Perfect beach venue!

Carillon Beach was the perfect venue for our intimate beach wedding. It is a more private, quiet area of town. The venue managers were great to work with. We had our ceremony on the beach at walkover #3 and it was perfect. Even on a beautiful memorial day weekend, the beach was not crowded at all by ceremony time. Our reception was at The Meeting House which has great outdoor and indoor space and is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We hosted cocktail hour on the patio and then had a seated dinner inside. We then moved back to the patio for dancing. It was great to know the meeting house was there also in case of needing it for our rain plan. The venue set up truly created a beautiful flow and a magical set up for our perfect day! I would highly recommend this venue!

My fiance and I booked our wedding 1.5 years in advance with a different planner. Loooong story short our old planner was a complete flake and terrible. 4 weeks prior to our wedding we fired our old planner and hired Avis and our team. She listened to every detail and our budget. She created our dream wedding in 4 weeks. Our day was better than we could have ever imagined. No one else compares to the quality and passion Avis and her team have for weddings!!

My Dream Wedding

As a young girl, I dreamed of being married at The Meeting House at Carillon Beach. The Carillon Weddings team exceeded my expectations! Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined my daughter's wedding being so beautiful or going so smoothly. From the first time I reached out to Avis at Carillon Weddings I knew I was in competent hands. She was quick to respond and always very thorough. All of her vendor recommendations were first class and everyone worked together seamlessly. When Avis shared the news that she was pregnant and was scheduled to deliver 1-1/2 weeks prior to my daughter's wedding, there was a small moment of panic. However, had I not seen that beautiful baby with my own eyes I would have never believed she had a life outside of our special day. Avis, you are a beautiful person, an incredible business woman, a master of all things "wedding" and now a friend forever. All anyone needs to do is look at our wedding pictures to see what can transpire when someone is doing what they love. Thank you a million times over!

This review is so long overdue, but it has taken me awhile in order to try to capture in words how much we are indebted to Avis for our wedding. She truly become a part of the family during the entire process. Aside from my husband, I looked to her for everything during that day. When she walked through the doors of our house, prior to the 1st look, I was able to take a sigh of relief because I knew everything would was in perfect hands. She did so with the biggest smile, the cutest giggle, and a calmness that made my entire family at ease.

From the moment we knew Carillon Weddings was the exact place to wed, Avis was nothing short of amazing. She emailed and called with information, suggestions, and just to check in. When vendors were not responsive, she took the lead and was able to get things moving during an extremely busy wedding season. Avis always was willing to lend a helping hand and an honest opinion on certain decisions. Unless she gave the “ok”, nothing would be decided on. Even during a time when our pre-wedding plans ended up going south, she stepped in and fixed things.

Every detail, down to the hand wipes, was thought of by Avis and her team. We even, following the wedding, found all of our things (wedding sign, extra cupcakes, etc.) packed nicely and neatly into the house we rented! Avis was able to help coordinate our dream wedding, including meeting our budget. If anyone is thinking of a wedding in the area, Avis is the only choice if you want nothing but the best. There is honestly no comparison.

Avis- thank you so much for everything you did for us during the entire wedding planning process up to the day. You truly are a gem and we could not have been happier with our event. We could not have imagined the day without you.

I give Avis 5 stars hands down! She was so sweet and easy to work with! She also gave great advice on my vendors in the Panama City area which was invaluable to me as my home is in Brooklyn, NY. If anyone is looking to do a wedding in Panama City, you HAVE to work with Avis!

Words cannot describe how incredibly beautiful and perfect our wedding was! Avis and her team at Carillon Weddings® at Carillon Beach went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of including: preparing a detailed timeline and itinerary for the wedding party and family, setting up all of my wedding decorations (favors, Jenga guest book, toasting glasses, etc.) and delivering them after the reception to my sister-in-law, and making sure we had sparklers for our grand exit in just a days notice! It is so obvious that Avis is very passionate and loves her job and truly wants to get to know the couple to make their day perfect for them!

Living in Texas and planning a wedding in Florida was stress free with the help of Avis and the vendors we chose based off of her recommendations. She made sure everything was covered and taken care of and I can’t imagine having planned my wedding without her!

