We got married on 9/26/25 at Wedgewood Carmel, with our ceremony on the beach and our reception in the Merienda Room — and it was truly the most perfect day! Everything ran so smoothly, and we had an absolute blast celebrating with our family and friends.
We used all of Wedgewood’s vendors except for the officiant (we had a family member marry us) and went outside the package for our florist, which was worth the splurge. The venue itself is breathtaking, both the beach and reception spaces are naturally beautiful, so it didn’t need much beyond florals and greenery to highlight the setting. I dropped off a box of my décor on rehearsal day, and the team executed everything flawlessly. It looked like a dream!
The Wedgewood team was incredible throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. Any time we had a question or concern, they were quick to help and reassure us. At one point, I was nervous about being over the guest count for our room, and they immediately called to ease my worries and offer solutions. Even when we had an unexpected issue with our dog on the wedding day, they stepped right in and helped handle it. Truly, they have your back for anything you might need.
I also recommend leaning on their team for décor guidance — they’re so knowledgeable and will help you figure out what’s actually worth including. The food was delicious (we chose the buffet), and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved it. For music, we gave the DJ our Spotify playlists to capture our vibe, and he absolutely nailed it.
We’ve had countless guests tell us this was the most fun and best wedding they’ve ever attended, which says it all. I have zero regrets choosing Wedgewood Carmel and would relive this day a hundred times over if I could.Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

This venue was amazing! This was the first and only venue my husband and I looked at because we fell in love instantly. The workers are so friendly and always there when you have any questions (and I had A LOT). They were timely with their responses and never hid any costs. The venue was beautiful to say the least; my husband & I got married on the beach and it was everything we hoped for. Our day of coordinator, Sophie, was so sweet. The ceremony was set up perfectly after just showing her my photo inspo. Also, it’s very nice you can bring all your own decor if you please, which I did and Sophie set it up exactly how I envisioned. The reception was also beautiful in the set up with the spider draping I added to our package. The food & drinks were just as good as when we first tried them. We had a carving station and a chicken option, along with the fan favorite, tortellini. The vendors they use were also so helpful and sweet and met all of our needs! Our friends had a fantastic time, some saying the best wedding they’ve attended! It’s officially been one week since my husband and I got married at Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings, and we’ve had time to reflect on everything before writing this review. Honestly, there are a million reasons why we loved working with the team here, but most of all, we want to give a huge shoutout to Anahi, Angie, Alycia, and Sophie. These ladies made our wedding day truly unforgettable, and I hope this review gives some peace of mind to any future brides and grooms considering this venue.
Meeting the Coordinators
From the very first time we walked into the office, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and genuine kindness. The coordinators immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us a sense of what to expect throughout the planning process. They walked us through a 70+ page binder full of timelines, pricing, vendor recommendations, and helpful prompts. A couple of weeks later, our own personalized binder arrived in the mail — and because I had mentioned wanting a Bridgerton-themed wedding, they even included a little themed insert just for us. That small but thoughtful gesture spoke volumes. Honestly, the reason we picked Carmel Fields wasn’t just the venue itself — it was the people in that office.
Leading Up to the Wedding
Throughout the planning process, communication was consistent and reassuring. Each of the coordinators worked so hard to answer all of my questions. I sent tons of emails every few weeks, and they always responded promptly — even on busy weekends with other weddings going on. Whenever I made changes or added upgrades, they stayed positive and made sure everything was captured in their notes behind the scenes.
One of the biggest burdens brides feel while planning is that constant self-doubt: Am I being too much? Am I asking too many questions? Do I even know what I’m doing? But Anahi, Angie, Alycia, and Sophie never once made me feel like I was overstepping. They reminded me that no question was too small and no request was “too much.” That reassurance was priceless and kept me grounded during the process.
The Day Before
Our rehearsal ceremony was exceptionally seamless. Sophie was already at the venue, fully prepared to walk through all of the details with our entire bridal party and families. Her calm presence made the whole process so easy, and because of that, we had zero hiccups during the actual wedding ceremony. It gave us so much confidence going into the big day.
The Wedding Day
I don’t even know where to begin because our wedding day honestly felt magical. Every detail we had discussed and fine-tuned was executed beautifully. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food — at least 20 people came up to us to say how amazing it was. Nobody left hungry. We also created two custom signature drinks — passion fruit margaritas and cherry mojitos — and they were such a hit. One of my friends admitted she had six margaritas because they were that good!
One of the most thoughtful touches was how Sophie and the staff made sure we were taken care of. Since we missed cocktail hour while taking photos by the arch, they surprised us with a huge platter of appetizers and food assortments on our sweetheart table. It included everything we had selected for the day, and it meant so much to us not to miss out.
We were also worried that, with a daytime wedding, people wouldn’t dance. But by 2:00 PM the dance floor was packed — parents included! Seeing everyone so full of joy made our hearts so full.
And finally, I have to give a very special thank you to Sophie Tomlinson, our day-of coordinator. She was truly the calm in the storm. The only hiccup of the day was that my bridesmaids spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out how to pin my bustle (my vintage Carolina Herrera gown didn’t come with a hook). I was panicking about delaying lunch for our guests, but every time Sophie checked in, she gave me the kindest smile and assured me we had plenty of time. In those moments, it felt like time slowed down — exactly what I needed to stay grounded.
Final Thoughts
If I could give one piece of advice to other brides, it would be this: treat your coordinators and vendors like true partners. They work so hard behind the scenes to bring your vision to life, and being surrounded by such sweet, dedicated people made all the difference for us. If you can, show them your appreciation with gifts or tips — they absolutely deserve it.

