    Delicious food

    We would like to thank Caribbean Catering for catering for our wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. Ricky was easy to work with and the food was delicious. The staff was professional and attentive with our guests. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely amazing!

    Ricky was an absolute dream to work with! We vetted several caterers before landing on Ricky and could not have been happier that we did.

    Candidly, I am extremely particular and had a vision of exactly what I wanted, and Ricky worked with us to make sure that vision came to life flawlessly. He listened to us and paid attention to every detail, from customizing the menus to picking the serving the platters, even as we were planning from thousands of miles away.

    Not only was Ricky extremely professional and communicative, his food was absolutely delicious - our guests couldn't stop talking about it!

    HIGHLY recommend their service if you're looking for an amazing experience and the best food!

    Good food & authentic Puerto Rican

    Authentic Puerto Rican food and great service. The cerviché and starters set the night right, although the fried items were a little soggy. The paella was authentic and the currasco was outstanding and flavorful. The only complaint was the lack of flexibility on numbers and the mandatory 15 plates for the servers. I don't mind tipping, but forcing thr wedding party to buy 15 plates at $85+ is a little ridiculous. Other than that, the food itself was excellent.