When my husband and I got engaged, I immediately began searching online for the perfect beach wedding venue. I found Carillon Weddings at Carillon Beach on wedding wire.com and all of the pictures were stunning and it already had over a hundred extremely positive reviews. We decided to take a trip down to Florida (we are located in Georgia) to check it out in person, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! We met Avis Glenister, our wedding coordinator, during that visit and she took us on a tour of Carillon, and we just fell in love. Avis helped us every step of the way, keeping in constant contact via email, calls, and texts to help us plan every detail of our big day. We even selected the rest of our vendors from a list of top vendor in the area that she provided us. We got married in May 2015 and our special day was nothing less than perfect, thanks to Avis and our amazing venue!!

Wow where do I being?? I cannot thank Avis enough for all her hard work and dedication towards my wedding. Planning a destination wedding was extremely difficult and stressful. Choosing a venue without seeing it in person created nightmares that I do not wish to relive haha. Avis made an amazing recommendation for the area we wanted to hold the wedding in from visiting the venue, to taking pictures, to pointing out the pros and cons of the venue. This was very much appreciated and helpful when choosing the right venue from afar for my now husband and I. Im from California so we had a 2 hour time difference between us and the fact that she would respond to my late night emails (Im talking about 2am emails from my end...and 4am for her) was impressive! Definitely was not expecting that but it showed me that she was there for me no matter what time of day it was! I finally had the honor of meeting Avis mid May and I felt like Ive known her for years. She made everything so fun and so pleasant there was never a dull moment with her! I loved that she was fun to work with, personable and just down right REAL! No sugar coating with Avis...she keeps it very real and honest and I LOVE that! I think my wedding planning would of been so much stressful had I not chose her! The week of the wedding she made finalizations of everything easy and smooth. She directed me where to go, what to do, what to bring, and how to relax! She organized everything in a timely manner and the wedding went so smoothly and worked to plan. I am so pleased with choosing Avis...I feel like I gained a friend during this experience. My family adored her. Her team she brought on was very helpful. Avis!!!! Where do I begin with Avis and her team...I can not express how amazing our wedding was and what an amazing experience it was to work with Avis at Carillon Weddings. Avis was the first and only person we met with when deciding on a place to have our wedding. From the moment we met with her we knew that we had to book as soon as possible because we had to have Carillon Weddings a part of our day. We were so impressed with her and immediately we clicked, she was so fun and passionate about her job and we fell in love with the services Carillon Weddings offered. From our first meeting with Avis she talked to us about the vendors she works with and we could tell that it was like a big family, all the vendors know each other personally and work with each other all the time. Avis hand selected vendors for us personally based off of our personalities and style. She always guided us along and for us it was a stress free, easy planning :) Our vendors were absolutely amazing. We went with Dear Wesleyann- photography, Myrtie Blue-floral and decor, Kevin Tillman- officiant, and Townsend Catering. I can not express how amazing these vendors were and we are so grateful that Avis knew us well enough to select them for us. Our wedding is something my husband as well as our guests are still thinking about daily. We received numerous compliments on our venues, food, photographer, flowers, and of course Avis and her amazing team. Avis was there throughout the whole wedding making sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. She even brought us plates of our food to our table so we wouldn't waste a second mingling with our guests. We fell in love with Avis! Booking her was the best decision we ever made. We talked to just about every planner in the area and something clicked with Avis and us. Our July 2014 Wedding would not have been possible without Avis! Our son and his fiance decided to move their wedding up several months and get married on our vacation. It is very difficult getting anything accomplished 5 states away and quickly. My husband and I fell in love with Avis the moment we met her, she was so personable, so down to earth, just a beautiful person. She arranged everything for us and was so good about keeping our budget. I would hand any arrangements over to her in the future and feel totally secure knowing she would handle everything.

When you plan a wedding from a distance things can seem overwhelming and uncertain. We hired Avis and Carillon Weddings to make things run more smoothly for us during this process and it was the greatest decision. In the weeks leading up to the big day I had people commenting on how calm I was and (aside from the fact that I married my soul mate) I'm pretty sure it was because I knew everything had been taken care of and that I was in good hands. Our wedding day was a flawless event and it turned out even better than what I had imagined! Avis and Caroline were running around the town coordinating vendors but they did it with such grace and professionalism. My favorite part is when Avis, despite being pregnant at the time, even played bouncer for us when we had a wedding crasher that crashed us twice! She took control of the situation and I had to hear about this hilarious story later - I didn't even notice the commotion, keeping my big day special. I would definitely recommend this team to help you with your wedding!

