Oh my goodness, where do I start! To start, Tabitha, my day of coordinator, was AMAZING. So patient and kind with my hectic group and kept us on track the entire rehearsal and day. She is so talented at her job and knew how to keep cool when our mariachi band, Mariachi Estrella De America, no-showed us. Brittany, the manager of the windmill, came to my rescue when me and all my bridesmaids stepped out of th ebridal suite to take photos and we all forgot our key to get back in! I called at like 3pm right before first look telling her over the phone that we locked ourselves out of the bridal suite and immediately, she hung up and rushed over (yes we her you running across the garden gazebo and loved her so much for that!) she then helped us into the bridal suite so we all could rest our feet for a pic before the pictures with the boys started AND went out of her way to get us additional key cards so that didn’t happen again. That was one of the core memories of my day for me because how did not one of us have the key card on us?? They were all in our bags that Tabitha so kindly transported up to the groom's suite for us as me and all my bridesmaids had dress changes for a dance performance. Mik, our DJ, along with Tabitha so quickly and quietly put out the fire that came with our mariachi band no-showing by having Mik play mariachi music during cocktail hour! It was funny because during cocktail hour, I was joking that I could hear mariachi, but I couldn’t see mariachi! Amazing save by Tabitha and Mik. Mik was such a good MC and kept my vibes up high all night. I loved their service! The True Photography team that was mainly with me, Pauleen and Dustin, were also such a joy to work with. The other photographer, Jenn, worked so well with the boys and got some of the sickest shots! They said she gave great direction. I really appreciated how prompt the TP team was! Showed up early with GREAT vibes which is so essential to me. Kept vibes up all evening. Pauleen asked for my permission if Dustin could come into the bridal suite and I thought that was insanely sweet of her. They were soooo fun to work with and just told me what to do! Brain off, serve ON. I‘ve already received the photos a FEW DAYS LATER and am BLOWN AWAY. Now, to miss Kelly girl!!!! She is the most accommodating badass banquet captain that I am so thankful I was in her care for my wedding. I knew she was gonna kill it when she suggested the buffet/floor plan change for a bigger dance floor!! Her foresight was amazing and she was like my shining star on my hectic night. I asked her for lukewarm water or hot water at the sweetheart table because my old asian ancestry was calling for some easy to chug water! Kelly came through immediately with a room temp water bottle and changed our carafe to room temp water. It was a dream. On the biggest night of my life when I know I need to eat to prepare for my friends’ influence at the open bar, Kelly kept the great service coming!! I love her. Wedgewood Windmill, hats off to your staff that consists of killer wait staff who made all my guests feel so well taken care of! Also, a few of my guests mentioned praise for the young man at the carver station, who said he was all good vibes. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Brittany, Tabitha, Kelly, Mik, Pauleen, Dustin, Jenn and carving station man!!! Best day ever! We did have a small hiccup with the bartender service and Brittany handled it right away!

Our wedding was so magical they really made our dreams come true. They were so helpful with having everything in a package. The venue was a beautiful place had so many services from the start and all way to the wedding day. Always responding to emails quickly and being detailed with what to come on the day of the wedding. Tabatha was our coordinator the day of the wedding and the rehearsal night. She was so amazing and super helpful with both days and very sweet person as well. We have some photos from the wedding and how they made our vision come true.

Wedgewood weddings- specifically the Windmill in Carlsbad, Ca has the best team of coordinators and vendors! We especially loved Kristiana and Tabitha who saved our day after a wardrobe malfuction!!

We had the most incredible wedding at this venue. Not only did the wedding go exactly as we can, but we felt so taken care of by Wedgewood. Tabitha, our coordinator, was incredible. If we could redo our wedding, we would not change a thing. Thank you Tabitha and everyone at Wedgewood!

I could not recommend Wedgewood Carlsbad Windmill more highly. For half of what we would be paying at any other venue, I feel that we received top-notch service, aesthetics that matched who we are as a couple, thoughtful coordination, and worry-free execution. Our coordinator, Brianna, went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. We loved our DJ, Noah (with DJ Maestro), who was coordinated through the venue. It was a seamless experience that I genuinely feel saved us a ton of money and gave us MORE value than a traditional venue.