Our Ghibli-themed wedding on 9/2 at Wedgewood was truly magical! The planning process was so easy, I didn’t even need a separate coordinator. I loved this location when we first toured venues! It’s so beautiful and they are very dog friendly! We were able to bring all our dogs to be a part of the wedding.
Angie, our day of coordinator, was amazing! She was very detailed oriented, made sure the decorations looked perfect, and everything stayed on track while making sure me and my husband had snacks, drinks, and dinner. Chef Angela was awesome! The food was delicious, everyone raved about the salmon! She also surprised us with a note and chocolate strawberries to take home. Ashley, our banquet captain, was so friendly and helped us pack everything up at the end. The servers and bartender worked hard, and our guests and us had such a great time. Every single aspect of working with them for our big day was absolutely wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful and from the start the Wedgewood team answered every question and guided us along the with a calm professionally competence that was so assuring and comforting- a huge special shoutout to our amazing coordinator Alycia.
Every meeting with them was clear in expectations for what they needed from us, what (and when) we would be making decisions, what services were going to be locked in, our payment schedule, and how to best execute the actual wedding day. These meetings felt more like conversations with friends over coffee and tea for planning your dream day vs. fighting with your venue over what you can or can't do.
When it came to their pricing we found everything to be transparent and fair. Wedgewood Carmel was mid-range in price vs. other venues that we looked at. However their service and offerings was the same as pricier venues (especially in Carmel/Monterey) but the price we paid was much closer to what we would've paid anyway for a basic venue when accounting for independent vendors.
Truly the best part about their packages is that everything is customizable- we were able to add/remove almost whatever we wanted to make a package that fit us and our budget. You want the mid tier package but decide to splurge on open bar or fancier centerpieces? Go for it. You want the basic package, but need fresh flowers everywhere- they can do that, and you'll have a separate meeting with their florist where you'll organize that.
Speaking of, their in-house vendors were great as well! We ended up using most of them, but bringing in several of our own vendors (specifically for photography, content creation, officiant, and our own flowers in addition to the ones we ordered from the florist). Like with their pricing they're extremely flexible with bringing in outside vendors and the only thing we had to do was to pay for their meal, which was a very fair price. The in-house vendors we used (cake, DJ, Boba Passion who are the kindest people, & floral) were all very competent and provided great service as well.
We had independent meetings with each vendor but ultimately Wedgewood was the point contact for their in-house vendors- including payment. That saved us the huge headache of finding vendors, negotiating prices, signing a million contracts, calling them the week of our wedding, organizing when/where they would show up, paying them separately, etc.
For example with the cake, we just went to Morgan Hill, sampled delicious cake, discussed the design and flavors, and then our wedding cake showed up on our day, already set up and beautiful. For someone who travels frequently for work, saving my new wife the headache of having to organize everything and everyone was invaluable.
Beyond their vendors and services they were extremely open to anything additional and separate we setup and brought in (minus alcohol which is due to state/county regulations, not them). We designed our own centerpieces, printed signs/menus, brought additional vases and flowers, setup a traditional cultural wedding table in the reception room, brought in separate food and cake for friends with dietary restrictions. We just gave Wedgewood photos, labels, and instructions and they set it all up exactly as we discussed and described. The day before the wedding we dropped everything off, did some last minute double checks, and then on our wedding day we came in after our am photoshoot and Alycia et al had set up everything to a T- it was beautiful and so painless.
The night of the wedding was unbelievable and the next day the only word we could use to describe our wedding was "Perfect".
I truly don't know what our wedding would've looked like elsewhere, we definitely would've had to do more and maybe it would've been more painless than I imagine, but I know with and because of Wedgewood Carmel Fields (and Alycia!) our day was perfect, and for that we can never thank them enough. -