Having my ceremony and reception at Carillon Weddings was the best decision I could have made. Looking back I have no regrets. Even though I am an event planner myself and knew exactly what I wanted, it was hard to plan a wedding from a different state and I definitely needed help. Avis Glenister was truly amazing from the start. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and made the planning process so easy. Whenever we were able to make it in town she would make the effort to meet with us. The venue is one of the best in the area but working with Avis throughout the planning process and the day of my wedding exceeded my expectations. Everything on our wedding day was flawless. I cannot say enough good things about Carillon Weddings. Our wedding planner was amazing, the venues were stunning, and the vendors did a fantastic job.
Avis and her team at Carillon Weddings really love what they do and it made our experience working with them pure bliss. Avis with Carillon Weddings was so accommodating from the initial meeting to the wedding day itself!!! She was very professional but like having your best friend by your side at the same time!
My daughter's wedding was planned over a 6 month time frame and Avis was always a "text" away for any questions that popped up during the planning.
The rehearsal and the wedding day were like "clock work"!! My niece is an event planner in another state and attended our wedding and reception and said she would not have changed a thing!! The whole event was totally organized and flowed so easily!!!! I cannot say enough good about Avis and Carillon Weddings.

Avis was absolutely amazing. I truly wasn't worried about anything because I recognized immediately she was a perfectionist. There were a few glitches and she fixed them immediately so no one ever noticed. She truly made the most wonderful day of my life PERFECT. She coordinated everything and introduced me to the most talented individuals (catering, floral and yummy cakes). Avis was always easily reachable and performed everything with alacrity.

My daughter's wedding was perfect in every way. Because of Avis, I was able to enjoy every moment of the wedding weekend with no stress or worry. I could not be happier with Carillon Weddings and the Owner/Coordinator Avis Glenister. The venue is gorgeous and such a special place to be married and celebrate.

Avis helps you plan every step of the way. She went above and beyond to answer all my emails quickly and with detail. What I appreciated most in the planning process was that I knew I could always look to her for an honest answer and a genuine care for my wedding day. She will not steer you wrong and she will make sure you know what to expect. Avis is always happy to help, excited and energetic. She makes the planning process fun and you always have someone to guide you along the way. Her vendors are all excellent and are used to working together regularly. Our wedding day was beautiful and seamless.

There is competition for planning your wedding at Carillon, the other company is "Carillon Beach Weddings" with an office located in the market street at Carillon. I want to encourage you to pick Avis with "Carillon Weddings" at Carillon Beach. My husband and I met with the other planning agency before we met Avis simply because their office is so accessible. "Carillon Beach Weddings" did not give a clear picture of the cost and what to expect at each price point. My original budget was far too low for what services we were hoping to get and they did not give me an honest approach to the cost. While I know they have a planning process of their own I did not feel that they would be able to handle details the way that Carillon Weddings does.

Carillon Weddings is a level of excellence that is far above any of my friend's wedding planning experiences. I have also coordinated weddings in the past and the support and guidance Avis gives you cannot compare to someone simply keeping you on schedule and making sure all vendors arrive. Avis will make sure that your wedding is perfect and that you get to enjoy the emotion and beauty of your day.

I would not have changed a single thing about our wedding. Carillon made everything about our day memorable and special. This was a destination wedding for us and we were a little worried about having to plan from states away, but Avis did an amazing job helping me plan and choose vendors and coordinating our wedding. We only had to travel down there once before the wedding to meet with all of our vendors, which she had set the appointments up for us and came with us to each meeting. On our actual day we did not have to worry about a single thing. She had everything planned out on a very detailed timeline and we just had to show up and enjoy our day.

Carillon Weddings was absolutely an amazing choice for planning and facilitating my wedding in May. Not only do they have private access to a beautiful wedding venue, their staff is extremely professional, prepared, and delightful to work with.
The team coordinated every detail of our wedding day, which went off without any problems whatsoever. They were even able to assist us throughout the weeks before, from helping us select our cake, flowers, and concepts of our wedding to bringing in a seamstress to fix a bridesmaid dress 2 days before the event! Carillon Weddings works with fantastic vendors who really brought our event to life. We are so happy that we chose to have our beautiful wedding with this team at their venue. I couldn't have imagined a better wedding day!