Brianna, Corina, Katey & Sammy were amazing! Me & my now, husband were so thankful for all of the amazing support provided by them and all the Wedgewood team. Since the beginning of our adventure in finding a venue, we knew it would be the perfect place! It was the first place we visited, and four venue hunts later, it was the one we chose! First of all, the team is so kind and helpful. Second, the bridal suite is amazing and so many other venues lacked this option. Also, the hotel being next to it is a plus as well as being able to get a group discount for our wedding party. There was a surplus of benefits found with Wedgewood and we did not regret our choice one bit. Then the day of our wedding, there were no errors. Everything went perfect!!! People were in awe of how organized everything was & how beautiful. My husband and I truly couldn't have pictured a better wedding venue & if I could do it all again I'd always choose Wedgewood! Also - their banquet team is great! Their vendors are amazing and the food is delicious!

From the moment we began planning, every interaction with the team at The Windmill was filled with genuine care and excitement for our special day. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set them apart.

Kelly, our banquet captain, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had everything we needed throughout the night, checking on us regularly and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Our bartender Julie, was so sweet and attentive! And the drinks were delicious.

Every meeting, every phone call, and every interaction with the team at The Windmill was filled with warmth and professionalism. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Our wedding at the Carlsbad Windmill was our dream day!! The Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood team made our entire wedding planning process so enjoyable and simple. Every interaction with the planning team we were greeted with helpful (and prompt) answers to any of our questions. We loved Wedgewood because we were given the skeleton of the planning process and then we could add as little or as much as we wanted to make the day feel more special and unique to us. We had a lot of flexibility with adding anything extra we wanted. When we had a little hiccup with one of our outside vendors on the day of the wedding, our coordinator and assistant remained calm and helped take care of any issues. Our coordinator Brianna, was amazing and so helpful since the first day we met her. She remembered all of the little details we told we wanted to include in our wedding day, and she made our wedding decor and set up look just as we had dreamed. Specific to the Windmill venue itself, the location is 10/10! We had our rehearsal on at a local restaurant. For the wedding day, the bridal suite is provided at the attached Carlsbad by the Sea hotel, grooms suite is inside the Windmill venue, the ceremony space and reception space are in the same building inside the Windmill. We did our First Look at the Carlsbad Bluffs overlooking the ocean (3 minute drive from venue). And we even had an after party 12am-2am at the downstairs bar at the Windmill Food Hall. Can’t forget to mention the beautiful Carlsbad Flower Fields directly across the street! Everything was close by and convenient for all of our guests. The Windmill itself is a beautiful and unique venue. The ceremony space is breathtakingly beautiful (I cried the first time I saw it). Overall I can not say enough good things about The Carlsbad Windmill venue and their team. So happy we got married there!

Working with the Wedgewood team was AMAZING. They took care of so much of the wedding planning details and the hassle that my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some of the DIY stuff that we probably wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise. They have different packages and add ons you can do, but generally they include centerpieces, florals, a wedding planner, day of coordinator, a DJ, officiant services, liability insurance, setup/cleanup and the wedding cake too. The add ons and some upgrades (I.e. out of season flowers, specialty cake flavors) will be at an added cost, but the cost of our wedding in total even with the upgrades we got was still way more affordable than any other wedding venue options we found. And the venue at Carlsbad was GORGEOUS.

The entire team was amazing, and Brianna ended up being our day of coordinator! She was so sweet, personable and professional. Even when she wasn’t available the rest of the team were always super responsive and communicative. We had the best wedding ever and it was truly thanks to them. Their contracted vendors were amazing too, we loved G our DJ and Tara our florist - both were so sweet, considerate, efficient and did absolutely amazing jobs in making our vision for our wedding happen. They all did. Thank you gals at Wedgewood we love you!!!!