My husband and I got married here July 2024! We had been trying to find a venue that could not only accommodate the amount of people we wanted to invite, but could also somehow mix my husband’s desire for a beach wedding with my vision of a whimsical garden wedding, all while letting us party later than 10pm! When we found Wedgewood Carmel Fields, we were absolutely blown away!! They were able to check off all of our boxes and more, and made the planning process so easy! They had great communication every step of the way, and it made the stressful moments not feel so stressful. From our point of view, the venues were gorgeous, they were super accommodating to what we wanted/needed, the food was tasty (and they were super accommodating when discussing different food restrictions/allergies), and we have absolutely no complaints! I could write paragraphs about how awesome Carmel Fields is! Our day-of coordinator, Alycia was an absolute superhero! She made sure everything ran smoothly, and if something was not going according to plan…yes it was! We have had several guests tell us how awesome she was, and we wholeheartedly agree! We don’t know what we would have done without her! We also worked with Aloha during the evening portion, and she was so sweet and so helpful too! We could not have asked for a better venue! -

Where do I even begin? The coordinator was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they managed every detail flawlessly and never missed a beat. Their professionalism, organization, and calm demeanor under pressure were exceptional. Truly, they deserve recognition for their outstanding work!
The wedding would not have been as beautiful and seamless without their expertise. They ensured every detail was perfect, timelines were followed, and any potential issues were handled effortlessly. They brought the vision for the day to life in a way that exceeded all expectations.

I don't even know where to start, I have nothing but good things to say! Then team here is amazing and on top of that their venue site is beautiful! Our coordinator Anahi was phenomenal. We dropped a half baked seating chart idea in her lap the day before our wedding where we basically just had pages printed out with everyone's tables on some nice paper, and she managed to turn it into a full fledged art display within a couple of hours. She was incredibly attentive and has the friendliest demeanor you could ever find. Jaylon was our banquet captain and he did a great job of making sure everyone was fed. The panko chicken and Prime Rib was great! Aloha, Annie, Alycia & Mailani on the planning team made sure that every detail was covered and were very responsive as we bothered them constantly with our questions. My best man dropped my ring and one of my groomsmen wore the wrong color shirt, but otherwise we had the perfect wedding and my wife was so happy nothing could trigger her inner Bridezilla. So I can say I thankfully survived unscathed! I definitely recommend the Elite package. All the bells and whistles really added to the experience. My wife and I just got married at Carmel Fields Wedgewood on 7/19. We had our first meeting with Wedgewood and Annie about a year prior when we toured the property. After seeing the beautiful property, amazing amenities, all of the options for catering to our needs and wants for our day and the just amazing personality of Annie and everyone in the office, we decided that Carmel Fields Wedgewood was the place we wanted our day to take place.
Throughout the entire process of planning and leading up to our wedding day, the Wedgewood staff was so responsive, helpful, a pleasure to work with, pushed us to make decisions when needed, and made the entire experience as stress-free as planning for a wedding can be.
Come the day of our wedding, holy shit, was is everything we were promised to the T!!! During our last wedding review, Wedgewood had offered to get a piece of each kind of cake and set it aside so we could take them home and try all of them. Me being a picky cake person, didn't care to try all three and instead wanted 3 pieces of the strawberry cake with strawberry mousse (BOMB btw!). Sure enough Annie and Aloha made sure that happened. Might sound like a little thing but it is just a perfect example of the services that Annie, Aloha, and the ENTIRE team at Wedgewood Carmel provided to ensure our day was exactly what we wanted and what they promised it would be.
Overall, my message to people considering getting married here is, our favorite day ever would not have been what it was - if it wasn't for all of the beautiful people at Carmel Fields Wedgewood. We cannot thank them enough for the role that they played in making our day as amazing as it was! -

