  Carmen is amazing…. I’ve known her for the majority of my life so it sstands to reason that she knows me better than I knew what I wanted myself! It was so gorgeous… everything was perfect.

Siempre muy dispuesta a ayudarnos con nuestros deseos para nuestro dia tan importante apesar de nosotros vivir fuera de Puerto Rico. En todo momento mantuvo muy buena comunicación con nosotros por lo cual nunca tuvimos preocupación alguna. El día de nuestra boda todo transcurrio muy tranquilo y acorde a lo que habiamos deseado. La decoración fue hermosa y justo como la habiamos querido. Carmen y su equipo sin duda alguna hicieron de este día uno muy especial.

  Hire Carmen Rios

  Carmen did an excellent job as our destination wedding planner. She made herself available throughout the planning and all day/night of the wedding. She had to deal with me, which isn't the easiest thing in the world, since I can be very OCD. She had great suggestions and made the whole wedding for us and our 70 guests a night to remember.

  Beautiful wedding!

  We met Carmen while she was decorating our venue for another wedding. We contacted her for her services of planning and decoration. She immediately got the feel of the rustic wedding we were after. She helped us with many details we didnt even consider. She advised us all the way. And when our wedding day came and we saw the beautiful work she has done, we were really happy. We didnt have to worry about a single thing! She was on top of everything. I've heard so many people say that they didn't get a chance to enjoy their wedding but that was not our case at all! She took care of everything! We thank you for making our day the most beautifull and relaxed day!

Desde la primera reunión siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestros gustos, que deseabamos para ese día y nos brindó recomendaciones sobre vendors. El día de la boda todo salió como deseabamos. No tuvimos que estar al pendiente de NADA porque Carmen lo tenía todo bajo control. Nuestras familias y nosotros quedamos encantados. Estamos sumamente agradecidos por todos tus consejos y tu trabajo de primera. Un abrazo!

  No tengo palabras suficientes para expresar lo agradecida y satisfecha con el servicio y dedicación que Carmen Ríos Events nos prestó. Cuando comenzó mi aventura de planificar mi boda en Puerto Rico viviendo en Orlando y teniendo muchísimos compromisos profesionales, realicé lo difícil que sería. Un familiar había utilizado los servicios de Carmen y me hizo la recomendación. Al principio tuve mis reservas pues soy muy exigente, pero desde el momento de mi primera reunión con Carmen supe que contaba con una profesional en toda la extensión de la palabra. Para Carmen no fue nada fácil. Mi agenda de trabajo, al igual que la de ahora mi esposo, no nos permitió estar más involucrados en el proceso. Aún así, sin tener dirección en cuanto a mis preferencias y gustos, con sólo una vaga idea de lo que yo deseaba, Carmen sobrepasó todas mis expectativas. Desde las recomendaciones para traje de novia, cake, ambientación, etc. hasta el servicio y coordinación fue espectacular. Carmen se encargó de todo. La coordinación de la boda junto a su equipo de trabajo fue excelente. La decoración fue de ensueño... hace un mes de mi boda y todavía me llaman para hablarme de ella.   Carmen Rios and her team are top quality, and I am having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for her excellent service. When I first started planning this wedding, I did not think I would need a coordinator and was just going to ask a friend to do it. HOW WRONG I WAS! As the day approached I realized that there was no way I could have nailed it without a professional handling things because I am extremely perfectionist. I hired Carmen for wedding coordination kind of last minute, and I already had all the other vendors selected. Carmen asked me the right questions and there were times where she almost read my mind. The day of she was on top of things. I honestly have to say that the wedding was great because Carmen was there, and that I only enjoyed it because she did all the worry and controlling for me. I will recommend her to everyone I know!

Contraté a Carmen casi de último minuto y ya tenía todos los otros servicios seleccionados. Carmen inmediatamente tomó cargo, me hizo las preguntas correctas, y casi que me leía la mente a veces. Yo soy MUY perfeccionista y honestamente tengo que decir que la boda no hubiese sido tan espectacular si no fuese por Carmen. Me disfruté la boda al máximo porque ella hizo todo lo posible porque fuese así. La recomiendo 100%!! GRACIAS CARMEN!

  Tuve una boda de ensueño. No hubiese sido posible sin la coordinación y decoración de Carmen y su equipo de trabajo, todas tan profesionales.
  
  La gente comenta lo hermosa que estuvo la decoración y cada vez que veo las fotos me emociona de la misma forma que cuando entre al local a verlo de la mano de mi esposo.
  
  La conexión que se tiene con ella y su staff es tanta que luego las vez como parte de tu familia.

She was organized, VERY attentive to details and eager to work and give her best in order to make my bride's vision a reality. She is very knowledgeable about what is in the market in order to make a beautiful event. She also worked around my budget and was always upfront about costs.

I must say that planning a Puerto Rican wedding from the US is not easy, but she helped me make decisions and guide my thinking into what was really important.   In simple words, Carmen made the wedding of our dreams come true. Working with Carmen to plan our wedding was fun and very enjoyable. Her amiable personality removed the tediousness of the planning process and made it a one of a kind experience. I would say that one of the most admirable things of working with Carmen is seeing her utilize her expertise and incredible talent to bring together all of the unique ideas we had for our wedding and making them come true as a single beautiful vision. We definitely saw this in every small detail throughout the whole ceremony and reception. Aside of all the planning and coordination, the experience we had collaborating with her was as if we had met for years, thus creating a very informal but respectful environment throughout the journey. Certainly more than our coordinator she became our friend, we'll definitely miss her!

  In simple words, Carmen made the wedding of our dreams come true. Working with Carmen to plan our wedding was fun and very enjoyable. Her amiable personality removed the tediousness of the planning process and made it a one of a kind experience. I would say that one of the most admirable things of working with Carmen is seeing her utilize her expertise and incredible talent to bring together all of the unique ideas we had for our wedding and making them come true as a single beautiful vision. We definitely saw this in every small detail throughout the whole ceremony and reception. Aside of all the planning and coordination, the experience we had collaborating with her was as if we had met for years, thus creating a very informal but respectful environment throughout the journey. Certainly more than our coordinator she became our friend, we'll definitely miss her!

  Carmen is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to decorations. My destination wedding was a dream. Everyone loved the decorations. She followed my requests and the wedding was fun because of her planning. We know we're our money went. She made sure all the vendors were on the same page. She communicated with everyone. I don't know how she does it. I love Carmen. When my husband and I came back to California, where we are from, I was very sad to say bye to Carmen after so many months of being in touch with her. Carmen, thank you so much for all your help and dedication and marvelous job.

  Carme Rios y su equipo fue la mejor inversión que pudimos realizar en nuestra boda. Lograron superar mis expectativas y todo quedo mas hermoso de lo que imaginaba. Se hicieron cargo de todos los detalles para que mi esposo y yo solo nos tuvieramos que preocupar por disfrutar. Todos nuestros familiares y amigos no dejan de hablar de lo bella que quedo nuestra boda y nosotros no pudimos quedar más satisfechos.