My husband and I had an absolute pleasure working with Carina, Sammy, Janae (our coordinator), Lee J (banquet captain), security guard, and Brianna! They were such an absolute pleasure working with from start to finish - from walking us through extras and certain enhancements we can remove to finishing the final touches to a beautiful weekend.
I absolutely loved that they had some vendors recommended. Although some of them were pricy, they were super understanding and guided us when we had any questions with their vendors. We ended up working with their cake vendor (Cute Cakes), did their rehearsal dinner recommendation (Green Dragon Tavern), officiant (Kimi), flowers (Moments in Bloom), Dj (Shayn/DJ Maestro) and their catering.
I absolutely loved their officiant Kimi, Dj Shayn, and florist Dede. They were so easy to work with. Kimi added very subtle details that my husband did and acknowledged the crowd. Got so many reviews!
Hotel next door was okay but a little outdated. Most of our friends stayed there but we recommended our family members and friends to do the Cape Rey Hotel, which was gorgeous and only 7 mins away from the venue.
The venue is next to a food hall but honestly, there were no confusion from our guests as there were signs of where the ceremony is held at - which was gorgeous, and where the reception would be held after. Our favorite part of the venue was the ceremony as it gave a "barn-like" feel we wanted with cocktail hours set up right next to it. I would recommend the wedding party/groom/bride to enter from the glass entrance. That gave a little more dramatic look. The reception is held right above and is accessible through stairs or an elevator. The reception is pretty big and can fit up to about 150, but we ended up doing 94, which was a lot more comfortable. Curious to have seen how 150 would have looked LOL!
I liked that Janae and Lee J (banquet captain) worked together and prepped the ramen bar and tater tot stations. Bar service was great-they looked out for the groom and bride and made sure we had mix drinks and shots where needed. Photo Booth was great too! I would recommend that they have someone standing there if needed to help with fixing the light. Around 1 hour before our reception ended, the light turned blue, but other than that, it was great!
Overall, the team was phenomenal and the venue was exactly what we wished for. Janae helped so much during the day of to guide us and family throughout the day to make sure we knew where to go. If you are in the bridal suite (Where we had our tea ceremony), you can get to ride on their golf cart to the reception! The groom's room is at the hospitality suite next to the reception on the second floor of the venue. Brianna, Corina, and Sammy answered all my questions in a timely manner and made sure to include all the little details!

The Wedgewood company was recommended to us by a friend who is an officiant and had worked with multiple Wedgewood locations. We loved the idea of an "all-inclusive" style venue that already had the catering, dj, cake, florals, etc. built in. Our personal style matched the best with the Carlsbad Windmill. It is by far one of the most stunning venues I've ever seen as a guest and a bride. We first had an online consultation to ask questions and get a full price breakdown. Followed by an in-person meeting to tour the venue and place a deposit. The entire planning and sales staff there are all so helpful, happy, and communicative. They provided an entire planning binder of worksheets and information to help us chose exactly what we wanted our day to look like. They have a convenient payment schedule, and a well thought out planning schedule that includes a series of meetings covering different aspects of the day. The day-of coordinators were super helpful. And the biggest stress relief was that the vendors all already know the venue inside and out, so we didn't have to coordinate deliveries or pickups for anything! We really got to make our day our own, with personal touches and a great selection of options they provide, as well as added décor we brought.
We recommend the Carlsbad Windmill to anyone and everyone!

11/10 recommend. Got married 5/2023. DJ Fredy kept the party going all night, Sammy and Kelly were the dynamic duo in making sure the day went smoothly, and the team overall was extremely helpful every step of the way. Our wedding was larger number at this venue, 173 total, and it was beyond perfect thanks to this team. The food was so delicious, the decor was set up beautifully, and the music was exactly what we asked for: Vegas club but make it wedding lol. We were not an easy group with a large attendance and large wedding parties, but not once did we feel judged. We were constantly treated with kindness and any help we needed, we received. This team knows what they are doing and I'd do it with them all over again!

From the very first point of contact, the Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood was attentive and extremely helpful through the entire process. The Wedgewood company seriously gives you a stop shop process in wedding planning and makes planning your perfect a breeze. The Entire staff was fun to work with and just so nice throughout.

From the moment my husband and I toured the Carlsbad Windmill, we knew this was where we were meant to get married.
We were married on April 11, 2021. From the beginning planning stages to our special day, the wedding experts Sydney and Katie were there to help us along the way, and believe me, we were planning during COVID, it was very stressful, they kept us updated on any new COVID protocols and any updated information we needed. We chose the package that was all included, the delicious cake from Cute Cake bakery, the flowers from Moments in Bloom, our DJ Kyle from Stay Classy Events, Kimmy the minister, and the photo booth. Sydney and Katie helped us plan and coordinate every part of the wedding, and helped me be stress free the day of the wedding knowing my vision was in their hands.
The Bridal Suite and the Groom's cave was the perfect place for us to start our day getting ready and had many wonderful photo opportunities.
The Wedding ceremony and reception were beyond any of our expectations. Our guests still rave about the food and tell us how much fun the had. There is not a day that goes by we do not reminisce of our special day.

My husband and I were beyond happy with how our wedding day turned out at the Carlsbad windmill! The planning process was seamless and the wedding team would always respond so quickly to any questions I had via text, which made it easy.

Sarah was so helpful in our planning. Shannon our coordinator was an all-star from the rehearsal to the reception. She did such a great job of organizing our family and friends for the ceremony and was essential to creating a stress-free day for us.