I was an out of town bride from Denver with high expectations and I could not have asked for anything more in Carillon Weddings @ Carillon Beach. Avis and her entire team were more than responsive AND available any time of day, seven days a week! I flew down to Florida on numerous occasions (with very little notice) and they would schedule meetings with my vendors even if it was on a weekend, the customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond all my expectations (which were hard to meet much less exceed) and to this day I will never be able to thank them enough. The one piece of advice I have for any bride that works with Carillon Weddings, is TRUST them whole heartedly and you will not be disappointed! They are true professionals and always have your best interest in mind. To this day I have guests talking about how magical my ceremony and reception were. There was not a detailed spared which is what you can expect from Carillon Weddings. If I could give them 10 out of 5, I would in a heartbeat because they deserve it! They are genuine people running a genuine business which is truly hard to find these days. They will make your dreams come true, as they did mine, on any budget with any bride.

What can I say about Carillon Weddings and AVIS???? We traveled from Colorado to have a wedding party of 250 guest of which 200 attended. Avis was patient and attentive and delivered a MAGICAL wedding. They are simply the BEST. Mollie (my daughter) is a perfectionist.....I guess it runs in the family. HA But when I tell you she and Erik got everything they wanted that would be an understatement!!! Carillon Weddings delivered more than we expected. They went above and beyond our expectations. It was a FLAWLESS wedding that people are still talking about!!! They are fantastic!!! Mollie and Erik had a fairytale wedding and Avis was there every step of the way to make sure of that. Words cannot describe how wonderful our wedding was at Carillon Weddings. From the moment we got engaged we knew we wanted a small intimate beach wedding. We began our search and found Carillon Weddings. After our visit with Avis we knew this would be the perfect place to have our beach wedding. Throughout the whole entire planning process Avis was there to help and guide us through the process. Carillon Weddings has the most amazing exclusive vendors that provide an unbelievable service. When September 14th came around, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. Every thing went perfect! From the flowers, to the decorations, even the food was amazing. Avis and her team were there working hard and helping the night run smoothly. The second we walked out of our initial meeting, one year before our wedding, we couldn’t imagine being anywhere else or working with anyone else!

Our wedding planning from over 1,000 miles away was made easy, stress free, and enjoyable by Carillon Weddings.

The preferred vendors are nothing but the best!! The most amazing food, cake, photographers, videographers, musician, DJ, and event designer you could imagine!

We also love Harry, and had so many compliments about Chaplain Houseman! He made our ceremony one of a kind and our guests could not stop raving about it!!

Our guests also loved how convenient it was and continue to talk about the flow of the day and how intimate it felt. Many of them say it was one of the best wedding events they have been to! Everyone felt special that day.

We had rain on the morning of our wedding and Avis was a voice of reassurance. Despite the rain, she helped to set everything up beautifully and made sure the events ran smoothly. No one even knew that the “rain plan” was in effect.

Most importantly, we must say that none of these amazing things would have happened if it weren’t for Avis!! She was a voice of reason, support, always had our backs, and had a sense of calm that I cannot explain! She made our special day what it was, and we will be forever grateful!! We love us some Avis!!

We are proud to say that we are now part of the Carillon Weddings family, and they a part of ours!

Avis Glenister from Coastal Weddings went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding perfect. She arranged everything from vendors to little place cards! As a groom, I've heard about how stressful wedding planning can be. After the first meeting with Avis and Victoria I figured out we were in VERY good hands. Not only was our planning process completely stress free, it was fun! All of the vendors they use are professional and elite.

