We were absolutely blown away by Caribbean Wedding. Their responsiveness and quality of work was not like anything I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make our dream wedding. Planning a wedding in a different country was very daunting but they were there every step of the way. Between doing a site visit, communicating with vendors and the resort on our behalf, coming to all our virtual and in person meetings, having a team on site to set up for the day, and having a personal wedding assistant from
Their team with me all day. You would think we were their only clients because of how attentive they were. Not one single detail was missed and it was the best day in HUGE part to their team.

Great service all around
I first came across this amazing team through TikTok and I immediately knew I wanted them to handle my proposal in the Dominican Republic. I was even more amazed by the professionalism they showed. Irina and her team were extremely wonderful, helpful, flexible, patient, and supportive. All the way from their office that handles emails and contracts to the driver that picks you up and to the photographer, I can honestly say they made this experience very easy going and made us feel super comfortable. Dear future brides and grooms,
If you are searching for a wedding/event planning team in Punta Cana, Caribbean Wedding is truly the best. Some people may wonder why would I need an outside agency if I am planning a wedding in a resort? Sure, this is a valid question. I was fortunate to have an excellent wedding coordinator from my resort. However, Caribbean Wedding goes above and beyond when it comes to the details. We were recommended Caribbean Wedding agency through our MC/band from New York, and as per his words, “Irina is the best”. Simply stated, yet 100% true.
Brides, as you may soon find out, the amount of planning involved for a wedding is a huge project. From day 1, Irina and her staff set a timeline for us, which included zoom meetings and many emails. Irina started our meetings with big ideas, such as location of the ceremony/reception, welcome dinner ect. She also did an onsite visit to evaluate the location, and made a beautiful video for us to see resort. Although we visited the resort a year before the wedding, it was extremely helpful that she did a visit and provided her insight. Irina worked closely with the resort wedding coordinator, and they made a wonderful team! As our planning progressed, Irina was always available on whats app or even a phone call away. Her work ethic is outstanding. She plans many events, yet treats each client with respect and attention. If she was busy, she would always respond within 24 hours.
As for the theme and decorations, this was carefully planned and reviewed over many months. Irina and her team were patient during our many changes, and allowed us to plan a beautiful event with respect to our budget. She also compares the cost of the resort vendors verses her own vendors. In the end, my welcome dinner, ceremony, reception was absolutely stunning. The details were appreciated by my guests who gave us glowing compliments! She designed a rustic/floral Chuppah for my ceremony, which was truly picturesque. Irina creatively transformed a generic ballroom in the resort convention into a breathtaking beachside landscape. She even added natural greenery to give the space a tropical vibe. These are just some of the many examples how this wedding agency can add special touches to your big day!
My wedding was 160 guests and a Jewish wedding. Irina and her team handled everything extremely professionally. She sent me pictures of the set up to get my approval. However, having Caribbean Wedding agency for our 3 day event made everything flow seamlessly from beginning to end!
A special thank you to her staff members, Indria and Janelle. Brides, did you know you will have a bridal assistant? I did not know this, and this once again reaffirmed my decision to hire Caribbean Wedding agency. Indria was by my side from the morning of my wedding to the very late evening. She was always there, ready to assist me. I had so many guests it was nearly impossible for me to get food from the buffet, yet these very amazing ladies made sure I was hydrated and fed the entire night! These small yet important details make a huge difference!
Hiring Caribbean Wedding is a worthwhile investment. Irina worked closely with our band from New York, and took care of many technical details in order for them to put on an amazing show! She also recommended Olga Montilla as my stylist , and Art Lab photography (Liza Braginskaya). Both were an absolute pleasure to work with! It is nice to work with people who have collaborated together in the past. We had a last-minute family emergency, and Irina and Liza recorded meetings for my husband and I regarding the timeline and photography details. Again, a HUGE THANK YOU from all of us. I can confidently say I enjoyed all three days of our wedding, which included a welcome dinner, ceremony/reception, farewell brunch. Some brides say everything goes by quickly you don’t have a chance to take in the moment. I can honestly say that I was able to take in this once in a life time experience because Caribbean Wedding agency was by our side!