We had the buffet for the reception and our guests were raving about how good the food was and we agree. The vendors they provided were incredible.

Having the windmill food hall attached to the venue made it more fun and convenient for our guests before and after our wedding. The hotel is within walking distance, literally next door which was a plus.

I highly recommend this location they exceed our expectations!

Wedding planning made EASY! I had my wedding at the Carlsbad Windmill and was so happy with how it turned out. My wedding was beautiful and couldn’t have gone better. The team at Wedgewood helped me SO much throughout the process. They answered my emails and texts quickly so I never had to stress. Jax went above and beyond and worked extra to help the venue provide us with black chargers plates for our wedding. Kayla was an amazing day-of coordinator for us and helped the day run smoothly. I’m so thankful for the whole team!

So happy my daughter found this venue. They had attentive and polite staff, the food was amazing and the location was perfect for our family. The hotel beds were comfy so if you wanna imbibe you won’t be sad that you stayed the night. Obey the rules and you will be treated like royalty. My daughter and her wife got married on a Thursday… I didn’t know that I could afford my daughters dream wedding but this venue made it possible. Thank you for the hospitality Wedgewood. I appreciate and highly recommend.

I am so grateful for my experience with the Carlsbad Windmill/Wedgewood. Not only was it an amazing deal, but everyone was so great and accommodating. Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could've imagined. They had the best contacts with other vendors in the area, especially Celia the florist and Leah Marie photography (ask Wedgewood about her). All the girls who helped out were so sweet. I'm very grateful for this team and what they have to offer! I can't wait to visit again, also love the Windmill food haha!

We were looking for an indoor venue that could fulfill our needs and this venue was definitely it!
I shopped around a lot for the just right venue for our wedding and this place was one of the very few that had indoor option for both wedding and reception.
The staff at the Windmill are very responsive in the pre-wedding process, I had lots of questions and they were very helpful, as well as very organized. From the meetings, tours, to the actual event itself. This place did not disappoint with the beauty it provided for my husband and I and our guests.
We really appreciate their flexibility when it came to our diet, my husband and I are vegan as well as some members in our family. They even went as far as to add an entree just for us and the ones who chose vegan option for meal preference.
We used their vendors for florist and bakery. Absolutely was satisfied with both.
Overall this venue is amazing and really made our day extra special.

My husband and I had gotten engaged November of 2019, we were so excited but also very nervous and stressed on where to have our wedding. We searched endlessly for venues that were within our price range and style. We finally found Wedgewood and although the venue was getting remodeled we instantly fell IN LOVE with it! We knew from that moment on it was perfect for us and we booked!

Our first date was set on July 2020 but with Covid starting we unfortunately couldn't go on but Katey, Katie and Sydney did not hesitate to make us feel heard and helped us reschedule our wedding date with no problem at all! Which made planning a wedding during Covid so much more stress free!

Our wedding was on May 27th, 2021 and the day was nothing but perfect! From Flitflowers being incredibly wonderful and bringing the best bouquets and boutonniéres to Leah Marie Photography The Studio making us feel our best and beautiful in taking photos!

It was our dream wedding come true! And I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Wedgewood for being with us every step of the way and making our wedding so much more special!

When my husband and I first got engaged it was just the start of the pandemic. We searched for venues and this was the one I fell in love with and we booked knowing the uncertainty of where the pandemic would be in January of 2021. From the beginning both Katie’s were extremely helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Living hours away from the venue they eased my stress and helped anywhere they could and always kept us up to date with any closing or guidelines that would or wouldn’t be in place as my wedding date got closer. Luckily, we were still able to have our wedding ceremony at the venue but not the reception due to following the closing of restaurant guidelines. We understood knowing we took the risk of booking a venue during a pandemic and possibly wouldn’t get any money back. Although they cancelled the reception 2-3 weeks before our wedding my husband and I were extremely pleased with Sandy handling the situation last minute. We were allowed to bring in a wooden cross my husband made to allow us to have some sort of religious aspect to our wedding since we didn’t have a traditional church wedding. We decided to donate it so any bride or groom could also have some sort of religious aspect to their weddings as well. The day of our wedding was amazing and everyone was so helpful. Also a huge thank you to Sydney when I realized 10 minutes before the ceremony that I didn’t have my veil on and she steamed my 120 inch veil! I highly highly recommend having your wedding here.
If the staff can go above and beyond for me I would assume they would for any other bride or groom!

The Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood is a gorgeous venue and the planning team is amazing. Constantly changing COVID-19 restrictions made wedding planning extremely challenging, but Katie and Sydney were there every step of the way answering my questions and guiding us through the planning process. We ended up having a beautiful, intimate ceremony at the Windmill and the planning team did everything in their power to make our day as perfect as possible given the circumstances! Their partner vendors (Flit Flowers, Cute Cakes, Forever Tomorrow Events, and Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel) were all fabulous to work with and I can’t imagine how much more stressful planning during a pandemic would have been if I had to wrangle different vendors on my own. I highly recommend The Carlsbad Windmill!

The Carlsbad Windmill Wedgewood team was amazing! The venue is so beautiful and charming! During COVID-19, regulations kept changing, amd the staff continued to work with me. I had mamy details I wanted to add to my wedding, and they executed them with perfection! They also added their wonderful touches to the decor on my big day when things changed and I wasn't available (with my permission). Sydney and Katie were so great- beautiful both inside and out! I've received so many compliments about my intimate yet grand wedding! Food was delicious too! A wonderful venue to celebrate your big day with your loved ones! I HIGHLY recommend!

Carlos and I have a long back story on how we came across The Carlsbad Windmill by Wedgewood Weddings but we were supposed to get married at their Rio Hondo Downey location but with LA County in purple tier they still weren’t going to be open for our November wedding. So we first were working with Veronica Smith and Natalie Nametz at the Rio Hondo location and they were wonderful! Great costumer service and it was sad to part ways when I decided to move to the Carlsbad Windmill location. The transition from venue to venue was a smooth one. From that point on we started working with Katie, Katey and Sydney and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing they were from start to finish!! Their customer service is just amazing! Any questions that I had were answered, and I could email, or call anytime that I had a question and they were quick to respond! The day of the event was so amazing! Let’s begin with the bridal suite, oh my gosh it’s simply gorgeous in there!!! My ceremony started at 3pm so Sydney came to my suite around 2:50pm and honestly helped with so many things!! She helped me with my necklace and earrings and making jokes to make me laugh! She was so much fun! When it was time for me to walk down the aisle I realized that I left my bouquet inside my bridal suite and Sydney really didn’t hesitate, she took off and went and got it for me. She was absolutely amazing!!!! Than Katie was doing so much walking around and making sure everything was perfect and that Carlos and I had what we needed. Oh my gosh and when they needed to bustle my dress lol that was a bit intense, but they executed everything wonderfully! All my family and friends who attended said they had a beautiful night!! I just want to say thank you to Katie, Katey, Sydney. Veronica, and Natalie. I want to say thank you to the most amazing bartender, Julie!! She was awesome! Thank you to our Dj ERICK!! The music was so good all night!! Thank you to Cute Cakes because the cake was delicious!! The ice cream sundaes were a hit! Thank you to Splendid Sentiments because my bridal bouquet was beautiful and so were the floral centerpieces!! I can’t forget my officiant Kimmi. She was the sweetest and did such an awesome job. Psh! I can go on and on about my wedding night. Also I’ve taken a course in hospitality and it’s a high demand job so thank you to all the chefs and all the back house Wedgwood staff that made our day so great and special. My husband and I got married on March 13th (pretty much the day before the world shut down..) at the Windmill. We were their 3rd or 4th wedding ever, but you would have never known that! Katie, Katey, and Sidney were so professional and helpful since day one. Katey was the one we worked with most in the beginning and she took care of us so much. We are so thankful to have had our dream wedding and their amazing location. Even with rain on the wedding day, everything ran smoothly. On the day of Katie was especially helpful. All three girls set up the venue perfectly. I had certain things that were specific to a look, but other areas I said to put it however they wanted to and WOW it was so beautiful.

The only bummer was the sound system wasn't the greatest and a lot of guests said they couldn't hear a lot during the ceremony and couldn't understand the DJ all that much. Another bummer was that we had to clean up all of our stuff right after the wedding ended because they had a morning wedding the next day. I hated having some of my guests help us with that and I felt like I couldn't go off and needed to stay back and help. But seriously those are my only complaints.

Overall, I would highly recommend having your wedding here!! We absolutely loved it.

The windmill team has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. This was the very first venue we saw and fell totally in love. I was blown away at how beautiful the ceremony site is and the reception room is exactly what we were looking for. Katey and Katie have been phenomenal and very reassuring during such an uncertain time. We can't wait to get married here!