You can tell the passion they have for making every moment of the big day perfect, and they will do anything to make sure it is! Everyone we worked with was extremely detail oriented. Victoria and Avis were so wonderful to work with – they know everything there is to know about weddings in the 30A area! We got married in Rosemary Beach, and they guided us through every step of the process and lined us up with all the best vendors in the area. It is so helpful to have coordinators in this area, as all the vendors work together and are very familiar with each other. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect and flowed seamlessly. I went to Florida not knowing what to expect. Neither my fiance nor I are natives but we chose the Emerald Coast as the destination we wanted to get married in.
Like knowledgeable tour guides, Victoria and Avis never tired answering our (my) incessant and minute questions and when the time came to meet all our vendors, all my fiance and I did was literally plop ourselves into the car while Avis and Victoria took the helm.
Vendor after vendor, they were upbeat but also sensitive enough to sense I was getting a bit tired and cranky hence I got my lunch break!
They were informative, to the point, professional, kind, bubbly - I mean, now I want to be a wedding planner and work with them!
We finished our day of vendors and it was light contact between us and Carillon Weddings until the wedding time. I had some items for guest gift bags sent to FL prior to the wedding and of course they were smashed. Avis was there to let me know so I had ample time to order some more. Little things like that go a long way when you are a nervous wreck obsessing over details you really don't need to obsess about!
Wedding rehearsal, Victoria went into her most authoritative role I have seen. This lady was all business. After she was done, I have no doubt anyone was left with lingering thoughts or questions.
Wedding day (aka become a nervous wreck day), if I did not have Avis and Victoria by my side, I put money on the fact that I would have missed my cue, walked with heels in sand, and bawled like a baby.
They looked me straight in the eye and made me focus. "Erica, this is your cue". They were firm with the softest of voices.
Reception time - I am not sure why but this bride was beat! I wanted to go home and sleep at 9PM! Avis and Victoria valiantly started to work on a plan to get everyone out but luckily I got my second wind and it was party time until the venue closed.
Everything was as it should be and it was a party. Thank you Carillon Weddings!

Avis Glenister of Coastal Weddings was wonderful to work with. When planning a destination wedding, it is critical to have a planner who knows not only vendors, but the nuances of the locale, climate and venue you select. You still need to do your own research for vendors--check independent reviews and references. In my opinion, Coastal is most valuable in taking care of you after vendors are selected. She makes great suggestions about venue (setting the right time for the wedding, suggesting an "unplugged" wedding, organizing the flow of the event, planning for rain, etc.) but the most valuable service she provides is giving you peace on the wedding day. Confirmation and coordination of the vendors was flawless, but she also made sure the hundreds of little details were handled, like helping the bride change, getting gifts and wedding dress back to our cottage, making sure the bride and groom had a late night dinner set aside for them, making sure the cake top was stored and delivered, making sure the musicians were set up in the right place, making sure the flowers were delivered to the cottage early for pictures, etc., etc. You don't have to worry about anything!

Coastal Weddings by Victoria helped us plan my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. Julie and Ralph were married on the Kelly Green at Alys Beach on April 21st. Victoria showed us venues along the coast that could accommodate our guests and Julie and Ralph's wishes. Coastal Weddings by Victoria was the reason that their wedding was such a gorgeous, memorable day. Victoria and Avis were two of the most professional people I have ever worked with. Planning the wedding with over 400 guests was a year long process that had lots of bumps and hiccups. Victoria and Avis handled every little problem with creative suggestions and realistic solutions. It is their belief that the bride shouldn't have to deal with the 'stuff' that comes up, and they handle it expertly I researched and talked with other brides and mothers before I contacted them. They truly lived up to their reputation. They use vendors that they know do a terrific job from beginning to end. That research and guess work was already done for us so we could focus on other things. Even with a year of planning mother nature can throw a kink into things. On the big day of the wedding the rain and wind were right there with us. Victoria and Avis, along with their vendors, handled every detail. Our guests thought that we planned for rain all along because it didn't stop or prevent any part of Julie and Ralph's special day. Me and my husband, Julie and Ralph, and Ralph's parents all hear comments about how beautiful the wedding and reception were, how great the food was and how terrific the band was. Hundreds of guests stayed until the very end. In fact, many asked if we could do it all over again. Coastal Weddings by Victoria would be my choice all over again.

Carillon Weddings by Victoria is one of the most beautiful places on the Emerald Coast. We feel in love with the Village Green and the Meeting House. We had already hired a wedding planner before we picked Carillon. Victoria and Avis were still wonderful and made sure the day went off without any problems. Victoria answered my questions by email and Avis was with us the whole day making sure everything was perfect. The venue is amazing and the ladies were wonderful. I would recommend the venue and servies of Victoria and Avis to anyone looking to have the perfect event!

LOVE. Once I saw the "Metting House" I just knew that was were I was going to have the ceremony. It was perfect. The "Village Green" was the perfect location for the outdoor reception. The views of the lake and the beautiful neighborhood made a wonderful backdrop for the wedding.