I worked with Carmel fields to plan my wedding in 6 months and man was it super easy. I got everything I wanted it was so personable the food was great the vendors were great. Worth every cent. I couldn’t believe how smoothly it went. Honestly I’ll never stop recommending this place. They made my wedding dream so easy and perfect. My experience with Carmel Fields, Wedgewood Weddings was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough positive things about their company and wedding services. My main coordinators, Torey and Alycia, were truly incredible in all the categories. Torey helped me through each step of the planning process and created my ideas into a vision while staying within my budget range. Her attention to detail and organization is phenomenal. Alycia was spectacular in coordinating our meals, and guests, and packing everything up at the end of the night. She even saved the wedding boutique that I left behind! Many of my guests commented on how well our wedding went and how much fun they had. I owe it all to these two amazing gals and truly appreciate all the work they did to make my wedding day everything I hoped for and more. We had a great time working with this venue! Everyone was very professional and friendly and patient with our questions and requests. Our day-of-coordinator Olivia was amazing and I would definitely want to be friends with her outside of the wedding. Our critiques are that I felt like communication lacked between team members sometimes because we had to repeat the same request between people and I don't believe information was passed along. We also were sad that some of the items we requested be a part of our reception were not, including my husband's wall lights and the flower petals I purchased for the tables. -

I married my husband on October 22, 2021. Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to get married in Monterey. Coming across this venue on WeddingWire was a life saver since it is an all inclusive venue! This venue offers different packages, where you can add and remove any items you would like! The Wedgewood Team is an amazing group of people. We had such great service and everyone from our wedding planner to our DJ was absolutely amazing! The venue is beautiful and the food is delicious! We also had an open bar, which was pretty price efficient. I would like to give a special shout out to Kate Wessell... you're a ROCKSTAR!!! I would strongly recommend this venue to anyone, they truly made our day perfect! -