We were the first wedding at the Windmill and it was amazing. The coordinators, Katey and Katie were great, easy to contact and quick to answer all my questions. Everything was very well organized. The venue is beautiful and my photographer said this was his new favorite venue to photograph! We went with the elite package and it was worth the money. The value that we got with them was better than any of the other venues in the area. I would definitely recommend the Windmill and the Wedgwood team!

We are so thrilled we ultimately decided to have our wedding with Wedgewood Weddings at the Carlsbad Windmill location. There were many places we were contemplating having our wedding but once we decided that this venue had everything we were looking for the rest fell into place. The convenience factor of having everything under one roof, combined with the concierge element of the team completed the concept we envisioned. We especially valued their willingness and encouragement of doing things on our own to bring the personalized touch that made it truly a blank canvas to create the perfect atmosphere for our special day. Everything from the correspondence (timely and helpful) to the reassurance when you may need it, is appreciated every step of the way. When today’s world is less than accommodating in many cases, accommodation was the prevailing tone of our experience and we were so thankful to be in such capable and professional hands. We would do it all over again knowing this was going to be the outcome because we sincerely had, THE BEST DAY EVER!!

The ladies at Wedgewood were so amazing and kind to work with. Anyone that gets Ariana as their day of coordinator will be such a lucky couple. I could not sing her praises enough. She was such a dream to work with and her positive, enthusiastic attitude was noticed by not only the wedding part but by all of the guests in attendance. I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. The only complaint that I have is that the bartender that was there was really rude to our wedding guests and that wasn't necessary to treat our guests in that way especially when they were nothing but kind to her and also tipped her very generously through the night.

The Carlsbad location opened after we signed on with a different Wedgewood venue. Wedgewood let us transfer our funds to a different location during COVID shutdown and we are so happy with how things turned out.
Sydney helped us so much with our last minute guest add-ons/table seats. Ariana was an amazing coordinator and made sure everything went smoothly. Fadi (Banquet Captain) and Erin (Bartender) took such great care of us and our guests. It was a great party and I am so happy to have had it at the Windmill. Flit Flowers and Cute Cakes are amazing to work with - highly recommend.

The Carlsbad Wedgewood team is fabulous. From the first meeting Katie and Sydney were extremely professional and friendly. During our follow up meetings they continued to be very supportive and calming. Planning a wedding during COVID restrictions with so much uncertainty was very stressful. But each time I reached out with any concerns they set my mind right at ease. The entire planning process was made relatively simple and painless for us.
The Bride's suite was fabulous. We had everything we needed. Access to the garden, a swing, plenty of room, and we all loved the slimming mirror. One thing that would be great is if we got to keep the room until the next morning.
The wedding turned out perfectly. There are so many moving parts, but the planning, organization and execution was on point. Our flowers were beautiful, everything was set up as discussed without any hitches. The ceremony was easy and flowed just as expected. The room is so bright and beautiful, everyone loved it.
The reception was perfect with food that was delicious and wine a flowing.
Highly recommend this venue for weddings or any other event.

We ended up not going with this venue only due to travel distance for our guests. That is the only reason. We had the pleasure of working with Katey during the process and she is the absolute best! She is very professional and super responsive to all questions. She really worked with us to help stay in/near our budget. The venue was under construction during the tour but she did a great job explaining how everything would turn out once finished. Definitely recommend working with Katey!

Working with wedge wood so far has been a breeze. They were recommended to us by my brother in law. They help with everything with fair and reasonable prices.

I loved everything about this venue and the team that runs it. My entire wedding vision came to life and the team executed it to perfection. The food is amazing! Not your typical dry flavorless wedding food. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. It fits every vibe a wedding could be

Katey walked me through the venue while it was still under construction and it was already so beautiful! My fiancé and I toured it again via FaceTime when it was complete and it was even better! It's a stunning space. Katey was extremely responsive and attentive to all my questions (I had a lot over a couple months haha). It's very clear they are dedicated to their clients and driven to give you the best experience possible and make decisions in your best interest. I would highly recommend!

We hosted our daughters wedding here in June 2023. Embarrassing. For close to 30K for our package (that doesn't include all of the stuff we bought outside of the package), it wasn't worth it.

The pros: The venue is pretty. Good weather. Convenient hotel (although not a nice one) and food hall. Photographers that venue recommends are great (but know they will be extra). Food is decent. Bartenders were good. Security (Ralph) was a nice guy.