Our proposal experience in the Dominican Republic was truly unforgettable! From the moment we decided to plan it, every detail was meticulously crafted to create a magical atmosphere. We chose a stunning beach proposal package in Punta Cana, complete with a beautifully lit private beach area, a romantic candle-lit setup, and a breathtaking “Marry Me” sign adorned with candles and roses.

My perfect proposal
I used Carribean Wedding to organise my proposal.
A last minute change of Holiday destination meant I had only had 2 weeks to organise my proposal in Punta Cana. A quick search online and I came across Carribean Wedding.
If you want the short version of this review... just go for it, you will not regret a thing.
Honestly, I was nervous in using a company based abroad (being from the UK), but after I sent way too many emails questioning every aspect of the day and the company I decided to go for it.
Irina and her team were happy to answer all my questions and worked to make it all come together in the limited time available.
The day itself... perfect. I would not change anything about it. I chose the Red Rose Heart with LED sign, rose petals lining the floor and petal heart on the sand... all of which captured by the photographer Matteo. The venue was a nice restaurant which opens up onto a tidy white sand beach. There weren't many people around which made the occasion even more special... like having our own private beach.
I received the photographs about 2 weeks after the event, absolutely amazing and soon to be framed in our home.
To Irina and the team, all I can say is thank you.

Absolutely the Best
Irina and her team are very simply the best there is. I had original used her for my proposal in August 2023. Her professionalism and attentiveness to all the details and my needs was astounding. I knew from then, that she had to be the one to coordinate our wedding.
We sought out her and her team again for our wedding in August 2024.
She was extremely responsive and tailoring the wedding to our every needs. My wife had many concerns, questions, and stresses that Irina always spent the time to attend to.
She went out of her way to find ways that we could save money on. She always made sure we received the best quality items without over paying. Irina reviewed over vendor and the venue proposals and found mistakes that saved us thousands of dollars.
She even worked with the Vendors to lower the price of flower arrangements to ensure that we could have the most elegant and beautiful wedding of our dreams instead of having to cut out the flowers to meet our budget.
The day and days leading up to the day of the wedding were hectic and stressful. Irina and her team at Caribbean made everything run smoothly.
She has amazing connections and network of other vendors and services that are top notch. When she tells you, she knows someone who "can do this" just listen to her instead of finding your own. She has already done the work on finding the best so you don't have to.
The proposal and the wedding turned out 100 times better than we both had imagined. Our entire families loved it. Many asked for Irina's information for future use and we happily referred them immediately. It is very hard nowadays to find a company that excels in Professionallism, transparency, and truly cares about you and your happiness. With them, you are not just another customer, you are more like family that they look out for.

10 year vow renewal
My husband and I booked with Irina back in January for our 10 year wedding renewal.
I spoke with her with regards to what we wanted to achieve, which was an intimate and private ceremony just us and our little boy. We had a great selection of colours and bouquets to pick from. After reading reviews and doing a little research, I chose to go with this vendor. Firstly, because they were immediately responsive when I first contacted them, and continued to be responsive every time I had a question. They allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to feel confident in choosing them. Secondly, they made everything so easy. They have a great template of specific services that they offer, and have options for extras and add-ons. We specifically wanted a cello at our ceremony, and they found one for us, even though they didn’t originally have that in their offerings. They do now! Everything went smoothly. Every detail was attended to. It was a beautiful, stress free day for us. The musician was amazing, the photographer was amazing, the makeup and hair artist was amazing, Irina was amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. -

Irina of Caribbean Wedding was very nice and accurate. She gives you a good feeling and walk you to every step that you have to know for your wedding. She always replies quick on e-mails.
What I liked the most is that I was personaly escorded the whole day by Helouise from team bridal. She is a great bridal assistent. She picked me up at the hotel in the morning and brought me back at the end of the day.