Dream Weddings Are Made Here
Kate, Torey and the team at Wedgewood Carmel Fields make dreams come true.
We drove by the venue during our New Years visit going into 2020. We first met with Kate in July 2020. We considered one other venue, a beautiful hotel on the bay, but when their price was $8k more and only included venue and an open bar it was a no brainer that Wedgewood Carmel was the place to be. We booked our date for September 2021, when we thought the pandemic would be a thing of the past. Little did we know, it would be ongoing, but Wedgewood had protocols in place to ensure everyone’s safety.
Throughout the process we had check-ins with Kate who reassured us that our day would be perfect and that Wedgewood had a back up plan if any state or local mandates came up that would prevent our an indoor reception.
With their Bliss Benefits we had a credit towards purchasing from their website. Although most people get invitations, we had those covered so we ended up getting our wedding favor boxes, engraved champagne glasses, cocktail napkins and a cake serving set.
The DJ/MC service was part of our contact and was through Central Coast Entertainment, who was a fantastic partner. See my review on CCE.
We opted to add blue uplighting which added a magical ambiance to our Written In The Stars Theme.
We also added a wedding cake package through the partner vendor I Do Wedding Cake, which I also wrote a review about.
Our package included a buffet dinner which including a cheese board and veggie plate during cocktail hour, 6 chef chosen salads, a carving station, an entree station along with a vegetable and starch. Two types of wine were served during dinner and there was a champagne toast. When we were short our original guest count, we still had a minimum we had contracted to spend so Wedgewood allowed us to spend that on other services. We added 6 hors d’oeuvres to cocktail hour, added grand sparklers to our first dance and upgraded our linens to royal blue.
We chose the Merienda room because of the layout and the windows which gave us a view of the park preserve, the gazebo we were married at and the moon as it rose. We also liked the flow, the cash bar being in a separate area, a patio with bistro lights and the access to the courtyard with a fireplace so we could spread out for quieter conversations during the evening.
Torey was our coordinator day before and day of and she is amazing. She was able to walk us through our rehearsal and what to expect. She also was able to take all of the decorations we brought to set them up ahead of the wedding, like the table decor, guest favors, entry decor (guest book), our cake topper and even created a handwritten seating chart when the one we ordered from an outside vendor fell through.
Day of, we had access to a room to get ready in and we were greeted with champagne. The team at Wedgwood had executed our vision perfectly. They even included a backdrop with twinkle lights behind our sweetheart table because they knew it would be perfect for our theme.
We were able to take our wedding party picture ahead of the wedding. We have a friend who is a photographer who Torey gave advice for us to take photos at a precise moment to get the best light (see champagne toast photo below).
Our cocktail hour was in the bar area and the hors d’oeuvres were a hit. We missed out on a few but when we arrived at our sweetheart table Torey had made sure there were some saved for us. We also had champagne and wine available for us so we wouldn’t need to go to the bar.
Jayla was the catering manager and she was very courteous. Her and Torey assisted us in plating our dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. Due to the pandemic we weren’t able to do a tasting ahead of time, but Wedgewood has photos to share and not only does the food look just as amazing in person, it also tasted so delicious. We had herbed roast beef and Panko crusted chicken with a sherry cream sauce for our entrees and both exceeded all expectations. The rest of the catering staff took exceptional care of our guest, everyone was professional and courteous. Jayla also took over for Torey later in the evening and made sure all of our special items were packed and ready when the evening concluded. We didn’t need to worry about set up or clean up, the team at Wedgewood handled everything.
To recap, with Wedgewood Carmel Fields, you’ll get a team of wedding planning professionals who are dedicated to making sure your wedding day seamless, a beautiful location to get married (gazebo or beach) and have a reception (choice between 2 rooms), food for your guest, a complete bar, a professional entertainment company, and access to other services if you need them like florist, photographers, bakers, attire, etc.
Lastly, thank you Kate for all of our planning sessions and making sure we had everything we wanted all while staying within our budget.

The Carmel Fields by Wedgewood team was absolutely fantastic. Torey, who was our primary coordinator, helped us at every twist and turn of our planning process and always made us feel valued, important, heard, and special. Both Torey and Olivia assisted with our day-of coordination and they knocked it out of the park. Every detail and instruction was followed and where details lacked, they took our vision and applied it using their best judgement. Everything from phone calls to emails with them was a breeze. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we had to postpone our big day, but Torey and the wider team made sure to do all they could to make the postponement process simple and pain free. Torey, Kate, Olivia & Heather all did a fantastic job as each one of them filled in and assisted over our 2 year long engagement. They each deserve recognition. 2020-2021 wedding planning couldn't have been easy, so thank you all for all you have done.

Kate from Wedgewood was our main coordinator for our wedding. Kate and the staff were excellent and very professional. I had so many questions during the planning process, and they responded fast via email and over the phone!
I also had a bunch of wedding decorations, and they were able to set up everything with no problem. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding venue!

I cannot thank the Wedgewood Carmel team enough. They truly helped make my wedding day one of the best days possible. Back when we started researching wedding venues, I was shocked that some places in the Carmel/Monterey area wanted to charge $13,000+ just to rent the space! Wedgewood has got the best prices in the area hands down. Plus, depending on which package you choose, they include invitations, cake, DJ, clergy, food, drinks, linen, chairs, and more. I don’t know how I would have survived wedding planning without Wedgewood.
We were one of the not-so-lucky couples that had to postpone our wedding because of Covid. Our original wedding date was supposed to be 17 days after the big shutdown in March 2020. Wedgewood stuck with us through 3 postponements and 4 different wedding dates. I know a lot of people that went with other venues weren’t so lucky. We didn’t lose out on any of the money we put towards our wedding and they even provided us with a free chair upgrade which was totally unexpected.
Kate was our event coordinator on the big day and she absolutely rocks! Anything I needed, she was right there ready to help. Right before the ceremony I had to use the restroom and she made sure that the other Wedgewood staff had eyes on my husband to make sure he didn’t accidentally see me before the ceremony. I was a nervous wreck just before the ceremony and she talked me down and offered to have a drink waiting for me and my husband as soon as the ceremony was over. Sure enough, right after the ceremony when we turned the corner, there she was with 2 mimosas in hand. She also came in and saved us when we were trying to bustle my dress. Since I had had it altered well over a year before the wedding everyone forgot how we were supposed to bustle it. Kate stepped in and got it done in a matter of minutes.
I could go on and on with all of the wonderful things I have to say about Kate and the Wedgewood Carmel staff. Just know that if you choose them for your wedding, they will not disappoint.