My daughter was searching online for destination wedding sites. She saw the one for Carillon Weddings and was very impressed with the site. When we went to visit and meet the wedding planners we were even more impressed. Victoria and Avis created my daughter's dream wedding. It was an enjoyable and stress free experience. The food was amazing and the decor was beautiful. It was a wonderful wedding and reception and my daughter and I were able to enjoy every moment of it because Victoria and Avis took care of everything. I would highly recommend Carillon Weddings to anyone looking for a destination wedding site.

Carillon Weddings is amazing! I got married at Carillon Beach, Florida, in February 2012, and everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I live in Texas, but we wanted to get married somewhere that would be warm and beautiful in February. I began searching online, and I found the website and blog for Carillon Weddings. I loved the weddings that I saw on their website, but when I went to visit Carillon Beach and first met Victoria and Avis, I fell even more in love. The entire wedding planning process was fun, simple, and full of a lot of laughter and great memories. I am a new attorney and my husband is in his second year of a surgical residency, so our time to devote to wedding planning was limited. However, Victoria and Avis make the process effortless. They use exceptional vendors who will put together a wedding that will exceed what you have envisioned. Victoria and Avis are great about working with your budget and getting you the best value for your money. They will not pressure or shame you into spending more money than you have budgeted. Our guests all stayed at Carillon Beach, and it was wonderful to be able to spend several days with our families and friends before the wedding. My mother, mother-in-law and I all enjoyed the days leading up to the wedding, as well as the wedding day, because we were able to relax and spend time with family and friends, rather than frantically trying to get last minute wedding details in order. Carillon Weddings takes care of all the details and lets you truly experience a stress-free, beautiful, and perfect wedding. Our guests all had a great time at Carillon Beach, and our friends asked my husband and I if we could remarry each other there every year! Everything about Carillon Weddings is wonderful, and choosing Carillon Weddings for our wedding is one of the best decisions that I have ever made (after the decision to marry my amazing husband, of course)!

We are from the Chicago area, so my wife and daughter planned the wedding from afar, sight unseen. We trusted Victoria and Avis, along with their recommended vendors, to provide the dream wedding, and they did not disappoint. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. They handled everything before and during the ceremony, even down to the most minute details; i.e. making sure the bride and groom had a fresh drink for the all the toasts. They were phenominal!!

Victoria's slogan of "timeless and flawless" is oh so true! As the mother of the bride, I appreciated all of the many ways that she and Avis worked to make my daughter's wedding day be absolutely perfect! From rearranging our initial vendor appointments due to illness to providing a seamstress the day before the wedding to fix a groomsman's suit, it all was done graciously and with such professionalism! It was such a treat for me to simply enjoy being in the moment on my daughter's special day! I am forever grateful!

Not only is the venue in Carillon for your ceremony and reception AMAZING, but Victoria and Avis (the wedding coordinators) are the BEST. My husband and I had several ups and downs that come with wedding planning and this team handled them without me having to worry. Everything was exactly how I dreamed or better. These coordinators truly make a wedding worthwhile and so very enjoyable and memorable!

Carillon Beach community is the perfect venue. The vendors were all topnoch.The community has a beautiful INN, there are homes and condos to rent. Castaways restaurant did a fun,casual low country boil for our rehersal party.Hava Java has gourmet coffee and sandwiches. Everyone stayed on the property and you really don't need a car. The new airport is so close! Not to mention, these beaches are world class with the whitest sand and turquoise water.

As a mother of the bride, I was concerned about my own tendency to get very anxious about details, and, in short, to become very frazzled. I was fearful I would miss the true meaning of my daughter's special day-
running around doing last minute errands, or trying to arrange something I'd overlooked. BUT, Victoria and Avis, and all of their absolutely fabulous vendors, had every single detail covered. In their capable, calm and professional hands, everything was perfect. I enjoyed every second of the entire day and evening!Not a single worry, not a stressful moment- just a wonderful day and evening to remember and cherish!

