    Kira was exceptional in helping with our wedding photography. We traveled from out of state and needed help. She was organized, provided personal attention, and was a delight to work with.

    Not being from the area, I felt like I was pulling a name out of a hat finding a photographer for our very small, intimate, destination wedding in Big Sur. I am SO grateful we chose Kira as our photographer. We definitely made the right choice with her; in fact, we hit the jackpot!!! Kira was such a delight to work with in the time leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of! She had such a calm presence, had some great ideas for shots (was able to give us guidance with things we hadn't really thought of) and her natural talent for capturing tender, beautiful moments is second to none. I'm so happy she was part of our special day and would heartily recommend her to anyone!

    Kira Godbe and Carmel Photography came highly recommended by our Mission Ranch wedding venue as an excellent choice for wedding photographer. I have to say, after meeting with a few vendors and after working with Kira, I can certainly understand why! From almost the moment we met, our decision was made and I would not hesitate to recommend Carmel Photography for any event type. From an flexibility perspective, it was important to both of us that our wedding was captured in a warm and comfortable way with special attention paid to a few folks (like grandma and our flower girl niece!) so that those memories could be preserved forever. We were simply delighted with the results and so happy with the entire experience. Kira is very professional, obviously very experienced, and it is apparent that she loves what she does. Five out of five stars without hesitation!