Wedgewood wedding packages was the main reason we contacted for a consultation to view the site and it was our first venue we looked at and instantly booked. Also because my husband and I always dreamed of getting married on the beach and their reception site was beautiful as well. Their packages included everything from Floral, DJs, Setup and break down, to the amazing food and you can customize the packages to you . All of their vendors are amazing and took a lot of stress away from us. We were suppose to get married in October 2020 but Due to Covid that do not happen. We dealt mainly with Tori Wise ( which I would 100% recommend her if you chose to go with Wedgewood Carmel) From the beginning of COVID-19 to the end of our wedding I had SO many different emotions and the unknowing of what our wedding holds. ( which wedgewood carmel team also had no idea at the time either but still kept me calm and certain during it all) We had to change our wedding vision completely due to Covid and I could count on Tori to help us make our wedding day amazing. I can say hands down our wedding days ways better than our original vision.. The little things do not matter its truly true and I now I fully believe if you have good vendors that you have by your side throughout the wedding process and on your wedding day that will make your day. The venue was beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing. The drinks/bar tenders were amazing. We had so many compliments from our guest regarding our wedding we give Wedgewood Carmel and their vendors a huge thank you! Tori Wise knows what she is doing and provided me any recommendations and suggestions I needed. I would 100% recommend Wedgewood Carmel to anyone who wants a wedding with a lot of less stress. -

Exactly what I wanted!
I cannot begin to describe how perfect my event was. Every person along the way was extremely helpful, making this easy wedding to plan. My guest were thrilled and enjoyed every moment. Deanna Sent on 08/31/2018It is nearly impossible to put a full review in for Wedgewood Carmel in the characters they allow on this site! From start to finish, our planning process was incredibly easy (we booked the venue sight-unseen from across the country). Kendalyn and Marisa are absolute rockstars and were by our sides every step of the way. They answered every email insanely fast and kept track of every single communication we had. We had our rehearsal the night before the wedding and everything about it was quick and easy. We had a pretty unruly wedding party and Kendalyn stepped up to the challenge and had everyone looking perfect in a matter of minutes. I didn’t like the way the pastor was rehearsing one part of the ceremony but figured I would just let it go. Kendalyn took one look at my face, instantly knew it wasn’t what I wanted and fixed it without a second thought.
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. Every detail was executed with care that you can only get from a team that truly cares about their brides and grooms. My dad got sick and had surgery right before the wedding (and subsequently got put on activity and lifting restriction) and they stepped up and helped take care of the details that he had been in charge of setting up. We took our first walk back down the aisle as husband and wife and Kendalyn was there waiting with tears in her eyes. My husband and I both commented instantly that even though she has been there through so many weddings, she still gets invested in couple’s love stories. Marisa wasn’t our day of coordinator, but she made sure to take the time to come give us hugs and help bustle my dress while we were waiting to head into the reception!
We are grateful to the whole Wedgewood team for everything they did leading up to our wedding. It will forever be a beautiful memory for all of our family and friends. Amanda Sent on 06/07/2018Wedgewood Carmel was the perfect place for us. They answered every phone call, were super professional, and made us feel so cared for. We did the beach wedding, followed by the reception in the Fiesta Room. It was seamless. Our guests raved how it was the best wedding they had ever been too. The beach was incredible, and to not worry about anything the day of (chair setup, clean-up, guests, etc.) was priceless. Not only was the venue reasonable, but it was stunningly beautiful. We had the best DJ in the whole world: DJ Jason Warner. I would ONLY go with with Jason!!! He was so kind, spent an hour with us on the phone to make sure he had all of the names correct and songs, and was so attentive to us that day. Jason made our day, as well. Jason listened to us and made our ceremony (music, nice, everything sound) dances, speeches, and reception flawless and perfect. We had the most perfect wedding at Carmel Wedgewood, with the most perfect DJ!!!