I had the most amazing dream wedding. Victoria and Avis are the perfect mix between professional and and fun. We could see the passion they have for wedding planning the second we met them. We came down for vendor day about 8 months before the wedding, after that, we had to put all of our trust in them and their vendors. Everyone did an extraordinary job!! I do not know where to begin. My daughter had her wedding at Carillon last Sunday and it was her dream come true. I can't say enough about Victoria and Avis and how efficient they ran the whole process and the Wedding day! Their vendors are top notch. Paul Johnson Photography was awesome to work with--the food from Townsend Catering was incredible, the cake from Confections on the Coast was unbelievable, and the decor and flowers from Christina at Noveau were breathetaking. We also used Diva productions for a video and can't wait to see the trailer.
Carillon was very private and the walkovers onto the beach just cannot be beat. Also Kudos to The Bay Art's Trio for our beach music and DJ Paul who kept our reception rocking!!! Everyone who came said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Victoria and Avis are a 5 star team, and their preferred vendors are the best in the area! Anytime I had a question, they immediately responded with more than enough information to help me in a decision. They went to all of the vendor appointments with me, and worked around my busy schedule. Victoria Valpone and her team are the only way to go when planning your wedding at Carillon Beach!
When my fiance and I started trying to plan our wedding from TN....we didn't know where to start. It was very overwhelming. I got Victoria's name from a friend and met with her and Avis (her assistant) early in 2010 to dicuss details of our destination wedding. They were very helpful in answering all our questions and showed us around the property as well. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! We knew they were the only way to go after we left that day.
From that point on they were supportive through the whole process and made planning a wedding from TN sooooo much easier. Victoria also has exclusive vendors she works with and this made narrowing down the caterer, cake, photographer, etc....a breeze.
I can't tell you how much I appreciated them making our wedding so wonderful!

Since this was the first wedding I have ever planned, I had to rely heavily on the expertise of Victoria and Avis to ensure that every detail was addressed and that the vision my daughter had of her perfect day was brought to life. Everything was handled thoughtfully, timely and professionally. I felt as though the attention we received from beginning to end was very personal and that they were the glue that made everything run smoothly. The venue itself is exceptional, but it is the extra touches provided by CW that put the experience over the top. The vendors that are recommended for use were all exceptional (florist, caterer, wedding cake designer, photographer and musicians)! I would not change one single thing about the wedding....it was PERFECT. Best of all, I could relax and know that everything was handled with care.

Carillon Weddings is the BEST place to get married. Victoria and Avis have it down and know exactly what they are doing. On top of that they are fun to work with and really really sweet.

They only let the best vendors work with them, and everything they do is perfect. I met with all of the vendors once and sent follow up emails to show them exactly what I wanted. They listened to everything I said and I am still amazed how perfect my wedding was. The couple days before and the day of my wedding we so stress free it was amazing. Right when we got to Carillon for the wedding weekend we did a wrap up meeting with Victoria and Avis. They took away any concerns I had for the weekend. They took all of the little details that I had for the wedding and made sure they were all in place. During the reception they were available and on top of everything. It could not have gone any more smoothly than it did.

If you want a stress free beautiful beach wedding I would ONLY consider Carillon Weddings. They made our dream wedding come true!

My daughter's wedding at Carillon Beach was amazingly beautiful. It was everything that Jeff and Amy had envisioned. The weather and beach were beautiful for the ceremony and the Village Green was perfect as the reception site. Victoria and Avis were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They were always responsive to any questions that we had along the way. The vendors they use are all professional and easy to work with. There was no stress the day of the wedding and everything ran smoothly. Some of the comments from our guests was "the perfect wedding", "amazingly beautiful" and the ultimate compliment from my husband was "worth every penny"! Thank you Avis and Victoria for giving Amy and Jeff their dream wedding!

I don't have the words to describe how magnificent Victoria & Avis were from the moment we booked the venue until today, even after our wedding which was May 29th, 2010. The entire process was easy and fun, and our wedding was a flawless fairytale. Everyday someone else is coming up to us telling us that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to- and I will never get tired of hearing those words! And it is all thanks to Victoria and Avis. They reply to emails practically immediately, they are always positive, their vendors are the absolute best, and we could have never gotten through the wedding process with anyone else but the two of them....(I was quite the bridezilla.) They know everything there is to know about making the wedding of your dreams a reality, and they are patient, kind, flexible, encouraging, fun, and you can tell they love what they do. I am so thankful to both of them for everything!

Victoria and Avis were amazing to work with. I planned my entire wedding via internet/emails/and phone calls. I did not see anything or meet anyone in person until 2 days before the wedding. Victoria and Avis were amazing and made our wedding day completely stress free. I didn't have to worry about a single thing during our wedding weekend.