The cons: Venue was dirty. Details were missed, like correct color of napkins and having toilet paper stocked in restrooms. EVERYTHING is extra, even when you opt for the highest package like we did. $250 is their favorite number. If you take something off your package they only credit you half of the cost, but If you add something you pay full price. Some of the vendors they recommend are not good. Cake lady was rude to my daughter because she didn't want to pay extra for a tasting that was supposed to be included, so we got desserts from somewhere else (extra cost). Florist tried to add additional fees and charges WAY too much for what you get and be advised bridal bouquet is NOT included in package (extra cost) ! DJ charges an extra fee for lights that most would include with services(Extra cost). Hotel is disorganized and not very clean. Rooms are very basic. Don't let the bridal suite fool you on the tour, rooms are nothing like that. We also had to buy tin foil to cover a window that anyone walking by can see into while you are changing. You don't deal with the same person at the venue when coordinating wedding details so many things get missed. Even when you go over the details with the day of coordinator, thing get missed like which side the brides/grooms families should sit on. Our guests had to be moved before the ceremony (embarrassing). When things were not going well during the planning, I requested an in person meeting on a Tues when we would be in town, and they said no, they had staff meetings and were too busy to accommodate us, but our 10 day meeting was on a Tues and we were the only people there and we could move our appt "to any time" because "Tuesdays aren't busy". They don't have much to chose from as far as table decor and you are left having to buy things like table runners (extra cost), even though they are supposed to be included, if you want anything that is currently in style. You can't have real candles at this venue. We didn't get a lot of stuff we were supposed to like fruit with our kids meals, no bread at certain tables, they poured champaign but never did a toast. Meals that we paid for for 4 guests that didn't show, they kept without asking if wanted them. They ran out of appetizers for cocktail hour after 15 minutes and many people, including her dad and I, didn't get any. They ask you to bring boxes for leftover desserts but don't package them up and send them with you. We got very expensive desserts from a bakery in LA and they wouldn't keep them in a frig the night before the wedding for us even though there was no event the day before ours. Magically we could bring them in the morning the next day and keep them in the frig after cramming them in mini frigs in the hotel. Every chance they got to say NO, they did. My daughter requested watermelon margarita as her signature drink and they said no. Then after she changed her custom bar sign to regular margarita, they said ok we'll do it. They said we could request brands for the bar but they only accommodated three and that was like pulling teeth. We had to buy coke for the bar because they wouldn't provide it. The venue was dirty. Our dresses were black at the bottom from the floors. There was glitter/old flower petals on chairs in ceremony room along with dirt smudges. Patio was not pressure washed as promised. Seat cushions on chairs in reception room had stains and ketchup smeared on them and when asked for them to be cleaned they turned them over. We chose this venue after our tour and hearing good things, and needing a place that could handle most of the planning due to my daughter being in her last semester of nursing school, but later learned that this location is new and the good things we heard about Wedgewood were from other locations. We ended up doing a lot ourselves. They need to get it together at this one before they ruin it for all of them. This was not the caliber of event we thought we were throwing for our daughter and sadly there are no do overs with a once in a lifetime event like a wedding. And to add salt to the wound, after the wedding we realized we were missing my daughters special and expensive champaign glasses and they wouldn't even talk to the banquet captain to ask about them. I got a generic response saying they don't have any lost and found items. This was after they were all tipped very well. They are great at written communication and the initial tour, the problems happen after you sign the contract. They say they give you a feedback card and the owner reads every one, but we were not given any card for feedback so they will get it in reviews.

Whatever they told you, they will change before your wedding day. They changed the DJ, photobooth after we signed. Also, they told us that the foodhall could be used for after party, turned out it's not possible. The centerpiece they included in package is just a lamp with 3 pieces of flowers. Thousands of restrictions. DO NOT RECOMMEMD.

Do not use Wedgewood! They completely screwed me over during covid, refused to give our deposit back despite not communicating or contacting us once everything shut down early 2020. They are so unprofessional and have lead me around in circles and have yet to reply to any requests. I highly advise to find another venue and service provider!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to them and hope no one has to go through what we've been through. They stole all our money and have lied to us throughout the whole process. Booking them for my wedding was the BIGGEST MISTAKE and has caused major financial damage.

First and foremost, we really liked what the venue could've been for our wedding. Their wedding package was great and reasonable. However, it was their business transaction and lack of empathy on how they dealt with the ongoing pandemic that ultimately made us break our contract with them because they were unsupportive and non-transparent. I write this review in detail for future brides/couples out there in hopes they are mindful and aware before choosing and dealing with a venue such as Wedgewood.