Melanie Sent on 11/12/2017Wedgewood is an amazing company. If you are looking for a venue that takes care of almost everything, look no further! They have editable packages and you are able to add and remove items as you wish. Also, they communicate with all their vendors directly (saving you a lot of time!) and all the costs are under one bill making it easier to track the costs of your wedding!
All their vendors are absolutely amazing, my husband and I went to their tasting and booked all of their main vendors such as DJ, cake, florist, and photography. I also booked their florist (Vena from Flor De Monterey) for my bouquets and boutonnieres, (these are not included in the package we selected) but she is amazing and definitely took care of me. Their food was also amazing and was liked by all of our guests! To help decide what to get, make sure to go to their tasting to meet all of their vendors and we do not regret it at all. Plus, it saved us time, money, and stress looking for outside vendors.
Throughout the whole process leading up to the date of our wedding the Ladies of Wedgewood Carmel were so helpful, informative, and gave their opinions and thoughts when we were stuck on making a decision. Marisa, Kendalyn, and Leah definitely had our back on ensuring our wedding went as smoothly as possible and it did.
Thank you Wedgewood Carmel for having us and making our experience unforgettable. If we had to do this again there is no doubt that we would choose Wedgewood again. Thank you to Marisa and Kendalyn who really held our hands in the process and ensuring that everything will be wonderful and it was. Nicole Sent on 07/29/2016I have to admit that I am a little sad writing this review because it means that the wedding is truly over. Wedgewood Carmel was fantastic! From start to finish the wedding planning process was very easy, having an all inclusive venue was the way to go for us. I was able to add any additional details that I wanted and it helped tremendously. All of the staff that we came into contact with was great and very helpful. Attending the Bridal Fair in April was very helpful and gave us some great ideas and introduced us to additional vendors. We also got to meet everyone that works as a Wedgewood vendor.
Now, the wedding day. Everything from start to finish was exactly how we wanted it to go. The ceremony at the beach was beautiful, perfect picture weather, but it was cold. The ceremony did start a couple minutes late but everything worked out perfectly. If I had to say one negative thing it was the location on the beach. In all of the pictures that were taken, the background of the pictures includes the bathrooms at the beach. That was a little annoying. Marisa was the coordinator that helped us through the entire process and she truly helped make our day amazing. Anything I wanted, she made it happen. She helped make sure that everything was running efficiently and made sure we were always taken care of. When it was her time to leave at the end of the night (the banquet coordinator takes over,) we were both really sad to see her go.
As far as the reception, everything was beautiful. Our reception was held in the Miranda Room (the one with all the windows.) I was able to come in the day before to set up some of the items in the entrance and Marisa made that possible. However, I think that the staff was fully capable of setting things up and they did a great job with everything else. We also upgraded the linens (sparkly rose gold/gold) on the sweetheart table, candle table, and cake table. I highly recommend it. -

They helped us with planning, kept the flow of my day smooth, and everything was very reasonably priced. Also, the bride binder they give you for planning is the best thing I ever received. I cannot rave enough about how great they all were from beginning to end.
Food was delicious, and they did not run out, the catering and bar staff were awesome. They were seriously the best part of my wedding. -
Rachel Sent on 12/31/2017I am so glad I booked with Wedgewood. As an international bride, I could not spend my days on the phone or visiting different vendors, so I had to trust the coordinator services of Wedgewood. I will admit I was getting very nervous and annoyed that each time I spoke with someone at Wedgewood regarding my wedding, it was a new person. I had to start from scratch every time and was worried some little details would slip through. But come the wedding day, everything was perfect. Melissa was on top of it and was top notch in wrangling my wedding party and getting everyone where they should be on time. Everything ended up perfect and really my wedding day couldn't have been any better!
