they were so pushy!! They refused to let me look at dresses myself. They would only allow me to give them ideas and they could go look. Then they would not let me leave without making another appointment. My stylist knew I was going to look at a specific dress the day before the follow up appointment and said "if you find the one, it's fine, just let us know, and we'll cancel it. No problem." I actually ended up canceling the appointment before 48 hours before and they still charged me $50. I even found the dress that I liked at a different location because I refuse to buy from them because I did not appreciate their pushiness and sleazy sales tactics. I recommend going to literally any other store for a wedding dress shopping. And this should say a lot, since I left good reviews for every other store that I went to...... run.