My fiance and I were supposed to have our wedding in November 2020, but due to the COVID pandemic, we were unable to have our wedding as scheduled. At the start of the pandemic (March 2020), my fiance and I reached out to the venue to understand how the pandemic will affect our wedding. At that time, the venue had no real insights or plans regarding the issue at hand, and reassured us that everything will be normal by November. However, my fiance understood earlier on how these situations unfold therefore it was logical for us to request a reschedule for our wedding. Originally, when we contacted the venue for our request to reschedule, they stated that we can reschedule to any later date of our choice in 2021. However, the manager in charge said their prior statement was incorrect, and we were instead only given the choice to reschedule 6 months after the original date, giving us the latest date in April 2021. This particular miscommunication was on their part as they were still figuring out their covid plans (if they had any during this time). Keep in mind that we were the ones to reach out to them, it didn’t appear as though they had any plans to do so.

My fiance and I were not comfortable with pushing our original November 2020 date to April 2021 as this was too soon even for us then, but the venue simply did not give us any other choice. Although they did let us reschedule to April 2021, what transpired after made us untrustworthy of their real intentions. We understand that the pandemic has had its major toll on the wedding industry and business is business, but because the situation is out of our hands, it should only be natural that the venue should've supported us (their clients) effectively.

Upon reserving the event date, we were required to pay 25% of our deposit. Back in November 2020 (the month our wedding should've been), the venue requested that we pay 50% of our remaining balance towards our new date of April 2021. We asked if they can delay this request as the pandemic was ongoing and no real wedding preparations occurred during the course of us rescheduling. The ONLY service the venue provided for us was reserving the date and rescheduling the date, but yet they demanded an additional 50% of the remaining balance already. We were not comfortable putting an additional 50% of payment because of the uncertainty of the ongoing situation (planning a wedding when there’s a current pandemic is chaotic and impossible). At this point, since they won’t allow us to delay payments longer, we would proceed in the cancellation of our wedding overall in order to ensure the safety and wellness of our family and loved ones.

For our situation, it should be understood that it’s only natural that as clients, we should be entitled to a refund of our paid deposit back especially because a pandemic prevents us from having social gatherings and it is simply unlawful and unsafe to do so. To our defense, we inquired on how the terms of the contract will take in effect as agreed because there are currently restrictions mandated by the state. Yet again, the venue was unsure since protocols are changing everyday. Because they can't provide us any real assurance, they should at least delay and halt the payments or at least allow us to cancel without sacrificing the deposit we paid so far. However, they strongly disagreed on both requests because they assume things will be normal by April 2021, and business is more important to them than their clients. They will only allow us to reschedule to a further date when on our actual April date, they can’t provide us the services we agreed upon because of the current guest limitations and other restrictions. Basically they are asking us to pay our full balance amount, made and forced to either compromise what is agreed on the contract or only allow to reschedule to a later date only when it is completely impossible to hold the wedding on the actual day. They will only allow you to reschedule then, but still don’t give the option to a full refund should we choose to cancel our wedding instead.

The main reason why we believe Wedgewood is very shady and untrustworthy is the way they were very reluctant to give us at least a portion of our deposit back. Nowhere in their contract was there a force majeure clause which would’ve helped our case in getting a portion or full deposit back (this is very sly as all venues should have it). We pleaded that because of the ongoing pandemic and because they can’t provide us the services we agreed upon based on the contract, we should be entitled to get a partial or full refund of our paid deposit. We even inquired about the venue preparing the food to let us donate it to a food bank so that at least our paid deposit won’t totally go to waste, but the venue denied this charitable request anyway. In the very end, they didn’t give us back any of our paid deposit because their contracts deemed deposits as non-refundable. This is understandable to some degree, but they should at least be transparent during situations like this and provide a force majeure clause in their contracts considering the pandemic occurred drastically. More importantly, they should’ve at least given us a partial refund since NO REAL SERVICES were performed and because a PANDEMIC exists, preventing social gatherings in the first place. It shouldn’t cost $6k to reserve a wedding date. If couples do their research on Wedgewood, it appears that many other Wedgewood brides/couples are in the same situation as us where Wedgewood refuses to refund their clients and basically keep their money hostage.

Unfortunately, we won’t be recommending or going back to any Wedgewood venues in the future. If you took the time to read this, please be mindful and choose carefully. Choose a venue that you can trust and choose one that is willing to support you especially during such a difficult time, that is all.
